I bought a Samsung headset level u on july 30 2017. Suddenly microphone stopped working. This is not acceptable as i was not using my headset frequently. There is no trouble shooting steps given for this in manual

    Sir i have already submitted my complaint on 24-10-17. I am not satisfied with the quality and performance of my new mobile samsung galaxy j7 pro which i purchased on 19-10-17. Its touch is not smooth. The time which appears on the lock screen disappears slowly even when auto mode is off. But company says that we can compare it with new set of same model only. But sir i am not satisfied with the quality and performance of the model. Sir i want my money back. Please solve my problem.

    Sir i already submitted my complaint yesterday about my mobile samsung galaxy j7 pro which i purchased on 19-10-17. I am not satisfied with its performance. Its touch is not smooth. Its screen becomes blurred on the left side. Its audio quality is also not good. Sir i want my money back. I received a call in the morning. I was told that i will receive a call from samsung company or service centre before 3 p. M. But i have not received any call. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

      Hi,
      This is with regard to order no[protected], order placed on samsung india website for samsung note 8 mobile phone.
      Delivery time was 5 to 7 days and the whole amount is deducted from account.. But its now 10 days and still no news about the product or delivery. The status is remaining the same on their website that its under process..

      As the whole money is taken already whats the delay in delivering the product, \...
      I contacted samsung shop many times.. But even after torturing 15 to 20 minute waiting period to talk to a customer service agent no one was able to provide a solution to the problem.. Please kindly provide me a solution. I have all major courier like blue dart and aramex etc operating in my area..

      Hi,

      With Reference to the above mentioned order no. I would to bring to your noticed again that even after placing the order on Oct 20th. I still haven't (Nov 6th) received the product, even after the whole amount has been deducted from my bank account.

      i have contacted the customer care many many times, still i have not a solution to the problem. Every time they many some or the other excuse and ask me to wait few more days. kindly tell me the whats the issue or provide me a address where i can go and collect the product. Surprisingly all of a sudden the order status just changed from processing to delivered on sat evening (Nov 4th), i dont know how is this possible, samsung supposed to be an international brand, but this type of irresponsible behavior I might expect from some low grade Chinese brands.

      I expected much much more from a brand like samsung, thats why i placed the order on samsung site itself, now I regret it, i should have placed the order on amazon or so.. i have been a fan of samsung phones, but i think this is my last samsung phone. Am very much disappointed in the samsung India shop.

      I hope you will look into the matter and provide a solid solution whihc is DELIVER THE PRODUCT, else refund MY MONEY...

        Dear team, i lodged a complaint on 23rd october 2017, as the lcd was damaged and even after replacement of the lcd, the new lcd also turned damaged. Spots cropping up which will result in darkening of the entire screen like the last time. Now i feel that there is some problem with the phone itself otherwise how come a 2 months old phone be such kind of a damaged piece. Most probably there is a problem in the product. I am finding huge difficulty with this phone. And why should i need to be troubled for this new phone. Company should arrange for a replacement of the phone. As it is second time that the lcd is damaged. The new lcd after servicing i brought home and the same problem logged in. So, kindly do the needful for the replacement of the new j7 pro.

          Updating reply from samsung after 15 days of my complaint registered on 10 th october and its not customer care and they like to threat us to fone calls and email. I need reply and resolution.
          Dear concern,
          Appreciated your written reply finally by assuring the quality repair for the product which failed quality performance to a customer within 30 days. The tech you send to open the tv who couldnt fix it back as he was in sweat in front o[censored]s to make the tv switch on again as i feel samsung not sending qualified tech to home for repair, tech visited without any id card or any other paper which shows he is the representative of samsung, i believe samsung offering such casual approach to handle customer complaint these places.

          So my question is that how can i trust on your repair as this is the things happen with me from your end.

          Please don't make a customer fool by saying this extended warranty expires within 7 days, don't you under estimate customer as i didnt buy any local product as you were initially praising so much for the quality checks of the product. Kindly provide me qc certificate for the same product if possible. Now i am in doubt that the dealer may sold the tv which was on their shop for display,

          As i reiterate you that rather telling me the count down time for the warranty period, escalate this to higher level and sort solution for your customer.

          And customer don't need samsung good will gesture as we do have consumer right after buying your faulty products.

          How many parts you will repair on my tv, pannel, remote, plus mother board.

          Hence i am not accepting your proposal if you cannot fix my problem kindly arrange for safe disposal of this faulty tv highly appreciated for that.

          I am sure none of the company can take such a guarantee and pride on behalf of brand and their customer trust. Hence i request samsung representative must not challenge people faith on samsung product it may not take years or months to loose the trust and so product recall is become inevitable if you challenge the customer faith like this.

            I have purchased sumsung j7 prime on sep'16 but phone automatically dead on 23rd oct'17 just 1 month after expire warranty. As per the service center guys it's mother board has been dead and it will take 8000 to 10000 rs for replacement.

            Please suggest any suitable solution as i am not able to afford replacement cost also it's create a big time dissatisfaction upon my friend circle upon the company but i have full faith of the company and using company product since long...

              This is just to say i chandrika h shah had purchased samsung machine model number wa95bwpeh 7.5 kg amt 23, 800/- on 5/3/2013 through great eastern appliances pvt ltd. At the time of buying i was told it is newest version model which offered 10yrs warranty period for motor. Our washing machine got broke down and we lodged our complaint in the samsung customer care. The representative came inspected the machine and after few days said that the parts was not available with the company and offered us to sell the washing machine at 10% of the cost price 2380/-. We are willing to pay for the replacaple parts. We think it is wrong thing from the company side to not to keep stock or replace the parts (Instead offered us to sell at very low price) when at time of selling they say it is the newest model they say it is the newest model which offered 10yrs warranty period on motor. We also think it is gimmick of giving excuse that the parts are not available so that we are forced to sell the washing machine to them at a really low price

                I have purchased samsung s7 edge in october 2016 worth 53000 inr and samsung didn't provided any offer to me for screen replacement, in 2017 when the cost of same samsung s7 edge gone down that "never mind offer" came and in which people who purchased same mobile in 30, 000 inr get the offer and people who purchased in 53000 has to pay 14000 inr.

                Samsung this was not expected, being a professional company and manufacturer you should treat every customer the same.

                  Dear sir/ madam
                  I am having samsung plasma tv model no: ps43f4100arlxl, serial no: mqwc3pcd910482d and it has extended warranty of 3 yrs having b. P. No: [protected].

                  The product is under extended warranty till 24 nov 2017.

                  The product is having issue with the screen, half of the screen gets lines and it has been confirmed by the service engineer also. The latest complain no is [protected].

                  The engineer told that the screen needs to be replaced. On 28oct 2017 i got call from the service center that there is no spare screen and so they cannot replace it.
                  They have offered me that they will deduct 68% of the cost of the tv and refund me the remaining money for the tv and take away the old tv.

                  I do not agree to this. I had not taken extended warranty to get 32% cost after 3.9 yrs. I want my old tv to be repaired or replaced.

                    I purchased a product from samsung shop on 1th october and till date i haven't received the product. It has been 2 weeks since my purchase and yet samsung claims that they deliver their products within 2-4 business days. They even sent me a message claiming that the product has been shipped on 18th of october when in actually it was shipped on 21st and this can be clearly seen on the courier's website i. E. Fedex. Now on the fedex's website the estimated delivery date is still showing as 23rd october and still shows the product is in transit from chennai to delhi but the product is nowhere to be tracked, not even by samsung or fedex themselves. I have complained about this by calling the consumer court helpline but wanted to bring light about this to other people around. Samsung executives are the worst when it comes to handling this kind of situation. Everyday they call me and say that this case has been escalated and will receive a call within 24-48 hours. And now i'm really fed up of their pathetic customer care department. They won't even send me a new one, say that i need to cancel this one and when they will receive this product first only then will they ship the other one. And how am i supposed to know when will they receive this one. Besides the product is already out of stock on their website. All i need is my product and this time no lies. I don't care if fedex has lost the package or whatever they have done with it. I paid to samsung for my product and it is their duty to send me the package on time and if they are unable to do so due to any of the reasons then it's their duty to sweeten the pot for making fake commitments and for grievance.

                    So just waiting for another 7 working days for the resolution before consumer court gives me justice.

                      This is to inform you that in agra situated your service centre simran electronics
                      The service given to customer is very poor rated no responsible person over there and
                      The way its receptionist talk to customer is very rudely and dispointed. I am
                      Complainting because 4 times in a month i reach there but i have seen and observed
                      That they are not providing good service all staff very aggressive against every
                      Customer no sense of greeting which does required i think, very easily receptionist
                      Proving complaint number to customer

                      Even very careless staff working there no handset is been delivering on time m telling that because 4 times i was there i observed that if it okay than very soon customer will switch to other brands and samsung will apear like sony, nokia and other in future

                      Plz provide good service and make customer delight not dispointed

                      It is to inform you that in agra your service center name simran electronic in not providing better service to customers i complainting becouse in my tablate accuring a complaint for that solution i went to service center but in 3 times they all staff is careless no sence of talking to customers missbehave to all, resepsnist does not have to sence to talk talk always agrresive to all customers

                      I mean that no responsible person is working there barnch manager also. Now my product is not working after 3 complaints no responce made my samsung team. Poor service

                        I have purchased refrigerator from vijay sales on 15 feb 2013 now refrigerator have some issue it's not working i have called customer care on 23 oct 2017 they assigned engineer name pandey contact no [protected] he said that he will inform company and arrange part in 2 days but no revert from them till now [protected] is my service request no which is cancel by company without my permission and new service request assigned [protected] now new engineer come today rajesh [protected] said that 3 more days req as pandy doesn't revert back to company it's almost 10 days my refrigerator not working please look into the matter if my refrigerator haven't started by tomorrow i will file the case in consumer court

                          I have order the mobile samsung galxy on ntx from flipkart and got it on janaury 19 2017. All of sudden one day phone display was not working properly and it was not showing imaes clearly. So i took the mobile to nearest samsung service center located in nalanagar hyderabad. The took mobile for investigation and gave it back after few days saying that mobile rear part is damaged, so display is not working. Now when came back it was not even showing anything, i mean not alteast blurr images nothing. I am not sure what they did or did i get the defective piece from samsung? I am not clear on this but i have spent money on mobile and now no one is responding fixing my problem. Service center people were asking 7000/- saying display is damaged. So i kept it at ome phone. After few days one of my friend told about consumer complaints so raising the voice here.

                          I dont know how come this complaint (Oct 30th dated), came to resolved status.No one from samsung team has reaced me yet on this, I have freshly raised a new complaint with the sae details in december but that is also not yet ttended by Samsung Team. I dont know how to change the complaint status from resolved to un resolved, as this complaint is not yet attended, can any one advice ?? I am very much dis appointed by samung team, as they are not at all responding except for their auto generated notifications.No one is calling or no one ismiling me or no one ismessaging me on my complaint status.

                            I have lodged a complain on 26th oct two days back...
                            The customer care executive are not aware of status of my complain and give false promise of it being attended since last 2 days.
                            The service station was to call 2 days back have not bothered to call.

                            Ultimately i was forced to call my local vendor who attends to my other fridges in my hospital.

                              I submitted my phone s7 edge for screen replacement for my front and back screen on 16th october at your okhla service center. Front screen was under an offer of 990rs and back screen i was asked to pay total 8800 rs which i agreed. I received a call after 1 week to collect my phone and when i went there i saw my back screen cover colour was changed from the original shiny gold to dull gold. I disputed there however they told me the vendor has changed and they don't have the original screen colour. This is utter nonsense why would i pay for a screen colour which is not my original. After fighting with them for a long time to told me they will escalate same to their seniors and i was asked to log a complaint on customer service number.

                              I logged the complaint and since then customer service is telling me i will get a call from the senior team but no one has called back till date. I am daily calling your inefficient customer service number and getting no positive response.

                              I am not sure what kind of services you offer to a customer who has spent 50-60k to purchase your phone

                              This is highly annoying as from last 15 days i don't have my phone and no one has a response.

                              I need this to be escalated at the highest level and need immediate callback with a solution else i will post the irresponsible behaviour of samsung to social media and would file a legal complaint for fraud.

                                Dear customer care manager - i am vinod kumar - husband of mrs. Suma. K. R who purchased washing machine fully automatic. Model. No. Samwa65m4010hl 84501100 samsung top load, vide inv. No. Inv[protected] for rs.23500.00
                                Main complaint is " 38 minutes duration showing in display, but more than 1 and half hour taking washing process. First of all, the technician who visited my house is not behaved in good manner & he is not ready to explain the things.

                                Please take care to my complaint & solve the issue within 48 hours timing.

                                    Hi, i hope this reach to the executive s of samsung, i had bought a refrigerator on 5th sep 2015, in the first year itself it started giving us trouble and stopped cooling, engineer came from dwarka, repaired and it worked fine for another 12 months, now same problem surfaced again, there seems to be issue with the unit have been sold and the engineer coming to repair is also making fool of me, i hope you understand the issue and do something about it.                                       The mobile i ordered was delivered on 16th oct. Since it is getting heated often, i wanted replacement. A technician was sent and later there was no information regarding the replacement.. The technicians were sent twice when i requested for replacement again, but the mobile was not replaced. Now i asked for replacement and again i was told that a technician would be sent. But no proper actions are being taken. If this mobile can't be replaced i request you to consider refunding.

                                        There is huge gap while closing / inserting the vegetable tray as clear in the attached images. I originally planned to buy a simple refrigerator but paid rs. 10, 000 extra just for technology and aesthetic appeal of the samsung refrigerators.

                                        But to my disappoint and utter harassment, i found vegetable tray completely out of alignment and not fitting properly showing huge gap. I even called the person from the shop from where i bought this refrigerator. Even the representative from samsung office mr. Lucky (Mobile no. [protected]) had no answer to this. He was concerned initially as according to him the gap should not have been there but later denied any resolution as the conglomerate samsung had no answer for what's known as manufacturing defect.

                                        Since 14th oct 2017, i am calling their customer care almost every second day and spoken to number of their executives at length, telling my problem from beginning to all of them, but all in vain. No resolution from samsung is provided till now.
