I, swapna joy, a working professional purchased a refrigerator, microwave and washing machine – all samsung brands vide invoice no. 209/17-18g1 dated 16/04/2017. The fridge and washing machine were delivered on 16/4/2017, post which demo was given by company official mr. Suraj (Mob no. [protected]) on 17/04/2017. The microwave was delivered in the month of may and mr. Suraj himself had come for the demo of this product too. During that time, i had raised a few concerns about the refrigerator cooling issues, which he dismissed stating that it was due to the temperature set. The fridge continued to give problems in terms of food getting spoiled, vegetables becoming soggy, milk getting curdled etc. However, being a working woman, i could not afford to give much attention to it and blamed the housed family members for their negligence. A couple of times, when the call centre was approached, i was advised to remove all items from the fridge and freezer, switch off the unit, switch on it after two hours and reload the items after another two hours. I followed these instructions, though it occurred to me that such requirements had never aroused with my old refrigerators (Godrej, kelvinator & lg). Moreover, this was a costlier fridge of rs. 65, 500/- (Rupeessixty five thousand five hundred).
In august 2017, the fungus deposit seen on lemon peels and cheese slices raised my concern. Again a call to the call centre made me repeat the procedure of turning the empty unit off and later reloading it after 4 hours. However i insisted on a technician visiting and thus mr. Eliyas (Mob: [protected]) came on 19th aug vide the complaint raised on 18th aug 2017. He checked and advised some temperature settings and did the needful. However, he too was not sure about the reason for malfunctioning of the fridge.
Things did not move smoothly but this was a secondary concern amidst the other family concerns.in sept 17, i was on leave from 25th sept 2017. When at home, i realised that the fridge was malfunctioning. The non-veg items in the freezer were not getting frozen, ice cream was not being set etc. Food items were getting spoiled and this time i was at home to monitor everything and could not blame other family members. So, learning well that the refrigerator was serving more like a cupboard, i made a call to the call centre on 29th sept 2017. They, as usual advised me the standard solution of turning the empty unit off and later reloading it after 4 hours. I refused to do it and on persistent insistence, the service engineer, mr. Eliyas visited us again on 30th sept 2017. He found that the cooling was not as per the temperature displayed. He reset the temperature and advised us to monitor the same. I started clicking pictures of the food items that got spoiled to validate my claim. Being company holidays on 1st & 2nd of oct 2017, i waited impatiently till the 3rd of oct to make frantic calls to the call centre. However, my concern fell on deaf ears and in spite of repeated calling to call centre, mr. Sukesh yadav (Tl - mob: [protected]) and mr. Prashant (Area manager – mob: [protected]), my concern was not addressed. Because of continuous follow ups for two whole days, finally a senior service engineer, mr. Dinesh (Mob: [protected]) at last landed up on 5th oct at 9.15 pm. The items were emptied from the freezer and the panel was opened. He checked, re-checked and finally drew a conclusion of gas problem. So he changed the cylinder. However, when things did not work after that, he said the valve needed replacement. Since he was not carrying the part, he said another service engineer would do the needful the next day. Accordingly, mr. Vishal (Mob no [protected]) came on 6th oct 2017 in the afternoon and replaced the gas cylinder and valve, after removing all the items from the freezer and opening the panel. These replacements too did not improve the performance of the refrigerator. The display was shown as -23 & 9 for the freezer and fridge respectively. By the next day, the frozen items in the freezer had to be disposed of due to stink. Frantic calls made to the call centre, mr prashant (Who conveniently did not answer my calls), mr sukesh and mr. Dinesh. Mr. Dinesh agreed to come on 8th oct 2017. As promised, mr. Dinesh came by 11.30 and set out to replace the gas cylinder, this time after emptying the whole fridge. He spent 4-5 hours – checking and rechecking. He arrived at the conclusion that power to the fridge was not being passed over. He said that the control panel unit needed a replacement. The said item would be replaced the next day if available or done so when the ordered part would be received.
By this time, the trauma and mental agony that my family members and i faced had reached a peak due to using a samsung refrigerator. Being a working lady, with multi tasking responsibilities, lot of time and money was wasted due to the selection of a wrong brand i. E. Samsung. I called the call centre and conveyed my decision to return the product and take refund. My request was forwarded to the head office and i received a call from mr. Yogesh (Ho - samsung) on 9th oct 2017. I explained the episodes and he assured that he would call back in a couple of days. Accordingly on 11th oct mr. Yogesh called and told me to share snaps of spoilt food items, the invoices, sticker on the fridge with serial number on whatsapp number [protected] provided. Meanwhile mr. Dinesh also called stating that the part for replacement was received. However, i conveyed him my decision for return of the unit and take refund.
On 12th oct 2017, i received a call from [protected] (Samsung ho) stating that they would repair the part and provide an extended warranty of additional 5 more months. A product, which calls for major repairs within 3-4 months of purchase, speaks highly of the functional disabilities. I have no intention of keeping this cupboard (Refrigerator that your company may call it) and make good my loss. For the past one week, i am at the mercy of my neighbours to store some perishable items in their refrigerator. I have lost faith in your brand and products and would be grateful if you could take back all the three items purchased with full refund of rs. 1, 10, 000/- (Rupees one lakh ten thousand only).
Kindly note that the issue was highlighted a fortnight ago and till date there has been hardly any progress. Request you to resolve the issues once and for all within 3 days from the receipt of this mail, post which we will be compelled for another course of action.

Which email id and reference number are you speaking about? Entire details about the call centre communication had been updated along with the contact numbers of the service representatives.

As far as my email id and mobile number, hopefully the same is available in your records. Are there queries being posted just to buy time unnecessarily? Highly unprofessional and unethical.

If a mobile comes from the customer care, you better would know it yourself!

    This is regarding my 18 months pending complaint where i had mentioned issues with my led tv.
    I have not been provided with a satisfactory response.
    The response told by your team keeps on changing every time.
    It is to let you know again that effort should be made by samsung and not the customer to resolve the complaint since the the tv is from samsung and the directtv technology is introduced by samsung and not by the service provider. I have tried my best to cooperate with you in this regard but havn't recieved any satisfactory response from any side.
    I would again request you to please look into this matter.

      I bought a j7 pro from samsung authorized showroom in vazhuthacaud, trivandrum. It's just 20 days old but today when i tried to make a call nothing is moving the phone is still and tried to switch off and switch on but the phone got off but not turning on when the phone battery was 61%. I have taken the same to the authorized samsung service center but they are telling will check the complaint and will try to rectify it. I have told them i do not want to repair my 20 days new phone i need it to be replaced with a new one but they are not helping me in this concern, the service center executive said as per company policy the phone can be replaced only within 14 days once it is sold. So my question is what they are providing with one year warranty. We pay our hard earn money to them and they are making us fools. Its clear cheating. Otherwise it should be informed at the time of purchase that the device which they sell has only 14 days replacement warranty instead of telling 1 year warranty.
      Kindly help me in this concern.

          1-he misguedes us for phone selection.
          2-he used our bajaj card.
          3-mobile is not delivered but amount is dedicated from my emi card.
          4-he intentionally not cancel our order i think he use the product because product is not delivered to me.
          5-he misbehave with me.

            I purchased a battery from samsung service center on date[protected]. Warranty is for one year i. E[protected]. Battery is dead now. I reported to service center they told me that battery is not available at the moment. So i requested them to submit my battery so that i get a proof that i reported the defect in warranty period, but they denied my request. I talked on customer care number reference id ([protected]) with kashif. The service center denied request from customer care too. I mailed samsung and got no reply. I just want a proof that i reported it under warranty my warranty is going to expire in 20 days approx.
            After when i talked with customer care they started to ignore me as a customer as if i never existed.

            Refund
            Information on action taken against the service center
            Apology letter from samsung for the inconvenience caused.
            Compensation of all the losses.

                  I called regarding refrigerator problem in august 2017 on 1-800toll free number of samsung how the local technician came to my house telling we are from samsung cust care and charged me 2400 for water leakage by changing sensors. After one month refrigerator not cooling. So when i called custcare they telling me they don't have complaint any in august2017. Now what should i do.

                    Hi all,

                    This is regarding my samsung refrigerator rt34 (M372358) which i had purchased on 22/05/2017 from panavision televideo pvt. Ltd.

                    Earlier we had godrej refrigerator which we had used for over 15 years only to be replaced as we were having issue with cooling. So on my friend’s recommendation we purchased samsung refrigerator.

                    As we are a middle class family we were really happy to have new refrigerator but since day 1 we are having issues. Which we told to the demo person (Mr. Pradeep) who had visited our place and same thing we also told the person (Mr. Ram) from where we purchased. There was problem with defrost cooling (More cooling) but no solution was provided to us but we ignored that and were using the refrigerator.

                    But now after 4 - 5 months cooling problem has started with fridge as well where cooling is very less and food items stink due to improper cooling. So we complained the customer support when my wife called they said shutdown the refrigerator completely for 2 to 4 hours and restart the system. When i came home she told me the conversation she had with your customer support so i again told the support stating the issue once again and again the same resolution was provided to me. So i argued with them saying that this in 4 to 5 months refrigerator and this problem should not come and told them to send some technician to fix it. On that the guy told me that his seniors will call us. So we waiting for 3 to 4 hours with no response from your support team. So we decided to call the person from where we had purchased the refrigerator.

                    On calling he assured us that he will look into it. And within hour we got call from number [protected] stating the technician will come in tomorrow at around 2 p. M.

                    So today (12th sep 2017) the technician visited our place and on checking told that some parts has gone bad which needs to be replaced. So we again argued with the seller and also with the above mentioned number to extend the warranty of the refrigerator if not the whole refrigerator. I told him that since day 1 the refrigerator is a defective one. So he told me that we are replacing the part for you, as if he is doing some favor on me. I told him that if you purchase a new phone and on opening the phone you find out that the class of the phone is broken than what will be your reaction, i told him if the phone company tells you that they will replace the new class for you will that be ok for him, to which he didn't answer my question. Than i told him the same problem if of mine. New refrigerator which seems to be a defective one.

                    I am really disappointed with the product and services which i have got from samsung which is one of the best brands in the world.

                      There is no picture on the tv screen. Have complained to samsung for the same. The representative of samsung can only come before 4pm, which is not comfortable for me. When ever they call, i ask them to come after 4, but they say they cannot. Do the service engineer expect me to miss my office to repair my tv?

                      Kindly suggest me as to what is to be done to make my tv working.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have purchased one number of microwave-oven (Samsung mc28h5025vb and d4k47wfh600-434w) from sahej square situated at uditnagar, rourkela on 15/09/2016 amounting to rs 15, 400 (Including tax) with warranty period upto 14/09/2017.
                        During usage of the above mentioned product i have faced some major issues with the product and have raised number of complaints with samsung. But to my surprise some of the issues been acknowledged by the service person but some of the issues remained un-settled. We had filed complained within the warranty period with regard to the problems as mentioned below out of which one of the issue has been resolved within warranty period but other issues should have been resolved but could not be resolved due to unavailability of spare parts from samsung.
                        A series of complaints has been raised from our end which are mentioned below for your reference:

                        Finally traced out the fault with transformer, capacitor, diode and now they are asking for money amounting to rs 7, 000/- (Approx) although such problem continuing for the last 2 months.
                        All the complaint raised through mobile number – [protected].

                        During the last 2 months we have faced a lot of problem with the product. Though the problem has been continuing with the capacitor, diode since a prolonged period well within the warranty period against which a complaint is lodged on 19.08.2017 but the same has not been resolved till date and in the meantime the transformer lost it’s working condition (As admitted by the service attendant – sikander). As the issues complained against have been arisen within the warranty period and remained unresolved due to reason attributable to your service attendant such are need to be corrected by samasung.

                        Again talked with mr. Prashant on 25th september’17 vide call connection number – [protected] from my mobile number – [protected] and he assured that the same will be resolved within a day or two. But didn’t get back any information related to such query.

                        Talked with mr. Amit on 27th september’17 from my mobile number - [protected] but he is unable to take any decision from his end, so i asked him to transfer such call to his manager. But somehow the manager was not free but mr amit assured me that the manager will give a return call to my number within 1 hr. But to my surprise i didn’t get any call back from samsung.


                        With reference to trailed mail mentioned above vide reference no - [protected] i had received a telephonic conversation on 28.09.2017 from samsung and on the basis of such discussion the microwave-oven has been delivered to p s electronics (An authorised service center of samsung india electronics ltd) on the same day itself by us.
                        On 06.10.2017, i got a call from p s electronics stating that the transformer and capacitor are completely damaged and are need to be replaced and as your product dont have any warranty coverage so an amount of rs 3500/- (Approx) has to be paid by you.


                        Let me make you aware of the fact that the problem has been continuing since 2 months and a series of complaints has been filed by us (Detail of complaints has given above) since 19.08.2017 (Within the warranty period) but the same has not been resolved from samsung. As the issue complained against, have been arisen within the warranty period and remained unresolved from your end so the consumer should not be burdened with the repair & maintenance cost.

                        So it will be better if samsung repair the faulty microwave-oven from their end rather than burdening such cost upon us.

                        Being a valuable customer and completely relying on day to day electronic products, dont make us regret over purchasing your product.

                        We the consumer should not be burdened with the repair and maintenance cost though the problem could have been resolved from their end.

                        This sort of irresponsibility and casual approach to respond to the requirements of the customer is not expected from organization like samsung.

                          I have already posted on fb, mailed and twitted them but still the issue is not resolved. The screen got pinkish color and they are telling that it has been done by applying pressure. Nothing was done from my end but they are simply denying it. The phone is all good, there is no physical damage but still they are asking me to pay although it's in warranty. Apart from this the logo of samsung at the back is not in alignment but still they are not accepting it as a manufacturing defect.

                              I had bought a side by side refrigerator on 14 may 2017 and it is not working since 10 october 2017. I had registered a complain on 10th through your customer care. An engineer had visited my place on 10th but he couldn't fix it. On 11th another engineer visited our place but he too couldn't fix it. Again another engineer called me today for an appointment for today. I fail to understand what is actually happening. I am a loyal customer of bosch, lg, hitachi and daikin as far as home appliances are concerned as per the recommendation of one of my friend i had bought this samsung refrigerator but considering the present situation i am having a feeling that i have made a big mistake. Is the quality of samsung product is so poor that it will stop working within 5 months? Ok, if i consider this as a one off incident then do samsung india have any expertise to repair it?

                                I bought samsung fhd led 32' tv from reliance digital service fun mall in coimbatore on 13th june 2014. On 7th of october the display suddenly started dis functioning. We registered a complaint in reliance digital customercare and they sent a technical person to check the issue. (They said they are sending an authorized samsung service person)

                                After checking the tv the technical person identified the display panel damaged and for replacing it we have to spend rs.15000/- additionally. (Already we bought the tv for r. S 35000/-) i started to argue with him because i am not rich enough to spend much amount and he contacted another person he said it will take rs.5000/- to replace the display panel. So i asked the contact details of both the service persons but the person who came for the service didn't disclose their name and contact details and left my home after collecting r. S300/- as inspection charges after arguing with him for a long time. He said he collecting the amount only because of my warranty period got expired.

                                So what i am coming to say here, why the display is damaging within 3 years that too brand like samsung. You are marketing your product by saying you have very good quality, if a product is not sustainable for 5 years atleast then what is the use of your brand.in fact we are using washing machine and pc monitor from the same brand. So hereafter i forced to change my brand and i will forced to change the customer mind those who prefers samsung brand. Because i am talking from the bottom of my heart, think that i spent 35000/- for a tv and after 3 years i have to spend again for the display. Its simply poor quality you are giving and you are exactly cheating your customers. I am not going to call any of your service person and i cant spent even a single rupee for this. I want your team to visit my place and resolve the issue immediately without charging any replacement cost.

                                I will wait another 1 week if nothing happens i will set to fire your samsung tv and circulate video through social media and i will suggest every one not to go for samsung brand.

                                  I have purchased samsung galaxy note 8 on 07.10.2017 at beam retail and infra private ltd, t2 samsung electronic experience zone, chhatrapati shivaji internation airport, mumbai.

                                  During purchase your team person informed all the mobile accessories will be provided at the time of purchase itself, so i agreed and paid the full amount of rs.67, 900/- for galaxy note 8.

                                  After billing that shop person told me that wireless charger will be provided through courier, for getting that there are some steps he explained to do mobile in app. I really disappointed why to do such formalities even after paying full money and why he not told me before purchase, if he told these things early definitely i would not purchase this mobile. He might also know well that's why he not told me before.

                                  No other option for me to get the money back so i got the mobile and came back to my place. He told me with in two days some add will pop up in mobile and by clicking that add it will register automatically and wireless charger will be directly supplied to you by courier.

                                  Still now i have received any add or message, when calling him he answered add will be coming on your luck, if the add appeared u can get otherwise you cannot get the wireless charger.

                                  This is the type of service and support i am getting after purchasing such costly mobile. Very very bad experience for me for the first time, i never expected such type of service from sumsung.

                                  Anyhow i want the wireless charger, please take some action to send me wireless charger at earliest.

I went to a friend of mine who told me it comes on the my galaxy app. I activated the samsung account everything but still no notification of the offer. I just dont know when will they do it its my first phone with samsung n then with such services u wouldn't want to be lied to...
                                    I have the screen shots of the offer n it does mention there about the offer for the phone being eligible.. This i need to enrroll before the 20th or i loose the offer
                                    So samsung pls wake up n do something about it

                                        My gear s2 is facing charging issue which is only 7 months old. Outside of charging pin is damaged some how. I visited to samsung service center (Babli media centre) they refused to give warranty. They told me that this was due to sweat. As sweat is liquid that is why they do not provide the warranty. Samsung demand this was is water resistance in spite of that they refused to provide the warranty.
