My mother had registered a complain against our refrigerator not working properly. The refrigerator started making a problem from 7th of April 2017 morning.The refrigerator was purchased on 27/10/2016 from Reliance Digital. It has no even been 6 months and a product of samsung is already facing issues. A copy of the bill and the payment is attested herewith. She made a complain on the 11th or 12th April 2017.
Mr. Nandan one of your representative took the complain, The complain number is [protected]. He told that the same would be taken care of within 24 hrs. My mother received a call from the concerned who was suppose to fix the problem on 13/04/2017at around 13:49 hrs. A file showing his call is attached herewith. A photo of our refrigerator is also attached herewith. The person was suppose to come the next day.
My mother called him again the next day at around 12:02 pm. A copy of the file is attached herewith.
My mother had even told him that we would not be in town from 16th evening and would only return a week later. He told my mother that he wont be able to come on the 14th. He also denied coming on the 15th April 2017 as it was Poila Baisakh that day. Further he told my mother to keep the refrigerator off the entire day on 15th April so that he would come on 16th morning and would repair the same. There was no response from anybody from your end. Neither he nor anybody else responded. I called him today and once again he didnt respond.
All my food in the refrigerator got spoilt. Who will pay for them? Who will pay for the problems we are facing? 41000 thousand for a refrigerator and facing problems not even 6 months completed. Worst service from your end.
Please I request you with folded hands to send someone and take away this refrigerator. Other companies services are spot on.The people there are at our doorstep within 3-4 hrs to fix the problem. Is this the after sales service that you promise in your advertisements. I again request you to please not to play with your customers. I really feel mistaken in having purchased Samsung.
Please send someone to take away this material. I do not want to use it.

    I am using galaxy note 4. Suddenly phone has shutdown. I tried to power on the mobile. But it did not start. I visited nearest samsung service center they told me that need to replace motherboard... Samsung need to action about this issue. I had complaint them regarding this issue.. They are not responding... Please take certain action on them. So many people are facing this problem

    My Samsung refrigerator is not working for the past 5 days.there is no response to the revisit to fill in gas.the call centre does not know when the engineer will come in. Please have this resolved.

      I purchased Samsung A5 2016 on 18/5/16 and now have noticed swelling of battery to the point that it has malalinged the back cover. Purchased it from Soham electronics shalimar bagh Delhi bill no 19273, but service center refused to take my complaint and giving excuses battery malfunction not under warranty. I want to know who will be responsible if the battery explodes. I purchased a phone with warranty and battery swelling is internal fault not any physical damage to phone.

        With reference to my Refrigerator complaint no. [protected] & [protected] dated 26.03.2017.

        I had a long persuasion since 26.03. 2017 to correct my refrigerator but since last 1 month there's no solution given by your service executive.
        During this month following activities done by your service provider but nothing has corrected, my refrigerator is still in the same condition.

        1. Gas Filling
        2. Timer Change

        some days back, as per my last telecon with your customer care executive when it was committed that all required corrections to be done by 20.04.2017. but again a very poor response from your service provider because no one has turned up till today (22.04.2017)

        Now I have a big doubt with Samsung's Technician capabilities. If in case my complaint will not be resolved till Monday so I will surely make a complaint to Consumer Court so that no one in future will face such problems to correct his/her Samsung product.

        This is last time I'm requesting you to send any intelligent executive to correct my refrigerator.

          I am senior citizen / Air Force Engg. staying in Delhi, A Fridge RT2524AASE/TL purchessed in Delhi about 4 yrs before but in use last 1 year six months as my daughter in law got it from his parents not cooling properly so I reported to Samsung Customer care toll free no. regarding my fridge bottom not cooling properly on 17 Apr 17 call No [protected]. I got a call that engg. will come to inspect on site & i have to pay Rs. 345 for that and further repair on cost will be taken, this money will be adjusted . One Mr. Neeraj along with another person, came on 19/4/17 at about 1930 hrs and inspected the fridge and committed that gas is to be filled, its less.I agreed, they promised that next day on 20/4/17 gas will be filled I payed Rs. 345 against receipt No..CR 159417 Book 3189 Dt 19/4/17.He also informed me that for gas company will charge Rs 1250/ this Rs 345 / will be adjusted in that amount as I agreed. whole day I awaited but no one turned up or any response from Samsung service centre. On 21/4/17 morning 10 am first I called Mr Neeraj as He informed me that he had informed his Supervisor Mr Shivnarayan regarding gas gave me his contact No. I had contact him, he was on his way and assured me to response after reaching office after 20 mints, but no response then I keeps on calling on both land line numbers its ringing, I got response till 11 am Madam Farhana I informed details as above and came to know that as per records Mr Parkash visited my home on 20/4/17 to fill gas .I shocked/ surprised to know how Samsung technical team is cheating .So, on my request Madam connected me to Head Mr. Ankit I informed whole story . He started appologized on be half of the worker and giving me silly excuses and said that he will dispatch this person immediately . The person name Mr Parkash reached about 12:15 pm cut all the gas pipelines of the refrigerator and what ever he liked as I was away for 10 min.before his arrival I came and saw that he is busy in his work.Before filling the gas he said that his capillary or what ever his small tube is blocked . I asked the reason of blocking he explain some oil might have been pumped by compressor or said kick back effect its no use of repairing its a junk . Better to buy new fridge. Then I contacted Mr Ankit & explained what ever he told me.He was leaving my Fridge this opened condition I objected and requested that you connect the pipelines as the fridge was in tact working . Again I had contact to Mr Ankit about everything, he said he taken permission from his Mgr or head to repair soon. He assured me that this repair can not be done in my home so fridge is to be taken to work shop and whole day this will be under observation then next day will be delivered and no use on connecting pipe line / filling gas, he is arranging the transport to pick the Fridge immediately to get repair soon . I understood the whole technical procedure and keeps on waiting for the transport till evening but no way so i tried to call Mr Ankit, his phone was S/w off at last around 6 30 PM I could talk to him now he changed his words and denying further he said photo graph will be taken as Fridge in good condition approval will taken for repair, he is arranging for that so far nothing. So on 22/4/17 about 11 AM, I had call to know the further progress, he said that he busy call Mgr, so I had called Mgr and told everything he further promised to collect Fridge from my home today let us hope for the best.This is a very bitter experience of my life to buy Samsung.

            I purchased tv from samsung, got some damage internally on screen (We did nt do ant thin). Now they are saying it comes in physical damage. They don't agree to do service. Sir just understand how a common user can bear this. It is under warranty

                I bought two pieces of earphone on 20/11/2016 booked through online. As per the terms and conditions the warranty of six months is available. One of the earphone was not working which was replaced by the service centre during Jan 2016. Now the replaced earphone suddenly not working i.e. the mobile is unable to get connected to the earphone. When approached Samsung Customer Care at Velachery Chennai on 21/4/17, the person Named Shri Jai Ganesh who had attended the earphone has told that the ear phone is physically damaged. The problem persist with the earphone which is not at all reading is not remotely related with physical damage. Moreover it is anyone's guess how a ear phone which is used only to listen music or communicate can be physically damaged. The reason for rejection is highly demoralising and not followed by any ethics or logic. The product which is a used by a matured adult and still under warranty has not been replaced or repaired by Customer Care personnel and they were hell bent to reject it on one or other pretext which is not a healthy sign. I hope the matter may kindly be looked into and issue resolved as I am of the strong opinion that the replaced earphone was of substandard quality or reason given for rejection is not at all convincing when it was still under warranty of prescribed six months. Hope for an early action .

                  I requested for installation of the air conditioner in chennai as i was shifted to chennai from trichy on the 18 of april 2017. The customer service changed the address and took the request on 19th april, and i was assured of installation the same day, since then no one has responded to our continuous calls even the customer service even after complaining twice didn't send any technician for installation. There is some service people from samsung here who tell us repeatedly that they will come but even after calling them for 5-8 times in the day, they keep delaying and are still not completing the visit.
                  The situation is getting worse as after repeated calls no one is responding.

                    I have purchased a refrigerator in June 2014. There is a problem in my refrigerator from last 10 to 15 days. The refrigerator is not cooling. I have complaint in 6 to 7 times in your registered toll free number. One guy came 2 to 3 days back and check the refrigerator. The person which came from your team says me that this refrigerator can not repair and you can repair from anywhere.He just 2 to 3 min stay in refrigerator and then go to return. He have no manner how to talk the customer. The talking language of that person was so rude. Could you please look into this matter.

                      I have purchased a samsung smart phone bearing model no sm-g531f/dd, s/n: rz8h40jchlw, on 5th june, 2016 from a shop in jalpaiguri, west bengal. Unfortunately i have lost my cash memo. My phone is not starting. So, i went to jalpaiguri service center. They did not open my phone and returned me.in jalpaiguri service center, the persons told me that i do not need to carry my cash memo to avail service charge for the company "samsung". Accordingly, yesterday i visited the service center in 354, barasat road, nonachandanpukur, barrackpore, pin 700122, west bengal.in counter no 3, the person opened my phone in front of me, removing the front glass with my permission. He asked me rs. 173 service charge to tell only what is the problem. After seeing the phone they reported me that the mother board is crashed. He told me that it will cost around rs. 5000 to repair the phone as i have lost my cash memo. I did not agree to pay. I have given rs 173 and asked him to give me receipt. Then he did not take any service charge, saying that it is not required as i am on warranty period! He returned my phone without repairing. He was justifying himself to ask for money that, my bill is the supporting document for my ownership, address proof and all. I offered my identity card, which they rejected. I am astonished that address proof is required to purchase a sim not a phone. So, the shop did not ask it from me during purchasing the phone. Now, i request you to regenerate a bill for me so that i can avail the warranty service, which i deserve. I hope, you have understood my concern and you will take necessary action against my complaints.

                        We bought Samsung refrigerator almost a week ago and waiting since a week for your concerned person to come and give the demo so that we can clearly get know how to use the product without any further damages or issues. We tried to contact customer service regarding this but we didn't receive proper response from the team. Please send the demo person as early as possible and resolve our issue.

                            I purchased 3 Samsung split A/Cs 1.5 tone from E-ZONE NOIDA. Invoice no 93165742/3 dated 26/9/2016. two of them were normal three star ACs and one invertor type valued at Rs 53990.
                            The two normal 3 star ACs were valued at Rs 74980.29.
                            i shifted to my flat at Amrapali Saphir sector 45 Noida recently in the month of April 2017. One of the ACs was not cooling at all and when complaint was lodged, the service engineer came and found there was no gas. He promised to recharge the gas immediately. This happened around 10/4. Ever since, every day your call centre person says that the engineer would visit before 8pm, but no body comes. The second AC has water dripping problem inspite of visit by your service engineer on 18/4. The service levels are extremely poor and i am left to fend for myself with defective ACs after having spent so much. i had been a user of Hitachi ACs earlier and switched to nSAMSUNG on the recommendation of a friend.

                              Complaint number-[protected], we bought a brand new AC on feb 11th 2017, on march 29th onwards its now working. We placed a complaint and till now 5 technicians verified my ac. They literally don't have any knowledge about ac. One guy told its gas leakage, after 3 days 2nd technician came and told its compressor issue. After 3 days 3rd technician came and took my outdoor unit. They kept it for 5 days and they bought it back today. Still its not working, i don't know what the hell they fixed. Today 4th technician told its voltage issue and he left. Then we called local electrician and he told there is no voltage issue in my apartment. Then again 5th technician came and told that its no voltage issue and he told its pcu (Circuit board) issue inside the ac. Total 5 technicians worked on it from last 20 days and still its not working. If you can't do it, just exchange the ac. Its been just 2 months old ac. Really worst customer service and technicians really dont know anything about their own company ac. Complaint number: [protected], my contact: [protected]. How long we need have patience? Its been more than 3 weeks now. If the technicians can't do anything just replace the ac.

                              Complaint number-[protected], its been 23 days now no one is fixing my ac issue. This is the worst technician service i have ever seen, shame on samsung. Every day i need to make 8 to 10 calls, then only technician will come. And he will work for 30mins and he will say this part is gone, that part is gone. 23 days to fix a ac?? Almost 7 technicians worked on it. Each technician told different kind of problems in it. If you can't fix it then replace it with different ac. We bought it on february 11th 2017.                                   There is a complain registered on 4th April 2017 for Samsung LED @ Indore, MP service center. First thing it was told to me that service executive don’t visit place and I have to carry 40 inch LED to service center. I am sure that is not message given in your TV AD about Samsung service network. After lot of discussion he finally agreed to visit my place (his contact number [protected]). After his visit he informed me about issue with mother board and speaker and it will cost me 11, 500 INR. I agreed for charges and asked him to get it replaced immediately. He checked with service center and informed back to me that within 6-7 working days, parts will be available.

                                  After almost 10 days executive visited my place with second hand mother board. As he realized I am not interested in putting up second hand part, he told us that this part has come from company and its faulty. Seriously... Samsung delivers second hand / used part ? Today is 18th April and yet no solution to my problem. Daily I am calling on[protected] and explaining my issue to different executives sometimes its Ajay, Raghv and today its Maninder. After talking to tele executive I get only assurance from them that they have raised serious concern to management team of service department and within next 48 hours you will find solution to your problem.

                                  On top of all this nonsense I got to know from service executive that if part is not available than Samsung will pay you depreciating value of LED and it will resolve issue. My LED is 5 year old and I bought it for 1 Lakh. I didn’t knew that LED has life span of only 5 years and each year I have to provide 20, 000 for buying new one. After 5 years depreciating value would be what, ZERO or at best few hundreds or thousand bucks.

                                  Looking for some concrete solution and revert from some sensible person who can solve my issue.

                                  Thanks for atleast acknowledging the complain, but i still stand with the same reply. I got a call for Delhi office saying that we have received the complain and will call u back in a day. Till now no revert back regarding this issue. In fact I m getting fake calls from fake people asking to transfer online money for the part n all. I doubt that Samsung people can give me positive reply.
                                  I bought two of these from Metro, Yeshwatpur, Bangalore 4th April.
                                  Within 5 minutes of switching ON, one of the AC, the Mains power trips.
                                  The other AC does not cool properly. Have already complained ref no. [protected].

                                  Besides a standard reply promising a service engineer will call soon, no one has turned up so far.
                                  [protected] this call has been closed without visiting the site by engineer...as on advertisement, samsung provide support within 24 hour, but in reality this is really false...

                                    I bought C9 pro for my wife's birthday on 13th march 2017 in Samsung Smart Cafe, Orion mall, Dr Rajkumar Road, Subramanyanagar, 2 State, Rajaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560055.

                                    The device was not functional and the service center gave DOA. I went to the showroom to exchange the mobile and opted for a refund and bought a new Samsung Galaxy S7 edge as a new transaction.

                                    It is almost 3 weeks from the day I returned the faulty mobile and got a new mobile. Still my money is not refunded. I have been calling the showroom incharge ( Perviz) (ph: [protected]). I have to call up many times and there are various reasons for not transferring my money back due to documentation.

                                    I have given additional business by buying the Samsung S7 edge but I am not getting the money back for the older DOA. I am not sure if it is Pathetic Samsung's process issue or the showroom issue.

                                    Being a loyal customer of Samsung this is unacceptable. Even when the original device failed. I upgraded the mobile to the flagship.

                                    After investing more than 50K for the Samsung s7 edge and 37K for C9 pro. trusting Samsung. This is pathetic behaviour on not returning the money back for a DOA product.

                                    Give me my money back or let me know if I should handle this legally.
