    I purchased 3 Samsung split A/Cs 1.5 tone from E-ZONE NOIDA. Invoice no 93165742/3 dated 26/9/2016. two of them were normal three star ACs and one invertor type valued at Rs 53990.
    The two normal 3 star ACs were valued at Rs 74980.29.
    i shifted to my flat at Amrapali Saphir sector 45 Noida recently in the month of April 2017. One of the ACs was not cooling at all and when complaint was lodged, the service engineer came and found there was no gas. He promised to recharge the gas immediately. This happened around 10/4. Ever since, every day your call centre person says that the engineer would visit before 8pm, but no body comes. The second AC has water dripping problem inspite of visit by your service engineer on 18/4. The service levels are extremely poor and i am left to fend for myself with defective ACs after having spent so much. i had been a user of Hitachi ACs earlier and switched to nSAMSUNG on the recommendation of a friend.

      Complaint number-[protected], we bought a brand new AC on feb 11th 2017, on march 29th onwards its now working. We placed a complaint and till now 5 technicians verified my ac. They literally don't have any knowledge about ac. One guy told its gas leakage, after 3 days 2nd technician came and told its compressor issue. After 3 days 3rd technician came and took my outdoor unit. They kept it for 5 days and they bought it back today. Still its not working, i don't know what the hell they fixed. Today 4th technician told its voltage issue and he left. Then we called local electrician and he told there is no voltage issue in my apartment. Then again 5th technician came and told that its no voltage issue and he told its pcu (Circuit board) issue inside the ac. Total 5 technicians worked on it from last 20 days and still its not working. If you can't do it, just exchange the ac. Its been just 2 months old ac. Really worst customer service and technicians really dont know anything about their own company ac. Complaint number: [protected], my contact: [protected]. How long we need have patience? Its been more than 3 weeks now. If the technicians can't do anything just replace the ac.

      Complaint number-[protected], its been 23 days now no one is fixing my ac issue. This is the worst technician service i have ever seen, shame on samsung. Every day i need to make 8 to 10 calls, then only technician will come. And he will work for 30mins and he will say this part is gone, that part is gone. 23 days to fix a ac?? Almost 7 technicians worked on it. Each technician told different kind of problems in it. If you can't fix it then replace it with different ac. We bought it on february 11th 2017.         Service center receive my phone and give me the receive copy.defect Description is Touch Auto Work . But after then they call me and told my screen is broken so warranty not cover.my bill no is -[protected]

          Dear Samsung Management,

          There is a complain registered on 4th April 2017 for Samsung LED @ Indore, MP service center. First thing it was told to me that service executive don’t visit place and I have to carry 40 inch LED to service center. I am sure that is not message given in your TV AD about Samsung service network. After lot of discussion he finally agreed to visit my place (his contact number [protected]). After his visit he informed me about issue with mother board and speaker and it will cost me 11, 500 INR. I agreed for charges and asked him to get it replaced immediately. He checked with service center and informed back to me that within 6-7 working days, parts will be available.

          After almost 10 days executive visited my place with second hand mother board. As he realized I am not interested in putting up second hand part, he told us that this part has come from company and its faulty. Seriously... Samsung delivers second hand / used part ? Today is 18th April and yet no solution to my problem. Daily I am calling on[protected] and explaining my issue to different executives sometimes its Ajay, Raghv and today its Maninder. After talking to tele executive I get only assurance from them that they have raised serious concern to management team of service department and within next 48 hours you will find solution to your problem.

          On top of all this nonsense I got to know from service executive that if part is not available than Samsung will pay you depreciating value of LED and it will resolve issue. My LED is 5 year old and I bought it for 1 Lakh. I didn’t knew that LED has life span of only 5 years and each year I have to provide 20, 000 for buying new one. After 5 years depreciating value would be what, ZERO or at best few hundreds or thousand bucks.

          Looking for some concrete solution and revert from some sensible person who can solve my issue.

          Thanks for atleast acknowledging the complain, but i still stand with the same reply. I got a call for Delhi office saying that we have received the complain and will call u back in a day. Till now no revert back regarding this issue. In fact I m getting fake calls from fake people asking to transfer online money for the part n all. I doubt that Samsung people can give me positive reply.
          I bought two of these from Metro, Yeshwatpur, Bangalore 4th April.
          Within 5 minutes of switching ON, one of the AC, the Mains power trips.
          The other AC does not cool properly. Have already complained ref no. [protected].

          Besides a standard reply promising a service engineer will call soon, no one has turned up so far.
          [protected] this call has been closed without visiting the site by engineer...as on advertisement, samsung provide support within 24 hour, but in reality this is really false...

            Hi,
            I bought C9 pro for my wife's birthday on 13th march 2017 in Samsung Smart Cafe, Orion mall, Dr Rajkumar Road, Subramanyanagar, 2 State, Rajaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560055.

            The device was not functional and the service center gave DOA. I went to the showroom to exchange the mobile and opted for a refund and bought a new Samsung Galaxy S7 edge as a new transaction.

            It is almost 3 weeks from the day I returned the faulty mobile and got a new mobile. Still my money is not refunded. I have been calling the showroom incharge ( Perviz) (ph: [protected]). I have to call up many times and there are various reasons for not transferring my money back due to documentation.

            I have given additional business by buying the Samsung S7 edge but I am not getting the money back for the older DOA. I am not sure if it is Pathetic Samsung's process issue or the showroom issue.

            Being a loyal customer of Samsung this is unacceptable. Even when the original device failed. I upgraded the mobile to the flagship.

            After investing more than 50K for the Samsung s7 edge and 37K for C9 pro. trusting Samsung. This is pathetic behaviour on not returning the money back for a DOA product.

            Give me my money back or let me know if I should handle this legally.

                  On March 2015 I have bought a Samsung AC from Jamnagar dealer. On 8 Oct 2015 a complaint was lodge (Complaint ID [protected]), at that time serviceman informed me that there is an leakage in the coolant. He filled the gas and went, now on 17th April 2017 I have lodge a new complaint and a serviceman visited my place and informed the same issue again. when he is done with the inspection he informed me, there is a leakage in the outdoor unit and we will call you with in 24 working hours. Its been 3 days no call no information and I have to call the Samsung service center again and again for the same issue. On 20th of April 2017 I have again contacted Samsung CS and now they have arranged a senior engineer visit (Complaint ID [protected]). Today(20th April 2017) at around 12:00PM we received a call from the authorized dealer in Jamnagar and told us to pay round 2000 for the coolant. When I first lodge the complaint (8 oct 2015) at that time he did the same forced us to pay 2000 for the coolant and now again. I have visited his shop and he talk so rudely. Now I am done with all this and can not waste my more time on this, already wasted a lot. Sumsung CS services was good but I want that Samsung should take away the dealership from that guy and repair my AC.

                  I have a video in which service man is saying there is some leakage but found non. As per the service man gas never gets over, He says in that video but gas got over and filed again, lets see for how many days it last long. Well now AC is working fine, Paid 2500 for the gas or coolant. In past 2 years coolant/gas was filed twice. Lets see what happen in future I will keep this video, the receipt, and the complaint number. If I face this issue again I will take this issue in the court. Thank you for resolving my issue.

                  Now AC is working fine but no issue was found my the service man. As per the service man there was an leakage
                  but there was no leakage. Hope I will not find any issue with this AC in future.

                    Refrigerator is not working every time employee visits and on the next day it has same problem unnecessary repairing cost is charged every time but there is no result and very bad experience with the product company must stop making false claim and must stop providing there complaints if comp.                         I have purchased the note 5 on 21.7.16. i have given for servicing on 27.03.2017 at samsung service centre for certain works at samsung ameerpet hyderabad with job card no. 2401 with a promise it will be returned withing 15 days. but till to date the service was not completed and delivered to me. it has been informed that only one technician available and he is sick and there is no correct information. day by day the service centre people are extending for delivery for one reason or other. plz take neccessary action.

                        i have given my mobile for servicing and after 25 days i took my mobile from them today and didn't complete the repair and they caused extra damage to my mobile and tried to charge money for the part they didnt even repair
                        they took the and caused extra damage to my mobile and i am not gonna pay for the damage the service center caused

                          I have a samsung refrigerator rt50h5809sl/2014 which got serviced by samsung technician a month back for thermostat.

                          During the process he had broken the glass of one of the shelves during handling. He fixed it on his own but seems to have used substandard glass and it now cracked today

                          This needs to be replaced at company cost very sad service provided

                                  I have purchased a mobile phone (Samsung j5 prime) from an authorized showroom of samsung on november 2016, bangalore, i had booked complaint with samsung service centre @ indira nagar, bangalore. My mobile display is completely gone. I visited service center explained about the issue also and said the mobile is in warranty. They have taken it for servicing, after few hours they have called and explained that the motherboard and led display have gone. How did the entire system go into fault within few months??? The service center employees are telling that its an electronic device and any time defect will happen. Also their way of speaking is really horrible not understanding our value wat we invested in that mobile. My question is instead of replacing 80% parts in the mobile. Why can't you give a new mobile??? Since it is a manufacturing defect...

                                  I had a same problem with display in my samsung mobile after the replacement of motherboard within a period of 6 months. Warranty period has been over as per my bill .During the replacement of motherboard I fought with them for extension of warranty, and then I got it extended for about 3months. For that replacement also I was literally behind them for about a week.

                                  My nature of work is travelling across the country. I need to contact my family, friends, customers etc., so mobile is a mandatory thing for me, so I need a replacement of new handset and I will not be convinced with anything else...

                                  I am sure that they have sold a defective peace for me that is why repeatedly I am facing much difficulty with this mobile. If no action is been taken I will file a case in consumer court for sure.

                                    I have purchased my tv on 18.06.2016 (Model - ua32fh4003r) from palaniyappa electronics area - pammal, city - chennai.

                                    While purchasing they did tell about the wall mount installation procedure as well limited period like 6 month validity.

                                    After purchasing i have used past 10 months using with the stand which was given by the manufacturer.

                                    Right now am relocated and this house have wall mounted marks, so, i have called up samsung customer care regarding this issue. But they simply told like, this is only validity for 6 months from the purchase date and this is standard policy and if you want means we will charge 1150 rupees for the installation.

                                    If really this is a standard policy means, you should mention in policy copy know, dealer also made a problem while purchase the tv, they suppose to explain about that.

                                    What ever it is finally the customer only affected. Any way i did not use that gift.

                                    So, kindly look into this one and arrange the installation as free of cost.

                                    Note : samsung service is good but some silly issues is there to handle the customers. Please get back to me.

                                    Finally they spoken to me like about this issue and they try to convenience to me, actually the thing is only 1150 rupees,

                                    They would not be ready to help the customer even which is the problem within the dealer and samsung side.

                                    Fantastic customer support, here after i wont go for samsung.

                                      Im surrender my handset with Bill no. [protected] on 21 March 2017 with the issue of Battery after taking many followup through consumer forum Samsung after I get replacement of New handset on 26/04/2017 by using that handset Im facing issue in Line in display by using in 8 days.

                                      but this line growing after day by day so I surrender my handset to service center on 10/05/2017 with bill no. [protected]. in Alphabetic Business Machine service center Nasik.

                                      I think samsung decided to harass their customer by giving faulty refurbished handset in new packing.

                                      I also demand my money back in last complaint because Its my third time to submitting my mobile in samsung service center within few days.

                                      Why samsung people enjoying customers patience.?? Why samsung people Playing & enjoying with customers patience????

                                      I ONCE AGAIN DEMAND MY MONEY BACK

                                      because I wont harass again with these pathetic service.
