Television

The issue was with the television's display . The complaint was raised on August 13th, 2022 by contacting customer care. Though the complaint was raised within the warranty period, no action was taken.
Need to resolve this as quickly as possible as it has been so many days raised a complaint....

Complain about after sales service and also took money

Sir,
I have ac of made year 2015, and I booked request for its service and after 2-3days the person came and told during the service that ur ac some of the internal part is to be changed, so we agreed and after that when that particular part arrived it was damaged so I refused for it, he told sorry and again book for the same then again the part came and it was different part of different model..

Refund not issued after 2 weeks of cancellation

I ordered a pair of Samsung Buds2Pro on Aug-16-2022 and cancelled the order on the same day. However, Samsung is yet to process the refund.
I've tried to contact their customer care multiple times but they are unable to resolve the issue...

My Samsung M31 8GB RAM 128GB ROM, was working great up until recent August. I updated my phone's software and after that my phone started facing this issue of constant on and off cycle automatically.

Samsung M31s (128 GB / 8GB) Motherboard damaged after software updates provided by the company

I have purchased Samsung M31s 2 years ago with a hope that, Samsung is good brand and trusted company. I got very big disappointment from a company like Samsung. The device keeps freezing and restarting after every 5-10 minutes. This all started after last software update provided by Samsung.

Samsung F41 motherboard issue

I have purchased Samsung F41 mobile in Jan 2021. From May 2022 this phone is not working properly, it automatically restarts.
I have contacted the Samsung service center and they said that it is a motherboard issue and the repair/replacement service is not free of cost.
Many users of this model of mobile are facing the issue.
It is the responsibility of Samsung to replace the mobiles free of cost....

Product Not delivered

Samsung M51 device screen issue

I bought samsung M51 in 2020 and recently since last 7 days suddenly phone is facing flickering issues. the screen has turned pale yellow and at night it turns green. Repair Issue

After 15-18 months of my Samsung phone uses, I started facing hanging and restarting issue. Samsung Samsung M31s Restarting and Freezing automatically

19 month old Samsung M31s smartphone stopped working suddenly giving constant screen freezes and restarts. Tried factory reset and issue is still same. I saw most of the M31s user is facing the same issue after 10-15months o[censored]se. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and needs to be rectified by Samsung. visited service center but they said most of the m series phone is facing the same issue and had to get the motherboard replaced....

Non delivery of Pre booked Flip4

Pre booked Flip4 on 17th August and as per delivery schedule I am supposed to get Watch and duo charger which are under offer on 22nd August and main product of phone on 27th August. But till now no signs of dispatch of all the three product. Called customer care number of times but they were unable to provide proper explanation for delay or information on when I will get them....

Pink line on phone after update of security patch

I like to keep my phone S9 plus updated, so everyday I update the phone may it be apps or software.

Refund not received

I have ordered Galaxy M33 & Travel Adapter from Samsung.com website. The order automatically canceled after 3 days from Samsung end & order was expected to be delivered in 4 days from order date. Whatever would be the reason, but since approx 2 months elapsed they haven't refunded me the cost of order. Only they have refunded for adapter & partial amount of smartphone. Follow ups are done on daily/ alternate basis but they are not clarifying...

Gst credit not received

I have purchased accidental damage and liquid damage plan from Samsung care Rohini, Delhi on 20 th may 2022 by invoice no. SWECA[protected] AND also provided GST certificate. This was purchased in the month of May 2022 and till date have not received GST credit.
On calling the centre no one is giving proper answer on this and just providing another number.
I want the GST credit ASAP as later on cannot be claimed.
