The company gave a commitment of fulfilling delivery on 2nd of May i.e. today but failed to do so saying only limited phones have been delivered by the dealer. This is the state of their own Smart Cafes. Over and above that, their employees confirmed over the phone about delivery but it seems sold it somewhere else. Even the company messaged that all those who pre-booked the phones will get delivery by 2nd prior to regular walk-in customers. Their outlet which I visited is located in Naraina Industrial area with address C126 Naraina Industrial Area under the name Benz India pvt ltd.

I have even paid an advance to book the phone but they simple paid no heed. Even the owner did not responded well and went away in two minutes. they were not ready to let me talk to their company head or dealer where they are procuring the phones from and simply were irresponsible in their behaviour.

    I am purchasing new mobile samsang- J7 SM-J700FZDDINS on dated 23/03/2017 by the name of Mr.Suresh B. Bochare. After purchasing mobile i have an problem of small speaker of mobile and i had repair the mobile from samsang service centre at manmad. But the problem is not solved. And after that the new problem is raised the mobile is more heated and after that this mobile is switch off. I have repaired it again from service center of authorized by samsang. But the problem is not solved.
    I called customer care 3 times on dated 22/4/17, 25/4/17, 2/5/17. The Complaint no. is [protected]. On 1st call and 2nd call they told me service engineer is taking with you but engineer not talk with me and on 3rd call engineer is not talk only they said motherboard will not changed The service centre not responding all about this, the samsang providing very bad service to me...

      In the year 2008, I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 16.10.2008 vide Vat Tax Invoice No. 5648, Model No. RT25ZVPS and in the year 2013 since it was not working in good condition and contacted the Samsung Showroom, as advised by them, the authorized service cell was contacted and the refrigerator was taken to workshop by M/s. Bright Engineers, Visakhapatnam, and after its repair on 22.08.2013 and charged Rs. 1280/-. Subsequently the same problem repeated and got it repaired by the same authorized agency in the month of July 2014, and charged Rs.760/-. Again in the month of August 2015 the same problem repeated and contacted your authorized agency M/s. Quality Engineering, Visakhapatnam, and got it repaired, charged Rs.1187/-. Now again the same problem repeated and the refrigerator not giving its performance and there by all the materials kept in the fridge are getting damaged. Consequently three years I have got it repaired through your authorized agency and there is no improvement and as such it presumed that the refrigerator can not be made good and as such it is stated that there is a manufacturing defect, which your authorized agencies also not able to rectified. In view of the above, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and do needful at the earliest. Otherwise, I do not have any option, except to approach to District Consumer Forum.

        I have made one online complain to Samsung vide no [protected] dt 23 04 17 through toll free number[protected]. Their engineer of their service center S N Enterprise 7k M G Road Kolkata 700063 Mob no [protected]/88 has visited my place and taken advance of Rs 3500/- against an estimated cost Rs 6600/- for replacement of PCB of my TV set. On 27 04 17 another engineer came with that part for replacement and trying to replace the same is found defective. Till today my TV is not repaired. Either arrange to repair it immediately or pl arrange to return my money back.

          I am lodging complaint for the second time as i didn't get any remedy against my previous complaint.

          I ordered this phone on 10th march 2017 from flipkat. Within 10-15 days after arriving this phone started giving trouble recognizing the fingerprint. One error was showing _quothome key may be dirty or damp. Clean and dry the home key, then try again_quot. That time i thought may be for this reason only it couldn't recognize my fingerprint. But after that it started happening frequently 3-4 times a day and even if i am cleaning the home key it couldn't recognize my fingerprint. I went to customer care 2 times.

          On my 1st visit i submitted the phone and on that day only they returned the phone saying _quotthere is no such problem issue not found._quot

          After 1 week i again visited to the same customer care. After 3 days they called and advised that the issue i am reporting was not found and suggested a vague resolution to remove the screen guard and use the phone as it is protecting the finger print sensor. I hope samsung doesn't manufacture phones which don't support screen guard. I used many company's phone but i never heard these kind of suggestion for their support team to remove screen guard rather thay eventually say for protection use screen guard

          Still i followed that fellow's advice and removed the screen guard and i am in the same situation now.

          Now i want to say i bought this phone for rs 36900 and i hope samsung team will believe that this not a small amount. And i have full right to expect the product which costs this much is its best from every aspect. But i am fully disappointed not only with this product but also the service which samsung team is providing. Only within one month a phone which costs rs 36900 started showing this kind of behavior which is fully unacceptable from a user's point of view.
          List of problems :
          1) first and foremost problem fingerprint sensor is worst.
          2) sometimes when i make a call screen doesn't turn off which sometimes activate the loudspeaker.
          3) keypad is sluggish sometimes

          I want this product to immediate exchange with a new one. I wont tolerate after investing this amount for a product and in return this kind of performance to be very honest.

          I am attaching screenshots of the fingerprint problem. The massage which it is displaying.

          I hope this time necessary steps will be taken

          I have this phone since May, everything was going fine till the fast charging stopped working, i solved that okay, nut yesterday as i went sleeping and left my phone on the charger something went wrong, when i woke up my phone was unlocking ( the circle where there is a padlock in the middle and circle around it ) and the blue sensor is on. I honestly don't know what happened it was only charging and nothing else, it's saturday and no one is working i don't know what to do, i really need the phone !

            I have recently purchased s7 i was on international tour tried to change my sim card and at end sim card tray came out and sim did not. Company saying hardware does not have guarantee? But there is no problem with it why did sim did not come out. Phone was not damage and if was clearly seen and agreed by customer care that it is a samsung fault than why it is not getting replaced? And why parts are not available for new series launched.

                  We have been following up with samsung customer care and service center in bangalore since 20th april to sort out our complaint.
                  Only support we received till date is the service engineer visited and informed us that the pcb is faulty and needs to be replaced.. The machine is still under warranty..
                  Service engineer informed us on last friday that he may be able to order the replacement for the faulty part by last monday and sort out the issue..
                  Since last monday we have been given excuses and unreasonable explanations as to why no action has been taken to resolve the issue.
                  I have followed up since that day, escalated the issue to all levels (See below names) without any solution.. Everytime we are told we will escalate and get you a solution with call back.
                  I have never had any call back and even when i call i am told that we have escalated furrher and we apologise for the inconvenience.
                  This is the 12th day that i am reaching out to you.
                  Customer service supervisor : shahul
                  I reached out to cs supervisor since cs did not have answer. He promised to connect with service centre and call back on saturday between 10-11am. I waited till 3 pm n again no show. I called cs at 3 and they informed me that shahul is busy and we will arrange call back. I told them unless i have spoken to him i will not drop call. I waited for 54 minutes on call to speak to him and he had not even taken any action.
                  We conf called service centre manager and he informed he had been provided wrong part and did not have update when he will receive right one and resolve my issue.
                  I have then spoken to next escalation vanita/ karthik manager @chennai cs but they too did not have a clue how ro assist me as they do not have necessary authorities to connect to samsung operations team and get me answer.

                  Being such a big company and us being such loyal customers of the brand we have been disappointed and frustrated beyond point being your customer..

                    There is a complain registered on 4th April 2017 for Samsung LED @ Indore, MP service center. First thing it was told to me that service executive don’t visit place and I have to carry 40 inch LED to service center. I am sure that is not message given in your TV AD about Samsung service network. After lot of discussion he finally agreed to visit my place (his contact number [protected]). After his visit he informed me about issue with mother board and speaker and it will cost me 11, 500 INR. I agreed for charges and asked him to get it replaced immediately. He checked with service center and informed back to me that within 6-7 working days, parts will be available.

                    After almost 10 days executive visited my place with second hand mother board. As he realized I am not interested in putting up second hand part, he told us that this part has come from company and its faulty. Seriously... Samsung delivers second hand / used part ? Today is 18th April and yet no solution to my problem. Daily I am calling on[protected] and explaining my issue to different executives sometimes its Ajay, Raghv and today its Maninder. After talking to tele executive I get only assurance from them that they have raised serious concern to management team of service department and within next 48 hours you will find solution to your problem.

                    On top of all this nonsense I got to know from service executive that if part is not available than Samsung will pay you depreciating value of LED and it will resolve issue. My LED is 5 year old and I bought it for 1 Lakh. I didn’t knew that LED has life span of only 5 years and each year I have to provide 20, 000 for buying new one. After 5 years depreciating value would be what, ZERO or at best few hundreds or thousand bucks.

                    Looking for some concrete solution and revert from some sensible person who can solve my issue.

                    Above mail forwarded on 'hc.[protected]@samsung.com' 'customer.[protected]@samsung.com''customer.[protected]@samsung.com' and also same thing updated on samsung page under contact us and complaint to CEO office.

                    Its almost a month and no action on my complaint.

                    Dear Sir, I was purchased Samsung Split AC model no AR18JV5HBWKNNA at SONOVISION show room at Nellore. But the Cooling system of AC is not working properly. pl provide service to my Air Conditioner of above said model at Nellore as early as possible. Serial number of the above model is 238083.                       We purchased samsung washing machine on 28/04/2017 from jyothi digital world, near jinnah tower, guntur, wide invoice no 430 and model number[protected]h. They have delivered samsung washing machine on the same date, but did'nt sent mechanic for installation till now. Time and again contacted the only cell number they have given, while purchase. They were telling from 29/04/2017 morning that they will semd mechanic within 30 (Thirty) minutes. We are only two senior citizen couple are residing in the house and are eagarly waiting for installation of the machine, without going out even for necessaries. The supplier has given visiting card of the shop and when contacted the landline number they have given, the reply was no telephone is working with this number. Hence we request you sir kindly arrange to install the samsung washing machine and help elderly couple.

                        I'm a regular customer of Samsung from last 5-7 Years using Samsung Mobiles, TV, AC etc & im very happy with all the products all the products are working fine. I was assuming that Samsung is best in Industry for the Electronics items because i was never in touch with Samsung care.

                        But 15 days back i purchased a Samsung charger worth Rs. 1000/- it was also working fine for 10 days after that it was not charging properly it was taking 6-7 hrs for full charging i visited to the Shop from where i purchased it but he told me i have to go to the Samsung Care its not their responsibility. Than i visited to Samsung care situated in Pataudi & told him the issue. 01st of all he was very rude. He told me that i have to leave the handset & the charger for 2-4 days he will check the charging socket of the Mobile is it working fine or not after that he will check the adapter of the charger only than he can do anything. The another person sitting beside him asked him why we should keep the mobile for the charger issue he told him do what im saying.

                        Sir i don't want any replacement because im totally tired now i will purchased the new one @ own because 1000 Rs is not so big amt but its not abt the the 1000 Rs. its abt the Samsung Repo which is a very Big Brand in the World. Because i think it shouldn't take more than 5 mins to check the same he just have to check with the another charger only if its charging my mobile than its fault in the charger because im using another charger of my family members to charge my mobile its charging very fast.

                        So request you to pls look into this because there can be more Samsung customers which are suffering from this type of issues.

                            SAMSUNG J7(2016) purchased on 29.08.2016.still now I am facing same problem as Mobile charging.Already I have visited at Samsung service centre for 6 times for solving my problem but there are not able to find out the exact problem in between there had been changed my mobile's battery twice time and sent it to another service center .Now they are not taking mobile my for solving the problem.

                            Hi, I bought a Samsung J7 in December 2016, the mobile is barely 4 months old and all of a sudden the phone shuts down only to show on screen 'custom binary block by FRP lock. And even a Samsung outlet engineer don't seem to know what the reason for that is. Pls I will be needing ur response, kindly threat as urgent. Thank u

                              I purchase double door refrigerator on 4th Nov 2015. It worked well for 1 year but after an year it started giving the problem.

                              The first issue i faced in December when i found that one section (freezer base) was swollen. I logged a complaint and engineer visited but he told me this is not an issue. The product is itself like that. The call was closed.

                              The second issue came today that it stopped cooling. I logged complaint today. Engineer visited and told me that gas filling is required as gas is almost nil and that's why cooling is not working.

                              Engineer also asked me the charge of 1700 Rs. and service charge.
                              I am really disappointed that just after 1.5 year i am getting such a big issue in the product.

                              I called customer care and asked that how can a big issue arises in such a short duration. The answer was ridiculous. She asked me that its already more than 6 months so it is not a big deal. I asked that i want to escalate this matter and therefore please provide me the email ID she told me that email ID is not available to us.

                              I really disappointed with the Samsung and now request to return back this product.

                              I DO NOT HESITATE TO SAY THAT SAMSUNG DEGRADED HIS QUALITY.

                                I am having problem with my samsung tab a's charging adapter,
                                Recently on 28th of apr (Friday), i visited one of samsung service center,
                                This guy at the desk, check and agreed to me that the issue exist with charger
                                But the servers were down that day so he unable to logged the complaint,
                                When i ask him about another service center so in the answer he replied that the service center in all over india will be down because of this server issue.
                                As 28th of apr was the last day of my charger's warranty, so i logged a complaint regarding this to the customer care #[protected]
                                This guy on call said, he escalated the issue and i will be getting resolution in 24 hours

                                Today (Monday) i got a call from samsung senior team member and he is denying to replace my charger as the warranty expired.

                                As this server problem is nothing to do with me and i also logged the complaint when the warranty was still intact.

                                How can samsung refuse to replace the charger by saying its against the policy
                                This behavior is completely unacceptable.

                                Samsung should replace my adapter with a new one.

                                  I bought samsung a5 last year and due to battery swallon it's metal body cracked and also screen damaged now onkar electronic-vashi service center is denying to repair and asking 11k even mobile cost is 22k...
                                  I received call from service center,
                                  Hance i asked for escalation matrix and email id of md & ceo miss pratibha (Pratibha. [protected]@partner. Samsung.com) bluntly told me that you can do escalations and you have to pay.

                                  I need email id & contact no of head india operations or md & ceo of samsung. I also work for service industry but never give such rubbish answers also this is a pathatic service level from a company like samsung.

                                  Please let me know if you are unable to provide me that so i can escalate the matter to consumer board, govt of india.

                                  Hope you understand my issue also can pull out recording in 24hrs of the call which i made to your service center through which you will come to know that it was kept abruptly, which is not a good gesture for a consumer brand like samsung.

                                      I have purchased a sumsung refrigrator from malhotra enterprises, shop no.-8b, 2nd floor, the plaza mall, m. G. Road, gurgoan 122002 on 27/10/2016, invoice no.689 for rs.69500/-. It is samsung double door front end refrigerator model no. Rs55k5010s9. The product was delivered at my rented premises a-62, ground floor, the palladians, sector-47, gurgaon - 122016. The samsung engineer visited next day and immediately pointed out that there was dent on the left top side of the refrigerator, i have called the dealer in front of the engineer the dealer started abusing and refused to change the product, even asked me to contact company people that is samsung. After that i have registered complaint on samsung customer care through complaint number [protected] since till date i have been asked to speak to several people including ms. Aswathi nair (Mail id n12. [protected]@partner. Samsung and talked to her on desk phone no.[protected], she had given me the branch head mr. Rajesh number ([protected] and his desk no [protected]) after repeatedly request him to resolve the issue, he has taken months in telling that “he can’t do anything” and then politely telling me that i should contact dealer /agent. Till this date the samsung people in connivance with dealer cheated me by supplying dented second hand product.

                                        Purchased a samsung 2 door refrigerator model specified in subject.. On 16/02/2016. Not at all satisfied with the performance. Bought the refrigerator thinking that samsung being a reputed company the product may be at par or superior to lg brand, but very disappointed.
                                        The refrigerator has stopped cooling twice till date and today also it has stopped cooling. How can a refrigerator having a 10 years warranty conk off like this and if the product is defective the company should replace the refrigerator instead of repairing it again & again.
