I would like to put it in writing and shout aloud about the PATHETIC service from Samsung customer service in dealing with a small job like TV installation. I requested a TV installation service on 16th Morning and I was promised that the service engineer will give me a call on 16th and visit my premise for doing the TV installation. Later on 16th May evening, I was conveyed that, it will not be fixed on 16th and given another promise that on 17th May it will be resolved. On 17th May again I called up the Samsung customer care and they assured me that the service will be delivered on 17th May itself. However, on 17th evening the story was same. They tried to buy out another day and asked me to wait till 18th May for getting the TV installed. When I asked about their escalation matrix and any senior manager I can speak with, all I get is there is no escalation matrix in place. Total of 9 follow ups were done and spoke with 7 customer care personnels at Samsung and each one of them were doing a false commitments. The personnels with whom I interacted are as follows: Ajay, Rahul, Nitish, Devika, Priyanka, Dawood and Aditi. I must say Samsung has downgraded their service and I would not recommend anyone to purchase Samsung products. Their Service engineers looks to be even worse as it looks like they hardly have time to serve their customers or they are under staffed. All in all a very dissapointing and poor service from Samsung. Please stay away from purchasing Samsung products by all means.
