I am totally disappointed by the service provided by you. My refrigerator being model no. 0450 rt24m is not working since last two months, aaccordingly i have put a complain against it over phone, one engineer came and changed a capsule fuse but it doesn't work, again we called and again a mechanic came, changed the motherboard, but that too gone in vain, on last 16th oct we gave a complain but till date we didn't get any response...

I had purchased a 32 in led tv from samsungin mar - 2017. From the date of purchase to till the date 23/10/17 that led tv has a sound issue. I had complaint many times, sometimes engineering visit and said that its not a tv problem but its a set top box problem... Finally he agreed that led's sound card has to be change.. Now i have call to samsung and their service center m/s keytech service, many time but no satisfactory response from samsung...

Dear team, with deep regret i would like to inform that my new samsung galaxy j7 pro, which i purchased on[protected] has turned out to be black in the display screen, without any reason. One fine morning i saw that the display screen has turned out to be black on a small spot and then now it has started increasing. It's not even two months that i have purchased this new phone. I have bought a samsung j7pro now it's display is damaged and then i have gone to service centre now they are behaving rudely to. Me saying that i have to change it's lcd which will cost around around 550rs inr. So why should i pay that my phone is already in warranty period. I hope samsung wouldn't lose its loyalists and also hope that they would give 1 time replacement offer to early buyers like me....

My samsung mobile a5 2016 is dead due to battery problem. I already complaint to you about this but not any responsed me so kindly solve my issue. The above said problem is share with you many times but now this compaint is final afterthat i spread the bad experience on social media and also taking action regarding this behaviour of samsung company...

I've purchased samsung galaxy s7 edge on aug 2016. My screen was broken a month back and there is no one time screen replacement offer for people who bought before sep 2016. I bought it for a higher price 53k, but samsung doesnt give such offers to loyalists who buy their flagship phones immidiately after the launch. This happened second time with me - i brought a samsung j7 pro, faced a problem with speaker within 14 days, got a replacement for it, but faced same problem with speaker and display with replaced device too, its not even been a month i got that, samsung team being very rude to me, i'm really disappointed with samsung if you treat your customers this way then better shutdown the company cause you are not satisfying your customers as promised...

I'm having samsung j7 next.. Recently 12 days ago i bought it. Today in the afternoon it's battery got blast, don't know how this accident were very fearfull... I thought samsung was the best choice but i was wrong... So now i started hate to samsung mobiles.. Worst fear ever.. That was very bad experience.. I mean new mobile get blast like this.. Installation service post sales in chennai is deplorable.
The team leader of the installation dept even suggests to go ahead and complain to the head office.
Obviously samsung does not invest on training its staff to even speak courteously to a customer, not evenwhen samsung is at fault.

Trying to raise a service request for my fully automatic washing machine but customer service representative is highly arrogant, incompetent and rude. Its ridiculous how a company like samsung treats its customer. Customer care representative named namitha was attending my call and she simply refused to take the complaint.

After too much struggle i somehow got the complaint registered but now the service engineer is not responding....

I found problem of display looking dull j7 prime new mobile compare to samsung other mobile. I think this is colour tint problem or blue colour tint not settled properly in your new lot j7 prime mobile. Please do needful action and solve this problem. Samsung customer care not providing proper guides because lack of knowledge.

Ratika katkare shes behavior against customer is very bad she is not knowledge how to handle cutomer and how to talk with us my experience is very bad about that lady...

Charging issues with my samsung galaxy j7 prime.. Even after 5 hours, the phone battery is at 89%. It's about 6 months old.. Strangely it starts charging and from 89 to 91% it chargers again in 2 seconds, 91% to 95% 30 minutes and 95% to 100% in 3 minutes.. This is ridiculous.. I need a solution.
This is happening especially after the nougat update. Let me know what needs to be done....
