I have purchased a Refrigerator from Samsung Online Store on 16th August, and my order id - [protected]. But the defected product was delivered on 18th August, and demo was scheduled on 20th August. during the demo we came to know that product having multiple dents on body. Immediately, I have raised a return request on 20th August, but I am still waiting for reverse pick-up. Every time when I tried to communicate between Samsung Customer care over the call or Email, they are giving a timeline of 4-5 business days for reverse pick-up. And after cross the given timeline, again they are requested for next 4-5 business day. This happened 3rd time of today, when they are saying for another 4-5 business days waiting time, while almost one month is about to complete of the request for reverse pick-up has been raised.

So, because to these me and my family are suffering from Mental harassments situations, but Samsung team are not bother about this, every time they are saying to wait for next 4-5 business days

Requesting, please do the needful and help me to get refund ASAP.

    Above is the seller from whom I bought a Samsung galaxy f62 on Amazon in August 2021

    'Samsung SmartCafé (Naman Enterprises)' is the store which comes up on google for the same.

    Now the phone is locked under 'Flipkart smart upgrade plan' and Flipkart's customer service is telling me that the phone will require payment of remaining 30% amount by the seller (since they likely bought this phone under that plan from Flipkart) for it to be unlocked. Which means the seller bought the phone from Flipkart at 70% the price but I've paid 100% on Amazon for the same plus the headache of having to deal with the customer services now.

    I would consider it straight up fraud by this seller to sell such a phone without disclosing the details to the customer first. I bought it on amazon but they could defraud an instore customer in the same manner also.

    This is highly unacceptable and I have had my phone locked for a week because of it. And have been bouncing around from one customer service to another on both Flipkart and amazon and even contacted Samsung and went to a Samsung service center.

    So I suggest that some action be taken against this seller as they are a Samsung approved store and are basically cheating the customer.

      Dear Sir/Ma'am,
      Have purchased Galaxy A71 phone from Samsung Shop portal in October 2020 (invoice attached), being old loyal Samsung customer and already using many samsung products, I trusted the brand and get ahead with this purchase. I am really sorry to say that this purchase has turn out to be a nightmare in past One and Half years.
      -The Device first brokedown after 10-11 months in September 2021, where it was not switching on one day and your service center repaired it free of cost as it was under warranty.

      -Right after 3-4 months its display become dead for reason not known and I had to pay INR 6000 to your service center for the replacement (Neither the phone was ever dropped or mishandled nor damaged by water etc). The e-mails with receipts and service center job sheet enclosed for your reference.

      -Now right after few months of replacement of screen, once again the screen become faulty and half of the Touch is unresponsive. Again your service center demanding another INR 6000 approx for screen and touch replacement.

      This is never expected from company like Samsung, how many times shall I invest in the repair of such a pathetic device just because it is out of warranty. I am not a rich person and can neither afford hefty repair charges after every few months nor can I afford buying new phone every Year.

      The phone is in mint condition without any scratch or sign of damage it is the display and touch which is getting faulty number of times in just a span of 18 months.

      Thus I have requested them to either get my phone repaired and guarantee that same flaw would not happen again, without any charges or simply refund my hard earned Money. BUT THEY ARE DENYING THE SAME. Warranty or no warranty reputed company like Samsung should not sell substandard products to their loyal customers.

      Request you to please help me to get out this trauma as early as possible as I am left without working phone, which is a necessity in todays time.

        Still amount did not get refund

        It has already crossed 20+ Business days for both these 2 orders.

        it is really frustrating for calling customer care every 48 hours

          I ordered a Washing Machine from Samsung and it arrived damaged and it has been over 17 days now and my return and refund both have not been processed and Samsung is least bothered to contact me.

          I've written on their Twitter Handle multple times, sent emails to their CEO (Service head email address) and all is in vain.

          I've attached all details and I've been stuggling to return this damaged washing machine. Everytime I contact Samsung they ask me wait and that my issue will be handled on a priority basis. 17 days now and I'm still not a priority.

          NOTE: This is after they have approved my return and refund as mentioned in the email attached in the screenshot.

          Please help me get my item returned and get my refund asap!

          Disgusting service from Samsung and holding people's money hostage.

            Hi,

            I had pre - ordered a Samsung Flip 4 on September 01, 2022 on the Samsung Shop with the Pre-Order Bundle offers including the following - (A Free Case worth 1999/-, A Free Wireless Charger worth 5999/-, A Galaxy Watch 4 Classic worth 34, 999/- at 2999/-). This was promised at their website and I hence purchased the phone. They were supposed to be delivered on September 04, 2022 (estimated)

            However a few days later I only received the phone (On September 05) but all the other accessories were not delivered. I contacted the customer support enquiring the reason for the delay and they explained that only after the phone is delivered will they initiate the shipment of the accessories. After a few days I received an email of the cancellation of the accessories.

            I had tried to contact the customer service on seveal occasions and unbelievably each one had a different explanation of the issue. One of them said that I cancelled the accessories on my behalf (funny cause any sane human would want to cancel free offers), one of them said it was a "Technical glitch" which made them to cancel the order from their side. But none of them really provided any kind of solution or next line of action to this issue which absolutely had nothing to do with my end. After so many days of pursuit, I finally got them to escalate the issue and finally got a callback today.

            They agree that it was a technical glitch which cancelled the order, and that they dont have the stock of the times WHICH WERE PROMISED AS OFFERS. And they have the audacity to say that they will refund my 2999/- which I paid for the watch as pre book sale and well as for the other offers, tough luck cause I didn't pay anything :)

            I tried to explain in the most civilized way that how it was actually morally wrong to promise something so smoothly backing out of it after the purchase using technicalities and fine prints but they literally showed me zero empathies.

            I was literally coerced into making this purchase based on these offers and sales and I was never informed beforehand that this could even be q possibility. As of Now I just wish I never made this purchase but I would like people to be aware of these offers and stuff and dont fall for it, because these companies have no honor. All they have is fineprint.

            I really really want to return my handset and would like a full refund now if that is the only solution you would provide.

              Hello,

              We purchased a Samsung 4K NeoQLED TV Model code - QA65QN90AAKLXL 65" ON 15th August 2022 from Croma Mulund West, Mumbai for the offer price of INR 134999.00 as mentioned in the invoice attached with this mail under the name of Sumit Kotal. The item was delivered on the 19th of August 2022 and Installation by Samsung Engineers took place on the 22nd Of August. During the installation, it was noticed that the screen was flickering and there was an issue with the sound. After repeated troubleshooting, the problem still persisted and they registered a service request. The service request number is - [protected]

              We were given a choice of refund or part replacement and we went ahead with the part replacement as the refund would've been of the offer value which was a loss on our part. We were promised the part replacement will be done in 15 working days. There were no proper updates or intimations given by Samsung's end. I had to literally find on my own who is handling the case and got to find the service center Qdigi handling the same. Got in touch with the Executive named Mr.Gopal from Qdigi and he kept promising with lies of the next day and the next and still, no resolution came into effect.

              Mr. Gopal gave me an explanation of how the product is ordered from Delhi and should be coming to the warehouse soon he said he is in touch with the part team personally. After a week's time of everyday follow-up from my end, yesterday i.e. 10th Sept 2022, Mr.Gopal says that the part is not available and I've to wait for more than 15 days for a resolution of either a refund or Product replacement after this case will be forwarded to the Top management. After waiting for so long, I'm not going to accept any refund. Replace the whole product or repair it ASAP.

              What kind of circus is going on that you guys are making a fool of a customer paying more than a lakh for a premium product? This is the worst customer experience I've ever had. Also, I registered a complaint with NCHCA (Grievance number[protected]. If the case is not resolved at the earliest, I'll make sure to put up a legal notice. This is total exploitation of a customer and harassment after delivering a defective product.

                I have been following up under ticket ID #71040938 since 04 Aug 2022. Everyday i get 24hrs of Time but no resolution. Customer care service Representatives are of no help, except they just say that they are escalating the issue. Not sure if the escalation has no importance in SAMSUNG or the customers have no importance. From last 30 days i am behind the samsung support group and still i didn't get any resolution to my problem. All i get is to wait back for next 24hrs. Instant discount of Rs. 3000 was not given to me though i was eligible for the same. Please find the attached screen for your reference. I had purchase the Samsung M53 6gb/128 gb under order number [protected] on 04 aug 2022. On the payment page total amount to be paid was showed Rs.19561.60 being eligible for the instant discount of Rs. 3000 using ICICI bank Credit card . After making the payment a sum rs 19561.60 but of Rs.22561.60 was deducted from my bank account for the same order and no discount was provided. I am attaching all the relevant screenshot showing Rs.19561.60 and deducted amount of Rs. 22561.60 My purchase amount was 19561.60 but debited amount was 22561.60. Please help to get my refund extra charged 3000 urgently. 40 days completed but my refund was not credited yet from samsung.

                  Worst customer service ever.
                  After 2 months of pursuance which include at least 6-7 reminder mails on samsung ceo mailing I'd and calls with various customer service representative from samsung, today I have received a mail from Mr. Prashant saying that they can repair the phone without cost. But when I asked about the future assurance of not facing the same issue of getting the phone absolutely "DEAD", they could not give me any definite time period, SIMPLY SAID THAT IN FUTURE IF THE SAME PROBLEM COMES, " YOU CAN APPROACH SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEN THEY WILL DECIDE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE".

                  1- In simple terms, they are going to work in their closed nests and NOT CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY.

                  2- When I asked them to escalate the issue to their next level customer support manager as I either want either to replace the phone because the "motherboard processor", EXYNOS 9611 WHICH CAN BE CALED AS THE HEART OF THE PHONE, IS NOT GIVING SATISFACTORY RESPONSE IN MOST OF THE HANDSETS OF " F" AND "M" SERIES WHICH IS ALSO PUBLISHED IN REPUTED MAGAZINES LIKE "INDIA TODAY" ( CLIPPING AVAILABLE) AND EVEN THE SERVICE ENGINEER WHO EXAMINED Y PHONE IN SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE SAID THAT MOST OF THE SAMSUNG MOBILES OF "M" And "F" Series ARE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM ( VOICE RECORDING AVAILABLE), THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF ESCALATION AND THEY CAN NOT ESCALATE MY CONCERN FURTHER.

                  NOW I WANT TO ASK SAMSUNG AUTHORITIES-

                  1- ARE EVEN YOUR MID-RANGE PHONES MEANT ONLY FOR 1 Year.

                  2- IF THE ANSWER TO THE ABOVE QUESTION IS "NO", THEN WHY YOU ARE YOU BREAKING YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

                  IN CASE IS VERY TRANSPARENT, BECAUSE HERE IN THE HEART OF HEART THE COMPANY KNOWS THAT THERE IS PROBLM WITH" EXYNOS 9611" PROCESSOR, BECAUSE OF WHICH EVEN THE COMPANY HAS REDUCED ITS COST FROM 8000/- TO 4000/- IN OPEN MARKET ALSO.

                  IN THE END, I AGAIN STICK TO MY WORDS_

                  1- COMPANY CAN OFFER A NEW HANDSET IN THE SAME MID-RANGE COST WITH A GOOD PROCESSOR.

                  2_ IF YOU WANT TO REPAIR THE SAME HANDSET, NO ISSUES,

                  BUT

                  "GIVE ME A WRITTEN NOTIFICATION THAT IN CASE AGAIN SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH THE PROCESSOR IN FUTURE AND I FACE THE SAME ISSUE AGAIN OF IT GOING " DEAD" THEN

                  "THE COMPANY WILL GET IT REPAIRED FREE OF COST ATLEAST FOR 3 -4 YEARS WHICH IS THE MINIMUM TO MINIMUM LIFE SPAM OF ATLEAST A MID- RANGE PHONE OF SUCH A BIG AND REPUTED COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG

                  LOOKING FOR A QUICK AND SENSIBLE RESPONSE FROM SAMSUNG SENIOR AUTHORITIES AFTER PURSUING FOR A TIME LINE OF ABOUT 2 MONTHS NOW.

                  I had posted a complaint on 12th and got a response on 13th which was an autogenerated mail stating that the concered person will contact you within 24 hrs but it's 15th now and still I haven't got a call or even a mail.

                  It's been almost 2 months now and till now I haven't recieved a resolution for my problem. Everytime I write a complain to you, I get the mail from samsung that they will contact me within 24hrs but till now even after several reminders I didn't recieved a call.

                  It's such a SHAMEFUL thing from samsung's side and now they continuosly lie to there customers and give them false hope.

                    Hi.. I tried all possible ways to find solution, but the is no resolution in sight.

                    List of my issue:
                    I ordered M33 5g mobile via Samsung shop website & it clearly said all Icici credit cards eligible for 3000 cashback, which didn't happen. Initially your samsung support team said my card was ineligible.

                    After several followup's samsung mailed We regret to inform you that, we do not find any cashback details in the order.

                    It's clearly mentioned in the website samsung.com and not giving discount after purchase.

                    Later I provided samsung offer pdf to the regarding the offer then they are telling
                    you are not eligible to terms & conditions below mentioned:
                    1-Cashback offers do not apply to corporate cards.
                    2-The upgrade offer cannot be clubbed with a bank cashback offer.
                    3-Cashback/EMI schemes are provided by respective issuers at their sole discretion.
                    4-This cashback can be availed on one card only once a month irrespective of the product purchased.
                    5 If a product purchased with Bank Cashback Offer as mentioned above is cancelled/rejected, then the customer will not be eligible for the offer with the same card within 24hrs (As per Bank’s discretion) of the earlier purchase.
                    And I am eligible for the terms and conditions.

                    The biggest problem is that your customer support team doesn't even understand my problem & sweep under the carper saying my card was ineligible.

                    I'm attaching the offer screenshot along with invoice and order details. Would appreciate your swift resolution.

                      Hi. I had purchased Samsung washing machine (top load) model no WA11J5751SP In indore in 2020.The machine is having trouble and i want the company service centre to get it repaired. I have lost the bill of the product.The service centre replied that they need the bill otherwise it the service would be chargeable.
                      Kindly advise how to claim free service (if product under warranty) or how to get the duplicate bill. The machine was purchased from an authorised samsung dealer.

                        Hello all,
                        I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone in AUG 2020, The official release date of this model is 2020 July 30, which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. It finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre bareilly) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced.
                        There were over, at least, 700-800 people with the exact same complaint in the internet and Consumer Complaints forum regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail. I have multiple samsung phones in my home. I got problems with 2 phones recently (both are samsung m30s phones). I paid hell lot of money to get them replaced as service centre's told mother boards need to be changed.
                        Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount. BEING A STUDENT(WITH NO EARNING) AND BELONGING TO MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY WITH NOT SO GOOD FINANCIAL CONDITION IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY TO GET IT REPLACED It's a blunder done by samsung and expecting customers to pay 9-13k to get the motherboard replaced.

                          On 30th July, I ordered a Samsung Galaxy z fold 3 phone from their official website, student portal. The phone was listed for just 12940 rupees which is really tempting, so I ordered the phone immediately. Now within few hours I received messages saying my order has been confirmed and packed.
                          But later to my surprise a few hours later I received a message and mail saying that my order has been cancelled on my behalf which I never initiated.
                          When I talked to help team they told that my order was cancelled because the product was listed at very low price.

                          Now this is not my mistake because it was under student portal plus there was corporate carnival going on that time which made me think it is just a limited time deal. Also before buying it I talked to Samsung support regarding this being a legit purchase and they said if it's visible to me on students portal, it's legit.

                          Now it's been more than a month, I have contacted Samsung many times for this through different ways, service head email, CEO Helpdesk, customer support, twitter message, tweets, on calls etc. but there have been no response. All they did is refunded my money in 7-8 days.

                          According to me this could be a tactic to attract traffic and earn interest on customers money.

                          If Samsung is the one who's not able to keep up their website prices up to date then they should be the one paying for it, not the customers.

                          Now I request Samsung to either provide me The device or Provide me some Discount code as a gesture to apologise.

                            I had purchased Samsung Mobile A73 5G Mobile from Flipkart on 6th June, 2022 and the product was delivered to me on 8th june, 2022 and I am using it. As per the attached screenshot of Flipkart Offer, I should be eligible for *Galaxy Buds Live. @ INR 499. But, when I try to redeem the offer as per the steps mentioned on Flipkart's Term & Condition page, it says not eligible for Offer as the Offer is only for A73 users.

                            Samsung Shop Support has updated me via Mail more thab 3 times that "As we have checked your device IMEI details, there is no offer found for your device".
                            Samsung never exactly mentioned why IMEI details cannot be found for my Device and even after using the same Handset since Delivery, why I am not eligible as per screenshot, as the offer is only for A73 Users.
                            Hence, as a proof of the IMEI Number of A73 5G Handset that I purchased, I am attaching all the below mentioned proof's with Terms and Conditions.

                            I had activated the Handset during the Offer Period between 16th July, 2022 to 31st July, 2022 . Also the offer said fresh enrolment/sign in to the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from Google PlayStore) must be completed by 31st June, 2022 failing which the customer will not be eligible for the offer.
                            eligible as per screenshot, as the offer is only for A73 Users.

                            The delay in resolving the issue is not from my end, failing which if the Offer has changed (or might change in future), why should I suffer as I did all steps for redemption of Galaxy Buds Live @ 499 after product purchase as per the Offer terms and conditions as mentioned on the Website.
                            If Samsung Shop App has issues, it's not on my part.

                              The Samsung Refund Saga

                              I enjoy new technology even at this age of 60. So, when there is a new mobile phone or smartwatch launch, I try to keep up with the changes. Be it Apple products or Samsung. Or at least that is what I tried till this year August 2022. But this 16 August 2022 just one day after celebrating Independence Day I did not realize that I was going to go through an experience which can be termed nightmarish.

                              I had paid INR1999 for Samsung Pre Reserve called Next Galaxy VIP Pass on 31 July 2022. This was supposed to be for Samsung's Galaxy Fold 4/ Flip 4 devices which could be pre ordered on 16 Aug 2022.

                              Two things happened on 16 Aug 2022.

                              One, a pre-order for Galaxy Watch 5 Bluetooth 44 mm where it was bundled with Galaxy Buds 2 at an extra INR2999.

                              I tried to use the INR1999 Samsung Pre reserve mentioned above but it would not allow me to use the code. So, I anyway completed the transaction with my credit card on a No Cost EMI for 6 months. Within 60 minutes I realized that I had made a mistake. The reason was the Galaxy Buds 2 was last year's technology and I mistook that for this year’s launch of Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. I was not inclined for the older Buds tech so I cancelled the order and the Samsung email acknowledged the cancellation with a refund by 8 to 10 days on 16 Aug 2022 at 11.00 am.

                              The second thing I did was to cancel the pre reservation of INR1999 too. That too was confirmed by Samsung with a refund by 8 to 10 days. The reason for cancellation was the same as the Watch 5. The product was bundled with last year’s Watch 4 ( why would I go for a previous Generation technology? )

                              Since then, it has been a trauma. After the 8 days waiting period I decided to contact Samsung customer care. I did not get a proper response. The usual ' it is under process '. Then I decided to escalate the issue to the Grievance Cell. No response, not even an acknowledgement of the email. That is when I decided to write to the CEO office. I got a reply from the CEO office that someone will call me in 24 hours. And someone did. But what shocked me was the email from a so-called senior Customer Care Exec that it is escalated and then someone will be revert regarding the repairs issue etc. Something was not right. So I wrote email number 2 to the CEO office with a copy of the reply from the Senior Customer Care executive repair issue etc and the absurdity. The issue was about Samsung not refunding my money for a cancelled order. The standard reply that someone will call in 24 hours. As on date I have written 4 emails to the CEO office and all I get a standard response ' the matter is escalated and the back-end team will revert. No one has. In the meantime, my credit card company has already generated the September 2022 statement with a Loan schedule and 1st EMI to be paid for a product which has been cancelled and NO Refund from Samsung. Today the date is 9 Sept 2022. No refund of the INR29235.35.

                              I got an email and SMS that the refund for INR1999 has been initiated on 8 Sept 2022. But no mention of the INR29235.35.

                              What sort of a business is Samsung? The people who work and talk to customers be it first line agents or the so called second level have no idea that customers are humans and it is money that is at stake. There is absolutely zero assurance. They clearly say that they cannot commit because the issue is escalated. I have never had this kind of experience from any business in my entire life.

                              Here is the deal. I am aged 60, I have some means to service the loan which should NOT EXIST because there are other transactions which can offset this one. The order was cancelled and the refund should have been paid in my credit card account before the statement was generated. But no, I am a person with a great degree of financial discipline. I know how to manage my finances, and I also know how to offset the No Cost EMI in the near future. I know that Samsung has to eventually refund my money and will too. That is not the point. The point is, what if I did not have the means? What if I was a younger person with a tight budget? The impact can be huge. If the No Cost EMI is not serviced then the CIBIL score could be impacted. I tried to explain all this to the Samsung Customer Care, and I realized that they did not understand or maybe they did not care.

                              So far, I have called more than half a dozen times. More than 10 emails and 4 emails to the CEO's office. The REFUND SAGA continues. 24 days have passed since the order was canceled.

                              So, I have a question for Samsung; is Samsung ethically, financially and morally a bankrupt company?

                                  Please see below timeline of events pertaining to my purchase of a Samsung Galaxy A33 5G

                                  *Day 1: Bought the Samsung phone 10 may 2022.

                                  *Day 3: Started experiencing problems on phone Touch screen for no apparent reason.

                                  *Day 11: Visited customer service centre siliguri branch and requested replacement of defective phone. Customer service representative didn''t log any call, instead asked me to upgrade software.

                                  * Day 100(31st agust, 2022): My phone''s Touch screen completely stopped working. Visited customer service again and requested phone to be replaced again but instead customer representative logged a call for repair.

                                  My problem is that the service engineer refused to give explanation on the root cause of the problem on the Touch screen. Since there was no external damage done, this phone clearly it has a manufacturing defect . I am not comfortable using a defective phone which is only 3 months old.
                                  Since my request for phone replacement has been refused twice by the customer service, I realise that I have been misguided to continue using a defective phone.

                                  Now with all my frustration, I request you to accept submission of this defective phone and refund full purchase amount including that of all accessories.

                                    I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy M52 5G phone by the end of Feb this year. From the beginning of my purchase I have been facing mic, speaker and battery issues. Finally Samsung service center at Phoenix Market city, Chennai has accepted that this issue is related to product motherboard, speaker and battery. These need to be replaced.
                                    They have committed 7 days for service. Today is 20th Day and the phone is not delivered yet. Raised complaint to Service head and CEO cell.
                                    But finally i have come to conclusion that the escalation of Samsung is worst than the local service team. The escalation team is not bothering the emails. I have sent to Service Head, Customer service and CEO team. No one is replied. They are unable to solve the issue.

                                      I bought a Samsung refrigerator from amazon in the month of may 2022. the product is a faulty one. I raised multiple complaints but the service engineer who visited has no knowledge about the repair. They are simply bluffing and leaving and more over it is very hard get the service person visit i am keep on following up daily with customer care team, Service agency and the service man. Please address my concern i have escalated it multiple times. But nobody cares. Please do not buy any Samsung products. Worst customer service ever.

                                        A green line started to appear on my screen all of sudden after August 2022 software update. I went through Samsung members community and have seen too many s20 plus mobile users faced the same issue and it seems the lines are getting worse day by day. Most of those devices were just out of warranty period. Samsung though well aware of the fact that the issue was due to faulty software/hardware on S20 plus mobiles from their side haven't acknowledged publicly but instructed their service centers to replace faulty hardware for free only if their own set of rules are met though out of warranty. I submitted my mobile last week at a Samsung service center and they inspected my mobile and notified me that my device had couple of scratches/micro level dents on the frame and Samsung didn't approve for replacement of their faulty hardware on my mobile phone. The scratch/micro dent on the frame are entirely unrelated to green line on the screen and it is very unfair that Samsung didn't publicly acknowledged their mistake and making almost everyone like me to pay for the mistake they have done. I have appealed multiple times to the samsung customer care service asking them to escalate it to their higher level authorities and all those came up with same reason citing the scratches that I have to pay more than INR 18000 for the defect they have introduced without any negotiation which is unfair. A flagship priced mobile phone bought for INR 50000 and above if doesn't even last for more than 1.5 years due to the fault introduced by the Manufacturer and the Manufacturer doesn't even hold the responsibility though aware of their mistake, then it is the matter to be brought before justice for fair treatment of the customer.
