My samsung mobile a5 2016 is dead due to battery problem. I already complaint to you about this but not any responsed me so kindly solve my issue. The above said problem is share with you many times but now this compaint is final afterthat i spread the bad experience on social media and also taking action regarding this behaviour of samsung company

    Dear concern,
    My samsung triangle ac is not working since 2 month and same has been informed and twice or more technicians came and bought inform part which are not working in compresser how ever ac is not working.in the last ettemt he said we are not able to repair it so you will receive a call from company side for further process but still no body has visited. I have recived few calls after that but i was not in town..

      on our complain co repersantative call to me at 5 55 pm and say to me who your problamand i said my problam than he said to me your set are tempard ya damage i say no tempard and damage than he say to talks with my customer service center after 6 10 pm i call with sérvice center & repersantstive service center investigate my set and said no tempard and damaged and click six side picture takne but no respactive answer to solv my problam and say come tomorrow again so i say why the delay to solve the problam my valuble time expand this matter

      no respons by company in last 7 day to go to solve the my A 8 screen problem .and no consult any compani responsible repersantative and customer care service center our complain are steel panding last 13 days very big time to go and our passion are lost so i said to you why the big company in mobail and home product in india but compani service are very poor to costumer complain aand solve the matter but compani costemer care complain office call to me your complain solve immediatle but no sollution my problem i say to you my mobaile problem to solve urgent basis

      I sunil Goenka our complain in handset A8 Samsung mobile log in on to 13 10 3017 in your customer care service center and time to time complain in on line complain site than response and solved the problem in 30 10 2017 to called me and say to me you deposit hendset to Co customer service center than I go to service center I meet Mr summet kr he say to me your complain is approved by company and your damaged parts ordered to company. The goods are arrived in two day so you come two day than your set is repaired and diliverd but I am go to kolkatta in 1 11 2017 to 5 11 2017 say to Mr sumeet kr I go to kolkatta and I returned to katihar in 5 11 2017 so I deposit set in 5 11 but 5.11 in Sunday so I deposit the set in 6 11 2017 so I deposit the set in 6 11 2017 and center say to me set will return in 8.11 2017 I go in 8.11 2017 say to me your parts are arrived to day so your set diliverd today I go to center 9 11 2017 he say to me your set repaired but no diliverd to you due to our office work are no complete so you come in 10 11 2017 and I go 10 11 2017 he said no proper office work are completed so you come today than I go to service center in 11 11 2017 and center said to me please you are come on Monday than I call to Mr Anand kr asm Samsung he say to me your set problem is solved but our office work are complete in Monday so you come on monday 4 pm and rechiveed your hand set so I go to Monday[protected].10 pm and center say to me your set related office problem steel pending than I call to Mr Anand kr asm Samsung say to me kindly you come today 1 pm your hand set diliverd properly and I say service center owner Mr Mukesh kr our very valuble time is spend in this work so kindly our set diliverd to day argent basis and he say your set delivers today I assured but I say to your company are very respective in India and world so I say to customer problem are solve properly and timely so customers faithe are go high thank you

        I've purchased samsung galaxy s7 edge on aug 2016. My screen was broken a month back and there is no one time screen replacement offer for people who bought before sep 2016. I bought it for a higher price 53k, but samsung doesnt give such offers to loyalists who buy their flagship phones immidiately after the launch. I hope samsung wouldn't lose its loyalists and also hope that they would give 1 time replacement offer to early buyers like me.

        I have an external setup box of airtel. It was installed 20 days ago because inbuilt was not working. Now my tv has audio but no picture since evening.

        I purchased above tv on 05/07/2014.
        The cost of tv was app rs 67000/-
        on 10/10/2017 i realized that tv is
        out of order.I complaint to service
        center and after inspection they
        informed the repairing cost is app
        rs 42000/-(the cost of screen + service)
        the repairing cost is app 66 % of the product
        is not justify in just 2.25 year.

          This happened second time with me - i brought a samsung j7 pro, faced a problem with speaker within 14 days, got a replacement for it, but faced same problem with speaker and display with replaced device too, its not even been a month i got that, samsung team being very rude to me, i'm really disappointed with samsung if you treat your customers this way then better shutdown the company cause you are not satisfying your customers as promised the devices you manufacturin is not of the standards you say, i request some one to resolve my concern asap

          I paid 20k for j7 pro and after using it i found that the UI lags and have some minor issues. My brother has mi a1 and it cost 15k and it operates flawless and does not lag. I regret why i paid 20k for this useless box. I recommend others to purchase only stock android devices

            Really really i'm disappointed with your samsung washing machine service to me. I'm using all of your brand in my house hold. And really happy to think and say that... But today im totally disappointed with you service center and service person. I have spend nearly 1500 for service my washing machine.. That charged only for powder and not did anything with machine. And service person is not did anything work. Still my issues has been not fixed. I'm directly contact the authorized samsung service center. I will attach my invoice copy which they provide.. They forcely sale the cleaning powder to me and charge 1500.

            In this case i need to escalate this issues to samsung higher official. Then only they will talk with the service center head and no one willl suffer hearafter.. Really really i'm unhappy with samsung all products because of this issues

            I don't need reply from normal person.. Only need reply from managing head

                I had raised complaint with samsung for my 40inch smart led tv and they visited on 12th and they confirmed that need to replace mother board i greed and they mentioned they ordered the part it will be coming soon later i got the message saying your complaint has been closed as no response from customer when i called samsug they don't have any clue how it got closed and they don't have clue part has been ordered or not. When called service engineer he is using abusive language

                  Hello,
                  I'm having samsung j7 next.. Recently 12 days ago i bought it. Today in the afternoon it's battery got blast, don't know how this accident were very fearfull... I thought samsung was the best choice but i was wrong... So now i started hate to samsung mobiles.. Worst fear ever.. That was very bad experience.. I mean new mobile get blast like this.. So dangerous

                    Installation service post sales in chennai is deplorable.
                    The team leader of the installation dept even suggests to go ahead and complain to the head office.
                    Obviously samsung does not invest on training its staff to even speak courteously to a customer, not evenwhen samsung is at fault.
                    Request no.[protected] purchased a refrigerator from dealer in chennai on 18/10/17. It is 21/10/17 samsung hasnt had the time to install the product because they are busy with "heavy diwali sales"

                      Trying to raise a service request for my fully automatic washing machine but customer service representative is highly arrogant, incompetent and rude. Its ridiculous how a company like samsung treats its customer. Customer care representative named namitha was attending my call and she simply refused to take the complaint.

                      After too much struggle i somehow got the complaint registered but now the service engineer is not responding. And disconnecting the call when i call him.

                            Charging issues with my samsung galaxy j7 prime.. Even after 5 hours, the phone battery is at 89%. It's about 6 months old.. Strangely it starts charging and from 89 to 91% it chargers again in 2 seconds, 91% to 95% 30 minutes and 95% to 100% in 3 minutes.. This is ridiculous.. I need a solution.
                            This is happening especially after the nougat update. Let me know what needs to be done.

                              Last month i ordered two samsung evo memory cards on ebaysales for rs 848. Whe i received parcel, i found both cards were not working. When i tried to find ebaysales contact number, i found that the company was fake and also memory card were duplicate. Later on when i search google about ebaysales, i found that hundreds of people's were cheated the same way by giving an offer of buy one get one free samsung memory card. At present this company giving the same offer for 128gb samsung memory card. I registered complaint on cyber crime but it seems no use. I request you to take serious action against ebaysales because they slater samsung companies name.

                                I'm a loyal customer of samsung. However the screen replacement cost is way too expensive. I recently dropped my ph which led to a hairline crack in the screen... To enjoy the device and to protect it from further damage i would like to replace the screen however the replacement cost is too much i would request you to have some consideration for the same and offer it at a reasonable price.

                                  My problem is unresolved. I went in with software problem of emergency calls. My phone is damaged and handed over and now the samsung customer service people are behaving in an unprofessional way. Not hearing to the customer nor taking the available proof.

                                  They are speaking only one way commanding "either you take or get lost" is the trend. Wrote to samsung ceo o[censored]sa. Still awaiting the reply. I will repost it on the media again and again till justice is done.

                                      The voice of led is not audioable we can just c the pictures n cant hear the sound.. And the tv back fitting is not done properly it catches the moisture etc..

                                        I have recently ordered a samsung note 8 (Order id[protected] on 16th night. I had a chat before ordering and i was told that i will get a coupon the box for free wireless charger and one time screen replacement. However, it seems due to diwali festival and samsung 2 days weekend, the shipment will arrive late (25th oct as per customer care). Hence, i will not be able to activate the phone before 21st oct. Hence, please help so that i dont loose out on this amazing offer rolled out by you. This is the first time i am buying a note series of samsung and also ordered a samsung gear s3 early this year. Looking forward to positive response.
