Address: Atlantic Service, Villupuram

When I request Samsung customer care for cd got stucked in my blueray player, they forwarded the request to Atlantic Service Team, Villupuram and after wasted my two days person named thamizhmani from Atlantic Service, Villupuram came without ID card and without any proof handled my system inappropriately and told me they are instructed to do only sales by name of replacement not the service. As we asked more details he simply did something to my player and left. Now my whole player is not working. All my later request to samsung care cancelled by same Atlantic Service, Villupuram by saying customer cancelled the request!! They are just cheating customer for collecting visiting charges and attrocity at its peak. Multiple complaints to samsung didn't help at all.

    Dear Samsung,

    Bill Number: [protected], [protected]

    I am writing this email with utmost disappointment on how i suffered after purchasing your flagship mobile Note 20 Ultra.

    So far, I have used 12 mobiles including Apple but had never used Samsung. And i paid for my mistake purchasing your brand mobile.

    I was looking for a premium mobile which should have 5X camera, i decided to choose Samsung note 20 ultra as it matched my requirement.

    I am going to narrate complete story below in a chronical order;

    - 22/10/2021

    I visited several mobile showrooms and mobile was not available. Everywhere it was out of stock.
    Finally, i got the mobile in Croma, Bannerghatta Branch, Bangalore.
    However, the sales executive mentioned it was the last piece and been kept as demo.
    Since i wanted "Samsung Note 20 Ultra" expicitly, i asked Croma Sales executive will there be warranty.
    Sales executive confirmed, yes, because the warranty will start from the moment customer put in SIM.
    They mentioned since it is a kept for Demo purpose, SIM not been inserted. I agreed to buy.
    They gave me some discount as well as it was Demo Piece. I purchased mobile on this mentioned date.

    - 04/06/2022

    My mobile fell down and display broke. I visited carepoint, Jayanagar Bangalore. Submitted my mobile for display replacement.
    Until display replacement, my mobile vibrator was working fine. After display replacement, Service center technician mentioned that vibrator not working.
    He mentioned he replaced it with multiple spares still not working. So will need to replace motherboard. I said mobile under warranty you can replace MB.
    Technician responded saying "Your mobile is out of warranty" so Motherboard replacement would be chargeable. I did not have my mobile bill handy.
    Since my marriage was on in another 5 days, ie Jun9th, i did not have time to argue with Service center on warranty. I collected mobile and left.

    - 05/06/2022

    Mobile display went dead next day of replacement. Phone was working, i was getting call, but display remained black. So visited center again.
    Technician checked and said display connector was loose. So he fixed it.


    - Aug 1st Week 2022

    Same black display reoccurred. I visited service center, they asked to submit mobile for observation for 3 days. I did not have backup.
    So i requested to just fix temporarily and give me the phone. I mentioned i will take backup and visit again.

    - 22/08/2022

    I visited carepoint again and submitted mobile to fix two Problems; ; 1) Display frequntly going dead. 2) Motherboard replacement for vibrator not working.
    Carepoint denied warranty mentioning that my mobile is out of warranty so motherboard replacement would be chargeable.
    I produced original bill to service center manager/Kavitha. But she denied the bill. She mentioned warranty starts from the SIM inserted.
    She said Someone from Croma appears to have inserted SIM while the phone was kept for demo purpose. That has led to warranty expiry.
    However, Service center manager/Kavitha asked to contact support to have them review the case and send out an expception email to carepoint so they can replace MB.
    I submitted the mobile to carepoint and asked to check display problem while i contact support on warranty issues.

    - 23/08/2022 to - 27/08/2022

    I spent almost 10+ hours with samsung support team ; they escalated to ASM/Sibil.
    ASM/Sibil spoke to me and said he would contact Croma dealer on warranty.
    After 4 days of constant follow up by me, ASM said, Croma sales person, at the time of purchase, they indicated me that mobile would not come with warranty which is a lie.
    Croma has manupulated their statement and ASM did not agree at all to consider my mobile under warranty. He asked me to further contact/escalat to Croma dealer.

    SAMSUNG FAILED TO PROVIDE ME SOLUTION ON WARRANTY AT ALL LEVELS. So i decided to 1s pick up the device.
    Coming to display issues, carepoint asked me to come and pick up as they did not find any issues during their observation.
    I informed them that the display is under 90 days warranty and display going dead is intermittent issue. Which means, the mobile display may not have gone dead during their observation.
    I asked what if issue reoccurs, they said motherboard will need to be replaced which is again going to be chargeable.
    I said clearly to service center manager/Kavitha that I have paid 22k to display and if display issues persist whatever further rectification should not be chargeable to customer.
    But carepoint manager/Kavitha denied and said 90 days warranty is only to display but not for anything else. And in my case, it is indeed Display thats having problem.
    I gave enough proof to carepoint that the display going black is very common isue for note 20 ultra and many customers have reported.
    But saddest thing is SAMSUNG NEVER admitted it. However, since service center confirmed device is working fine and ok to use, i collected phone and left.

    29/08/2022

    Again mobile display went dead and am not able to use the mobile. Mobile maing notification sounds, i hear calls, but display not working.
    I have recorded a video of it and attached here as evidence. I never experienced this extreme frustration with any other brands.


    I have explained everything very VERY clearly here.


    I AM CORPORATE PROFESSIONAL, AND I HAD TO LEAVE MY OFFICE WORK SEVERAL TIMES FOR FOLLOWUPS WITH SAMSUNG.

      I purchased a Samsung S22 phone from Samsung official online store. The phone got delivered on 26th August, 2022 and from the moment of delivery, the phone had issues like

      1. fingerprint sensor not working properly (does not work over screenguard at all)
      2. Heating issues - heats in just 20 mins of basic use
      3. Bluetooth does not detect many devices
      4. Wifi does not detect devices

      I registered a complain just a day after purchasing the phone and still Samsung refused to return/replace my phone. They requested I go to the Service center, where they kept my phone for 3 days and then said they observed no issues with the phone - when I showed the issues in front of them.

      The phone cost over Rs 70, 000 and this whole deal has been a big headache for me. Samsung's pathetic customer support has just made things worse.

      Since Samsung Customer support is not helping, I am hoping writing this might help in helping me get a refund for a defective product that is not even a week old.

      The request remains unsolved. Samsung's warranty and replacement policy is completely customer unfriendly. I will no longer be buying anything from Samsung.

        With reference to the above subject, I have purchased a mobile with a charger Samsung online website on 29.08.2022

        After selecting the M33 mobile, the Samsung website suggested the charger product automatically. I have booked a Mobile cum Charger, but unfortunately, the charger is not supported the mobile. I called them twice Samsung customer care twice and also visited the Samsung Service Centre in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. As of now, not resolved the issue. Please replace the charger convenient to the M33 mobile or refund the amount. There is poor support from the company as well service centre.

          Already I have raise a complain regarding of Freez’s compressor not working, but the mechanic not came as well as possible he is coming after 4 days of complain raised.

            Hi,

            After recent security patch update my samsung m31s is freezing and getting restarted every min
            Service center is saying to get the mother board replaced which costs around 8k .
            This issue has happened because of samsung hardware and software fault and they should replace the mother board

                    I placed a pre-order on galaxy buds 2 pro along with wireless charger from the Samsung shop app order no.-[protected] on 21st August 2022. Though the app showed that I received a cashback of Rs 3000, I was charged a full total amount of Rs 17999 for my buds and Rs 499 for the charger amounting to Rs 18498. Hence I cancelled the order hoping to get the proper refund within the pre-order offer time and be able to re order it again for th proper price. But all I have ever got until now is a partial refund of Rs 499 for my wireless charger. The major bulk amount of Rs 17999 hasn't been refunded yet as of today 2nd September 2022 which is already 11 days since I ordered. Not only did I miss the pre order offer for the buds but also I am quite devastated because that's quite a lot of money still stuck somewhere. My faith in Samsung support is wavering because even after numerous calls and emails there has been no solution and I am feeling hopeless. Please look into this matter from your side I beg you.

I had visited your Service Centre, they told me that its motherboard needs to be replaced and it will cost Rs.7200/-, which is too high.                         Hello Everyone,

                        Want to share my experience with Samsung Product and its Store Vendor,
                        which really shocked me. The way Samsung Service people, Vegas Mall
                        Dwarka - New Delhi, responded to my queries was not just rude but also
                        unprofessional.

                        First of all, let me tell you the issue, I am having in my Samsung
                        ZFlip 3, which I bought this year in January.

                        There are 2 issues with my phone.
                        1) I am facing lot of slowness, although I have downloaded the latest
                        updates. Also, the battery backup is comparably low.
                        2) This is the main issue:
                        I can see there is an air bubble on the inner screen of the phone.
                        No damage, Never fell in the water, Have all the screen protection,
                        still how that bubble comes up not sure.
                        I purchased this phone this year only and also paid an extra amount
                        for mobile cover and full mobile damage protection. When I took the
                        phone to the Samsung service center, the response which I got from
                        there was completely ABSURD. They were asking me to courier the phone
                        to a different Samsung service center.

                        I used to have iPhone and before going for Samsung I was thinking for
                        iphone only. The one of the most important thing which make iPhone
                        world's best device is their customer reach and their services.
                        Not expecting similar replacement service which Apple is providing but
                        at least Samsung should take the issue gracefully and try to resolve
                        it rather than saying we cannot do anything now you should call or
                        mail to the company.

                        I talked to customer care agent as well and he was saying that I need
                        to pay extra amount to resolve this issue.
                        I am seriously not getting, why did no one tell me these things when I
                        was purchasing this item? It's hardly 8 months and I got this issue
                        besides that I have paid an extra amount for accident damage
                        protection still you people want me to pay again, really shocking
                        again :0

                        Few Advice:

                        1) Please, never cheat your customer, if you lose the trust and faith
                        of the customer, no one will going to buy anything.
                        2) Your customer agent should always be proactive while helping
                        customer rather then moving them from one store to another and instead
                        of providing them solution, asking them to contact to the company.
                        3) You should keep on upgrading your policies: Not sure my problem
                        will fall in which category. However, I can only tell you its max 8
                        months and I have damage protection as well, now company should give
                        me a replacement set here, as their other competitors such as iPhone
                        gives.
                        4) Although now I don't have any expectation from Samsung, I already
                        learned the lesson :). I will definitely keep this in mind before
                        going with Samsung products.

                            I bought one samsung m31 phone (6 gb ram, 128gb internal storage) from
                            amazon on[protected].Presently my phone did not start and stuck in
                            boot screen and now after checking my phone, samsung technician said
                            that it is a motherboard problem and required Rs. 7030, but almost every samsung M series phone having the same issue.
                            So my kind request to you please look into this matter and help me out
                            from this problem.

                              I am writing with my dissatisfaction with the quality & after sales service of my S20 plus purchase.
                              I bought thee phone in March 2021 and it has developed a screen issue with 2 green lines on my screen rendering it unusable. This is a manufacturing defect which is acknowledged by them n they are providing a 1 time screen replacement for it too. However, they have refused to fix my phone until i pay them 15, 000Rs. This is because they have found other dents in it. It is a 1.5 yr old phone n i acknowledge the wear and tear and i am happy to live with it but i am not willing to pay 15k for the green lines which isnt my fault. Due to the manufacturing defect i am not even getting any value for a resale.
                              I wrote to Samsung about it numerous times to their servicehead and CEO team but they kept repeating the company policy to me and provided no compensation or support.
                              Hoping you can help mee out in getting justice for this buy so i can continue to use the hone i paid for without any unnecessary financial impact.

                                I had bought the watch and whilst usage, noticed screen burn-in issue. Took it to the service center and they noticed the issue and issued DOA. I had to get a replacement, instead got refund. Raised this with CEO Email 4 times and haven't got a response, neither the right amount of calls to get this resolved. Rather this stays the way it is. Even the customer care number is of no use as they don't provide a proper response. Shocked to know that Samsung CEO email portal is just for show and fake and doesn't provide proper resolutions. Please issue the refund and I'm expecting a compensation for all the sufferings I've been through when the issue wasn't even my fault and I'm suffering here.

                                  The issue was with the television's display . The complaint was raised on August 13th, 2022 by contacting customer care. Though the complaint was raised within the warranty period, no action was taken.
                                  Need to resolve this as quickly as possible as it has been so many days raised a complaint.

                                    I have ac of made year 2015, and I booked request for its service and after 2-3days the person came and told during the service that ur ac some of the internal part is to be changed, so we agreed and after that when that particular part arrived it was damaged so I refused for it, he told sorry and again book for the same then again the part came and it was different part of different model..
                                    So he again booked same and then he went after that day no msg from samsung Or no msg or call from that person he also took 650+550 from us and told I will come back keeping my unit lying down on the floor, but 3months have been passed but no response from the mechanic or from samsung.
