Worst experience of buying Samsung phone not only me but many Samsung f41 users. Company cheap quality motherboard in this phone gets dead after recent updates .
And now as its company internal fault. They are not working to resolve it but asking for rs 8000 to repair.
I think this is their game of earning more and more money by providing cheap parts in handset.
Tried emails to company but not got satifactory results...

I have purchased Samsung watch 4 on 10 Aug and cancelled on 11 Aug, when contacted Samsung customer care for refund, they mentioned that I will receive in 7-10 days

26 days, today is 4 Sep 2022, passed no refund yet, when contacted they are saying like i will receive call from their concerned team in 2 hours, but i don't receive any call, also logged ticket National consumer forum but no use.

My galaxy M51 's screen suddenly started having problem since last update... Black screen, flickering, green/ash tint are the main issues...I've used more than 9-10 samsung mobile /tablet in last few years...But never faced this type of problem before... After recent security patch update my samsung m31s is freezing and getting restarted every min
Service center is saying to get the mother board replaced which costs around 8k .
This issue has happened because of samsung hardware and software fault and they should replace the mother board...
