The feature of “FindMyMobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

    I purchased Samsung S6 edge mobile bearing No 359670/06/46/662/3 on the name of A/C ONGC - CPF 68646 B BALAJI, on 30.11.2016 at Sree Raj computers and mobiles showroom, Kakinada A.P.
    Since then mobile is getting heated abnormally while charging and net utilization. Several times i approached at above mentioned shop keeper, no proper response from him and used to say" All S6 edge mobiles themself have heating problem" . This made us scared as we seen several explode incidence in the recent past.
    I given the unit at servicing center, Kakinada. for rectifying the above problem, on 11.05.2017, and observed no problem has been rectified. Moreover this the mobile unit assembly is not fitted properly, unit in side the casing is moving either sides, with hitting noise.
    Since the mobile has been purchased on the name of my organisation, regarding this problem i discussed with my legal adviser, on his advise this complaint is being placed.
    Finally i want the mobile with out any problem or a new piece, which does"nt generate heat.
    Expecting a prompt immediate action from your end, for avoiding to proceed legally from our side.

      Sir, i am a consumer to buy a samsung mobile in 04 january 2017 after 14 day my phone back button is not properly working so i go to the customer care service but they don't repair my phone properly even there is a due date for this phone by which i shold get a new phone but after 1month of repair again its back button not working again i am going to the care and repair in 4 month i repair my phone 3 times now after 1 month again my phone back button not working properly and side button not working properly and also my phone taking 4 hour to charging and location sensor not working even if i go to the customer care of samsung but they not listen my word and not giving any service so i am very much irritating to Samsung india they are selling some duplicate mobile in between their good quality mobile please register my complaint and help me in this case.

        In addition to above call, my house representative contacted service center on 15.05.2017 on telephone number [protected]. The person who responded said that the service engineer would attend within 24 hours. No complaint number was given. They asked for mobile number which my house representative gave to them as [protected]. Thereafter received a call from telephone number [protected] asking for my address to my wife’s mobile no [protected]. Accordingly, one service engineer named mofidul islam having mobile no [protected] attend my house and open the refrigerator and asked my house representative that there is some problem in fan motor and lima like that which cost will around rs 3000/- which will be replaced on 17.05.2017 if available in samsung company or another one day will require to replace the same and asked to pay service charged of rs 450/- and after receiving the same they leave my house.
        After the above incident, on same day i. E, on 16.05.2017 another call received in my mobile no [protected], which is given at the time of email booking, from pradip kumar mondal having mobile no [protected] represent himself as a samsung service engineer and asked my house addressed like how to reach. Then i narrate the fact above and give him the mobile number of mofidul islam.
        On after noon, once again received another mobile call from ms sanchita having mobile no [protected], the matter further narrated her but she replied that no one attend your premises against reference no [protected].
        On the view of the above of the above, it s understood that something wrong with me. As there is no other alternative, i wait till mofidul attend my house.
        On 17.05.2017, mofidul attend my house and replace the same and charged with further rs 3050/-. After replacing the same, my house representative asked him about the matter. He replied that he came as a service engineer of samsung against from your complain at phone no [protected] and after confirming the same from the authority you may pay me and give a bill to my house representative (Scan copy attached).
        But after replacing the same fan etc my problem of refrigerator is the same. So once again requested you to send your trusted service engineer from your esteemed organization to resolve my refrigerator problem. And further also requested to enquire the entire matter which is happened with me.
        Yours early response is awaited.
        The matter is mail as reply to mail no [protected]@contactus. Samsung.com in two occasion on 18.05.17 and 21.05.17 but fail to sent probable reasons is with you.
        Under the above is once again requested to resolve my problem first an d enquire the fact narrated above at the earliest.

          With your reference i already send mail on 13th april regarding problems in my mobile.
          But samsung officer told to visit service centre, for my convenience, i visited service centre on 16th may and told the problems that,
          Uncomfortable to use the samsung mobile like touch issue. Automatic on and off, heating issue and display problem (Display sometime looks like broken glass) and mobile processing is slow and mobile strucking.. Sometimes at the time of charging for charge 1% it’s took more time.
          For your convenience am not installed unwanted apps and i not gave my mobile to anyone. Use my mobile safely.. And internal memory is free... But am facing many problems..
          In service centre for 2 times they simply reinstalling software and giving to me. I told in service centre that there is some fault in mobile but my problems still now not resolved.
          Really i feel bad about samsung. Still 1 year is not completed but am feel bad to use my mobile..
          Please resolve my problems soon..

          This is in reference to your email dated 08/11/2017 regarding my complaint for Samsung LED TV bearing UA50J5570AUMXL &amp Serial Number 0A2Y3ZSH200343B. .
          Since 50 days I am receiving same reply that your company need to function in conformity to the company policies.
          Yesterday I asks simple 3 questions in r/o your company policies ie.
          • Samsung count guarantee period from date of purchasing the goods or from date of installation.
          • What if delay of installation is due to SAMSUNG parts.
          If customer demands to see JOB CARDS then SAMSUNG provide to customer or not, Since Jobcard is vital documents for customer in which he record his satisfaction or dissatisfaction.

          Instead of getting simple and plain reply this time also I received same robotic reply. It’s seem in your office instead of human being some robot is sitting and always reply on behalf of customer care representative. Also it was quoted in your email that some telephonic conversation happened on 8.11.2017 after my email, was completely falls, no conversation took place between Samsung and myself on 8.11.17.
          I don’t know you ie. Mr.Hong are viewing email or not, but in India if anybody write letter, email or twitt to Hon’ble Prime Minister then he himself reply on his own name, and I hope you don’t consider yourself above Prime Minister of India as far as you wants to do business here.
          Second your customer care beliefs that all law abiding, policy lover person are only found in SAMSUNG company and rest of India don’t belief in law and policies.
          Third, Being a Law Graduate from one of the premier university of this country, I needn’t learn from Samsung about rule, policies and law of the land .
          We Indians are law abiding citizen Myself too, but by ignoring my rights you are trying to impose TALIBANI LAW.
          Hence I accept direct reply of my 3 query, also since I am writing to you directly hence I can’t deal with ROBOT which are function with different name in your office, and I held you responsible for any injustice.

            I purchased the samsung j7 total 3 hand sets for me, my father and my wife,

            Same model, purchased 3 months back, everytime i get missed call alert, i dont receive anyones phone,

            Whenever i dial, it shows not registered on the network, all the 3 handsets have same problem, in our city vodafone and jio both coverage is fantastic,

            Please replace my faulty handsets, till date i missed approx 500 to 600 missed calls,

              Once again a very laughable reply from samsung.

              After a month of continuous follow-up, emails and calls. How many times i have to repeat that the damage is done by samsung service center, borivali. Even when you had conference call with samsung service borivali branch, she confirmed and you told her to hang up the phone.

              Even mr. Umar khan (Samsung representative) has confirmed...

              I had purchased samsung J7 Prime on 13 April 2017 from samsung store porvorim Goa. after using it for 20 days I started receiving problems of display getting off several times and for couple of hours the phone is not able to function n i noticed that screen shows lights on top . so I visited samsung service centre on 19 may 2017 to get the problem solved but they told me that the display is also showingproblem they told me this problem is encountered by many customers and the part is on waiting. so i[censored] keep ur cell for service u will get it after availability of parts, but why shall I repair it coz this problem is due to company default why shall customers face it n pay the service charge for getting it repair. The phone is just 38 days old .

              i have been using Samsung mobiles since my school days but never encountered such problems in new phones . Plz replace it orelse I have to approach in different manner. Coz I am suffering from it and samsung has no solution to overcome over this and I will even not prefer to buy this model again.

              the service team contacted me on 23 may 2017 at 9.40am and assured me that he will get the issue solved from the samsung service centre. He told me to visit the samsung service centre n informed me that to visit the samsung service centre n he told me at 11.00 n did not called me back .
              I waited n waited at the service centre.
              Plz look into this .

                  Its been only 2 years that I have purchased my mobile phone and in this time I have faced numerous issues with it. I had to change my display in November as suddenly one fine morning it was not working. It cost me 10, 000 to fix it. Again today the display was not working and again I have to fix it. The warranty for the previous one was for 3 mnths only. That means another 10, 000. Is this a joke? Every 6 months I have to spend 10, 000 bucks for its repair????? I never knew Samsung makes such horrible products. I am really disappointed with the performance. If you are keeping such high price then make sure that the product is also good.

                    Hi,

                    So i recieved my phone on the 4th of may after pre-ordering and waiting for it. Just to see that after 10 days of regular usage of the phone there as massive scratches on the back panel of the phone(which apparently is scratch resistant). It normal tendency to take care of a new phone and for a phone worth Rs. 60000 all the more, but Samsung service ended up blowing me off by saying sir you might have put the phone with coins in your pocket or you must have put it on rough surfaces. From what i see it just seems to be cheap quality material used on the phone which cant even bear daily usage. I have anxious to get the phone as i shifted from an Iphone to samsung and thought it would be a good decision but clearly they arent helpful enough and just want to blame me for the issue and my decisions seems to be very wrong to shift.

                    So this complaint is marked as resolved I don't know Why, since Samsung has called me once and just blamed and ignored me by saying that I must have done something to the phone whereas I told him that since the next day of a new phone there were scratches on the back panel. The Samsung person even said sir I will tell my senior talk you(that also rudely) and never got a call from them.

                      We purchased a samsung refrigerator on 10.05.2017 from authorized samsung dealer. The refrigerator was delivered to us by a rikshaw person and no demo was given about the various functions available. Just a week later the freezer compartment has stopped working. The dealer should be responsible for having a product not only just delivered but having a representative sent to explain all features and to have a customer satisfaction report signed by the owner.

                          I have purchased a Samsung refrigerator from reliance digital store Gwalior. Store delivered a defective unit to me. When I complaint for it they suggested me to repair it as the product is under warranty. But I paid for new refrigerator why should I go for repair. So I told store to replaced it or give money back.                             I've purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 on 22nd April 2017 from Samsung Smart Café | P N O Communication, Shop No 15 Tawa Complex Bittan Market, E-4, Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 46201.

                            Since the day one I was facing the camera problem, the camera was showing the blur image and most probably the hardware was defected. but the vendor said it is a new piece, use it for a day or two, it would be rectified. But the problem didn't resolve. I again went to him, he said use it in safe mode for a week and try resetting the device. Again the problem of the camera persisted.

                            Then he suggested me to go to service. There they said reset your phone and use it for a while and wait for the software update. None of them ever told me about the 14 days return and replacement policy. They just kept delaying the issue. Once the 14 days were over. They told me to deposit my phone for the replacement. When I asked them It's not even 2 weeks and I am facing these problems. You are now telling me to use the defected piece and now deposit brand new piece for the repairing for another 2 weeks.

                            When I called the Samsung Customer Care, they're saying can't replace the product. Are you serious guys? I've paid for the new device and I'm not gonna use the defected piece. I've already raised the complaint in consumer forum. Either refund my money or initiate the replacement procedure.

                            All the harassment that I've been through these 3 weeks, I'll definitely go for the compensation of that as well.

                              I have purchased a samsung galaxy a8 on 08.04.2017. On 13th may my ph suddenly switch off and after few hours it starts automatically with all data lost. I went to a service center of kolkata regarding this. They told me to leave the ph for a day. Next day they call me and told that ur ph has a liquid damage but when i summited the ph my ph was working properly. They asked me to pay 12 thousand rs i denied and called to the senior management team of samsung but they also told me the same. They told me that this may happen that ur sweat entered into the motherboard through earpiece sweating is a natural phenomenon of human but they also didn't helped me. I am here for the compansations and repair of my phone with no charge

                                Service issue - I have bought a phone model J7 in Nov-2016.
                                Last week complete screen was blurred.I have visited Samsung service center located at Abids[protected].They have checked my phone and informed that complete screen fluid was flushed and need to change the same and refused to cover under warranty.

                                Please note that my phone is not even completed 6 months, now it self looking like a new one and without any external impact or damage how it broke internally.

                                Here with requesting to repair my phone under warranty or to get a new one
