Maine 13 oct ko samsung ka washin machine liya aur mujhse kaha gaya ki demonstration ke liye aapki company se 14 oct ko banda aayega but aaj 15 oct ho gya aur ab tak koi nai aya.Kal jab maine ish distributor se baat ki to ushne kaha aapka call log ho chuka hai but jab jab maine customer care baat kiya to pata chala ki mera call log hi nai hua hai.

    Refusal to repair washing machine by samsung india service centre-
    Complaint no:[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
    Person contacted: samsung call centre

    I had purchased a washing machine on 24.12.2012 of samsung brand with sr no z1455zcc301738 and model no wmsam93 (Wa82bwkec). The machine stopped working on 09/10/2017. We called on the samsung service centre, he checked the machine and informed us that the parts for the machine are not available as the model has been discontinued. We have lodged complaints 4 times and every time the complaint is closed without attending to the complaint. Further they have registered the date of purchase as 2014 in their books.
    After persistent follow up they informed us that they will reimburse the amount after depreciation. However they backtracked once we produced the receipt, as per their request,
    They have informed us that they are not in a position repair the washing machine as the model is discontinued and parts are not available.
    In this connection we wish to lodge the complaint on the following grounds.
    1 an outdated model on the verge of discontinuation was sold to us (Mis selling)
    2. It is a right of the consumer to seek repairs for the goods purchased.
    3. The company is required to ensure that the parts are availabe
    At least for a period of 10 years, as the life of the washing machine is 10 years.
    4. The company has either repair it or replace it to redress the complaint
    5. Under the circumstances we request you direct the company to repait the machine or replace it immediately
    6. Further we also prey for compensation of rs25000 for closing the complaint 4 times without redressing it leading to wastage of time and mental agony.

    Mr Mayank, Sr executive from Samsung India, New Delhi Called on Us and I also called on him on 27/10/2017. He was all that cordial but rather rude. He has refused to resolve the issue giving the reason that the parts are not available and the Washing machine is 5 Years old.
    I also informed him to take back the Machine so that he can produce as evidence when the hearing date is given, as i don't have enough space to keep the machine at my house. He flatly refused to oblige. under the circumstances, if I should not asked to produce the Machine in case of hearing

    Further pl help me in getting justice from Samsung India, as a Consumer I am entitled have my Washing Machine repaired . I am looking forward to your intervention in this regard at the earliest. It is required that such corporates are brought to book and let right be done.

      I purchased samsung top load fully automatic washing machine (Wa62m4300hp) on 24/09/2017 from reliance digital (Near mhatre bridge, pune). The machine was delivered on 25/09 and a sloppy demo by the reliance person was given around 27/09.

      When we started using the machine, we found some problem with water level. I raised a complaint with reliance on 30/09. There was no response from them inspite of following up reliance cc for 2-3 days. Finally i called up samsung cc and raised the complaint. They sent a technician on 03/10/2017 to check the problem. He told it was a water sensor issue and he submitted his report to the service centre.

      I decided that the machine need to be replaced as a faulty one was sold to me. The fault was already there when the machine was delivered. This means that the product was not tested properly and there could be other faults waiting to crop up.

      I called up samsung cc and requested them for a replacement instead of repair. The cc person said somebody from service centre will get in touch with me. I waited for a couple of days and again called up the cc. Eventually after a couple of followups with the cc somebody from service centre called up. I again re-iterated that the machine should be replaced and not repaired. He told that he will send the replacement request to head office for approval which will take 7-10 days.

      I called up the cc on 16/10 to know the status. She said that my request for replacement has been approved the head office and somebody will get in touch with me soon. Nobody did!

      I again called up cc on 19/10 and requested to talk to some senior. So, mr. Vivek varma, 1st level supervisor, got on line. He had a different thing to tell! He said that the machine cannot be replaced as per the warranty clause. I again had to repeat the whole story and insisted for replacement. He said he has no clue of the approval from head office and whether any request was sent to head office for approval. Finally after some deliberation he said that some other senior person will get in touch with me. Nobody did!

      Samsung and reliance are just big names with lousy & pathetic services they provide. They're least botheed about customer's plight once the product is sold. I hope somebody is listening!

        Hi team,
        I raised a request for cancellation of order i'd[protected] for samsung j7 pro on october 07, 2017 through call center i. E 180040 samsung. Cancellation request placed on october 08, 2017.
        On october 09, 2017, product was dispatched to me even after cancellation request and i had been asked by customer care to refused the delivery of the product. I did the same thing and i refused the acceptance of the order on october 11, 2017.
        Yesterday, the product was delivered back to samsung warehouse. (As per fedex), but still my product has not been cancelled by samsung.
        Samsung has also started emi on cancelled product and the emi amount is now reflecting on my credit card statement.

        I was trying to contact customer care using the toll free no. (180040samsung) for cancellation and also written mails to
        Support. [protected]@samsung.com, but there are no appropriate revert on my issue.
        On daily basis, customercare is raising a concern to samsung backend team, but they are also not getting any reply on that.

        I am really frustrated with the samsung services.

        Samsung, if you ll have any courtesy then please cancel my product and send confirmation on my registered email id.

        Please cancel my order and refund my amount back.

          I have purchased samsung smart tv two months back and screen got vertical lines all over and I raised the complaint, after 6 days technician visited and said tv pannel plus mother board has to change . I objected to change and i requested for replacement of tv .As i know it is quality compromise of the product. during warranty period samsung may change free of cost . after that i have to pay from my pocket . and samsung customer care saying that there is no gurantee for their electronic product it may damage easily .
          i dont think any common people can afford to change tv panel every year or so as per samsung they have got no guarantee for their electronic product .

            I have purchase mobile phone samsung a7 2016
            Imei no [protected] on 17th feb 2017 from relince digital, empress mall,
            Nagpur.
            From when i have purchase this mobile i got
            Problems every time.
            First i have repair this mobile from spectrum
            Marketing, dharampeth tower, whc road, nagpur
            On 18th august 2017 for usb problem. This problem was
            Solved by the company on 22nd august 2017 but now new
            Proble occured that is poor fitting. Again i have
            Given mobile to company and receive mobile back on 24th
            Aug 2017.
            After some days again i have got proble of
            Usb and poor fitting and given mobile to care center
            On 13th sep 2017. Care center, solved this problem but
            The body fitting prolem not solved, on 19th sep again i have
            Put the phone to care center and received phone on
            20th sep 2017
            After repair i got new problem of call drop
            And battery drain fast. This time again i contact care
            Center on 23th sep 2017 they have solve this proble
            In half an hour.
            This time only one problem solved of battery
            Drain but the call drop is same.
            But now new problem occures of head phone connected
            Sometimes and sometime disable. Now againg i have given
            Moblie to care center on 3rd of oct and get repaired
            Mobile on 7th of oct 2017. When i got this mobile the
            Body was not fitted properly. When i ask to care center
            They told that you have misused your mobile phone.

            Again it was problem of call drop and poor fitting
            Again i contact to care center on 13th oct 2017.

            I am mentally disturb for this mobile please
            Help me and solved my problem.

Service center say to me no massage by compani regarding your complain and no massage to me in 48 houres so i again complain at toll free no [protected] complain atend miss nancy and say to me your problem sand to seniour and solve tha problem and say to me your complain ragisterd complain no are [protected] and say to me wait 24 houres so i say to you why your waranty value regarding this complain and say to you our valuble time are expend this work and my mantoly tension by your waranty plese solve problem and my tension

I wanted to change the old battery with a new one since backup is very poor now after 3 yrs o[censored]se. I was informed that same is unavailable.                   I bought tv on jan 205 and power board failure on sep 2017 and raised compliant and still now problem not resolved and samsung customer care and service center memebers both are fraud. They will not say the truth and its getting delayed last one month. Very bad service from samsung. If powerboard not available then i need to go for depreciation 33% they are sucking blood.

                    I had given tablet sm-p905 on 8th july vide [protected] at jayanagar center, 27th cross, bangalore for repair and replacement of battery which over time had bulged. At the time of giving my system was otherwise working. Person who took it for service told me that during the removal of old battery, it is possible that display could be damaged. Subsequently i got a call that they managed to get it out without issue and wanted to me to pay advance to get new battery. I paid an advance of rs.3000/- after 15days i got a call that i should come down to collect the tablet. When i went there, i was told that battery replacement has not worked and instead they told me that both display and motherboard have to be replaced. This was not the conversation i had before.in the prior conversation, everything was ok except for battery replacement. So if the service center personnel are so careless to spoil our property given in good faith, how do we trust samsung? They were saying that the item's parts are not available and i have to manage it myself. Having damaged it, they were trying to dump it on me. Thereafter i called samsung customer service number and they asked me to leave the item with the service center itself so that the customer service supervisor will speak to the center to get this resolved. I left this on 22nd july.
                    I am yet to hear on this. I do not know the status and i would like the item to be returned duly repaired. Even samsung ceo's office supports the service center rather than the customer. Samsung service team wants customers to pay for all the damages caused by them. Every time we get higher amount. I already had paid rs.3000/- earlier for battery replacement advance.
                    If i do not get a resolution, i shall initiate legal action.

As per sms received from flipcart on 10 oct. 2017 & from samsung on 11 oct 2017, service engineer kishor mobile no.[protected] has been assigned against order no.[protected] for installation on 12 oct. 2017. However, he has reported only on 14 oct. 2017 after several requests but he hasn't installed tv stating that model is new and it will be installed only after confirmation from company till date, he has not reported. After contacting, he said company has not yet confirmed.in the meantime samsung has sent message that installation request has been cancelled. Kindly escalate & assign other engineer for installation. Hope, i will get feedback & resolve the problem. Thanks.

                        I & my family are using only samsung mobile from last 8 years.

                        I have purchased samsung j7max on 1st oct 2017.

                        On 4th oct. This mobile start finger touch, music volume & started hanging. I have contacted to samung care. They have updated software, but problem is not resolved. Two times software is updated.

                        On 13-10-17, i have faced some problem again. I have contact to care to replace this set, but there response was unexpected. They are not ready to replace my phone. I was totally surprised. I can not expect such reply from samsung

                        Earlier have referred to my friends to purchase same phone, but now myslef is facing such problem.

                          Samsung mobile phone service is one of the worst one. I purchased faulty s8 which is having network issue, it is a manufacturing defect. I asked them to replace or money back, but they convinced with 6month extended warranty. When i visited to service centre at madhapur they are refusing to give extended warranty. Even though when i showed them the mail which i received from head office. When these fellows who sent mail to me, why they will not inform to service centre. They don't have minimum common sense they don't feel responsibility, when i give reply for their mail they won't give response also. It is already nearly 2months till now i dint received my mobile.

                            I visited samsung mobile service centre, sector -3, noida, uttar pradesh to get my mobile phone repaired as i was facing phone charging problem. There was no other problem than this in my mobile. On my first visit to service centre samsung officials told me that there could be estimate of around rs. 500-600 for repair of mobile.
                            On my next visit to samsung mobile service centre to get my mobile back, they told me that the speaker of the phone is also not working and it needs to be changed and gave me estimate of another rs. 400/-. After some days i got a call from service centre that your mobile has been repaired. I visited the service centre again to collect my mobile but they asked me to wait for another 2 hours as my phone has not been reparied yet. When i told them that i got a call from your office that my phone is repaired and can collect anytime, the service centres employees started shouting on me especially ms. Shalini. When i told them that i wanted to talk to their manager, ms. Shalini started using abusive language, you can confirm it by cctv footage. After all this i collected my mobile and went home. Since then the mobile is also not working well. This incident has caused me un-avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and financial loss. I therefore request you to look into the matter and take strict action against ms. Shalini for her bad behaviour and abusive language that she used which caused me mental harassment and inconvenience.

                              Hi tech service center anna nagar west chennai, has taken the mother board of washing machine last month did some service gave it to us and it did not even work for 10 days it again broke down they charged us 3717. Now they have taken it and it's more than a week and they keep stalling someone needs to look at this pathetic services provided to samsung customers. Why is samsung authorising such people who cannot respond over the phone with proper information every time we have to call and they keep postponing saying they have not got the board from head office, can someone look into this before i easier it in consumer complaints board

                                Sir, i'm using samsung phones for the last 12 yrs. Recently i bought a samsung j7 pro worth 21000 from a qrs outlet sreekaryam, trivandrum, kerala, on the 8th of oct 2017 night 21:35 hrs for my mom. From the very next day itself she started complaining about its display, that its not clear, that a bluish tint like display is appearing, assuming that being an aged lady she might have changed the settings unknowingly, i asked her to produce the phone before any samsung servicing center. Unfortunately due to certain illness she produced it only on the 20th day of purchase. The engineers over there replied that the issue is regarding an impact damage and it wont be covered under insurance and the cost will come around 5500 rupees. She repeatedly promise me that she took utmost care while handling and it might be that issue which got worsened from the very next day of purchase, and by visual verification not even a single scratch can be seen in the phone or on the tempered glass too. So sir, i request your good self to consider this request and to do the needful through cashless service

                                  Have raised multiple service requests without any help.

                                    I bought this washing machine from croma. After wash see holes in ckitges - any type like napkins undergarments tees. Tried withbrand bew clothes, same issue. Complained in september and samsund local took for repairs and said minir adjustments needed and brought back. See same issues, technician came again took pictures if torn clothes. Defective machine-agitator. Not getting proper reply on next action. Must have ruined clothes over usd.800 in this machine during the past few months. Please advise. Thanks

                                    Its the most [censored]ing product of samsung...not even completed 10 days from the date of purchase this [censored] fell from a 1 foot distance and got broken in display...i dont know what the [censored]ing gorilla glass they had on it...its simply sucking and [censored]ing and waste of money and im fed up with that.                                       The microwave has burnt and it is just 6 months old. I agreed for the service and no one turned up. It's a health and safety issue and can cause a life if ignored. Need resolution.
