Sir, i want to inform you that i went to the above mentioned samsung service centre on dated 15.05.2017 for a reson my phone not on. They checked the phone and said there is a little dot on my screen and its the physical damage. And they request me to replace the display.. Cost of rs 8000... Then i simply denied to replace and said give my phn back to me. Then i went to rcv my phone today at 10.20 am dated 17.05.2017. They are giving me a broken display... I said i wont receive it.. I want my phone as it was before... Then they are forcing me to replace display... Is this a service for a regular customer of samsung???
I request u to be kind enough and take electronic response.

    Its regarding split acs, called the customer care for the repair and technician was sent by the company. It was under 5 year warranty period for compressor, he told that compressor would be taken by the technician 5 days before. Till now no response from both samsung customer care and technician. It was told if it doesnt fall under warranty, would have done on the same day. As its falling under warranty that means no proper response and delay is must.

    Never expected such a big company samsung, where no response from the customer care and technician. Warranty is wasted provided

      Our Samsung fridge has the same chemical smell. It permeates the food -which we have to throw away, it stinks up the entire kitchen when the door is open. The smell literally makes you sick to your stomach. I have cleaned the fridge with bleach water, soap and Windex and no luck getting the smell gone. I have used coffee, orange peels and baking soda and can't get rid of the stench. I contacted Samsung and they acted, like they never heard of this problem and sent me instructions on, how to clean my fridge. I am very upset. If you know you have a problem with a product then educate your people so they can help resolve it with the customers. It's cheaper to resolve than to defend your good name. Fix my fridge and pay me for the food I have had to throw out.

          This is to inform you that there is a constant formation of ice in the lower part of our Samsung refrigerator. We have complained about this before and the Samsung professionals told us that a part was missing. The Samsung professional then changed a part but the problem has persisted and is causing inconvenience. We have been complaining every 2-3 months. We have already called the professionals thrice over last year and if this problem continues after the warranty period ;paying for service every 2-3 months is unaffordable. We have been facing this problem ever since we bought it and we request you to look into this matter immediately and solve the problem completely or provide us with a new problem free refrigerator.

              Sir I ordered a samsung power bank and samsung memory card. Which delivered by them and payment I also made but the product is duplicat. I visit the site again file complaint but there is no response. This site is doing fraud and cheated many customers. Its a request to please band this site and protect the customer agains the fraud committed by them. There are many peoples who are cheated.

                I had ordered Galaxy S8 midnight black from Samsung shop e store with order id[protected] on May 5. I had raised a cancellation request by sending mail to support.[protected]@samsung.com on May6, May 9, and May 11. As there was no response from there side i raised an escalation for call back on May 9 and 10. After this, i got a call from Sasmung on May 12 and i was notified that my cancellation is now approved and i will get the cancellation mail...

                I am now fed upoff compalining to samsung service about my deafulty refrigrator always samsung service person comes nd the result is same after 2 -3 days i think i have done biggest mistake of my life this time purchasing samsung product.                 I have the same complain as above .I have brought AC on June 2014 .Within these three years i have already wasted 15000 in repairing this .gas got leaks very frequently .We got cooling problem every time apart from other low quality parts issue., I am also agreeing that Samsung is using very low quality product, within very limited use circuit goes vanished, now Samsung technition changes us to replace that circuit, which cost around 8000.So why we will bear that cost .within three years lots of parts became non functional and we have to repair them or replace them we will never suggest anyone to but sumsung AC .Sumsung should replace this defaulty AC soon as possible or should help us in any other manner .

                  I bought samsung galaxy s7 in last week of aug, 2016 by paying rs.52, 000/-.

                  After 1st october 2016 samsung introduced offer of one time display replacement @rs.990/- also price of mobile was reduces to under rs.40, 000...in spite of price reduction offer was extended to new buyers.

                  I am shocked to know that i showing loyalty to brand (Since s3 launch) and buying s7 at premium pricing of rs.52, 000/- i am denied benefit of one time display replacement (Which is offered to new customers at lesser price)!!!

                  While price for replacing screen is rs.8, 000/-, it is such a shame even after paying rs.12, 000/- higher price for a same product, i am denied display replacement benefit…

                  This kind of treatment is challenging my loyalty… and is blatant discrimination by samsung towards their premium paying loyal customers...

                  Hope to get attention of samsung guys and get this benefit extended to me as well through your medium!!!

                  On above ref ID call I was asked to go & meet Sameer @ “110/111, 1st floor, grow more tower chsltd plot5, sec 2 kharghar, Navi Mumbai” as they did not have details for my phone serviceability at central customer care…

                  @ Above service centre I was told I bought phone one month and 10 days too early at higher price(laughingly) and was reason for not being able to get one time screen replacement scheme.

                  Hoping to get some justice for being brand loyal and having bought phone at a premium !!

                  Looking forward to hearing soon...

                    I have just purchased and received yesterday from you a, Sir It is Charging own in 18- to 20 minutes and discharging it in 12-14 minutes when I attach my any one mobiles by one at a time, So I Confirm that it is inferior quality or it is a duplicate device, and it is not useful to me, Therefore please call back the same device from my end and return my total amount immediately.

                      I am writing this with pathetic words that iam a regular user of your samsung mobile phones. I have been using your a series and s series phones since 2010. I recently purchased a8 however after use of just six to eight months the battery of the cell phone is showing extremely poor performance. It doesn't last for more than 2 hour o[censored]se. This is highly disappointing on part of samsung having such a brand name. The service centres established by you in jammu doesn't respond to the customers appropriately. They treat us as if everything is known to them and we the users are ignorant creatures. I strongly belive that you should get my cell phone replaced as customer satisfaction should be your prime focus in this era of competition.

                        I am Nitesh Jain from Indore MP. I have purchased Samsung C 9 Pro on 21.04.17, from very first use it was giving voice with vibration. The set was heating & finger print scanner was not responding properly. I have visited the service center & let them know the issue. They have provided me DOA on 28.04.17. The shopkeeper M/s. krishna Communication had replaced it with new one. I have tested new phone at shop & let them know above issues in new phone they told that you have 14 days left so use the phone. If problem occurs then we will see.
                        I have visited shri vardhan complex indore samsung service center & let them the issue. They have kept the phone for a day & returned me phone. I have checked the phone & found that no any problem was resolved. then I again visited M/s krishna communication. at the shop a samsung executive checked my phone & found that problem is genuine. He suggested me to visit the samsung service center sapna sangeeta road to take DOA. I have visited & given them the unit. They have kept the unit in their observation but when i tested the phone. I found that no any problem is resolved. I have complaint in samsung head office but no any positive result received. lastly i have complaint one more time to samsung online costumer care & they suggested to visit once again. I have visited shri vardhan complex service center but they have refused to listen my issue. I am helpless & want forum's help. I have visited too many times & now i am fade up. i have wasted my time, money, petrol & peace. I had purchased this phone for Rs. 36900/-.

                          I have purchased samsung ac in may 2014 and it stopped working in three years and even after 4 complaints the service people couldnt even understand the problem until i called the customer care repeatedly and literally begged them to fix my AC and they are charging rs11070 to replace the condensor and for this it took 1 moth 15 days to get them to say this.pathetic product pathetic service.why do they even manufacture such product and dump it on the indian consumer and make them face such mental torture.any person buys an ac so that it will help the in the scorching heat in the summers and samsung punishes its customers with horrific service and unskilled technicians and besides charging an arm and a leg for a spare that only costs a fraction of what they say.i guess thats how the service centres survive.

                          april 1st to may 18th i month 18 days it takes for you to do nothing. it completely ludicrous of this so called international brand to perform so poorly.your phones keep blowing up and your ac s get damaged bad in just 3 years that its better to throw them away and go for a new one.
                          some person called ankit just called me from samsung but nothing is being done.my ac is still in the samsung service centre and my house is still baking like an oven in the hot sun.thanks to samsung. do you even bother or are you just going to give me another automated reply?

                            We purchased new samsung 1.0 ton ac in saravana stores padi wide bill no - f9c1s5/17373, sales representative who have represented to sale the ac have clearly explained installation is free of cost in default of 3 meter wire & 3 meter copper tube will be inclusive.

                            Also service engineer who attended for installation, initially asked rs. 500/- for installation charge & rs. 600/- for wire.

                            This is contradictory for the sales terms & conditions.

                            Kindly give instructions to your service engineer to do the installation as sold by saravana stores.

                              On 13.05.2017 from my registered mob. No. [protected], i have registered online complaint regarding installation of ac. The ac was installed but the compressor have some fault in it. The engineer who came to my home told me that he had forwarded the complaint regarding non functioning of compressor. Then i have also called the customer care on 13.05.2017 evening regarding fault in compressor, the person on the phone told me that the engineer will call you on 15.05.2017. When i called customer care, he told me that no complaint regarding compressor was registered on 13.05.2017, he told me that my complaint is registered today and the engineer will call me in due course. Kindly take action against customer care agent who has not registered the complaint in this direction as the temperature is very high.

                                It pains me to write such an apathetic mail to you, because being a samsung patriot i have always loved and endorsed samsung . As it provides a good platform for a common user to have access to distant part of world.

                                Without taking much of your precious time, i would like to say that i own a samsung S7 Edge phone since 14 Jan 2017 and it was working fine until 07 April 2017. i discovered display got freaking & immediately i call to care center & raise a complaint ([protected]), and gave phone to nearest authorized service center ( HCL Services limited Mumbai). After assessing the phone they found, display is not working properly, i received a call that display is not working properly we are changing the display. after 5 day's i received my handset & found the color of front body & back body is not Matching, immediately i call to service center & inform for this, Answer i got from service center whatever part i receive from samsung we fitted the same to your handset this is not our fault. After this i call to care center again issue the complaint against this ([protected]) but not any proper revert come from care center. After so many follow up this case is accelerated to senior department & again new complaint number is issue ([protected]) & handset got pick up after one month, now i get a call that your handset is 3 month old that's why this shade variation is coming, my question is Samsung s7 edge body is of Glass how color fading is possible on glass body within 3 month. Now service center is returning my phone in same condition & in this condition phone is not acceptable to me, same i have inform to care center but not getting proper response, they are forcing me to accept the phone on same condition.

                                My sincere thanks for reading such a long mail, but after getting such kind of response from care center & service center people heartfelt disappointment was deeply felt by me. i hope that i get a proper resolve of my issue and i sincerely want to raise the same before all of you to know about pathetic post sales service & Care center in samsung.

                                  I have a Samsung WD0654REC Washing Machine(White). The machine has been out of order since middle of last week. I logged a complaint with your Customer Care Department (with my registered mobile number +[protected] under my name Ashish Saxena.

                                  Unfortunately, the quality of your Engineering & Customer Case Support has been shoddy and not up to a International standards of Samsung.

                                  The Engineer visited our premises at 13 hrs on 14.May.2017 and without bothering to open the machine and purely on the basis of Error Code on the panel suggested that there was a leak (obviously there was no water to be seen on the floor). He said, he had fixed the issue and when asked what was the issue - he said (& I quote) "drain pine was not connected to the clip". I was not sure what it meant, but he assured us that the machine with work.

                                  We asked him to stay back till a cycle was complete (40 mins) and he said, he can't and soon left. Of course, the machine stopped before the cycle was complete.

                                  After repeated contacts with your Customer Care department - there has been no progress on the issue. The Customer Care does not listen, they keep on saying the same thing - again and again.

                                  Please note, in a household with kids where we rely on the Washing Machine for laundry - a broken washing machine is a major disruption. My concerns are:

                                  1. Engineering team is not willing to help - we requested the person multiple times, but to no avail
                                  2. Your Customer Care team promised to SMS the Complaint Number - but never did
                                  3. I have contacted your Customer Care team:
                                  - Today at 8pm and explained the overall issue and requested for Escalation and I was told there is none, but Engineer will visit today
                                  - I called back at 10:30 am and then again nothing. I was put on hold for over 35 mins and then the call hung up
                                  - Finally, on the last call, I was told that your Phone Agents are not aware of your complaints process and cannot provide me with a number

                                  This is very poor experience and I would have expected better. I am left with no options but either to buy a new machine or recourse to a local untrained mechanic - which I was trying to avoid.

                                  My A5 (6) has some heating problems. It heats while charging and video calling and sometimes when its not in use also it heats.
                                  Earphones i got with this mobile phone are now not working properly. Its mic is not working and left ear plug. Its in warranty period.

                                    Purchased Double door refrigerator .after one year of purchase started facing water leakage in the fridge.
                                    2- Condensor bumt.
                                    3- complaint lodged for water leakage. resolved for 10 days then again same problem started.
                                    4-fridge stopped working. Gas changed, condenser burnt. Total bill raised for 3595. Visiting engineer suggest compressor has to be replaced..
                                    My simple query from the company why the compressor was not replaced or suggested to be replaced when problem remains same and your engineer keep telling different story.
                                    as the 5 year warranty crosses next month your engineer suggested to change compressor.
                                    This is complete fraud and breach of trust by renowned company called Samsung.
                                    Resolution expected - compressor should be replaced with no charge an water leakage problem should be corrected or replace of product.

                                    Sir power bank mobile phone ko charge nahi kar raha hain please return or 64gb memory card bhi return karana hain
                                    I had prebook S8 which i got on 2nd may but within1 day got failed & service center given a DOA to dealer . which later given another device S8+ due to stock not available. So my concern is how to redeem wireless charger? In my galaxy there is no such option is available. Dealer is denied to support in this situation.
                                    From last one week my handset not works properly due to less power backup and heat up the phone automatically. kindly take back this handset and provide me fresh one. i am not satisfied with this service.

                                      I had been ti bangalore jaynagar 3rd block service centre to get my samsung j7 phone to get repaired. It was worst bitter experience to me. Firstly they don't speak the local language. The staff were non-coperative, arguing. They could not even find out what was the problem with the phone. Even they had a problem with the purchase bill as it was with in the warranty. Is this the way to treat a customer at service centre. I really need a answer to this? I had travel to bangalore wait for my turn and not get my phone repaired? This is how you run a service centre?

                                      I purchased a led smart tv rs 38000, dated 05/04/2015 . Right now i am facing problem led panel . Picture not cumming. In the span of 2 years if this thing happen so i really not suggest to buy samsung product. Worst product. They giving warranty 1 year.
