I recently ordered a Samsung galaxy A73 5g from samsung's official website. Now after receiving it (received it on 17th September) when I tried out it's camera and speakers, I found them to be not good at all. I previously have used Samsung M31s which costs less than half the price of A73 but still have got far better camera.

Now I have requested Samsung India to accept the return of the device and refund my amount but they are saying they have delivered the correct product. Yes you have delivered the correct phone i.e. A73 but the specifications are not justified.

I had a bad experience from last month via Samsung website whilst purchasing ZFold3 5g but I still went for buying a Samsung phone and now I highly regret this. I was even thinking to buy a Samsung S8+ tablet. But now it seems like I have successfully wasted my almost 40k rupees in buying A73.

I highly request whosoever is concerned to check my Device and initiate the return and refund process. Please stop using customers. No one gets money for free.

If I am buying a phone worth 40k please give me satisfactory services rather than same repetitive services.

P.S. I wanted to attach photographs taken from A73 vs M31s (file format is .heiv for M31s). You can clearly see the difference when you try to zoom in. But they are too big to upload here (13-14 mb)

To all those who are reading this, I would like to tell that Please Please only buy Samsung product if you don't have any other options in your budget otherwise the kind of CUSTOMER service you will get is terrible.
Regarding my complaints made here I have received call from Samsung team on 30th September and they said that someone from the sales team will CONTACT me the next day but I did not receive any calls for almost 15 days. Then I received a call and he assured me to HELP me out but after 2 days he called back and said this is against our policy we can't HELP you out with it.
Now you tell if there is an issue with the product that they delivered to me and the service centre guys are not ready to evaluate the device, who is responsible? the CUSTOMER? or the company?
We all know how service centre guys treat CUSTOMERs they only agrees to an issue when it's really big otherwise they just neglect it.
The kind of service Samsung is giving is equivalent to ###, I have had bad experiences with other brands as well but they make sure to resolve the issue.
I request Samsung to provide me resolution instead of closing my case. The Guy from senior execution desk just hang up on me stating that they can't HELP me out with this. How does it even justify? Samsung I want a full refund for this phone.
AND THE TRUTH IS A73 ADVERTISEMENT IS FAKE, FAKE SPECS GIVEN, CAMERA QUALITY IS NOWHERE CLOSE TO WHAT IS SHOWN ON WEBSITE. YOU CAN GET FAR BETTER CAMERA QUALITY THAN A73, AND EQUIVALENT DISPLAY IN M31S TOO WHICH COSTS JUST 18-19K.

SAMSUNG PLEASE MAKE SURE TO KEEP THIS ISSUE OPEN AND RESOLVE IT ASAP.

Samsung india is not responding anyhow to the case, you guys can't just fool users.
A 108mp camera definitely needs to be better than a 64mp that comes with m31s.
I want a full refund for this phone that you have delivered to my place and I'd like to order something else from samsung store

    What you did
    Past 20 days we raised this issue through CUSTOMER CARE and EMAIL and WATSUP CHAT and SERVICES CENTRE and now with YOU (Mr SHAJIN) then what for Service Support team behind useless

    We brought the Samsung Washing Machine 7kg topload on[protected] from Samsung Shop App delivery on[protected] installation on[protected] Warranty covers 3 Years for all and 12 years for Motor mention on time of purchase

    So Warranty covers until 2022 to 2025 as per purchase
    So we paid to Samsung service center extended warranty 3 years Rs 3510
    Paid warranty 2025 to 2028
    But we received Extended warranty only 2027 on 1-9-2022

    We purchased for 3 years warranty means 2022 to 2025 and paid warranty means 2025 to 2028

    So kindly send documents for same 6 years until 2028

    Kindly reply for me through email or call or watup or text but reply is must as of now I received only ticket no through mail not reply

            Above is the seller from whom I bought a Samsung galaxy F62 on Amazon in September 2021.

            Now the phone is locked under 'Flipkart smart upgrade plan' and Flipkart's customer service is telling me that the phone will require payment of remaining 30% amount by the seller (since they likely bought this phone under that plan from Flipkart) for it to be unlocked. Which means the seller bought the phone from Flipkart at 70% the price but I've paid 100% on Amazon for the same plus the headache of having to deal with the customer services now.

            I would consider it straight up fraud by this seller to sell such a phone without disclosing the details to the customer first.

            This is highly unacceptable and I have had my phone locked for a week now because of it. And have been bouncing around from one customer service to another on both Flipkart and amazon and even contacted Samsung and went to a Samsung service center.

            So I suggest that some action be taken against this seller as they are basically cheating the customer. And also require that my phone be unlocked immediately.

                  Today is 20 september 2022 writing this .
                  i bought m30s about 1.5 years ago, sometimes it get restart automatically and i ignored though . but now when i was using an application it lagged and shut down automatically . i tried to start but it was not working, i tried a lot to switch it on but it didn't turned on . then next day i took it to the service center agents told me to replace motherboard without checking the issue .
                  he asked me 6800rs for new motherboard which was insane .
                  i am student i was managed this phone from my pocket money, i cant afford a new one, i just need resolution
                  i saw thousands o[censored]sers of same model of same problem
                  i request samsung either to replace new motherboard for free or provide best refund otherwise samsung will gona loose all trust from the users .
                  i suggested many people to samsung smartphones but this is bad result,
                  why samsung waiting for more users with same problem .
                  it already a thousands issues with same model,
                  if my issue is not resolved i will never buy and suggest samsung products to anyone espically for myself .
                  this is unacceptable i cant afford new phone
                  so either replace my motherboard for free or refund my money

                    Old Samsung TV in the house has no complaint of BLACK Screen spots while viewing the same SHOW (Sopranos, MANIFEST etc) or Movies from NETFLIX, yesterday on 30th SEP 2022, I spent ~45 minutes with NETFLIX support who after all diagnosis confirmed it is a TV hardware problem, Request SAMSUNG to replace defective TV immediately and NOT pass on the issue to AIRTEL & NETFLIX etc. SAMSUNG's service support is SO VERY SHOCKING. Pls act fast.
                    SAMSUNG informed yesterday that a technician will attend. No technician has visited in last 28 hours. After follow up only got an SMS as "Thank you for contacting Samsung customer care. Your reference number is [protected]. For any query, WhatsApp us on[protected] or click https://bit.ly/31QN4lI " WAITING for resolution.

                      I had raised a service request [protected] for the display issue on 3rd Sep 2022 and the executive visited house and confirmed an issue with the backlight display and they would take the TV to service center for the repair. One the local person took the TV on Sep 6th to authorized center Elegant Service center in Alleppey. Even after multiple attempts to contact the center I am not getting any proper updates and also when i check with Samsung, they say the issue is resolved. I raised an escalation request with Samsung on 17th Sep - [protected] for further action and was promised action within 24hrs however I didnt get any updates yet. I checked with Samsung executive today Sep 19th and they informed its escalated to the Service Manager with the request - [protected]. I need a speedy action on this repair.

                        I had purchased Samsung S22 Ultra mobile from Laxmi connect Panvel on 20th August 22.
                        At the time of purchase I had taken extended warranty for the mobile.
                        But instead of extended warranty dealer had processed the request for accidental & liquid damage.
                        I am trying to contact Samsung from last one month but nobody is interested to resolving the complaint.
                        Even after sending emails to CEO nobody is care to revert.
                        Pls help to resolve the issue.

                          Today when I am using my samsung m31 phone suddenly it started auto freezing and restarting. I use authenticate samsung charger and no third party softwares are present in my phone.
                          When I checked about this online, I came to know there are thousands other samsung users who faced/facing the same issue. When visited customer care they asked me to replace the motherboard which would cost around 9 to 10 thousand. But why should we pay for it as its manufacturing defect.
                          It is Samsung's fault and they should repair this for free.

                            I have ordered one double door refrigerator from Samsung shop (samsung.com) app which is online. Order number #71055052. At the time of ordering product, it has cancellation & return policy which says product will be replaced at the time of delivery. And I have received the damaged product, when I asked them that I need a replacement of the same product samsung says they don't have replacement policy for damaged products. They fooled me by displaying the replacement policy in their website before ordering the product, but the time of delivered damaged product samsung said it doesn't have replacement policy. Please help me to get either replacement of same product or reasonable compensation of 30% for their delayed delivery, lied about policy and damaged product delivery.

                              I have purchased Samsung Galaxy M31s in Aug 2020. Little did I know it would turn into a disaster and Samsung as a company would loose my trust on it.
                              Recently I started facing automatic restart issue like many other users and visited customer care hoping some help. From the Engineer at customer care center, I learnt that the issue is with the power IC and he said since they are not authorized to replace the power IC, they will have to replace the motherboard and new one would cost me 8000 INR.
                              After a thorough research about this issue on the internet, I could understand that there are many users reporting the same issue. Even at the customer care, there were a lot users with the same complaint and they were updating everyone about motherboard replacement. It is very clear that this is company fault and this series is a failure.

                              I am very disappointed knowing that I need to pay 8000 INR to fix this issue which is approximately half the price of the phone and also warranty of new motherboard is 90 days only. 90 days is a very less period and there is no guarantee that issue will not happen after 90 days. It would be pathetic to invest 8000 INR again after 90 days in case the same issue occurs.
                              As a highly disappointed customer, I would request Samsung to extend the warranty of new one to at least 6p months. Also, I want a free replacement of my motherboard as this is clearly an issue from company side and hence EXPECTING A REFUND. Please help me on this as soon as possible.

                                This phone was never dropped nor used in harsh conditions because this was basically my secondary phone, so you can imagine the usage.
                                Just after the update, I observed the pink line so I visited the internet to check like every other person would do.
                                And turns out that the issue was more in the S20 plus phones. So I consulted a few friends who faced the issue and they informed that the problem was the same with their phones too.

                                So checked with some of your employees, they said that they received a circular stating screen replacement was offered as goodwill due to Samsung error.(indirectly)

                                And on request of one of your executive who asked me to drop the phone for repairs at the closest service center, so that they can check and guide me accordingly. When visited the service station the guy incharge straight denies any repairs as he "claims the damages are physical drop damages" so I asked him that does he not know that the frame is aluminium and under atmospheric conditions it tends to oxidise over a period of time. The guy replies saying the the frame is metal and nothing happens to metal.

                                I was not given any estimate at the service center all I was informed by the call center that the amount was around Rs. 10950/-

                                Can you assure me that there is no oxidation to the material that you'll use in the product?

                                So he also states that he is the final authority to accept or reject the claim. And if you want it repaired under warranty get an approval from anywhere maybe by mail.

                                    I bought a samsung note 20 on 21st sep, 2020 with 2 year complete protection plan but i was not satisfied with the product any time after my purchase. I need to repair my device 4 times during this period and in last 3 months I'm irritated by the Samsung and their senior assured me every time that i have faced no problem in future but all the time same problem happens or new problem occurs.
                                    I have all the proof of mail and the picture of problem occur in the phone.
                                    Now in the end I received call from the Mr. Pardeep suri who is VOC, that i was not allowed to use multitasking in the 70000 rs phone otherwise the problem remains same.

                                      Auto restart problem in samsung m31s after last two software updates. Reviewing the complaints of other users on this site got to know i am not the only one having this problem. Clearly indicates the cheap business strategy of Samsung India compelling its customers to go for huge repair costs or buy new devices.

                                      Also i bought m30s in dec 2019 through amazon whose display started showing spots which gradually increased and covered whole screen. Strange how it too happened after new software updates without any external effect like dropping or hitting of phone.
