I have placed an order on samsung shop. But after three days my order has been cancelled by samsung itself without any reason and blocked my funds and refund not credited in payment mode yet.

    Hi Team,

    This is unbelievable. The fifth time we’ve had your technician coming over, opening the TV for a dozen of times and going back. Is my house you Samsung R&D station and my TV signed up for just that. What are you guys upto?! There are total 3 parts in a TV, which i could see when your technician opened the TV, out of which 2 are been replaced. The panel and the motherboard are been replaced, and TV is still lying dead. Every time they change a part the other part leads to a short circuit. And then they ask us for money, they ask us for a permission for replacing that part. You can find all the details related to service logs and the product in the mail trail. The panel is still in warranty.

    I’m a professional and I’ll have to take this to a logical end now. A Product worth over a lakh rupees is been dismantled for a dozen of times, almost every part is been replaced and is lying dead for about a month now. Now this is a concern. Your product has a quality issue and your technicians have made it worst by opening my TV a 1000 times. I want a new TV now. And your service centre folks and call centre folks have answers for every damn concern that I make but don't have a concrete solutions to any. You can check service logs and call logs made by me. Samsung is the worst choice I’ve made so far! Please find attachments for service details and product details. The panel is still in warranty and service centre threatens need to give me a new TV because apparently they’re unable to repair the same.

      I was purchased LED tv from Samsung company through to Vijay sales tv was working only one year and after his picture tube is nor working. than i was called to the customer care they had decline my issue and says we are not liable for this.

      please help because tv cost is too high as i paid its around 33 thousand

        17 month old Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra smartphone stopped working suddenly giving constant screen freezes and restarts. Service centre Tried factory reset and issue is still the same. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and needs to be rectified by Samsung. I visited the service center but they said it's a normal problem and that it will be fine and had to get the motherboard replaced. I was regularly visiting service centres and again and again I used to get the same answer. It's just a glitch. It will be fine soon and now when the phone is out of warranty service centre said repair will cost around Rs 30000 . This is a manufacturing defect which we can't bear. You should take action on this. And Samsung galaxy Note 20 Ultra is considered among the premier smartphones and this is what we get the result that we cant use the phone for 2 yrs also.

        This problem is a manufacturing defect and you have to give free service for this problem. Most of the people are not complaining about this problem because they don't know how to write a complaint and they are paying the expenditure of the motherboard. they have no option.

        Please give us a quick resolution.
        My phone has been in service centre since 10 of september i even raised the complaint and was taking follow-up yesterday the answer was we can't do anything as its out of warranty . but when my phone was there in warranty they didn't take any action though they knew it's a motherboard problem . I even told them to check the camera recording for how many times I have been there for the same problem but as usual customers have to bear the problem they didn't even say once that it's our fault also . If they can't trust the customer they shouldn't give false promises that they will give the best positive result.

        I am going to post this video everywhere if I don't get the resolution. In this you should go on youtube to see how your company is losing its reputation in the market. You have to pay for this issue either directly or indirectly( Karma)

        This is to bring to your notice that its been 1 month since my phone is there in your service center i.e ( 10 September ) and i have been regularly following up with your 24 x 7 helpline number and not getting the calling from your head office always get the answer they will call tomorrow . Is this the way you deal with your customer ? Samsung is a huge brand this kind of work is seriously not acceptable . Kindly call me by tomorrow .

        Its been 1 month since my phone is there in service center and been like a stupid guy i am mailing and calling you from last one month for the follow up and still i am not getting any answer from your team . This is really ridiculous as such a big brand does these types of silly things and without any intimation they have closed my case . Is this a way to deal with the customers ? Please look into this matter as my case is pending for the last one month !

            I have ordered refrigerator from Samsung Shop on online portal which got delivered on 26th September in damage condition and immediately i raised complaint vide complaint number [protected] dt 26 sep and based on the same technician has visited the premises to check condition of refrigerator on 27 sep. however there is further response from samsumg after the technician visit and several times i tried to discuss with customer care with my mobile number [protected] but there is no conclusive response so far.

            I am awaiting for refund of my money so that i can purchase refrigerator offline.

            Enclosed herewith Service Report dt 27 sep 2022 of Service Engineer appointed by Samsung. Still there is no response from samsung.

            I am fully frustrated with the support provided by samsung and its mental harassment by samsung team.

            Now i want compensation for mental harassment.

              Dear Team,

              With lots of excitement about a new TV buy, my Samsung frame TV arrived On 17 Aug 2022 after a delay of 2 days from the promised delivery date. The delivery partner simply cancelled the delivery multiple times stating Customer Refused delivery without even making a call on the date shown as Out for Delivery.

              Upon arrival I signed the package, after inspection, I found the box had damage which I reported in 5 min to the delivery guy, Through phone and mail. Also, I called Samsung to report this incident and both times after having a good conversation with Agent my call got disconnected even though I didn't get any call back from Samsung.
              After the installation guy Visited my place We found the TV panel is also damaged which I communicated to Samsung via chat and via call. Now a ticket ID is generated ticket ID is #73345842
              After continuous follow-up, I got a call On (25th September Sunday at 2 pm ) from Samsung that my problem has been addressed and Pickup will get initiated in the next 3 days.
              After it reaches the Samsung warehouse my refund will be processed. When I felt everything is working fine at last I got the next call from Samsung's senior escalation department around 3 pm on the same day.

              I got a completely different response from that her, Her name was Swetha and she told me to press the return button to start the process of return which I am not seeing on the screen,
              She was also unaware of the previous call made to me and she told me the last call gave me the wrong info.

              As a customer, I am left confused.
              1) I purchased the TV from samsung.com and I see an evident lack of coordination between multiple departments where my hard-earned money is blocked indefinitely.
              2) As per Swetha I need to press a return button on my order and As I said I am not able to see the return button, I can also see my TV is marked as installation complete when My installation was cancelled because of a damaged product.

              After a few more days on 28 Sep, Only the mobile which got free with TV was picked up from my location, what will happen to the tv when will it get picked up. Please speed up the process and confusion.

              Request if you can help your Samsung team to work as a team and not provide a confusing statement to customers. Also, I would like to know what I am supposed to do next to get my Money back from Samsung
              I wring this mail to expedite the process as I had a terrible lousy incident purchasing from Samsung. Also on a high Importance note, I have a 5-month-old premature baby at home and we can’t keep the carton box inside the home as it smells terrible. I hope you understand it's really concerning to the health of newborns you will help deeper on quickening the process.

                I had ordered a Samsung tablet S8+ on 4th September 2022+which was showing a bank discount with HDFC cards but it was not placed due to Samsung India's fault to which they replied that offer is not even applicable on HDFC card. The order contained two items a Samsung tablet and a charger.

                So finally I had to cancel my order on 5Th September for which refund had to be given in 7-10 days. It has been almost 24 days and I have called their customer support who just give me an answer that sorry for the delay and refund is not yet initiated for the tablet but charger is done which is very minimal against tablet. They are just giving answers on mail to wait for 24 hours from last 10 days. I am so disappointed and still no replies from the team about the refund and due to which I have to pay the bill amount and harrasment is being done continuously.

                    I have bought a samsung s20 fe 5g I think it is a premium segment phone of samsung but why it don't have a basic app lock??
                    It is very usefull feature and even a phone of 10k price range have this feature. Can samsung do something regarding this, can a basic app lock be provided.

                        I bought Samsung S21 FE 5G smartphone which was delivered on 22nd September 2022 from Samsung Shop app using exchange offer. I have exchanged my old phone for a new S21 FE 5G, and have received a defect product. As per Samsung policy they have rectified it as a defect product and provided "DEAD ON ARRIVAL" certificate from authorised service centre and have collected their defective product on 27th September 2022. I have been talking to them since 3-4 days, and they have refused provide replacement for defective product and also not processing my refund.
                        I have paid 23099 as balance amount after exchanging my old phone which is of value 10900 as per their quote during exchange. I haven't heard from them regarding 33, 999 refund status yet.
                        Pathetic experience with Samsung, lost my perfectly good working phone, received defective product, and my money is stuck with them and they are not processing my refund as well.

                                Due to some personal reason i cancelled my S22+ order on 26th of September but I haven't got any updates of refund.

                                I got message saying that I have to return the product but I cancelled the order before the product was not even delivered to me. How am I supposed to return the product.

                                  I bought a brand new s20fe 5g on 9 September yesterday suddenly it's screen turn black, phone is vibrating and touch is working but screen is dead and care is not helping me in this by saying it is out of warranty because of physical damage

                                    I have placed the order for samsung galaxy f23 mobile and charger and had to cancel the order as the offer offer mentioned in website wasn't applied to me and found it after making the payment . I cancelled the order immediately within 1 hour and sent email to samsung customer care.

                                    Now Its been more than 30 days since I have cancelled my order and I haven't received it yet.

                                    I have called customer care and mailed many times and I am getting the same response every time to wait for 24 hours to get the refund every time i call them.

                                    when i am asking to provide them the bank transaction id for the refund they are not able to give it.

                                      Respected Sir,
                                      My prepaid Order ID-[protected] was cancelled by me due to unavoidable circumstances and the same is Return To Origin in transit. But customer care is telling me that order was not cancelled and it is in transit to me. They are not educated enough and don't know what is the meaning of In transit to customer and In transit to Origin.
                                      The Fraud courier company (Delhivery)is delayed to return the product to seller and they are given estimated delivery time each day.
                                      Why should I wait for Refund because of Courier problem? I cancelled the product and the item is is returning to seller so I request you to refund the amount immediately.

                                      the same happen to me also, from past 2 months i am waiting for my refund, up to now i didn't get my money back. daily contacting customer care they are not rectifying problem.

                                        I bought a Samsung A52s mobile a month before, but it had a lot of problems, such as not charging properly, hanging when I opened the camera, and automatically turning on the loudspeaker. I asked for a refund, but they refused and told me to go to a service center, but the service center told me to restart the phone, so that was of no help to me, so I finally decided to exchange my phone within 40 days! Despite the fact that the IMEI is no longer valid! Therefore, I am unable to exchange! I filed a case on some Online portals on the 22nd Sep, almost 5 Days gone, i got around 5 Calls from customer care, but i dint get proper support! all are called and ask some basic things and then inform me like you will get the next call, and all are asking me to go to the service center again and again! why do I need to go to the service center again for the brand new mobile? is this is how the product they deliver? Seems Samsung try to cheat me on this, i can't handle this, it's too much pressure for me! Hope by this I can get some solution

                                        Mobile and support are the worst I've ever seen. India's No.1 scammer, I think! Good work, Keep it up, especially this (Dhanapandiammalsangaiah S) person is awesome in support!, she does not know any other words apart from submit the mobile to the service center and also she does not have any clarity in what she says, and when the conversation was going she cut the call because she could not answer my questions
