Hello,

I placed order for samsung s8+ 128 gb on your byod portal (Corporate) on 05.07.2017 using my hdfc card with no cost emi (12 months tenure). The order number is[protected]

As per terms listed on your website, the refund of interest portion of emi (Approx rs. 5000/-), was to be credited to my card account within 90 days, i. E. By 05.10.2017, which did not happen. I called your customer care, sent emails just to get time extension, but to no avail. I even contacted hdfc, they told that the refund has to be initiated from samsung end.

Now, i was also eligible for rs. 3000/- cashback for paying through hdfc bank card. I added same card in samsung pay, immediately upon receipt of phone. As per the terms listed on the website, the cashback was to be credited to my card account by 30.11.2017. This date has passed, but cashback has not been credited.

I am clueless, as, i do not know, where to escalate the matter, and how such a customer friendly organization, can act so irresponsibly.

Please contact me at [protected]/ [protected] / [protected]@ntpc.co.in, in case any further information is required, and please help, i may be loosing on rs. 8000/-, but samsung is loosing a loyal customer for a lifetime.

Thanks for prompt response from Team Samsung.

There were two components of my complaint :-
1. First one was credit of Rs. 3000/- cashback on HDFC Card. As of today I have received the cashback of Rs. 3000/- in my HDFC card account, applicable on adding the HDFC Card in Samsung Pay. Thanks for the same.

2. Second component was refund of Interest portion on No Cost EMI - However, the refund of interest portion against 1 year NO Cost EMI on HDFC Card, is not yet credited to my HDFC Card account ending with 5089. The refund was due within 90 days of purchase i.e. by 05.10.2017.

The interest portion comes out to be Rs. 5026.15. The relevant screenshot of HDFC EMI Letter is attached herewith.

I again contacted with HDFC and they reiterated that the No Cost EMI Interest refund is not yet initiated by Samsung. Please check at your end and arrange to refund the same to my card account. The reference number for the previous complaint was [protected].

      Hello,

      Samsung is cheating me since last couple of months by killing my time and energy in useless talks and not replacing the defected part of my led tv
      I had left with no other option but to get the help of consumer forum.
      My complaint reference no.[protected], where i am connected with rohit majumdar whose job is to misguide customer and force them to settle with whatever he wish.

      I have bought samsung smart tv with below details
      Model no. Ua46d7000lrmxl & serial no.20003zeb900521b

      My tv has suddenly stopped working and after complaining for several months i landed up with solution that the tv cannot be repaired as company doesn't have the part been manufactured now so there is only one option of getting refund of tv which is just 17% of the total value. When i asked how the depreciation % has been calculated there was stupid answer that it is confidential and cannot be disclosed. I need a better compensation as i cannot afford now to buy such expensive tv again which has such a short life. Also how samsung has come up with calculation of 17% as payment after depreciation, obviously there should be a logic behind it which any customer has right to know.

      If you can give better solution it will be good for both o[censored]s, else i will have to move further in legal actions soon against samsung and rohit majumdar as any day i will be given better option then what is given to me right now by the court of law.

      I am requesting again to look into the matter and let me know what really samsung can do for their customers apart from cheating and being rude to them.

        I purchased samsung b110 e/d mobile handset on nov. 22, 2017. When i removed sims from it and reinserted them back device start asking 8 digit password. No password was setup by me. I contacted your authorised service centre located at bharatpur, rajasthan. Service centre officials denied to resolve such problem. On contacting company customer service executive they listen my problem but said that it will be chargeable. I am very much unsatisfied by service and their behaviour.

          I purchased a samsung led tv from reliance digital, allahabad with extended service period, since the picture displayed on the tv screen are hazy i complained about it to reliance digital service centre. Thereafter, customer care section confirmed it with my phone number ([protected]). After about two days, a technician came but he could not rectify the defect and left the place telling me that the problem is with the tata sky set top box and the signal. But before calling samsung i had called the tata sky technician who, after checking had told me that set-top box is alright and checked the signal which was found to be ok. The tats sky technician told me that problem is with tv. Thereafter i called the tv technician.
          I strongly feel that the problem is with the tv and therefore shall request that please send an experienced technician to rectify the defect.
          I look forward to an early response.

            Maine[protected] ko reliance digital se tv kharida. Jiski delivery[protected] ko mere ghar par hui. Tv stall karne k din se usme scambled signal ki problem aa rhi hai. Jiske liye maine samsung ki helpline aur reliance digital mai salse manager sachin singh k mobile no. [protected] per kai bar call bhi kiya meri problem door hui. Kai bar samsung ke techinician aaye aur bata rahe hai ki manufacturing defect hai. Isliye pcb aur card change karna padegaa. Lekin mai nai tv repair nhi karana chahta hoo. Pls replace my tv or my amount.

                Hi, i have purchased brand new s8 p after a week i feel dat device have some problem in network. Sim 2 is not working it lost network. I take my phone to cc they told me it's device ' s hardware problem. My mean to say we are not share after spending 65000. We will get good device.
                Samsung behaviour is very bad on this matter. Indian government have to make law. There is same law for normal handset and premium handset
                How companies exploit customer, in the name of companies policy.

You are lucky customer our samsung company you win samsung j5 mobile just rs.4000.00 and free samsung 25000mah powerbank. I am say yes i am interested because brand of samsung to buy i am say sent describe info mobile company sent my whats up no from mo no. [protected] at 10.20 am samsung mobile information display 5.2 inch 1.8 ghz quad core processor 13+13 frunt+back 3gb ram 32gb internal 3000mhz battery android 7.0o. S 4g phone and sent photo white. And message to full address i am sent full address. Maine unse pucha ki product original hoga na koi fake nhi na aaj kal log fake product bechate hai. Unhone kaha original hoga us per likha hoga aur sahi product bhejane ki jimmedari hamari. Aur kaha aapka order book ho gaya hai. Aapko kal address confirm ke liye call ayega.
                  Aur dusare din call karake address confirm kiya aur job ke bare main pucha. Aur confirm huwa order kaha. Phir 17 nov 17 ko 01:08 pm ko mo no [protected] is no postal parcel no ez[protected]in messege aaya. 18 nov 17ko mo [protected] se call aaya priya namak madaam ka 10:11 am ko kaha ki jaldi parcel lelo main dopehar jane wali hu aisa kaha. Usi no se 10:54 am, 11:15, aur 11:47 am parcel liya kya comfirm ke liye phone aaya maine mere bhai ko bheja par use der lagane ke baad phir muje mo [protected] 11:52am liya ya nahi mere ko mere bhai no leke use bhi phone aaya. Phir 12:14 pm phone aaya nhi uthaya to dusara mo no.[protected] isase call aaya us call ki bajase maine paise dekar parcel liya call chaku hi tha unhone kholane ke liye kaha khola aur dekha to usame koi mobile nhi tha usame sirf power bank thi wo bhi second hand usape address shree sai baba sansthan nihal vihar, nangloi, new delhi-110041, delhi, india tha maine unse kaha sirf power bank aya hai to phone par jo priya namak madam thi unone main department main puchake batati hu aaise bataya. Phir maine jis no phone aaye the no [protected] call kiya wo switch off tha. Aur jisase priya namak mamdam phone aaya wo no.[protected] 5-6 baar call kiya to uthakar sirf 1hour baad call karake order details deti hu aaisa kaha. 1 hour ke baad bhi aaisehi bataya gaya. Phir maine 2:40pm phone kiya to bhi muje 1 hour ke baad cal karata hu. Usake baad abhi tak konsa answer nhi. Isase ye pata chalata he ki unone fake product bechakar consumer ko phasaya hai i will complaint against all.
                  Pl see this case sumsung company because our brand name use such persons. I have evidence call records such persons. Pl legal action such persons for company reputation

                    Worst experience again.

                    I submitted my mobile in samsung service center, hyderabad on 24th nov. Didn't get single message or call up to 28th nov and they didn't even picked my call. Later i send a mail to support india samsung

                    I got a call from support end yesterday (28th nov) and confirmed that device will be ready by 28th evening. I went there on 29th nov and waited for 3 + hours to get my product

                    Memory card is not detecting now and i got my device back with complete scratches on screen
                    I lost water resistant now for my mobile

                    I don't know how these people are working in samsung showroom.
                    I brought my samsung s7 edge by 52k and now these guys spoiled my mobile completely

                      I had given my samsung phone to your service centre in vadodar india on 27 november 2017 as the display had stopped working and it was under warranty. My customer reference number is [protected].
                      I then got a message from samsung which is pasted above on 28 november 2017 and based on that i personally went to collect the same. I was told that the phone is ready but they cannot give it as they said that they have not received internal approval for the same. I mean what the hell... I showed them the message but they kept on saying that they cannot give without approval and they kept on calling god knows someone in customer care then on some other numbers and wasted an hour of mine.
                      I mean what the hell, is it my problem if your internal processes are not set. Why should the consumer suffer because of this.
                      Or is it the samsung policy that the consumers always comes last.
                      Seriously i think there is a big communication problem internally between samsung departments.
                      Also i doubt if you have any sop's laid out.
                      Despite the fact that i also spoke to the customer care... But as the name suggests customer care... I am sorry to say but they were completely careless and least bothered.
                      Is this the vision and mission of samsung for their consumers. Now honestly i have a doubt if i will get my phone asap and even i get it i doubt whether its my own phone or is it some second hand phone.
                      Sorry to say but these doubts are coming in my mind because of the way i was treated and made to run around like an # for an hour.
                      I hope samsung ho takes due notice of this and i do expect to get a reply from samsung ho.

                        श्रीमान मे रजत विजयवर्गीय ने अमित टेलेकाॅम 61/1 नूतन नगर देवास से दिनांक 05/07/2017 को Samsung mobile J2pro खरीदा था। जिसमे अक्टूबर से चार्जिंग न होने की समस्या आ रही है जिसे दो बार 06/11/17को authorise service center J.J.ELECTRONICS DEWAS पर ठीक कराने गये पर वहां से भी समस्या खत्म नही हो सकी मेने Samsung mobile company के costumer care पर reference no.[protected] शिकायत दर्ज करवायी जिसका भी कोई समाधान नही किया गया। अतः मेरी समस्या का उचित समाधान करें।

                            Phone stopped working within 4 months of purchse.
                            Service center 'prestine, bangalore' took the phone amd said will return in 2 days since motherboard meed to be replaced.. Forget 2 days, its been 7 days phone has still not been returned. Got a call today to pick up the phone. When i reached servive center they told me some clearance is pending amd cannot give the phone. After arguing they said wait for one hour.. Now its 2 hours and still no response.. I am just waiting at thier center. Worst service. How can they do with a galaxy s8 customer which is premier phonw.. Will shift to iphone.. Dont rely om samsung service

                              Sir, i bought a samsung double door refrigerator in 1st week of june, 2017. Till date at least 40 visits have been done by many of the executives including the senior executives from gurgaon. The problem still persists. No one from samsung is officially ready to accept that the product is defective but all the executives who have visited so far silently agree that the product must be replaced with a new product. The problem that is that all vegetables, fruits etc. Have an icy layer when we open the refrigerator after two-three hours. Till date they have changed three sensors, inner wall and many other parts but in vain. Its a shame if a brand like samsung is not able to recall its defective product. I am definitely going to take the matter to the highest authorities as for the last four months i have only got assurances not result. Shame on samsung india. Dinesh nayal, mob. No. [protected].

                                3 sep 2017 i had called samsung customer care and explain the mobile network disconnection issue and they did some troubleshooting and finally advised me to visit nearest service center. I visited samsung service center in faridabad they had taken my phone and gave to me after 20 min and told that now your problem will not repeat again. Later my phone worked well till 2 months but now again same problem is started. Today 29 nov 17 i again called samsung customer care and asked him what is solution but as per them they can not take any action due to job order report was not found in thier system which was supposed to generated by service center previously. And telling me to again visit service center. Now my question is that how customer is responsible for this if thier service center not created the job order. Requesting you to please take appropriate action on samsung and update me with outcome

                                      I purchased samsung s 7 edge mobile on 03 sep 2016. My glass was cracked and on 16th april 2017 i have replaced the screen with cost of rs 14500 through cheque with no relaxation and warranty provided by your authorised bistupur, jamshedpur, jharkhand service center.

                                      Now the problem is after replacement of screen my mobile get switch off and on automatically one or twice in a month. This thing happen continuously 6 month but we dont notice and not find any problem. But now a days daily my mobile gets off or goes in sleep mode while using 10 to 15 minute. Its turned on and getting charged when full battery get discharged means i have to wait atleast 3 to 4 hours for start charging the battery and then mobile start properly.

                                      Now your authorised service center saying to replace the motherboard and demanding rs 17000 for replacing the same.

                                      Now i think your service center has cheated me.in waranty period after replacing the screen he has not cheked the mobile properly.

                                      Now if i pay this money then total cost of mobile will be rs 50000 mobile cost + 14500 screen replacement + now 17000 motherboard = rs 81500.00/- within 14 month after the date of purchasing.

                                      I did not expect this short life of costly samsung mobile product. Now i m loosing my hope on samsung mobile and your brand regarding the durability. My family and friend are advising me to gift this costly mobile to your authorised service center and be them happy.

                                      I want to convey this to ceo of samsung india / global. Please help me if it is possible to waive my mobile's motherboard cost in urgent basis. Now i have no strength and confidence to purchase your any costly and branded product i[censored] not consider my problem.

                                      Hello i do have S7 edge and now its out of warranty last few days back when in morning i wake up and see my mobile it was turned off i tried to on mobile but its didn't go thru

                                      so today i went to service center in Kanpur and checked my mobile in staring they checked my battery and still my mobile was off then they told me to submit the mobile to them with the handling charges 180 ( if i refuse the repair the mobile )

                                      After 4 to 5 hours i got call from service center they told me your mobile is death and your mother board need to be replaced and the front screen and total cost they told me for mother board in 17000 and screen 14000 total will be some thing like 31000

                                      so i need to know my mobile was working fine and how its suddenly its got death i had purchased many mobile from Samsung currently i am using note 9 and if the quality of mobile will be like this then why any one use and burn our money on these Samsung flagship mobile
