Hi, i have ordered a samsung j7 prime (32 gb variant) on 30-aug-2017 and the product is delivered to me on 16-sep-2017. The product i received is of 16gb variant and the product was not working properly (Very much hanging issue). Attached files contains the description and the invoice copy.

I have taken the phone to samsung service center and they told the hanging is some hardware issue. I will not expect for a new phone to be repaired.

I want full refund for my phone.

And worst behavior by samsung team who called me. And when i call later they will not receive the call itself. I almost waited for 3 hours in samsung service center because of samsung team who told me that will call back in 10 min. And this happened multiple times to me.

Hi,

How many days I have to wait for a normal complaint to get resolved.

I have received the phone on SEP-16-2017 and from that time I am not using the phone because of this issue thinking samsung will resolve issue.

it is 2 months and no resolution.

Tell me if Samsung cannot handle the issue, I will leave about it thinking worst service by Samsung.

    Worst service ever. Have bought samsung j7 pro with one time screen replacement offer. Suddenly after 10 days the screen had black spots. Neither it was fallen or pressed for a longtime. When taken to service center jayanagar bangalore branch, they denied for warrenty and said they need 7 working days to get approval for one time screen replacmnt claim. Later i was told for that offer i need to pay 990rs.. When we askd why to pay as it was not informed while buying or shown on tv, the rude advisor says its hidden charge and you wil get to know when you come to servic centre. And even 100rs as procrssing fee for which no proper recipt is provided. Its more then 15days, still they havent got any approval. Then their manager sunil calls and says that the offer is already been claimed at other service centre, which we havnt claimed. Then when askd to get the reports of claim, manager says wait for 24hrs. But no response. So we called the samsung customer service call centre. They pick the call and keep us on hold. When askd to escalate the issue to manager or supervisor, they keep on hold for 15mins n say manager is busy n will give call back.in 4hrs. But we didnt get any cal for 3-4 days. Hell service.. Plz guys dont buy samsung products. Worst product n service ever. Hope they wont change any parts. Even not ready to give my mobile back as its in waiting status.

    Got a call from ur representative who was not listening wat i was trying to tel him. He was just explaining his side. He didnt evrn check the service history on ur website. And try to have some facility to infrom customer about what steps you have taken. They say its escalted but i never recievd any mails or messages saying so. And at the end i get same answer that it wil take 7 working days to get approval. From 14/10/2017 still approval is been taken. No further action by you. I have all the call recordings by service centre manager and the representatives which clearly shows how rude they talk to a customer. The service centre manager has told that today 28 oct i will be getting my mobile, if i dont get it then i will upload all the cal recordings on social media and also file police complain for not repairing and givjng the mobilr back on time. And you might have also damaged the phone more and changrd the parts as well.

      Hi,
      I have opened a service request with samsung for a problem in my washing machine since last 4 days. However, there hasn't been any progress on it. The technician's phone number sent to me doesn't exist.
      Calling customer care gives me the same standard response every time that it will happen today and apparently customer service reps can't do anything more than sending a reminder to local service centers.
      This is the most pathetic service i have ever experienced & i will have to think a thousand times before buying another samsung product.

          I, have been a long time and a loyal customer of samsung company from last 2 decades from phones, ac to fridge everything at my home is of samsung, but my recent experience with a premium top-end smartphone s7 edge has really spoiled the image and trust over samsung. My issue is with my s7 edge which was damaged with few splashes of rain water.
          Last week there was heavy rainfall in our area. I &my wife we both were carrying our samsung s7 edge premium phones in rainfall as this phone is water resistant so we were quite confident to take phones with us in rain (As per specification it is water resistant upto 5 feet of water for 30 minutes) but with few splashes of water has spoiled one of our phone. I have given my phone on 04.10.17 at samsung service center (Ambey communication with bill no. [protected]) for repairing as it is in warranty and water resistant but within few hours i got a call from service center saying that repairing cost of your phone is rs 28951. When i have given my phone for service the phone was in working condition but camera was not working. It was very surprising that they are asking me to pay money for failure of main feature of company’s high end phone. I again visited to customer care center & talk to their representative, he told me we don’t know how water came inside the phone but water came inside means warranty is void no matter what the situation was. I told him that water could go inside because of faulty device but they don’t want to understand. I also met service center head he said we were not with u at that moment so we don’t know what happened at that time but if water has gone inside phone then it would be considered as customer’s fault only and we are not liable for any warranty. They insisted me to pay rs.28951 for the repairing of the device otherwise they told me to take my device back as it is. I can’t even understand why the service centers have this opinion that customer is always at fault and they are playing a blaming game.
          I have the inside snaps of my phone taken at the service center. The company assures that the phone is water resistant upto 5 feet of water for 30 minutes, but few splashes of rain water has spoiled my phone totally. Now my phone is lying with the service center as they have quoted me rs. 28951 worth of repair which for me is totally unacceptable, being a long time loyal costumer of samsung and owning a premium smartphone, still i am not being provided with an acceptable solution for my issue rather i feel, i am being penalized as a customer. The service center after quoting me rs. 28951 refused to help me and told me to talk to customer care on my own. So, my kind request to the higher authorities here is to please look into this matter as firstly being provided with a smartphone worth of rs. 50, 900 with manufacturing defect, leading to water damage to my phone, which is now lying with the service center from last so many days.
          I have sent mail with the intention of being provided a solution to my phone, to seniors but no action was taken place till date so i do not have any other options to go to consumer court to find justice.

            I have given my samsung note 5 phone for service at saravana electronics madurai tn to replace my lcd screen on 17th oct 2017. They promised to return my phone in 5 days but it's been more than 10 days, i have not received it yet. The phone number they gave me in the invoice[protected] is not working for checking the status. Neither the samsung customer care representatives responded me properly. One guy even talked rudely and cut the call. I have visited the service centre 3 times but returned without my phone. No body in the service centre even concerned about the issue.

                I have a samsung plasma tv. I logged a complaint at samsung customer care service request no. [protected] for its faulty panel on 27 sep 2017. The call was attended and after a few days my television was taken for repair. They informed that the part has been ordered and it will soon be received. The story continued and diwali passed.

                Then one fine day i received a call that i need to furnish the amc documents. I had got my amc done from kaiser electronics and they issued a receipt only (Attached) as an amc document. I did not receive any document from kaiser electronics. Now i am following up with kaiser electronics for the amc documents but they dont pick up the phone. I have been calling kaiser employees varun at [protected] and kosar at [protected] but they never pick up the phone and keep disconnecting the phone.

                It has been a month now and there is no resolution for my tv repair. A company like samsung and their authorized vendors like kaiser electronics are taking things lightly and proving very pooer and late service. I feel as if i am not a customer in fact they are the clients. I have been literally begging for getting my work done. I called up customer care yesterday and explained then the whole matter. I was assured that the matter has been escalated but i have not received any call.

                Please look into this and do the needful.

                Hi There,

                I have posted this complaint on 26 Oct but till date I have no answer from Sansung as to when will I get the repaired TV back and when will my AMC papers be available from Kaiser Electronics. I did get a call from Samsung office on 27 Oct but after that is all in the dark hole.

                Samsung please let me know what is the status as it has been i month and 5 days since I logged the TV repair call.

                Do you believe in relying to emails? What is the status of my unit? I have received a message that the call has been assigned to an engineer and there is name and phone number of the Engineer (Jitender - [protected]). But the best part is that this number is temporarily out of order. Will we ever resolve this? This the 40th day since I logged the call on 27 Sep.

                  Samsung define to provide warranty due to tv is out of india. And totd that repair on chargeable basis.
                  We have looged three complaint. Samsung team checked the tv and assured that tv will be repaired in 7000 rupees for repair and we have already given 50 advance payment to your service center. But yet tv not repaired.

                  Please refer the samsung complaints as follows

                    I have purchased samsung 256lts fridge on 22/5/2017 in goa, within the warranty period fridge got burnt on 10th october morning around 4:00 am, i have placed complaint through my dealer sai krupa electronics, corlim-molar goa. Samsung technician has attended the complaint and not given any report on burnt fridge, everything is verbal. Since i am a valuable customer of samsung request you to attend my complaint and provide me the written report.
                    Due to poor response from samsung team, i may force to go for consumer court. All the details about fridge and photos are attached for your reference.

                        This is in relation to a samsung smart watch/ samsung gear purchased in feb'17. My device gave up few days back and i had given it to the samsung servoce centre at girish park, kolkata. On checking the device they aaid it has battery problem and i was told it would take approx. 10 days for it to be workable again.

                        After 20 days i. E. Today i again called to service centre to hear that it would take another 15 days for it to be repaired and that the battery of the gear is out of stock at present.

                        On comlaining they said they cant help it and to move to samsung directly and bang the phone on my face.

                        Now,
                        1. How the battery gave up in just 7 months o[censored]sage?
                        2. Why after sale service is not upto the mark as promised
                        3. Why is samsung even selling its products and offering services when they cant even keep battery handy?
                        4. Being a customer of samsung for over 8 years now i have many family members using samsung, should i alert them not to use it in future?

                        5. Whats the point in buying the top end gear watch worth around 30k if it was supposed to be there in the service centre for almost most thn a month... It just gave me the feeling that now i am being trapped and cant do anything about it.

                        You can keep the watch and its battery and i can even send across the gear box. You can keep all of it and loose a valued customer like me.

Service center denied to take my phone explaining it have a physical damage. So i called toll free nbr[protected] and explained the problem. But yet no calls or mails. Received regarding my problem. The customer executive and informed me that your problem will b solved in next working 24hr. I had called on 21st october 2017 @11.58 pm. Yet no calls or solution for my problem.

                          I believe samsung provide a better customer service but your executive proved me wrong. Totaly worst service by Jaydevbihar(bhubaneswar) service center.

                            Hi,
                            I am a proud owner of samsung electronics products since 6 years and in that same period i bought a samsung washing machine (Model no. Wa88vpkeh/xtl) which is not working now as the wire harness is damaged. I have submitted repeated complaints on the toll free number and all they say is they have forwarded the complaint to my nearest service centre so the technician will call you asap but this is not happening as i am not getting any replies from any of the service centres available near my location.in fact i got a text message from samsung india team mentioning the name and number of the technician and when i cald on that number the technician denied to provide me with the service.
                            Day by day samsung is getting worst and i am very frustrated with the kind of service you people are providing to the customers with fake promises and fake spare parts prices and all in all fake commitments.

                            My washing machine got struck. Washing machine Model WA78K1/XTL.
                            Mechanic from Guntur visited and said it cannot be repaired since no spare parts for this model not available. On/off Circuit board cannot be replaced . Pl advise to get that repaired.

                              I have purchase one samsung microwave oven on 16-aug-2017 from reliance digital, brookfield, coimbatore ta mil nadu. After a month has been passed from date of purchase, none of the person came for demo as well as installation from neither from reliance digital nor from samsung team.

                              When i called reliance digital resq team, they told samsung team will come and give demo for the same. Than i book a service request for demo in samsung and person came and open the microwave and found not working, he booked repair complaint and next day samsung service engineer came and found fuse was not working, he repair the fuse (Instead of replace) and check again a minor blast and fuse gone. 3 times blast activity remains same and finally i booked complaint for replacement/refund as per company warranty policy.

                              But from past 2.5 months product is kept unused and samsung is denied to replace/refund and not even sending any technician for repair. Mr. Ganesh claiming himself calling from chennai and doing fake commitment that he will send the technician and also will give extra 5 months extended warranty and all.. He is also not ready to listen and taking complaints against reliance digital for selling defective product to customer.

                              Being such a big company they are even able to provide proper service and expecting from customer to keep that blasting product which emits high radiations and dangerous to use if any electrical fault.

                                  I had registered a complaint on 19th oct for my refrigerator (Request no. [protected]) and after calling 2-4 times 1 technician came on 22nd oct and said that issue is with gas so someone will visit on 23rd oct evening and fill that. But since, 23rd oct till today every day i am calling customer care 2-3 times and getting fake commitment that person will visit today and get the gas filled. Till today i have called 2 times and no one visited or called back. I have taken leave because of technician visit and nothing have happened. Because of fake commitment from samsung my daily products in fridge have rotten resulting loss of at least 2000 rs. I am on leave resulting loss of leave balance. No one is bothered to resolve the issue and only fake commitments are given that someone will definitely visit. The complete incident is mental harassment of a customer who bought product with trust in company. Could you please let me know how this will be resolved?

                                    Replacement process takes 28 business days. Wow I don't know how to post call recording. Service centre person said 3 days. Customer care states 28 days. Don't we have godown in Hyderabad to process a replacement. y the product should come from Delhi. If that the case do sales in Delhi only where u have a company setup. Y to fool customers. When purchasing product none of the showroom will discuss about the repair/replacement/refund process. While purchasing they say it's a good product. I think Samsung washing will be built from scratch. That's y it takes 28 days. Stupid policy. If this issue has happened to any other officials in Samsung or any VIPs. Do they treat in same way?

                                    Replacement was supposed to deliver today. Got a CALL TOday morning at 11am from transport. Till now delivery was not processed. When I called transport guy he is so leisure and least bortherd about customer emergency. He says I vll delivery it while I'm going to home. What kind of service is Samsung providing to customes on emergency basis.called the Service Centre people they are least bortherd, they don't even know where the vehicle is headed to. If Samsung does not want to process replacement, give me my refund back. I don't want this kind of a ### Service

What a stupid driver, no one understands the point emergency. Samsung PPL are not the one nor the driver is facing the problem here. I'm the one and my family sitting here with out proper clothes since a month.

                                        Greetings!!

                                        1. I m samsung user from many years.. But recently i had a very bad experience with ur service for premium mobile.

                                        2. I given my S7 mobile to replace a screen with ur service center. (Bangalore lalbagh road).

                                        3. Where they took 3working days to repair my mobile by saying no screen stock.

                                        4. As per my knowledge if they dont have screen stock they wont accept repair works and tell us to visit after they arrive with stock.

                                        5. Here they accepted repair work and prolonged repair work for 3working days against 1-2hrs of work.

                                        6. Any how after calling ur customer care finally i got a call from serrvice center to collect mobile. After visting service center thwy told me to pay in cash which is denjed by me and told that i ll pay oly ny ecash.

                                        7. Finally i kept my credit card with manager and told to call me after swioe machine starts to work.

                                        8. Here also three working days over, no single call has been received from service center regarding payment. I wonder whats happening with samsung and its brand.. really its an worat experience with u ppl... I hope those service center guys wont call us. Pl provide ur CEO email id .. need to forward this ma to him.
