Invoice # 1225/17g/s-3311, ww65m224kox/tl. Worst service. Puchased a month ago. Requested for refund. Processed for replacement. My clothes are lying there for a month. Still waiting for replacement. Contacted bajaj electronics refer to service center. Service center refer to company. Complaint # [protected]. Panel board & rubber failure. Brand new.

Replacement process takes 28 business days. Wow I don't know how to post call recording. Service centre person said 3 days. Customer care states 28 days. Don't we have godown in Hyderabad to process a replacement. y the product should come from Delhi. If that the case do sales in Delhi only where u have a company setup. Y to fool customers. When purchasing product none of the showroom will discuss about the repair/replacement/refund process. While purchasing they say it's a good product. I think Samsung washing will be built from scratch. That's y it takes 28 days. Stupid policy. If this issue has happened to any other officials in Samsung or any VIPs. Do they treat in same way?

Replacement was supposed to deliver today. Got a CALL TOday morning at 11am from transport. Till now delivery was not processed. When I called transport guy he is so leisure and least bortherd about customer emergency. He says I vll delivery it while I'm going to home. What kind of service is Samsung providing to customes on emergency basis.called the Service Centre people they are least bortherd, they don't even know where the vehicle is headed to. If Samsung does not want to process replacement, give me my refund back. I don't want this kind of a ### Service

[protected], this is the contact number of Driver. I'm [protected]@ home since morning and he is busy somewhere else. What a stupid driver, no one understands the point emergency. Samsung PPL are not the one nor the driver is facing the problem here. I'm the one and my family sitting here with out proper clothes since a month.

      Greetings!!

      1. I m samsung user from many years.. But recently i had a very bad experience with ur service for premium mobile.

      2. I given my S7 mobile to replace a screen with ur service center. (Bangalore lalbagh road).

      3. Where they took 3working days to repair my mobile by saying no screen stock.

      4. As per my knowledge if they dont have screen stock they wont accept repair works and tell us to visit after they arrive with stock.

      5. Here they accepted repair work and prolonged repair work for 3working days against 1-2hrs of work.

      6. Any how after calling ur customer care finally i got a call from serrvice center to collect mobile. After visting service center thwy told me to pay in cash which is denjed by me and told that i ll pay oly ny ecash.

      7. Finally i kept my credit card with manager and told to call me after swioe machine starts to work.

      8. Here also three working days over, no single call has been received from service center regarding payment. I wonder whats happening with samsung and its brand.. really its an worat experience with u ppl... I hope those service center guys wont call us. Pl provide ur CEO email id .. need to forward this ma to him.

        After speaking to a customer care regarding my complaint they redirected to Mr. Devakumar Ch, Senior Executive, Customer Experience. Based on the discussion, he asked me to write a mail in detail what had happened and send all the visuals. I communicated with him as per his suggestions, finally, he told me handover my mobile to servicing center on sep 22, 2016 (approximately) and the complaint number is Samsung SM-N920GZDAINS, bearing serial # RZ8H10BQKKJ.
        I explained my grievance to him in the mail on sep 18th 2017, as:
        I noticed a minute spot on my mobile screen on the other day itself after I bought from servicing center.
        But unfortunately, I didn't realize it was a display complaint again. Slowly it started increasing day by day.
        Hence I took back to servicing center after 3 days and reported them once again. There they stated it was dropped and the display got broken and better claim for warranty.
        But I don't think so. The spot appeared on the screen was immediately on the next day only and I am sure I didn't drop anywhere.
        I strongly feel that it was a defect while fixing my mobile and I don't want to claim any warranty. I want servicing center people to resolve it genuinely.
        I hope Samsung understands my grievance and do the needful fair play. I hereby attach my mobile visuals to this email.

        This is the complaint given on sep 18th 2017.
        After handovering my phone Mr. Devakumar stopped communicating with me irrespective of many emails from me. I couldn't contact him through phone because of poor signal and My office hours are from 8:40 Am to 6:00 PM.
        The servicing people are not releasing my phone and Mr. Devakumar is not responding to them also.
        Sir, please if you dont want to resolve the issue, please act fairly. No need to repair my mobile, u please release it. U know how important the mobile is for communication, holding these many days without responding to a customer grievance is not fine.
        From past 13 years I am a regular customer of your samsung brand. I purchased 2ACs, 2 Refregirator, 1 TV, 1 washing machine and 3 mobiles. I never experienced such a bad response from u people.

          I have changed my samsung mobile display. After that, my device network is not working. When i went to service center he told service centre is closed. I traveled very long to give mobile to service. When i explained him. He was using bad words. And there is no respect for the client in samsung service center.

          I have never seen such a worst service center manager in my life.

              This is regarding more than 1 and a half year pending complaint where i had mentioned issues with my led tv.

              It has been informed already that i am facing issues with my tv. The samsung headoffice has acknowledged that my complaints have been escalated many a times but still no satisfactory resolution is provided.
              The response told by your team keeps on changing every time.

              It is to let you know again that effort should be made by samsung and not the customer to resolve the complaint since the tv is from samsung and the directtv/cam technology is introduced by samsung and not by the service provider, considering the fact that customer has already contacted airtel.

              Also last time i was informed that i would be provided with a satisfactory response that time and also i was told that even the manufacturing team is also involved to solve the issue but as i can see, it was all a dupe... I dont understand that, even if the customer is ready for your technical team to investigate the issues, then why is it denied from your side every time.

              Since both airtel and samsung are doing a blame game on each other and the tv is purchased from samsung, i suppose samsung must resolve the concern as it has an inbuilt set top box and it has nothing to do with airtel.
              I have tried my best to cooperate with you in this regard but havn't recieved any satisfactory response from any side.
              I would again request you to please see that customer is still facing issues in your product so please take an initiative in helping the customer...

              the issues that i am facing are..
              image distortion occurs randomly (experienced randomly and very frequently).
              scrambled signal error
              broadcasting mode changes to satellite mode therby channel gets changed.

                You are given me tracking id again and again lost of times which already has been expired. It was dispatch on 1st sep 2017 and goes back to your warehouse on day same day for some reason. 

                Please dispatch it immediately and provide me new tracking number.

                  Hi,
                  I purchased samsung j7 pro mobile on oct 6th 2017. Unfortunately, my screen got damaged in an accident and we visited samsung service center in bangalore old airport road on 11th october to utilize the #nevermind offer for one time screen replacement. They called us on 16th october and informed that mobile is ready for pick up. Once we visited there, then they informed that the offer is not implemented and till then, they are not giving my phone by saying it is not yet approved by ho office and the customer care is not responding at all.

                    Dear sir,

                    I have being using samsung galaxy s6 edge for close to 2 years now i never had a problem until the recent past. On the 9th of august i got an update from samsung (The ota update) which i do as it is provided by you and i do it for safety, security and phone enhancement. However this time i don't know whether to call it my luck or not things did not turn out to be as the way it should. After the update my sim card was not getting detected immediately, assuming that it would be an issue with my sim card as it was old i chose to try a different sim card and i was facing the same issue while my sim card was working perfectly well on other phones. I wanted to bring it in to a service center however i was not finding the right time and later i figured out that my imei number had gone blank and so has my baseband version. Assuming that it would be a software problem i contact your chat support to figure out if i could solve the problem without visiting a service center. The first person i spoke to was garima tondon, she asked me to check the phone in safe mode and if i had the same problem do a complete reset of the phone i tired to explain her that a reset would not downgrade the software update but she insisted hence i performed it. This did not solve my problem so i had to contact again and i got in touch with waseem who asked me to get in to recovery mode and do a reset from there. I did what he said and the result was again negative as expected. Finally i got some free time i called customer care and got in touch with ram (Case id-[protected]). Who took remote of my phone as i was able to connect to wifi. He checked my phone and indicated that i will have to take it to a service center as the software update has caused an issue. I asked him would i be charged for this if so what are the rates he said he was not sure about the pricing but i would be charged as i was out of warranty. I told him that i agree that i am out of warranty but this update was provided by samsung and it should not have caused this issue so how am i liable to pay for an issue created by samsung. He mentioned that he will arrange a call back from his supervisor. I agreed to it and waited for the call however there was not response or no one called me back finally i called up again and spoke to some one i don't quiet remember the name (Case id-[protected]) took the address of the nearest service center. The following day i visited the service center gave the phone to them they took it inside after about 30 mins came back and told me that they will have to change the motherboard as it has gone bad and now the phone wont even start. Then i was told that i would have to pay 15000inr to get it fixed. I was shocked. I asked him the same question this was an update from samsung i did not ask for this, i was told update is important and if something goes wrong only your data will be affected. He informed me there is nothing he can do he gave me a bill number and asked me to contact customer care for getting this fixed for free as only they can authorize it (Bill no. [protected]). I called up the customer care a number of time to get in touch with a supervisor or team leader to get this issue resolved. Finally i spoke to jai who claimed to be a supervisor this was on the 11th of october. I explained him everything he finally said that he would have this cleared and he would sent out an email for foc on this case. I asked him for direct line number or an email or something so that i can get in touch with him incase i needed help or if there is any other issue related to this. He said it is against the policy to give any such information to customers. 3 days latter i called up the service center to find the status where i was informed that there is no email that they have received for foc and hence they cannot do anything about this. Since then i am again on calls with your customer care trying to get in touch with jai or any other supervisor who could help me in this regard. Its been over 2 and a half months am trying get this fixed. Still with no help and clueless, spending about half a lakh for a phone trusting the brand that you are and now stuck.

                    I also received and email from the below person telling me that he has tried to contact me which is a big lie he never did and the number he gave to contact back the extension is incorrect. The person does not even responds to email

                    Dear Pradeep,

                    Here is the exact problem whenever we had phone conversation you never were interested to listed to the actual concern and reiterating again and again that I would have to pay the cost for the repair. My simple point is Samsung did the update to my phone after which my sim was not registering to the network. I followed all instructions of your support engineers, finally gave the phone to service center. During this phase all applications related to web like what’s app Facebook and all were functioning if I connect through Wi-Fi. To prove that if you check my case numbers I have given one of your agent called ram had taken remote of my phone. Post which I gave it to service center, and they came back and said my mother board is gone and they had not explanation as to how and why!!!

                    Questions to you

                    1. If my phone had mother board issues which I do not intend to believe. How was other applications functioning and for basics how did your agent take remote of my phone?
                    2. If it was by mistake that the phone got damaged I understand that I am liable to pay the price understanding the fact that it is out of warranty and I am liable to pay.
                    3. However here first Samsung update happened which said it was successful and post which was sim was not getting detected, latter you technicians took remote of the phone confirming its a software problem and hence I have to take it to service center, I took it to service and center and they worked on it and latter came back and told me that the mother board has gone bad, how is this possible??? Why should I be held liable? Where is you I mean Samsung’s accountability? The issue was caused by you not me so why should I be held liable, when the liability and accountability both rest on you???

                    This has been my most unpleasant endeavor with Samsung product support team where your customer care team leader promised me twice they will ensure that this will be taken care free of cost and then you come up and say that customer care is outsourced so you cannot do anything about them at the same time neither you are doing anything by asking to pay for and issue created by your software update and service center team. If you cannot handle this, I would request you to put me through to your manager.

                    This issue was never resolved and yet without my consent this was marked resolved. Samsung has made a joke of its customer service and support system. Its all gas, they are only bothered of selling their phones after that they send updates and if the phones gets spoiled easiest way to loot money from customer. My phone after update was functioning the only thing was that it was not registering to network after I gave it to the service center it became dead I don't know what they did. I was asked to get in touch with customer service. A bag of lies they all said they would help but none did. I also spoke to some one from Noida office one Pradeep Kumar Yadav who was like a parrot who had nothing to say but see am not technical so I don't know what your are talking am the management and my technical team said its not our fault so if you want it fixed go and pay the money... Samsung has no customer service system most people lie and they have no accountability or any ownership even if they had damaged your phone...

                      Sir,

                      I have bought a samsung s7 edge on december 11th 2016. Yesterday the front screen has cracked and when i approached the service center today for replacing the front screen under inr 999/- one time screen replacement withing one year offer, the service center denied the request. My friends who have bought after me are able to avail to this offer but i am being denied the same.

                      My experience of the phone is getting compromised by using a cracked screen and if i wish to replace it is very expensive.

                      Request samsung to extend this offer considering that i am a loyal customer and have tried all their high end phones.

                              I purchased mobile (Model no sm-c701fzddins) from amazon.in on 14.05.2017. On 22.10.2017, my phone became dead. Took to samsung service centre - [protected]- sanchar electronics pvt ltd, ultadanga, kolkata-700054 on 23.10.2017 (Bill no. [protected]), who informed after few hours that mobile had "liquid logged" and thus not covered under warranty and repair cost would be rs 18000/-. This problem as explained by service engineer was not due to customer fault but product failure. I demanded free service but was denied as per samsung rules. Please help

                                I purchased samsung j7 6 in january 17. And it stopped working on 20 oct 17. May be because of cold atmosphere. So i visited ur service center to repair mobile on 23.10.2017. But ur service center refused to give me warranty benefit, they told me that it was water damaged so you will required to pay 3 to 4 thousand. Though it was not true, but i agreed on their statement, because i want my mobile in ok condition. So i agreed to pay money. So i submit my mobile and visited again next day on 24-10-17 in evening for asking status of my mobile. After waiting for two hours they told me that there are very low chances to repair mobile, but we will try and will tell you in five days. I was not agree. So i took my mobile back. And visited private mobile repair shoppe. And they repaired my mobile in rs.200/- and only in 10 minutes. So i request to closed ur service center. And stop giving warranty or guarranty on mobiles.
