This is regarding the samsung tablet sm-t3110mkainu bearing s/n: rf2dc10wkkt which was given for service. Due to the negligence of the service center staff, all the important data, documents and extremely important photos which were deleted by your incompetent staff.
It was a fraud from samsung who stole the money. He is a muslim by the name of tasheen ahmed from ghaziabad. He called from a mobile which is[protected]. On the ill fated day, he spoke as hasish mehta.
How did he get my mobile number which was given only to samsung service center in velachery, chennai? It was certainly given y samsung staff. It is also a bank fraud of which i have lodged a complaint.
All the money earned from this source goes for charity, to the missionaries of the poor, kolkota, mother teresa’s home. It is all to feed the poor and the destitute.
Whoever is involved in this will incur a loss of 30 to 40 times of the amount which was stole. It will definitely happen to them
Hope and pray to get the money back. This recovered money will sent back to the charity.

    My phone was having charging issues. So gave the phone to an authorized service center in vellore. The technician replaced the charging port and said mic also needs to be replaced and currently mic spare is not available and i have to wait for 2 days. From there on, I had contacted the service center every day for 10 days. They said that spare is yet to come from the company. And now they are saying that mother board is having issues due to liquid damage and it has to be replaced and i have to pay 4500 for the replacement. I have never dropped my phone in water and accidental water spills also didn't happen. To cover the mistake they have done with my phone, they're putting the blame on me. The service center mishandled my phone and created an irrecoverable damage.

    And when i taken the issue to the Samsung customer care, they are saying also supporting the service center.

    Within 6 months from the date of purchase, the mobile has started to create issues. Never expected a substandard product from a reputed company and a substandard service which is totally unacceptable.

    Please help me in getting a solution.

      I have a problem in my ac last year n called service center person... Rather than repair it he weld the entire pipe of main unit n exhaust.. Now after that also the ac didn't function.. At alll for which i got my complain register but all in vain..
      Than i called the customer care for de - installation of my ac as v r moving out... On 22 april n continously follow up but no response n on final day that is today me n my husband called others to remove it... Bad service n unqualified techie...
      Request the rubber change of my fridge... They did not the quality they put is atrocious...
      Any complaints to samsung seems goes to dustbin.. I think that's wht ur company now stand for...

        I have registered a complaint vide Order no. [protected] dtd. 18.04.17 @ Samsung Care, Sector-22, Chandigarh in my Samsung A5 2016 model mobile phone as screen was fainted suddenly (phone is in warranty)
        I would like to inform you that undersigned is not satisfied with the charges for description i.e. Tape Back Glass SVC of Rs.302.68/- added in the invoice no. [protected] dtd. 19.04.17

        Recall the last repair of same mobile on 8th feb'17 vide inv no. [protected] dtd. 08.02.17 where problem was same but the charges for Tape Back Glass SVC was not added in invoice.
        I would like to know that if the same repair was done in last complaint then why I was charged for Tape Back Glass SVC in this job done on 18.04.17

          Hi,
          Sold a defective a7 phone by samsung company
          Got damaged within 7 days of purchase.
          I got the newa7 phone from croma, placed a screen guard over the screen started using it after 1 day.
          First volume was keep on going down, (Thought may be i don't know to use it).
          After using it for 4 to 5 days placed the phone on the table after some time when tried to switch on the phone, phone was not working.
          When given to samsung service, they said its screen got damaged, (Thought ok may be my fault) and asked them to service the mobile.
          They said some inner liquid filling happened and they need 19000 to repair the phone. (The cost of the phone is around 26 thousand.)
          I have some questions
          Phone had a strong screen and over it screen guard was there then how is it possible for the phone to get damage?
          They said it’s only the screen got damaged in beginning but when asked for service they said inner portion got damaged. How is that possible?
          When phone is not used for more than a week and the usage is less than a week? How is it possible to get damage?
          Is the manufacturing product quality of samsunug is that much low???
          I am using samsunug mobile from past 7 years and this is the first time i am facing this much problem and it upsets a customer like me.

            Cheated me of fraud samsung juicer mixer grinder. One vendor entered my bldg n said he had the samsung juicer grinder which was costing 5 thousand was giving me in rs 1500. I asked him to open the product n show me but he insisted that he was in a hurry n his other friend was standing out n just grab the money n disappeared. Whn i opened n saw der was no cleaning brush n dmixer grinder rubber all cuts n broken. He din give his no. Sayng wil get sum other cheap priducts very soon. He had a catalogue of other products also.
            Pleasw catch hold of these burglars whu will fool some more innocent person whu is a breadearner of everyday needs

              I got a problem with my mobile phone display screen.it got broken down due to sudden fall from height.later i approached the service centre immediately the next day.they told me that it will cost around 7500 rupees and i have to 5000 rupees as advance inorder to do the repair.this took place on date 07-04-17.till date .my mobile is not repaired and im facing trouble daily.when i call to the branch manager, he is not even answering my call .even if he answers the call he says some silly stories and escapes from there.later he wont respond at all.im a doctor . i have a lot of work with my smartphone. i have all my contacts and personal details in that mobile.it is very difficult for me without that mobile.

                I bought Samsung Inverter split AC model no. AR18JV5NBWK on 28 february, 2017 from a showroom Value Plus Retail Mahanagar Ext. Lucknow for Rs.42000/- considering 10 years warranty on compressor. It got installed on the same day but it started giving problem the very first day. It was not cooling properly.
                I lodged the complaint later on, service engineer came to my house and checked my AC. On inspection he found that the outdoor unit (AR18JV5NBWKXNA)and indoor (AR18JV5NBWKNNA) unit were of different model and manufacturing date was of 2015, the plate by which it was supported was not original as well. He told me that I will be refunded back with the money.
                So after a month with lots of follow ups with customer care n samsung company, I got refund of Rs.42000 on my name on 22 march 2017 (Invoice no. [protected]) from the hongkong and shanghai banking corp ltd.(cheque no.931979)
                But again there was a fault, the account number which was there was misprinted by the company employees.
                I handed back that cheque and they told me that they will resolve the problem soon.
                From that day, till now, its been a month I havnt got any response and confirmation. Nobody is answering my calls and even reverting me back. I am facing problem as EMI for the same has been deducted from my account .
                I am not getting satisfactory reply from the company nor about the reissue of the cheque.
                May I request you to please help me taking up this issue with m/s samsung enabling me to get my money back.

                Thanks for the reply sir... I got a call the same day but i m facing the same problem. I havnt got any feedback about when and how my money will b refunded back.
                My calls are just been transferred from here to there. No response yet.
                If you can see into my matter again, that would be really great. Else I have to take serious step regarding the same. Even i got fed up calling again n again.

                    I have purchased the Microwave Modle No. GW731KD in 2015. Within 6 months the product stopped working. Lodged a complaint and the service engineer came and repaired. However the product stopped working the next day. I was travelling, hence could not get the same attended again. However on 23Apr17, I logged a complaint again and the service engineer attended the complaint on 24Apr17, he charged me Rs. 289/- for the visit and repair, however he did not give me the bill. The next day the product stopped working again. When I called the service engineer, he said that the amount paid was only for one day service. I asked him why the bill was not provided and he was very rude, stating that the product got spoiled again hence I am asking for the bill. He then sent me the bill on watsapp, however refuded to come and resolve the complaint. I called the service center again and I was assued that the bill will be provided and the complaint will be attended immediately. No one has called me till now. I have insisted on the service call to speak to the Supervisor or Service manager, however I was denied to be connected to them. This kind of service from a reputed brand like Samsung is not expected.

                        I had purchased a refrigerator of samsung. Now there is error of cooling from date 14/04/2017.

                        Now i made a complaint to different dates but is not sort it out.

                        As there is cooling problem, afterwards complaint in 2-4 times, there is a service person came from co. Side and tell that on 19/4/2016 that there is a gas leakage problem.

                        The gas leakage problem occur within 15 months. It will be shocking.

                        & the main shocked is, company officer told me the false misstatement that there is a gas usage problem.

                        Samsung company officer and samsung service person made a collusion between them to mislead us & other customers. Both company officers, managers and service persons are taking their shares as money by made itself problem in the customer item through chancing of inspection.

                        Even they does not take the job sheet so as make us ensure that what the actually problem exist. The all work done by samsung care in black. All in samsung co. Are corrupt.

                        Now from the four days continuosly, i call to samsung. They just told to have some patience and they will sort it out your problem. Each day i call to your company in 4-5 times.

                        Now there is call from your general manager, named sameer. He tell me that you have to pay your cost without listening my matter properly.

                        Before 25 date, all the complaints which i made to the samsung care centre, the all company officer customer care tell that there is gas usage problem in your refrigerator and now on 25 april date 2017 the company general manager said that there is a gas leakage problem.

                        Is this general manager and the different company officer makes the treaty with their customer service centre and try to collusion so as to gain maximum possible arbitrage. All the chain are corrupt and try to made gain with innocent customer. Is there is no policy of service center ta takes us a job sheet to satisfy the customer what is the real problem?

                        Now from the above picture, i think samsung company itself try to made problem and try to generate huge profits.

                        Even they does not take the job sheet so as make us ensure that what the actually problem exist. The all work done by samsung care in black. All are corrupt.

                        Now from the four days continuosly, i call to samsung. They just told to have some patience and they will sort it out your problem. Each day i call to your company in 4-5 times.

                        Now there is call from your general manager, named sameer. He tell me that you have to pay your cost without listening my matter properly.

                        Before 25 date, all the complaints which i made to the samsung care centre, the all company officer customer care tell that there is gas usage problem in your refrigerator and now on 25april date 2017 the company general manager said that there is a gas leakage problem.

                        Is this general manager and the different company officer makes the treaty with their customer service centre and try to collusion so as to gain maximum possible arbitrage. All the chain are corrupt and try to made gain with innocent customer. Is there is no policy of service center ta takes us a job sheet to satisfy the customer what is the real problem?

                        Now from the above picture, i think samsung company itself try to made problem and try to generate huge profits.

                        I requested co. To sort out the problem currently, i will give money whatever they demand, to the service centre. & i think this is the fair deal.

                        Samsung collusion and misstatement leads to suffer from disease to my childrens and i had spent money for curing it & many more problems which occur due to your company manager, officer, service centre, and company itself corruption, making undue advantage, making false statement, try to seduce customer to pay money as your wish by saying two words "be patient".

                        Now i m ready to pay your amount because i don;t want any death in my family due to samsung in this summer which are so terrible in rajasthan.

                        Further, i advised to all not to buy samsung products. Their officer, service centre are so cheated and abusive. Further it is upon your will. This is just my point of view.

                        You are requested to please carefully sort out this matter.

                            With in a seven days of new mobile purchas I m facing various problems like auto lock, display problems and last but noy the least mother board problems...
                            at the very first time at seventh day of mobile purchase I need to go at customer service center and they just updated the software, second time I need to go there again to resolve same problems and they suggested to change display, now again today I visited your service center and they suggested to change mother board, I still cant understand what your service center want to prove?? In starting they just time pass with the mobile provlems and now they calculate 14 days from the purxhase date to replace this damage peice with new one. So I genuinely request you to please look in the matter and replace my phone with new one.

                              My samsung double door fridge got repaired 4 times within 6 years due to poor workmanship involved and now it was compressor problem occurred why compressor gets faulty only after warranty. Atlast don't opt for any samsung product because of very poor workmanship and service. I have complained many times but the problem was not sort out. At first gas refilling was done and i paid 1600 for that and now they are telling me to replace compressor. Than refund my gas refilling amount which i paid. If it was compressor problem than why has refilling been done. Atlast very poor and bad service from samsung and i will never opt to buy any samsung product in future. Pl look into the matter and get it resolved at earliest possible.

                                  I had purchased Samsung LED Smart TV - from one of Samsung Store 4 years before for an amount of Rs.1, 24, 000/-! now its not working, given complaint, Samsung service engineer visited and inspected! after inspection told that the panel got damaged and to be replaced with cost basis! he verified with his team and told that is not available and do exchange with 34% of TV value!
                                  I really got shocked by hearing! being esteemed & big sales operational organization doesn't have panel and giving very low exchange value %! being a middle class people unable to digest for the same...hence i request you to look into it and justice by refunding minimum of 60% of the TV Value.
                                  All your sales team told that it will work for 1 lakh hours and minimum of 15 years will not get any kind of issues with TV! based on that i have recommended my relatives and friends! i don't know how it my word keeps.

                                    now due to cooling problem I had logged in complaint for the same now your concerned executive visited my house and asked for visiting charges then said that your gas in the compressor is leakage then after long follow up with the executive replied that if the gas is leakage then it will be charged and my refrigerator is only 15 months old and it has a warranty of 10 years and if the compressor is leakage in only this time frame then what is the use of buying such a branded products it is totally waste of money to invest in brand which is a world wide leader.

                                      My refrigerator cooling is not working since 10 days and regarding this, i am also calling daily to samsung customer care service center, but they are not sending any engineer and they keep on saying that "engineer will reach your location by tomorrow". Every day i call they reply that "we have only 1 engineer for your district area and he wont able to come today". Its been 6 days i am trying samsung customer care numbers but all replies are same. My refrigerator cooling is not working at all due to which i cannot store food in the refrigerator. Hope, you will go through this complaint.

                                        I Deepali Pawar is having LED TV 32" (Model no. UA32F5500ARMXL) purchased on 28 September' 2013 which is under extended warranty. Unfortunately the TV screen is flickering now. I had raised the request on 21 April' 2017 so when the engineer visited my place he told that the papers are not on the letter head of Samsung. However the extended warranty which I have done from authorized service center of Samsung (Name : Express Digital System) which is now closed. As a lay man how I will come to know whether the extended warranty papers should be on letter head of Samsung ????

                                        Hence indirectly I have been cheated by Samsung because there should be some provision in place when the authorized service center is closed. Therefore it is a question on to whom you should rely on ????

                                        Also I have made the extended warranty for two of my LED TV (Refer attachment for both the LED’s).

                                        Still no further action has been taken and the issue is still unresolved after 4 days.

                                        Requesting to resolve the issue on priority.
