Respected sir,
I purchased a mobile phone (Samsung galaxy s7 edge) from an authorized showroom of samsung on 10.02.2017 at s m enterprises, tilak nagar, new delhi, which cost rupees 56000/-, which got defective after about 10-12 days. Which gave me okhla service center of samsung to get it done. After 3 days my phone was send me back by a service center member and said your phone is absolutely fine. After 1-2 days i came to know that the phone's bluetooth is not working and after the phone's camera stopped functioning after 4-5 days, then i sent the phone back to the okhla service center on 07.04.2017, the boy namely ravi had received it and i had totally denied the service center that i do not want to repair this phone, i need replacement my phone, at which service center told me that you will get a new phone. After 3 days, a boy namely deepak brings back with the same phone that i taking to a senior manager of service center and request to replace the phone. Deepak talked to his senior and went back. Next day i called service center regarding my phone’s status, he said that we have checking the quality test of your phone and know about what major problem and will call back in 1 hour. I called in the evening, the service center said to me that your phone was become delivered to you yesterday, then i told who has been delivered to me, then he said that you have become delivered then i said that in the morning you told that the phone’s quality test is going on and now you are refusing, they said that we have the same kind o[censored]pdates, you talk to the customer care regarding your problem and i am forwarding your case to customer case. After that i called to samsung customer case, he said that your phone is still in service center and you will get within 24 hours. So next day when i call back to customer care, he said that you take just 48 hours and wait for your case to be further forward. When i called 2 days later they again gave me 24 hours of time that you will find your phone. After that samsung customer care blocked my phone number and neither did i get my phone. So please i humble requesting to you get my phone from samsung and take a necessary action.

    On 17/03/17 Yachna Chauhan requested for jobsheet copy. on the same day jobsheet copy was sent thru email.On 21/03/17 She informed that due to insufficient documents provided by us she is unable to find out details and closed our case. on 27/03/17 Sh Rakesh Roy informed that _quotcomplaint is still under progress with our team. We request you to bear with us_quot On today ie 07/04/2017 we contacted on 1800 40 SAMSUNG, we were informed that our case was closed on 31/03/2017 without resolving our problem. IT IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING BY SAMSUNG. It is very surprising. we are attaching scanned copy of all documents sent to Samsung and Service centre and again repeating that ...It is very much astounding that responsible executive like you may write such irresponsible email uncovered by facts and thus making efforts to forfeit my window ac without even caring for future consequences of illegal forfeiture of WAC, which may entail in lodging of FIR against you. The whole case was told to you on phone as suggested by you . You demanded scanned copy of work order. I sent it through email. Now you are telling that it is insufficient . It is not prepared by me. It was given by the staff of your service centre who took WAC from me. You are not accepting your own document. In brief it submitted that:

    WAC was purchased on 16/05/2009. BP no [protected] dated 14/06/2009, complaint not given on 25/08/2009, complaint no [protected] on dated 29/09/2011. Asif visited on 29/05/2012 and charged Rs 281 vide TCR no 1486 dated 29/05/2012. Verbally told that compressor was faulty. but not mentioned on receipt. On 12/04/2013 WAC was taken for repair by service centre vide work order no 1306 dated nil. As per terms & conditions at serial no 11 and 15 WAC was not repaired and delivered within 30 days from the date of submission to SIEPL. As per terms & conditions at serial no-16, no standby unit was provided. On 26/05/2013, we purchased new WAC on account of failure of Samsung Co to repair WAC in time frame. After that Co offered to refund after deducting depreciation for 03 years. we told that depreciation should be for two years, as it is defective piece and not working right from purchase date as is clear from above. we sent emails to support.[protected]@samsung.com on 11/04/2013, 12/04/2013, 01/05/2013, 19/05/2013, 21/05/2013, 25/05/2013, 03/10/2013, 19/04/2014 and so many.We sent letter dated 09/07/2013 t, o M/s Electronic people, 8/117 I/3 Lawyers Colony agra vide speed post no - EU[protected]IN dated 10/07/2013 with a copy to Managing Director/Chairman, SIEPL, 7th 8th Floor, IFCI Tower, 61-Nehru Plalce, New Delhi - 110019 vide speed post no - EU[protected]IN dated 10/07/2013 and to Samsung Customer Service, Suite A-25, Ground Floor, Front Tower, Mohan Cooperative Industrial estate, New Delhi-110044 vide speed post no - EU[protected]IN dated 25/07/2013. We sent letter dated 08/05/2017 to M/s Electronic People, 34, New Subhash Nagar, Lawyers Colony, agra - 282005 vide speed post no - EU[protected]In dated 15/05/2014 with a copy to Samsung Customer Service, Suite A-25, Ground Floor, Front Tower, Mohan cooperativr industries Estate, New Delhi -110044. We sent notice dated 07/06/2014 to MD, SIEPL, A-25, Ground Floor, Front Tower, Mohan Cooperative industrial estate Suites, New delhi -110044, The manager, Electronic People, 34 new Subhash Nagar, Lawyers Colony, Agra - 282005, The Manager, Gaurav distributors, 5-A, Taj road, sadar Bazar, agra 282001. But no action was taken. Given the above sequence of events, I request to refund Rs 19600/-along with interest there on as I do not want a repaired WAC.In addition I request you to compensate me with an amount of Rs 10000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony you have caused to me. In case you fail to act on this letter within 15 days from the date of this email I would be forced to : instruct my lawyer to file a suite against you. Start sustained online campign spreading the word about the appalling level of service that I have received from you and issue a press releases online and print media. I hope that I do not have to take steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.

    When i connect my phone to wifi it run for few minutes after that a msg shows INTERNET NOT AVAILABLE.
    But at the same time all the other phones were connected with wifi nd it runs smoothly

      I been in service center of Marathahalli branch in Bangalore about the brightness related issue in my J7 mobile.he told to he will check handset for warranty but when he came back my handset is not at working .i told give back as it was earlier he told not possible and ask 4500 for repair even though warranty is there his name is Robbert .pl z need help because my new j7 mobile is now no use because of his irresponsible behavior
      if Samsung service is like that then i will not prefer or tell to anybody to buy Samsung mobile.feeling very bad

          Hello Samsung, my slef Suresh using Samsung mobiles since 8 years (various models) wave2, s2, s4, s4?mini more and now bought new j7 prime just 3months ago its display got dim on top of the screen as some lights are on and some are failed.( display is defect )
          While calling from it by using ask always sim card .it struck and and a written note reputedly shwon on sreen as
          ( unfortunately the phone has been stooped) and it don't go from the screen.
          I request you to slove my problems or else change over this defect peace.

            Subject: FEW CLARIFICATIONS ABOUT MY LOST MOBILE.

            Sir,

            At 11:30 AM on 13.04.2017 at Chennai, someone stole my mobile- SAMSUNG GALAXY J-2 4G ANDROID with IMEI Nos.:355259/07/824803/9 and 355260/07/824803/7.

            May the Samsung India guide me on the following points:-

            1. Whether the mobile may be traced through IMEI numbers? If so, how and what I have to do. I have already lodged complaint with CSR No.187/2017 dt.13.04.2017 with Police Station:E-2, Royapettah, Mylapore, Chennai at 12:00 noon.
            2. It is said that if a new SIM is inserted, the location of mobile may be traced. The mode how it may be possible and whether the new number may also be traced to catch the offender.
            3. Whether the IMEI numbers may be destroyed or tempered with to avoid any trace even put to surveillance?
            4. If the mobile is dismantled, whether there is any possibility to trace/catch the mobile/offender.
            5. Whether SAMSUNG has policy of insurance and thus to compensate me. I bought it on 26.12.2015?
            6. Any other suggestion, SAMSUNG would like to add.

            The feature of “FindMyMobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
            We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
            As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

              I had called Samsung technician to fix my 1.5 Ton Split inverter AC, I was told a part was not working and they would have to ship it from Chennai and it will take 7 days, I have already waited 10 days, and today on 17th I was told that the part is not available and it will take another 3-4 days for the same to be procured. If you don't have the wherewithal to procure parts then don't sell your products, you want me to wait for you for more than half a month to fix my AC in this searing heat?? I am warning everyone of my friends and family not living in Chennai to not buy your products, as you don't have the service level to resolve complaints for people living away from that city. You have wasted 2 weeks of my warranty period as well, and I am terming it as a Deficiency of Service and maybe a case in Consumer Court will get you to your senses?

                  I am purchesing new mobile Samsung G 570 J5 PRIME BLACK, [protected], ON DATED 07/03/2017 IN. NO[protected] by the name of NAGANTH Y. MANE after purchesing mobile i have an problem of small speaker of mobile and i had repaire the mobile from samsung service centre they changed the total mother board of mobile but i am facing same problem again then i have repaired it again from sevice centre of authorised by samsung . after this i have facing same problem again 3 RD Time but the service centre not responding to me all about this. the samsung providing very bad service to me.

                    Along my friends while playing in a beach my phone got wet.And my friend's phone too it was VIVO.My phone didn't worked but my friend's worked.
                    So i went to a SAMSUNG service centre at kodungalloor, Thrissur, kerala; and paid a sum of Rs.400 and had service.But still it is not working.What shall i do sir?
                    my pappa's phone(GT-S5301) is also not working.This had all made distrust in SAMSUNG.Sir, kindly help me.What should i do?
                    Can you make me an exchange for another phone or can you provide a service at minimum cost.I am from a poor family with limited income.Kindly help me

                      Full screen protector of s6 edge was sold by migrant enterprise moradabad of worth rs 4000 on 8th 11 2016 which got damaged within 2 months. Store is refusing to exchange as per the norms of warranty period. On reaching the store for assistance the associates either fight or make false promises. Samsung mobile is very poor in providing customers satisfaction

                          Bought Samsung AC in March'2016 .Its compressor has already gone bad and stopped functioning just after the 1 year warranty is over. Very poor quality product. Since the compressor is under 5 year warranty i expect it to be replaced asap but your customer care and technicians are non responsive . I am very very disappointed by the product as well as after sale services. If this issue isn't solved asap, i will stop buying any samsung product henceforth and even encourage my friends and colleagues to go for a different brand.
                          I had also contacted the samsung customer care for service for AC service, the technician din't show up till the free service date expired. Later the customer care refuse to accept that any such service was placed. Very poor service .

                            I am very much dissatisfied with the service and behaviour of people working over their in samsung mobile service center in Skyphone Enterprises @ Bhiwandi,

                            I have been purchased Devise On 24th July 2016 and So on as Per Your Company Warranty Guidelines 1Year warranty is Been there for my Device,

                            On 28th march 2017 i have been facing Charging issue on my Device so i went to Skyphone Enterprises Samsung Care Bhiwandi to repair my device

                            After 1 day i have got Repaired device

                            And After that My Device was Not running proper device was started many issues like Out going Audio Touch Laggieng issues and many problems,

                            So After that i again went to Service center Skyphone Enterprises i have submited my Device for repair Jobsheet no. [protected] on 11th April 2017 the staff member given me reciept of submiting my device and He told me that my device will get repaired under warranty and it will get back 2 me in 4 days as so they are need to order parts of my device to repair i accepted there terms and i have submited my Device without any More Discussion

                            Now on 15th april 2017 i went to service center and now they are Replieng my that my device is Water lock and it will not repaired as in under warranty, and they have given me estimate of Rs4300/-

                            Can you Explain me i[censored]h taking 4 days to repair the device You cant inform this to customer on same day how can i trust that my Device was in safe hands.. How can you prove that My Device was water damage
                            As on i have been submited My device on 11th april 2017 that day only Y You people not informed me that my handset is water lock And it will not be Repair under warranty
                            After that i escalated to samsung Care staff members that uh will have to repair my device in under warranty or i will be Escalated to higher level And also with Consumer forum
                            And than that person replied me so rudely like jaa Jisko complaint karni hai kar darta nahi may aisa Waisa..
                            #### man What is this.. This is the way to talk with Customers

                            Do your service center is Running there service center to fool all customer and to recover there all office Expenses from customer or what.?.

                            If in 2 days You Cant repair My Handset under warranty

                              I have bought this machine on 29.10.2015 with two years warranty for my temporary residential work place to manage well my household works to save time and energy. But what i actually received is a headache to waste time, money and energy. the machine started troubling after a few days. i submitted a complaint. the engineers visited the place and checked it thoroughly after opening its main parts and assembled back. they said its due to light fluctuation. i again submitted a complaint. the head engineers visited the place and checked it thoroughly after opening its main parts and assembled back. then a part - drier tub machine was replaced and again they opened the machine. now the machine was working well. I was happy. but this happiness did not last long as after some time the wash tub machine stopped working. again the engineers visited and checked it thoroughly after opening its main parts and assembled back. they said its due to light fluctuation. i again submitted a complaint. the head engineers visited the place and checked it thoroughly after opening its main parts and assembled back. Now the screw handling wholes are damaged because of opening and reopening of the machine. I requested them telephonically a number of times to find a permanent solution. the machine has got damaged due to frequent reopenings. They are arguing that its due to light issue. The company has put a new part in the new models which let the machine stop on high or low voltage and suggested to let the light corrected
                              i requested them that light supply is not in my hand. its the same supply for all o[censored]s. if this machine cannot work with light fluctuation resistance. its useless for customers in India.
                              But did not listen to my complaint and i am facing the same problem.
                              the machine stops working at any time and got damaged due to frequent openings.
                              Every time the engineers visited I have to spend a lot of time in filing complaints, taking their calls even during my working hours, waiting for their visits and attending them.
                              So i stopped calling customer helpline due to sever mental and physical harassment as it seems they are trying to pass 2 yrs warranty period.
                              I rarely use the product as most of the time i don't do washing at home
                              but the awakened customer in me forced to me to make a complaint for the sake of other buyers of samsung products which don't suit to Indian conditions.

                              The follow up is miserable and multiplying the harassment. Though timings for call or visit have been requested and mentioned thoroughly. Even though they have been calling again and again even though I am disconnecting it being in meetings or performing other duties during working hours.
                              After that there are long arguments on telephone. Already the two parts out of the four electronic parts have been changed now they are are saying that they will continue to replace all serviceable parts until its possible for them. Its there service policy irrespective of the fact that some products have technical issues. The service engineer again said due to high or low voltage the motor stops working - the new technology feature of Samsung. I am not able to find a solution to high or low voltage fluctuation as they have not given anything in written and i have no prove for this. Otherwise I may have showed it to The Electricity Department or even requested on PM grievances portal for the solution.
                              The product is getting damaged due to again and again dissembling and reassembling. Ofcourse the company has to do nothing with it as after the body gets damaged it will suggest that the customer should get it changed on paid basis as the body of the product is not covered in warranty.
                              My professional life, my career, my life has also been effected badly due to their calls and arguments. I can't take it any more.
                              Please spare me as I am left with no stamina to bear any more harassment of calls, visits and arguments.
                              Anybody in this world please get me rid of this product of Samsung and save me from this harassment.
                              I promise that I would never purchase a Samsung washing machine in my life again.
                              Please spare me of this harassment!!!

                              They are playing with. They have called to pick up the machine to service center and asked to call again to detail about the pick up now they have sent the mail for closing the complaint. It is to be noted that I have never asked for refund, instead I have to get it picked up for free & get me rid of this faulty product.

                                I have purchased SAMSUNG /AC – AR18MV3HERT (1.5 Ton Inverter) from Prakash Trading Co on 2nd April 2017 & was installed on 3rd April.
                                It worked fine for just 4 days and started having issues of No cooling from 7th April 2017.
                                I raised a request for this on 8th April 2017 & my complaint no is [protected]. After that 10 times I have spoken in customer care but yet I have not received any call for service centre.
                                Today again I have called in customer care for latest status on the same; but they don’t have any latest update regarding service call.
                                When we purchase a product from a reputed company like Samsung, they should provide us better after sell service.
                                I raised a service request last week. Till date, nobody has called me up. I am really fed up with such callous attitude of Samsung towards its customers. A strict action should be taken against the company. So many times it happened that Samsung has provided inferior service and was not able to meet the deadline.
                                I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer care regarding same….
                                When we purchase a product from a reputed company like Samsung, they should provide us better after sell service.

                                    This is an escalation request for issue as per [protected] which was raised on 4th April.

                                    This TV was installed on 31st March, 17 as per request [protected].
                                    It worked fine for just 3 days and started having issues from 3rd March.
                                    I raised a request for this on 4th March.
                                    Your Service Engineer came and checked the TV and said that its an issue with the screen and needs to be changed.
                                    He said that part will come in next 3-5 days.
                                    I waited for the part to for delivery but nothing came.
                                    when i called the guy he said that part is not available in Pune and will be coming from Delhi and will take 2 more days.
                                    I waited till 12th and escalated the Matter to Milind and Vishal(CCed here).
                                    Vishal told me that part will come on 14th.
                                    But as i got no reply today as well i contacted them.
                                    He said that part is still in Transit and it might not be able to get it done on 16th as well as its Sunday.

                                    I understand that the resolution time for this request is 16th April.
                                    But these dates are decided keeping in mind that Samsung provides services in remote area as well (Pune is definitely not one of them).

                                    Now, my concerns are:
                                    Since Pune is a Metro area, well connected with almost all the cities why its taking ages for the part to come. Even if i order a new TV, it will come in just 3-4 days.
                                    If the part s not available anywhere, what's the use of keeping the inventory.
                                    if the cited date is 16th, why services are not getting provided even within the agreed date.
                                    Why Samsung is manufacturing electronics which can't even work for 3 days. Are they not getting tested now a days. As its an electronics part, i can understand that it might face issues but again the resolution must be prompt then. Otherwise what the use of purchasing a SAMSUNG product if it can't work properly for 5 days.

                                    Utterly disappointed in SAMSUNG, NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM A REPUTED BRAND LIKE THIS.

                                    I was planning to purchase other electronics but NO, no SAMSUNG product from here on.

                                    For this inconvenience, Not only i will raise my concerns on social media, i will rate this product very badly on the internet as well.

                                    Please improve your services.

                                    Having said that, i want this to be escalated/resolved asap.
                                    Also, please provide me mail ID/Contact number of the nodal officer so that i can reach out to them personally.

                                    Please look into this asap.

                                      Maine 3 april 2017 ko j7 2015 addition ka new device kharida tha. Lakin us device ke hardware me kharabi hai. Maine 8 april or 11 april ko samsung cervice centre visit kiya lakin koi sollution nahi mila.
                                      Problem yeh hai ki display ya screen ko jab on karte hai 5 minuts ke bad to usme lining bani hui aati hai.
                                      Jise samsung service centre ke md ne feturs ka name de ke taal diya hai. Or ab aap log bhi koi help nahi kr rahe ho.
