I have purchased Samsung 40' curved full HD TV on 16/04/2017 from M/s Delhi Enterprises, Station Road, Bhandara, state Maharashtra, PIN Code 441904. The product is delivered to me but installation is still pending. daily we are following up your dealer and he is promising to send the person immediately but failed to do so from last 10 days.

Due to above episode we are very much disturbed and thinking of returning the product . We just thought to inform you as M/s Samsung is a reputed Company so to have your dealers also equally responsible and customer oriented.

If the TV is not installed tomorrow I will have no other option but to return it.

Hope my concern will be taken up on top priority & immediate action will be taken.

    I had purchased Samsung LED Smart TV - from one of Samsung Store 4 years before for an amount of Rs.1, 24, 000/-! now its not working, given complaint, Samsung service engineer visited and inspected! after inspection told that the panel got damaged and to be replaced with cost basis! he verified with his team and told that is not available and do exchange with 34% of TV value!
    I really got shocked by hearing! being esteemed & big sales operational organization doesn't have panel and giving very low exchange value %! being a middle class people unable to digest for the same...hence i request you to look into it and justice by refunding minimum of 60% of the TV Value.
    All your sales team told that it will work for 1 lakh hours and minimum of 15 years will not get any kind of issues with TV! based on that i have recommended my relatives and friends! i don't know how it my word keeps.

      This is regarding I had purchased an refrigerator on 16th Jan 2016 from vijay sales kharghar branch model no. SAMSUNG REF RT33HDRFASL STAINLESS STEEL
      now due to cooling problem I had logged in complaint for the same now your concerned executive visited my house and asked for visiting charges then said that your gas in the compressor is leakage then after long follow up with the executive replied that if the gas is leakage then it will be charged and my refrigerator is only 15 months old and it has a warranty of 10 years and if the compressor is leakage in only this time frame then what is the use of buying such a branded products it is totally waste of money to invest in brand which is a world wide leader.
      Kindly look in to this matter n resolve it as soon as possible

        My refrigerator cooling is not working since 10 days and regarding this, i am also calling daily to samsung customer care service center, but they are not sending any engineer and they keep on saying that "engineer will reach your location by tomorrow". Every day i call they reply that "we have only 1 engineer for your district area and he wont able to come today". Its been 6 days i am trying samsung customer care numbers but all replies are same. My refrigerator cooling is not working at all due to which i cannot store food in the refrigerator. Hope, you will go through this complaint.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I Deepali Pawar is having LED TV 32" (Model no. UA32F5500ARMXL) purchased on 28 September' 2013 which is under extended warranty. Unfortunately the TV screen is flickering now. I had raised the request on 21 April' 2017 so when the engineer visited my place he told that the papers are not on the letter head of Samsung. However the extended warranty which I have done from authorized service center of Samsung (Name : Express Digital System) which is now closed. As a lay man how I will come to know whether the extended warranty papers should be on letter head of Samsung ????

          Hence indirectly I have been cheated by Samsung because there should be some provision in place when the authorized service center is closed. Therefore it is a question on to whom you should rely on ????

          Also I have made the extended warranty for two of my LED TV (Refer attachment for both the LED’s).

          Still no further action has been taken and the issue is still unresolved after 4 days.

          Requesting to resolve the issue on priority.

                  Hi, i have an overseas samsung s7 edge... Within a month after buying the phone its display broke.. It took mre than 3 mnths for the samsung gallery to repair the phone in india... I paid a bomb to get it repaired.. After 2 mnths of that repair the screen again broke... The company should be sued for not providing proper services to customers to buy high end phones... I think all customers who are facing these kind off problems shud come togeather n take action against this company.

                  Guys dont buy any samsung phone as they just fool the customers... they use very cheap products as in the glass n all the other materials used in the phone... which get spoiled soon and then earn money from the repairing of the product...
                  They simply fool the customer by saying that the fault is ours n hence have to pay for the repair... watever part is damaged is never in the warranty... its a nice way of samsung earning profits... lets protest against the company so that they can not earn money from us...

                    Hello,

                    It is really frustrating that in a day of advance technology, you still your engineer still asking me for a bill copy to repair my a/c. My a/c compressor is damaged and your engineer visited me and advised that even though they have all the details starting from purchase date, customer name, serial number of the a/c they wand the hard copy of the bill. If i do not have the bill i have to pay 12-14 thousand.

                    From the date of purchase, no one visited me for a single service. You can check your records. I have 3 a/c's, i cannot visit all the places of purchase and to recall a bill. It is really unacceptable that you are asking for details which you already have and penalizing people who misplaced the bill with a hefty amount.

                    For a 35k a/c which has a compressor warranty for 3 years, you are charging 12-14 k for misplacing the bill when you already have the details in your records. I am feeling cheated.

                    Lets see, if i get a resolution here.

                      Hi Sir

                      I would like to raise my serious concern about my recent purchase. I have purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY ON NXT recently on 12th April 2017 worth Rs 15, 900 from Flipkart. I am facing big trouble with phone Battery as it gets drain very quickly. I have charged the battery with original Samsung charger but within 2 hours it get drained. Overheating issue is also troubling me a lot.

                      In just 10 days i am getting issues with my new phone, I spoke to Tariq and Apeksha (Customer Service executives of Samsung) and i was on a call with both of them for around 3 hours but they were keep saying " Sir you have to visit to Samsung Center we can't help you with this issue ". I have done everything as per their advise like factory reset etc but i am still facing similar problem. They also said that Sir it might be possible that this is manufacturing issue but that's not my fault.

                      Why I should go to Samsung service center and take all the pain. Its like paying 16, 000 and get into the trouble, Is that what Samsung is ensuring their customers with quality and service?? If this is your service Sir, than i would like to appeal this and would like to publish an article in newspaper about this purchase.

                      Sir my genuine concern is if i have paid Rs 15, 900 for a brand which has its customer value attached to it why i am being troubled. I personally like Samsung but this time it was my worst experience with Samsung Product. I had so many options like Nokia, Apple, Soni, MI etc but my belief was with Samsung.

                      Sir either i want my Money back or i want someone to visit at my premises and get this device replaced. I don't want any impairment with my Brand new Samsung Phone.

                          My mother had registered a complain against our refrigerator not working properly. The refrigerator started making a problem from 7th of April 2017 morning.The refrigerator was purchased on 27/10/2016 from Reliance Digital. It has no even been 6 months and a product of samsung is already facing issues. A copy of the bill and the payment is attested herewith. She made a complain on the 11th or 12th April 2017.
                          Mr. Nandan one of your representative took the complain, The complain number is [protected]. He told that the same would be taken care of within 24 hrs. My mother received a call from the concerned who was suppose to fix the problem on 13/04/2017at around 13:49 hrs. A file showing his call is attached herewith. A photo of our refrigerator is also attached herewith. The person was suppose to come the next day.
                          My mother called him again the next day at around 12:02 pm. A copy of the file is attached herewith.
                          My mother had even told him that we would not be in town from 16th evening and would only return a week later. He told my mother that he wont be able to come on the 14th. He also denied coming on the 15th April 2017 as it was Poila Baisakh that day. Further he told my mother to keep the refrigerator off the entire day on 15th April so that he would come on 16th morning and would repair the same. There was no response from anybody from your end. Neither he nor anybody else responded. I called him today and once again he didnt respond.
                          All my food in the refrigerator got spoilt. Who will pay for them? Who will pay for the problems we are facing? 41000 thousand for a refrigerator and facing problems not even 6 months completed. Worst service from your end.
                          Please I request you with folded hands to send someone and take away this refrigerator. Other companies services are spot on.The people there are at our doorstep within 3-4 hrs to fix the problem. Is this the after sales service that you promise in your advertisements. I again request you to please not to play with your customers. I really feel mistaken in having purchased Samsung.
                          Please send someone to take away this material. I do not want to use it.

                            I am using galaxy note 4. Suddenly phone has shutdown. I tried to power on the mobile. But it did not start. I visited nearest samsung service center they told me that need to replace motherboard... Samsung need to action about this issue. I had complaint them regarding this issue.. They are not responding... Please take certain action on them. So many people are facing this problem

                            My Samsung refrigerator is not working for the past 5 days.there is no response to the revisit to fill in gas.the call centre does not know when the engineer will come in. Please have this resolved.

                              I purchased Samsung A5 2016 on 18/5/16 and now have noticed swelling of battery to the point that it has malalinged the back cover. Purchased it from Soham electronics shalimar bagh Delhi bill no 19273, but service center refused to take my complaint and giving excuses battery malfunction not under warranty. I want to know who will be responsible if the battery explodes. I purchased a phone with warranty and battery swelling is internal fault not any physical damage to phone.

                                With reference to my Refrigerator complaint no. [protected] & [protected] dated 26.03.2017.

                                I had a long persuasion since 26.03. 2017 to correct my refrigerator but since last 1 month there's no solution given by your service executive.
                                During this month following activities done by your service provider but nothing has corrected, my refrigerator is still in the same condition.

                                1. Gas Filling
                                2. Timer Change

                                some days back, as per my last telecon with your customer care executive when it was committed that all required corrections to be done by 20.04.2017. but again a very poor response from your service provider because no one has turned up till today (22.04.2017)

                                Now I have a big doubt with Samsung's Technician capabilities. If in case my complaint will not be resolved till Monday so I will surely make a complaint to Consumer Court so that no one in future will face such problems to correct his/her Samsung product.

                                This is last time I'm requesting you to send any intelligent executive to correct my refrigerator.

                                  I am senior citizen / Air Force Engg. staying in Delhi, A Fridge RT2524AASE/TL purchessed in Delhi about 4 yrs before but in use last 1 year six months as my daughter in law got it from his parents not cooling properly so I reported to Samsung Customer care toll free no. regarding my fridge bottom not cooling properly on 17 Apr 17 call No [protected]. I got a call that engg. will come to inspect on site & i have to pay Rs. 345 for that and further repair on cost will be taken, this money will be adjusted . One Mr. Neeraj along with another person, came on 19/4/17 at about 1930 hrs and inspected the fridge and committed that gas is to be filled, its less.I agreed, they promised that next day on 20/4/17 gas will be filled I payed Rs. 345 against receipt No..CR 159417 Book 3189 Dt 19/4/17.He also informed me that for gas company will charge Rs 1250/ this Rs 345 / will be adjusted in that amount as I agreed. whole day I awaited but no one turned up or any response from Samsung service centre. On 21/4/17 morning 10 am first I called Mr Neeraj as He informed me that he had informed his Supervisor Mr Shivnarayan regarding gas gave me his contact No. I had contact him, he was on his way and assured me to response after reaching office after 20 mints, but no response then I keeps on calling on both land line numbers its ringing, I got response till 11 am Madam Farhana I informed details as above and came to know that as per records Mr Parkash visited my home on 20/4/17 to fill gas .I shocked/ surprised to know how Samsung technical team is cheating .So, on my request Madam connected me to Head Mr. Ankit I informed whole story . He started appologized on be half of the worker and giving me silly excuses and said that he will dispatch this person immediately . The person name Mr Parkash reached about 12:15 pm cut all the gas pipelines of the refrigerator and what ever he liked as I was away for 10 min.before his arrival I came and saw that he is busy in his work.Before filling the gas he said that his capillary or what ever his small tube is blocked . I asked the reason of blocking he explain some oil might have been pumped by compressor or said kick back effect its no use of repairing its a junk . Better to buy new fridge. Then I contacted Mr Ankit & explained what ever he told me.He was leaving my Fridge this opened condition I objected and requested that you connect the pipelines as the fridge was in tact working . Again I had contact to Mr Ankit about everything, he said he taken permission from his Mgr or head to repair soon. He assured me that this repair can not be done in my home so fridge is to be taken to work shop and whole day this will be under observation then next day will be delivered and no use on connecting pipe line / filling gas, he is arranging the transport to pick the Fridge immediately to get repair soon . I understood the whole technical procedure and keeps on waiting for the transport till evening but no way so i tried to call Mr Ankit, his phone was S/w off at last around 6 30 PM I could talk to him now he changed his words and denying further he said photo graph will be taken as Fridge in good condition approval will taken for repair, he is arranging for that so far nothing. So on 22/4/17 about 11 AM, I had call to know the further progress, he said that he busy call Mgr, so I had called Mgr and told everything he further promised to collect Fridge from my home today let us hope for the best.This is a very bitter experience of my life to buy Samsung.

                                        I bought two pieces of earphone on 20/11/2016 booked through online. As per the terms and conditions the warranty of six months is available. One of the earphone was not working which was replaced by the service centre during Jan 2016. Now the replaced earphone suddenly not working i.e. the mobile is unable to get connected to the earphone. When approached Samsung Customer Care at Velachery Chennai on 21/4/17, the person Named Shri Jai Ganesh who had attended the earphone has told that the ear phone is physically damaged. The problem persist with the earphone which is not at all reading is not remotely related with physical damage. Moreover it is anyone's guess how a ear phone which is used only to listen music or communicate can be physically damaged. The reason for rejection is highly demoralising and not followed by any ethics or logic. The product which is a used by a matured adult and still under warranty has not been replaced or repaired by Customer Care personnel and they were hell bent to reject it on one or other pretext which is not a healthy sign. I hope the matter may kindly be looked into and issue resolved as I am of the strong opinion that the replaced earphone was of substandard quality or reason given for rejection is not at all convincing when it was still under warranty of prescribed six months. Hope for an early action .
