    Hi, sarita here I''ve been visited your service centre for twice any my finger print sensor but im not happy with ur service they not ready to take my handset for repair and jst giving me excuses upon excuse, so unexpected service from u guys and while selling the handset ur sale executive was like everything Will get done at the right first time and after buying no response from u guys ? Kindly consider and take this matter as serious.

      I have raised a request to dismantle my ac and the gas has been leaked. I had the worst customer support experience and they are not ready to claim their mistake. Have tried reaching out to the service center and customer support to lodge a complaint and they are playing the blame game. This is the last brand i would prefer going forward. Never ever buy a samsung product.

        Hello,
        On 23rd of march i gave my phone (samsung a5 2016) in your bellary service centre (ns mobile point, samsung service centre, bellary, karnataka, 583101). the bill no is [protected]. i gave the full adavance amount for the relacement of the broken lcd. the service centre had commited to deliver my phone within 10 days, but till now it is unbdelivered. the other issue is he is saying that my phone is ready but he cant give me a bill of samsung generated online. i suspect, there is seriously some flaw in the process of this particular service centre. I request you to adress the same asap, for which i shall be obliged.

            This is regarding the samsung tablet sm-t3110mkainu bearing s/n: rf2dc10wkkt which was given for service. Due to the negligence of the service center staff, all the important data, documents and extremely important photos which were deleted by your incompetent staff.
            It was a fraud from samsung who stole the money. He is a muslim by the name of tasheen ahmed from ghaziabad. He called from a mobile which is[protected]. This is a vodafone service provider number. On the ill fated day, he spoke as hasish mehta.
            Just tonight, exactly at 2009 hrs on 29-apr-2017, the same tasheen ahmed / hasish mehta gave a two ring missed call, this time from idea service provider number which is +91 [protected]. I was in a restaurant. I had immediately called him back, but idea provider said his number is busy. There after i had called him three times and i got the same answer from idea provider, i. E. Line is busy. Hence i concluded he is the same fraud. Finally i informed the police and sent him a very strong message, i told him i found out who he is and that if he has the guts / courage, then he should call back and talk to me. He has seen the message but is afraid to call back. This clearly indicates that he is the same fraud. This clearly shows that he is a samsung fraud and keeping track of the complaints i send to samsung. He will not be spared.
            How did he get my mobile number which was given only to samsung service center in velachery, chennai? It was certainly given y samsung staff. It is also a bank fraud of which i have lodged a complaint. Most important factor is how did he get my wife’s bank account number.
            All the money earned from this source goes for charity, to the missionaries of the poor, kolkota, mother teresa’s home. It is all to feed the poor and the destitute.
            Whoever is involved in this will incur a loss of 40 times of the amount which was stole. It will definitely happen to them
            Hope and pray to get the money back. This recovered money will sent back to the charity.

                  Complaint lodged saturday dated last week of 26th march 2017. Monday service engineer visited and advised for component check and needy action. He took time to. Complete the action. Meanwhile. We have shifted house and. Informef the same with service engineer to complete the servicing. While anticipating the same guy to attend the complain his representative visited and reported pnb boards must have failed hence he took them along got it repaired and brought back. It's not worked still. They said gas. Problem n filled.. Problem remaine[censored]nsolved. Then the official service engineer visited rechecked and informed being saturday last hour was his visit, this. Monday. I. E. 24th. April 2017 first hours he. Ordered the. Pcb boards and expected to. Receive in 48 - 72hours. 25th again his rep visited took the pub boards from refrigerator. We objected to proceed but having. Your representative advised we let them take. Wednesday as he said we supposed to. Receive components znd our issue is settled. Till date no progress and se says some stories. When i asked order no to do follow up he say it's not official. How this can be entertaine at the prestigious samsung.??? How this unprofessional practices can be entertained? Today 4 times called customer care and complaint lodged but no reference number line frequently disconnected. Pls look into the matter n expedite resolution on high. Priority.

                    I have purchased one led 42 samsung 4335100 on 8/9/2016 from reliance digital store lucknow vude invoice no. Txn#6 dated 8.9.2016 and it got out of order on 27.04.2017. I have given complaint to call centre [protected]. Your engineer visited on 28.4.2017 and informed that panel needs to be replaced. I want to state that in just 6 month in panel got damage. Than how can i believe that this will last long. Just get the panel replaced immediately and take back this led and refund my full amout so that i can purchase anther brand

                      I purchases a Refrigerator on[protected] from Kohinoor at Kandivali - West, Mumbai - 400 067.
                      Now on[protected] cooling totally stopped and the same was complained to Samsung Service Centre at Kandivali.
                      Engineer came, charged around Rs. 575.00 and without giving report, told that the fridge can't be repaired and the company will pay the depreciated amount and I have to return the fridge, without talking of Replacement or Repair.
                      I called Mr. Pratik on [protected]. He confirmed that He is Area Manager from Samsung and talked very rudely that I am not the first customer having complaint. Either I have to accept Depreciated Value of the Refrigerator or I should do whatever I can. When I asked him what is the fault with my Fridge, he told very calmly that Service Engineer has not reported that and he is unaware of fault but this is the best solution.
                      While I purchased, it was told that this fridge carries 5 year Guarantee and when time of Repairs or Replacement came, they directly talk like "You have used the Fridge, Now take whatever payment we give you, as we are not in mood of tell you what is the problem."

                        I had contacted the customer support on the 22nd as my air conditioner wasn't working. They mentioned that someone will come the day after i.e. 23rd, however, no one showed up. Upon checking with the customer support team, they said that there was a "Pin Code" error and they lodged the complaint again, again confirming that someone will visit on the 24th of march. And still, no one was there to fix the air conditioner, called up again and they mentioned the same thing "Pin Code" error. They again lodged the case, promising that for sure there will be a technician at my house on the 25th. On the 25th, they mentioned that they cannot come today, but will be there on the 26th and will call before they come. On 26th of March, I got a call from the support line, saying that they cannot come today and will come tomorrow. I had to tell them that "I will file a complaint if nobody showed up today" and to my surprise, they did send someone that day. The guy who came was "Sanjeev" who inspected the Ac and assured that my AC required a gas refill and that he can have someone come and take a look at it on the 27th. No one came on the 27th, called up support they said they have ran out of Gas and that someone will come on the 28th. Today is 28th, I called up support at 04:[protected] I was told that the technician will be there within an hour. No one came till 05:15, called up again, was transferred to "Pradeep" who said was the supervisor. He also assured that there will be a technician by 06:30. I repeatedly told them, that I will have to file a complaint about they don't fix my AC. Seems like Samsung doesn't care about their costumers.

                          I went to service center on Monday and they took my device for observation. They have not revert back to me after that. Today, afternoon I called them and the person said that it is working fine. My actual issue is that rotating bezel is little hard compare to normal. The person judged that it is fine based on his feeling. They do not have any idea how to diagnose hardness of rotating bezel. He said he has previously seen gear s2 device and on that basis he feels it is working fine. This is the way samsung diagnose the issue ? based on feelings ? They even do not have any gear device to compare rotating bezel.

                          I am really disappointed from samsung, this clearly means that I have to live with faulty device. I have wasted my hard earned money on this watch. I am apple mobile user and I have selected Samsung watch over apple watch I am now regret for my decision for selecting samsung over apple.

                          Samsung has lost my trust. Will never buy any Samsung product in future.

                          I have also contacted CEO Desk of Samsung India for the same. If my issue is not going to resolve I will bring b2x and samsung both to consumer court.

                              My phone was having charging issues. So gave the phone to an authorized service center in vellore. The technician replaced the charging port and said mic also needs to be replaced and currently mic spare is not available and i have to wait for 2 days. From there on, I had contacted the service center every day for 10 days. They said that spare is yet to come from the company. And now they are saying that mother board is having issues due to liquid damage and it has to be replaced and i have to pay 4500 for the replacement. I have never dropped my phone in water and accidental water spills also didn't happen. To cover the mistake they have done with my phone, they're putting the blame on me. The service center mishandled my phone and created an irrecoverable damage.

                              And when i taken the issue to the Samsung customer care, they are saying also supporting the service center.

                              Within 6 months from the date of purchase, the mobile has started to create issues. Never expected a substandard product from a reputed company and a substandard service which is totally unacceptable.

                              Please help me in getting a solution.

                                I have a problem in my ac last year n called service center person... Rather than repair it he weld the entire pipe of main unit n exhaust.. Now after that also the ac didn't function.. At alll for which i got my complain register but all in vain..
                                Than i called the customer care for de - installation of my ac as v r moving out... On 22 april n continously follow up but no response n on final day that is today me n my husband called others to remove it... Bad service n unqualified techie...
                                Request the rubber change of my fridge... They did not the quality they put is atrocious...
                                Any complaints to samsung seems goes to dustbin.. I think that's wht ur company now stand for...

                                  I have registered a complaint vide Order no. [protected] dtd. 18.04.17 @ Samsung Care, Sector-22, Chandigarh in my Samsung A5 2016 model mobile phone as screen was fainted suddenly (phone is in warranty)
                                  I would like to inform you that undersigned is not satisfied with the charges for description i.e. Tape Back Glass SVC of Rs.302.68/- added in the invoice no. [protected] dtd. 19.04.17

                                  Recall the last repair of same mobile on 8th feb'17 vide inv no. [protected] dtd. 08.02.17 where problem was same but the charges for Tape Back Glass SVC was not added in invoice.
                                  I would like to know that if the same repair was done in last complaint then why I was charged for Tape Back Glass SVC in this job done on 18.04.17

                                    Hi,
                                    Sold a defective a7 phone by samsung company
                                    Got damaged within 7 days of purchase.
                                    I got the newa7 phone from croma, placed a screen guard over the screen started using it after 1 day.
                                    First volume was keep on going down, (Thought may be i don't know to use it).
                                    After using it for 4 to 5 days placed the phone on the table after some time when tried to switch on the phone, phone was not working.
                                    When given to samsung service, they said its screen got damaged, (Thought ok may be my fault) and asked them to service the mobile.
                                    They said some inner liquid filling happened and they need 19000 to repair the phone. (The cost of the phone is around 26 thousand.)
                                    I have some questions
                                    Phone had a strong screen and over it screen guard was there then how is it possible for the phone to get damage?
                                    They said it’s only the screen got damaged in beginning but when asked for service they said inner portion got damaged. How is that possible?
                                    When phone is not used for more than a week and the usage is less than a week? How is it possible to get damage?
                                    Is the manufacturing product quality of samsunug is that much low???
                                    I am using samsunug mobile from past 7 years and this is the first time i am facing this much problem and it upsets a customer like me.

                                      Cheated me of fraud samsung juicer mixer grinder. One vendor entered my bldg n said he had the samsung juicer grinder which was costing 5 thousand was giving me in rs 1500. I asked him to open the product n show me but he insisted that he was in a hurry n his other friend was standing out n just grab the money n disappeared. Whn i opened n saw der was no cleaning brush n dmixer grinder rubber all cuts n broken. He din give his no. Sayng wil get sum other cheap priducts very soon. He had a catalogue of other products also.
                                      Pleasw catch hold of these burglars whu will fool some more innocent person whu is a breadearner of everyday needs

                                        I got a problem with my mobile phone display screen.it got broken down due to sudden fall from height.later i approached the service centre immediately the next day.they told me that it will cost around 7500 rupees and i have to 5000 rupees as advance inorder to do the repair.this took place on date 07-04-17.till date .my mobile is not repaired and im facing trouble daily.when i call to the branch manager, he is not even answering my call .even if he answers the call he says some silly stories and escapes from there.later he wont respond at all.im a doctor . i have a lot of work with my smartphone. i have all my contacts and personal details in that mobile.it is very difficult for me without that mobile.
