My phone keeps restarting automatically for at least 8-10 times a day and it really gets frustrating to use the mobile. All of a sudden it restarts when on call or texting. Tried to search this issue online and many of them as facing the same issue and the company wants to change the mother board, which I cannot afford to do at this point of time.

This is an issue from Samsung itself and need a solution for this issue at the earliest possible.

    I have a 7 Kg Ecobubble Samsung unit.I had got it repaired by your technician in Bangalore.He claimed an amount of Rs3050+ his charges of Rs 650/ promising me to get the official receipt soon.I kept on following him up but no outcome .But the receipt never came to me.He has charged me illegally I feel as there are no proofs from Samsung on the charges.The technician contact number is [protected]..He attended the unit on 27th July

      Within days we noticed deep knocking sounds coming intermittently from the outside top back area of the cabinet.
      FIRST complaint Ref. No [protected] registered on 29 June 2022 on Samsung Helpline number[protected]. No visit. But vague, unsatisfactory explanation given by a technician from a local franchisee service center, on phone. The complaint was closed unilaterally on their own.
      The abnormal and un-natural deep knocking sound kept continuing.
      So, again I registered a SECOND complaint Ref. No [protected] registered on 02 July 2022 on the Samsung Helpline number[protected]. This time a visit by two technicians (Faisal and Imtiaz. Both of them observed add the knocking sound occurred in their presence. They prepared no report nor offered any solution nor explanation. They said they will refer it to their senior at the Service center. No response for 2 days. On the third day I rang up the local service center (franchisee) from where the technicians had come. After much persuasion they connected me to a service head Aakash Wadkar (Mobile [protected]) who listened to my the problem and assured to resolve it. But to my surprise and annoyance, the complaint was closed unilaterally on their own within TEN minutes of my talk with Aakash Wadkar, with remark "Service request [protected] has been cancelled as no defect was found by engineer." !!
      In desperation, on 23 July 2022 I then visited the Croma Showroom where I had made the purchase. Again they listened and said that this time they will arrange for a visit by a senior technician from the Samsung Brand Service Center. They registered a complain from Croma (BOF230722FS01092). Samsung Complaint number given was [protected].
      A couple of days later, I received a call from Samsung call center in Noida NCR and they listened and tried to give explanation. But the explanations were not satisfactory nor could it even be closely related to the strange sound coming from the 'TOP' part of the fridge - which is quite far from the compressor location. Upon my insisting, they finally agreed to arrange for a visit by senior experienced technician. Then I received an enquiry call regarding my complaint. BUT it was not from Senior Technician, but from the SAME franchisee service center! They recognised me and again started giving explanation that the knocking sound is normal occurence!!
      By now I was totally annoyed and told them that they should make a replacement and take away my unit for observation in their workshop. I insisted that only by this way, they will understand that the deep knocking sound is not a common operational sound. But they disagreed and when I asked to speak to the so called service head Aakash Wadkar; they said it was not possible and disconnected!
      And to add insult to injury, on 26 July 2022, I have received an SMS from Croma Team saying that they have resolved the service request BOF230722FS01092!
      I am disillusioned with BOTH SAMSUNG and CROMA. The machine is under warranty and within just THREE months after the purchase, I am still struggling for a replacement as promised by CROMA Store while purchasing the fridge...
      I sincerely request for a replacement. My fridge may be taken away for observation and to make a case study for resolving this unusual 'Knocking' sound that keeps occurring intermittently and at irregular intervals.

      After the 24 Aug reply from Samsung, I received an email as well as telephonic call from Shweta Singh - Customer Relations Manager, who organised a technician's visit. He came & without diagnosis of the problem, replaced a PCB. But the problem continues as usual. Meanwhile Shweta is unresponsive over repeated email messages and dialing her phone number returns a message "You have dialed the wrong extension number"! On the other hand, even the local service manager of my area (Akash Wadkar [protected]) is just not accepting my call, so that I may give feedback and explain the problem. I am now totally exasperated with the horrible responses and service of Samsung, Only option seems to approach the Consumer Redressal Forum with proofs of Samsung's inaction and neglect.

      Finally after no resolution of my Refrigerator problem, I have taken legal recourse and sent notices to Samsung (Manufacturer), Croma (seller) and RO Enterprises (Auth. Service Centre), for replacement of the unit which is STILL UNDER WARRANTY!!. The Refrigerator continues to make abnormal knocking sounds. Frequent, abrupt ice formation happens on the copper tubes behind the unit on the lower side, and when this ice melts, the bottom tray is unable to contain the melted water and it spills over onto the floor and spreads far away from the unit.
      Exasperated, disillusioned. Am now staunchly advising all to refrain purchasing Samsung products

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        1. I bought a mobile (Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus) from Croma Store, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai 410201 i.e. on 30/8/2020. The invoice copy enclosed as Annexure 1.

        2. On 11th Aug 2022, I observed a green line on my mobile screen all the sudden, although there was no mishandling or damage caused to the phone.

        3. Just to find out the reason and to look for a solution, I went on YouTube on the very same day, but what came to my surprise that it is a hardware issue and lot of the other users are also facing the similar concern i.e. nearly around 2 years of life of the phone since its launch. The Screenshots are attached as Annexure 2 in support that this is nothing beyond a manufacturing defect and lot of other S20+ users have been affected with the similar nature of defect.

        4. Immediately on 12th Aug 2022, I gave my phone for repair to authorised service centre under GAN no. MUM120822WS00293 i.e. through Croma Store (Kharghar) where from I bought this phone in the year 2020 (Annexure -3)

        5. Since I did not hear anything from them, I paid a visit to Croma Store (Kharghar) on 16th Aug 2022 and they told me that it requires screen replacement which has to be paid by me. Upon an argument and my submission that it is a manufacturing defect on account of Samsung which needs to be pushed for free replacement, concern executive Mr. Sagir spoke to someone @ Samsung and agreed to get this done for me free of cost. The Croma store executive also told me that this being a premium phone they were suppose to get my photo id earlier along with receipt of phone for repair on 12th Aug. Hence, he took my id on 16th Aug and cancelled my earlier complaint dated 12th Aug 2022 for the purpose of regeneration of another complaint bearing # MUM160822WS01216 dated 16th Aug 2022

        6. Again I did not hear anything back from them, hence visited Croma Store again on 18th Aug 2022 and they said the my phone has been opened outside. Hence, they will not be able to give free screen replacement. I strongly told them that this is wrong / unethical to say that phone has been opened outside and I immediately called Croma Customer Care #[protected] to take up the matter further with complete background for intervention. It was requested by them to allow between 24 to 48 hours for a suitable resolution and to revert back to me. Unfortunately, 48 hours of timeline again gone into vain and I did not receive any call until 20th Aug 2022.

        7. As a result, I again had to call Croma Customer Care #[protected] on 21st Aug 2022 and they were to get back by EOD.

        In view of the given circumstances, request you to take a cognizance of the matter for letting me have my phone back post repair including screen change. It is unethical to give any baseless reason for no fault of customer like me who is a loyal customer of Samsung and have not touched the phone at all (forget about opening the phone outside)

          Its been 24 months since i started using the mobile Samsung M31 it was working fine and suddenly stopped working and not turning on when checked with samsung service center, they are advising to change mother board and it would cost 7k. I bought the phone at 16500 withing 24 months its almost dead. i have heard almost everyone is facing same problem with m31 infact samsung customer care representative told me it’s manufacturing defect thats why everyone is complaining. In the service center also i have seen a lot of people with same issue in M31 and thats the evidence that its not an isolated issue and there is something wrong with motherboard of the phone.I Hope this reaches samsung owner and behalf of thousands of people who is having the same issue.

            Order ID [protected]. I was supposed to receive few articles on 21/08/22. Now i have been informed that Samsung has no clue about deliveries as they don't have any information on availability of Product. This is shameful /cheating as before placing order you receive 10 calls a day and post placement of order there is 0 customer service.

              We have purchased WF602B2BKSD/TL Washing machine with serial number: W0155PCD100121M in the year 2013 and The machine is covered with 10 years warranty. Now, recently my machine has given up and not working, Wherein I have lodged compliant to SAMSUNG and the service officials visited our house and told its a motor problem and has to be fixed with a new motor. But, they have told the same cannot be fixed because the particular product manufacturing has got stopped. Service request num is [protected] dated 11/08/2022.
              In this connection, When I have given complaint to service head and other executives, [protected] reference number, They have spoken to me and said that they would resolve the issue but till date no one responded again to resolve the issue.

              Request you to repair my Washing machine and bring back my Washing Machine back to working condition

                  I have purchased mobile samsung F41 mobile phone over one year now it is getting restarted again and again automatically
                  I have tried factory data reset and hard reset but no use So i request please change my samsung phone F41 or change it Hardware as early as possible

                  I have witnessed this issue earlier with my Samsung device so I can help you to some extent.

                  First of all - Do not worry. This issue gets resolved with future software update (most probably the next update you will get).

                  Now until the next update comes out for your device you can do the following:

                  1. When your phone restarts automatically and freezes at the restart screen:-

                  - Press both "Volume minus" (Volume -) button and "On/Off" (Power) button together and hold for 8 seconds. Your phone will auto restart and restart normally. It shall not freeze this time. (See photo attached)

                  2. When the phone is working:-
                  - Do manual restarts periodically, say after 1 hour or 3 hours. The phone shall not restart automatically and freeze then.

                  ## Install the next software update as that can fix your bug.

                  Some important notes:
                  - Do not install software updates as soon as they roll out (by software updates I mean the major software updates like- One UI 4.1 update, Android 12 update, etc.). (These updates are big in size)
                  - Install updates which contain bug fixes and Google security patch update. (These updates are small in size)

                  Special note: This comment is based on my experience and may not exactly match with your issue. Nevertheless I hope this can help you.

                    After update provided by samsung the phone got automatically auto restart while using .So, I went to authorized service center & got my phone inspected, while inspecting they told me for power key replacement then I asked them for whether any other issue like Motherboard problem & they clearly said no & I told them to get the replacement done. This was the first inspection they conducted on my phone where they reached me for my power button replacement.

                    After replacement of power key I went for payment through my phone & suddenly at the time of payment my phone got restarted then I told them issue is not resolved service center staff got panicked & they started talking among themselves now what to do? As they clearly said to me that it was due to power key & not any hardware issue. So, they call someone & he told them to change the power button with the old one & don't bill the owner.

                    I waited for 5 minutes & said them make one more inspection & don't replace the new key & I am ready to make payment for that, after this service center staff panicked & started talking among themselves again. Soon, owner of the center comes & talks with me that we are not billing you for the power button & will conduct another inspection & I said no to them. So, here I concluded that may be they will erase the first inspection so, I told I will pay for the replacement please conduct the second inspection & give me my device with the estimation.

                    After 1 hour they got the second inspection completed & said to me to that there is PCB problem & will need to get replaced & this is common issues being faced by the users of samsung. The estimation was of Rs 8631 & then I said to them I will talk about this with Samsung India & get back to you.

                    Conclusion : Here I have read over social medias about the issue that this started happening after last update given by samsung. In my case I think this issue happened at the service center that they inspect & damage the product & gave it to me. As it was clearly said to me that it was power key problem & suddenly with 15 minutes they changed there mind about the same ( also they got to know the issue while payment was being done by me ), Since the inspection was not conducted fully in my case & nothing other than power Key was discovered in the 1st inspection & suddenly before the 2nd inspection they declared it that it is common problem of Motherboard ( that too before inspection) hence the service center are not working properly & customers are being looted by them for spare parts which are not damaged or are being damaged at he time of inspection. Samsung Customer are getting scammed over the replacement cost of hardware .

                    Status: I have not changed the motherboard yet. Currently waiting for complaint raised at Samsung.

                        I purchased Samsung M51 Mobile 1 and half years ago, After recent software update on my Samsung M51 my screen stared flickering and screen turning yellow purple in between many Samsung M51 users facing same problem after software update. I visited Samsung service center on 17th August 2022 They did software update from service center they charged me 177 INR for checking but after software update still same issue I asked them to change my display for free but they denied. There is no water damage or physical damage on my device, Service center staff accepted the fact that this problem is due to software update. My only demand is to replace my display for free as the issue is caused due to software update. if above matter is not resolved at earliest. I may have to think about legal proceeding. as being student phone is one of the most essential commodity in day to day life

                          Samsung M31s freezing and restarting automatically.

                          Hi Team,

                          From last few days my samsung phone is automatically getting hang and restart. Now this is not the issue with my phone only. There are lot of A series and M series phone. I have twitted about it bt there was no response from Samsung team. I went to service centre they are asking 10k for my phone repairing and saying mother board needs to be replaced. My phone's price is 14k.

                          Also the problem is happening...

                          I am currently in surprised and shock state as just now I averted a big tragedy as my Samsung Washing Machine was on fire when it was supposed to be washing clothes.
                          I was in my room when I noticed a strange smell coming from outside and what I see through my window is the washing machine burning in flames. Thankfully I reached in time and managed to avert a big tragedy, the machine was just beside more clothes and my kitchen, still the flames managed to cause damage to many surrounding things in my house.
                          I never imagined a premium brand such as Samsung big could lead to such tragedy, I've been using Samsung devices for so long and had trust in the brand.

                            Me and many friends are having motherboard dead issue and there are thousands of people facing the same issue.
                            My phone started restarting by itself after an update and now when I visit service centre they are charging for motherboard replacement.
                            I am going to the consumer court if they don't repair my phone.
                            People started calling samsung as scamsung.. beacuse they are scamming people like this..

                              Brand new Fridge purchased from Reliance digital on 11-July-2022 and delivered on 12-July-2022. Installation done by reliane ResQ team on 13-Jul-2022. The fridge cooling stopped on 13-Aug-2022 and complaint was raised with reliance digital on same day and with samsung customer service on 14-Aug-2022. Samsung service request no is [protected] and the engineer visited on 17-Aug-2022. The diagnoisis is compressor fault. Since it was just 2 days after the 30 day replacement, samsung has refused to replace it. Considering the samsung gaurantee of 10 years on compressor, it is really surprising that you guys are selling fridges that are sub par in quality. I need this fridge replaced or a refund for the product. Total cost is Rs. 43000. heck the picture added, they said 10 years warranty on compressor and fridge will work for 21 years of relaibility. This is false advertisement. My personal experience is samsung products are substandard compared to LG or other manufacturers and the opinion is consistent in my friends circle. Nobody is suggesting samsung products.

                              No update yet on resolution. It's been 15days without Fridge. Kudos to Samsung team for the worst customer service. Stop treating Indian consumers as third rate customers. We deserve the same products as you sell in US or European countries. Why are you discriminating Indians by selling cheap quality products.

                                This is in regard to the Samsung S20 purchased by me in Nov 2020, The phone was used with utmost care with no damage, screen scratch nothing, it looks as good as new. Suddenly one morning the screen turns white with green lines. After a few restart/reboot it did not work, I visited Samsung service centre where they asked for Rs 14500 for display change. I had a 1.5 years warranty which expired in July and a month later I got this issue. Please note that the phone did not fall, neither was in any contact with water and suddenly the display is gone. This is something weird and unexplainable. When I browsed over the internet I found many s20-s21 users having the same problem.

                                  I have ordered Samsung S21FE (order no:[protected] )on[protected] and paid a total amount of ₹50, 219.00. i have the cancelled the product

                                  On[protected]. Following my cancellation the app is showing that i have requested order cancellation for the past 20 days I bought the product from another portal as i got it cheaper.i am yet to receive refund. After numerous calls and support chats with Samsung care i haven't received any solution regarding my cancellation confirmation or refund or any sort of resolution for the past 20 days.

                                  I am very disappointed in Samsung and I would never recommend buying Samsung ever . I have waited reasonable amount of time.I am writing this mail in hopes that i receive speedy resolution.

                                      My double door refrigerator has been making a noise when the door is opened, for the past 3 months. After many engineer visits, nothing fixed it. And suddenly my service ticket was closed. I had to reopen the ticket, the service centre guys call, but not solution is offered. Speaking to their customer care, they get a supervisor to call me, who then says the service centre person will call you. They call but offer things like, “I need to check”. And then silence for a week or so, before I start the same process again, which by the way I have initiated again just 5 mins before drafting this.
