My problem is unresolved. I went in with software problem of emergency calls. My phone is damaged and handed over and now the samsung customer service people are behaving in an unprofessional way. Not hearing to the customer nor taking the available proof.

They are speaking only one way commanding "either you take or get lost" is the trend. Wrote to samsung ceo o[censored]sa. Still awaiting the reply. I will repost it on the media...

The voice of led is not audioable we can just c the pictures n cant hear the sound.. And the tv back fitting is not done properly it catches the moisture etc..
This tv is brought in july just 3 months befire its in warranty period and ur service centre is not responding properly i was assigned the technician but he is just passing the fifferent numbers but theres no response from ur team plzz look into the matter before we get fed...

I purchased samsung top load fully automatic washing machine (Wa62m4300hp) on 24/09/2017 from reliance digital (Near mhatre bridge, pune). The machine was delivered on 25/09 and a sloppy demo by the reliance person was given around 27/09.

I bought tv on jan 205 and power board failure on sep 2017 and raised compliant and still now problem not resolved and samsung customer care and service center memebers both are fraud. They will not say the truth and its getting delayed last one month. Very bad service from samsung. If powerboard not available then i need to go for depreciation 33% they are sucking blood....
