This is very worst service.. No one confirmed the status, technician say part received but he found defect when he is on the way..

Call centre saying that part not delivered.

I bought a samsung refrigerator 3 years back, and from the very first year it is getting malfunctioned every year. Same machinery part is failing over and over again and in fact that part is not even covered under warranty, so as a result each time i end up paying a huge amount for that part. There is sweating of moisture due to poor insulation but samsung is not ready to take any responsibility towards its poor workmanship. Requested to pl resolve the issue....
