Updated by mjmohd Regarding parcel.
My name is Dr. Thomas Bernard, A representative from United Nation, assigned by Samsung Company for your process.
This is to inform you that your Parcel has successfully arrived Indira Gandhi International airport New Delhi, but I have an issue here with the Airport Authority/customs, which has caused a delay. I have been informed to inform the Owner/Receiver of the package to produce the inspection clearance fee for the parcel delivery.
The parcel is tagged as personal affects and covered with a diplomatic coverage parcel box. As the agent, I am sending you this email, to inform you of the situation at hand. You are requested to pay the inspection clearance fee and the New Delhi customs have made it very mandatory that all parcel must be inspected and cleared.
This is the main reason for this email. The sender/SAMSUNG COMPANY has already paid for the delivery charge to Overall Parcel Courier Services but what the New Delhi Customs is demanding right now is the inspection clearance certificate that will cover the parcel from the airport to your home address.
The New Delhi customs is demanding for the inspection clearance policy that will cover your package before it can delivered to you at your residential address. The inspection clearance charges attract (30, 000 INR) and you will be inform how to make this payment as soon as you're ready to do so. This is non-negotiable, as this is a directive from the Customs Department.
Let me know when are making the payment so I can inform the customs officer incharge of your clearance to send you the adequate remittance details to help you remit the fee's to them.
Contact the New Delhi customs officer who is in charge of your clearance Mrs. Renu Sharma at [protected]
