I have purchased a samsung j7 max gold mobile on 06/08/2017 at lulu mall, kochi, after 2 month usage charger adapter not working while calling on customer care they are telling, kindly visit nearest service center, while i'm visiting at samsung store mobile also i will kept samsung store 15 days what services you're provide i can't keep my mobile at your store, i don't have any alternative handset, i will not give my mobile phone on your store, i will handover the charger, it's your charger adapter issue, why i'm kept my mobile at service center, kindly checkand assist asap

    I have bought a new mobile phone samsung galaxy j7 pro on[protected]. But i am not satisfied with its performance. Its touch is not smooth. Its screen becomes blurred on the left side when we lock it. Its audio quality is also not good. I have already visited the service centre two times and also registered my complaint on the toll free number of company. But no one is listening to my problem. I want my money back. Kindly solve my problem.

      I have bought a tv from dubai with international warranty in 2014. Tv model - ua 40d 5500rrxzn. The speakes are gone last year and i have raised at the call center and paid 3k additional charges for import ed tv. I am. Okay with it. Now on 14th sep, i have registered a complaint for mother board fault (Which samsung engineer said) and req. No -[protected]. Now they say the parts are not available in india and the tv should be scrapped. What is the point of international warranty? Also how the speaker's are repaired if this is not under international warranty?. My registered number is [protected] at samsung call center and available at [protected]. Need an explanation on the same.

        The service center with address smart teleservices, patamata, near nirmala convent, vijayawada - 520 010, phone:[protected] asked me rs.200 for an estimation. My samsung s8 fell and the screen was broken. They made me sit in the service center for 1 hour to take the device for repair and at last no one responded and i was sitting in the center like fool. Is this the way you behave with your customers? This is absolutely ridiculous. I paid so much to buy this device and this is the customer service you people are providing?

          Hi.. I arunesh mishra using samsung house hold product form last 14 years. From last 10 days i have raised issue as my washing machine is not working as cable not working.

          And i have told come with cable they told first you have to pay service charge than only we can come with the cable.

          I have told samsung guy will pay all service charges and cable charges at the same time but they denied.

          Your employee behavior is so rude and told my boss will call you back but till the time i have not received any call from that boss.

          Is this is the way to serving your customer???

          Is this the way you are doing business with the customer. Such a pathetic service and worse service having.

              My name is rahul abhange i have purchased samsung 40" led on 18.08.2017. Yesterday while i was watching a programme on screen the led got off by itself. It's hardly 2months what the hell is wrong??.. I was told a technician will visit in the morning.. I have taken leave so that the led issue is sorted but there is no response until now..                 3rd time went to service station after your executive make many call and request but today again no satisfaction given me by your team i took leave from my office specially for my tablate but gate keeper was not allowing anyone to go inside according to me i think there is no checking is making by your asm, tsm and all,

                Many customer was getting away from your services now i also making this samsung tablate sell out and took any other service and tell about your irresponsible behavior with customer and them away your team and goods ankit and pradeep did not attend my call after so much try after so many promises really shame you samsung

                  I have purchased mobile samsung edge 7 on 15.10.2017.
                  Serial no. Rz8h90b4qze ([protected])

                  The company is claiming the mobile is water resistance in the rain, shower or the pool for up to 30 minutes in a depth of 1.5 m or below is false.

                  The water entered in the mobile with in 15 seconds when my wife put the shorts of my son in a bucket carrying water. Its display and front camera is not working.
                  Service center has said that it out of warranty. Its warranty has expired 8 days before.

                  I have already lodged complaint with samsung vide complaint no. [protected] dated 23.10.2017.

                  I need replacement of mobile or register a case against the company in the court. The company has cheated lakhs of customers by making false claim of meeting specifications ip 68 water and dust resistant.

                  I want to lodge the claim against the company for an amount of rs. 2.5 crores for cheating all its customers.

                  In case of no immediate replacement i want to fight the case in consumer court.

                    This the ref of complaint no - [protected] on october 10 th lodged to samsung customer carei have purchased a samsung smart tv on august and i have been complaining about manufacturing fault and requested for replacement. I received almost 50 calls from samsung where every one explaining me about the rules and regulation. I believe that i approached to samsung for replacement rather company suppose offer me the same. But i spoke to many times and no resolution i got yet. Last saturday i received a call from customer care and they were offering me for quality repair and 5 months warranty on repair as i understood, first time tv damaged within two months and company second time also giving 5 months time, is this offer got any justification for a samsung customer,
                    I am sure that any samsung customer may agree to do repair tv on every three months for the manufacturing fault of the product, here i want resolution for my complaint from samsung. As i need replacement of my tv. I need written explanation from the samsung if not done same for the manufacturing fault from your side.

                    here after i wish to say to every one who read this should not buy samsung TV which got no quality service, very casual approach to customer complaints within two months my samrt TV damaged but samsung not willing to accept responsibility and resolve my problem as they says electronic things can damage at any time as they well aware this problem is manufacturing fault . mention our right to repalce or repair the product during warranty period as their good will gesture.

                      We bought a samsung double door refrigerator 10 yrs back. Off late it hasn't been maintaining the required temperature and keeps fluctuating a lot and makes a whirring sound. Few technicians visited to repair it but the problem still persists.

                        I bought a samsungac (Ar18hv5nfwkn) for rs 45000. Invoice no: jh/cr14/3776 on may 8th 2014. After completing of one year 8 days (May 16th 2015). I had the first major problem with this product. The service engineer reported that the main pcb of outdoor had to be replaced and back to home on june 24th 2015 with the bill of 10, 622 rs. I had paid
                        Rs 6000 amount. Again after on 25-2-17 i had the same problem with this product. On[protected]. I had a call from service center and telling that the main pcb had not working it should be replaced and the cost for service is up to 10, 658 rs and gave a discount 30%. I paid 7460 rs on april 2017. Now again i got the problem on september 2017. Within 4 month i had faced the problem. I had a call from service center and telling that need to replace smtp and other parts and the cost for service is rs 5086. This model has so many defects and complaints. Samsung has stopped manufacturing of this model. I told them that i am planning to raise complaint on this model in consumer court. I request samsung to have exchange offer on this model.

                          2 months back after update the phone started to reboot frequently, so much that i could not even use it.
                          After sometime it started showing "emmc failed" while rebooting and failed to reboot.
                          Till now its impossible to use this phone.
                          Even after keeping device with utmost care if device can get damaged by an update what is the use of buying such high end and flagship devices.
                          Shoud i approach consumer court for this?

                            I gave my phone to service centre for repairing home key but they exchange my parts and now my phone is completely dead but they denied to repair it. I also called customer service but they could not help me my reference no is [protected] and bill no is [protected]. I want my phone back with repairing or refund my money. Otherwise i will consult with consumer forum.

                              Dear SAMSUNG,

                              I purchased a SAMSUNG LED TV UA32J4003ARLXL OA4B3PAG803355 on the name of my mother Mrs. Madhuri Devi on 31/10/2015.

                              On 22/10/2017 i called customer care and requested to send the service engineer to fix my TV and customer care agent (SHE) successfully registered the request and asked for convenient time or what time i would be available then i told her that pls send him between 10AM to 12PM and she said he will visit early morning. On 22/10/2017 evening i got a message with the details of service engineer at 06:18 PM.

                              On 23/10/2017,

                              I called the service engineer at 10:38AM and he said that he hadn't got any info and once he gets he will make a call. That time i had a strong faith on SAMSUNG and i used to think SAMSUNG is reliable brand and you will definitely meet your commitment and their service engineer will definitely visit in the given time.

                              But i was wrong and came to know that SAMSUNG is such a IRRESPONSIBLE BRAND and further not trustable because i waited till 2 PM but you even didn't show courtesy to inform me whether by which time your service engineer will make a visit.

                              After 2 PM i again contacted customer care and your agent (SHE) told me that engineer will visit by today. i called twice but you were not bothered to respond even a single time and again it was an IRRESPONSIBLE behvaiour means NO RESPONSE from your side.

                              I waited till 5:30PM but no response from SAMSUNG and again made call to customer care and shared my pain,

                              1. I had to go somewhere but i couldn't meet my commitment due to you.
                              2. I borne loss of Rupay 2000 due to you.
                              3. I wasted my whole day and you are such a careless and irresponsible organisation which wasn't bothered to make a single call to inform whether you could today visit or not.

                              At 5:51 PM i got a call from +[protected] and he was saying that service engineer will visit tomorrow. He said that in such a tone as he was doing an owe on me.

                              Attached for your reference,
                              a. TV bill and warranty card.
                              b. Screenshot of message that i got from you.
                              c. Contact number with mentioned time that call i got from you in the evening.

                              I have never expected such things from a brand like you but proved me wrong.

                              I lost my day, my money, my work get delayed and still i have to pay you for your CARELESSNESS and IRRESPONSIVENESS.

                                My name is k. Praveen kumar from hyderabad. I am using samsung galaxy on 7 from last november 2016. After using some days my nephew dropped a keychain on mobile it occurs a mild crack in top right side of the mobile. Still handset working very well till date.

                                Two days back suddenly it was stopped working. Later i came to know that it was battery problem. Today on[protected] i gave my mobile to service centre at mehdipatnam. They told me that they can not claim under warranty due to touch broke. I told them that it was not broken working very much good and that is not related to present problem. Still they are not listening and i was told to buy a new battery.

                                I asked them to give me on written. They mentioned that it is in out of warranty. I asked the same to the other person who is incharge and he is saying that if i requested to replace the battery he would have do it.

                                Just because of asking the reason and give me explanation on written he is strait away avoid to do it.

                                What i should do? Beg the representative to do this? I never expected this kind of service from samsung.

                                    I am going through extreme humiliation by your service center network people here. The case is as follows:
                                    I bought one refrigerator of samsung back in 2012 – now its compressor is not functional anymore and i logged a complaint with your customer case (# ref complaint no. [protected]). Since it is being so long since i bought this item, i have misplaced by purchase bill. I mentioned this to the customer care representative and they mentioned that the bill is not required in this case and your complaint will be handled without it. As there are other ways to verify if the warranty is still there or not (In my case the warranty is still valid, which they have checked in the system).

                                    Now, your service center people are acting like goons and telling me that they will not fix the problem at any cost till i can show the bill to them. On the other hand your customer care people assuring me that this is not required and no need for the bill.

                                    Its been 2 days since i am being troubled by service center staff but my problem is still not resolved.
                                    I am worried this type of service network you have where your customer is mishandled like this. I have kids at home and i have no place to keep their milk and food safe since last 2 days.

                                    It’s a shame that i purchased samsung product – and going through all this humiliation by your service center people.
                                    I need your kind intervention in this topic – so that it can be resolved asap.

                                    Looking forward to head from you back asap. Please escalate this issue and get it resolved. I request you please…

                                      I am totally disappointed by the service provided by you. My refrigerator being model no. 0450 rt24m is not working since last two months, aaccordingly i have put a complain against it over phone, one engineer came and changed a capsule fuse but it doesn't work, again we called and again a mechanic came, changed the motherboard, but that too gone in vain, on last 16th oct we gave a complain but till date we didn't get any response from you, sorry to inform you that we r totally fade up. Don't you think that its a long time to not respond a customer since 16th oct 2017?

                                        I had purchased a 32 in led tv from samsungin mar - 2017. From the date of purchase to till the date 23/10/17 that led tv has a sound issue. I had complaint many times, sometimes engineering visit and said that its not a tv problem but its a set top box problem... Finally he agreed that led's sound card has to be change.. Now i have call to samsung and their service center m/s keytech service, many time but no satisfactory response from samsung and their service centre... From last one month there is no sound in my tv...
