Hi consumercomplaints.in (platform)
My issues has not been resolved yet by Samsung India in fact now they have made the issue more emphatic for me and put me on even worsen scenario where I was.
This can be understand through below mentioned points-
Firstly I would say thanks to this platform (https://www.consumercomplaints.in) where only, after posting my issue Samsung India actually started to work on and replied in a proper manner.
...Yesterday (08/09/2022) Samsung India actually started to understand and talked on the concerning issue, via phone call (911243630331) and then through email(
[email protected]), to understand my Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro issue in a proper way.
Meanwhile when I was talking to Ms.Gunjan simultaneously I was receiving the call from Ms.Shruti Sharma(Samsung Service Centre representative @ Bilaspur (C.G)) after my talk with Ms. Gunjan, Ms. Shruti talked me over phone that on the day I (Ankit Purohit )got new LCD replacement and you we delivered your handset on the same day, and it's status was showing as delivered in the system and which can only be seen by her boss only, so it was delivered to you, on this, I said that if it was so, so why I was not provided a separate receipt for LCD and New Battery phone.
And Ms. Shruti could not call me since 23/08/2022 as she was not well, and could not call me regarding this, and today (08/09/2022) she is calling me to what went wrong with Samsung Mobile Service Centre, Bilaspur (C.G) and Samsung India, that
On the day(23/08/2022) the system was showing new battery is deliverable and available to place a pre order with an advance payment.
The entire issue is regarding the non delivery of my Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro new battery which I ordered on 23/08/2022 and even past to 13 days, Yesterday (08/09/2022) I received an update from Samsung India that, my Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro which I purchased in 2017 is too old and company donot produce its battery anymore.
My question to Samsung India is that, Why this message was not communicated to me by the company representative on the day (23/08/2022) when I visited Samsung Service Centre, Bilaspur (C.G), where I asked the representative first, to check at the Samsung India end, that, Is there any availability for the new battery at your inventory? to get it changed against the old battery, because then only I would go for the LCD change and purchase it with its combo so that its first issue can be solved and then afterwards only I will go for the purchase of new battery. The reply to my question was "YES", then only I gave my consent to change the LCD and proceeded with the pre order purchase of new battery.
On the day the LCD got replaced with the new one and I was told in committed manner that you will receive your new battery order within 7 to 10 days, where you will receive the call from the Samsung Service Centre, Bilaspur (C.G) about the battery availability and can come to us for its replacement.
On the day it was enough for actually solving my problem to get my phone parts replaced with original ones at Samsung Service Centre, and there would be no need to buy a new mobile phone to get my day to day work done in perfect manner.
But yesterday (08/09/2022) I was totally surprised with Samsung Mobile India words that, as my Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro phone is too old and company donot produce its battery anymore.
So, its my request to Samsung India to either provide me the new battery for my Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro any how or to refund the entire amount of Rs 7, 375 to me because Samsung India has not provided me the new battery for my handset even after checking its availability at its inventory and committed me to provide it in 7-10 working days.
For Samsung India reference, I have reply to the above mentioned email and attached the display pic of my Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro handset on 21/08/2022, in the condition it was and after it got more worsen and the acknowledgement of service request receipt generated on my name on 23/08/2022 at Samsung Mobile Service Centre, Bilaspur (C.G) amounted to Rs 4, 603.90 (For LCD) + Rs 1, 295.58 (For New Battery) which makes total of amount to Rs. 5, 899.48
Now, this is more surprising to me that I paid an amount of Rs 7, 375 but the acknowledgement receipt is of Rs 5, 899.48.
So, please share with me the difference amount of Rs.1, 475.52(Rs.7, 375- Rs.5, 899.48) charges. What it is about?
