Dear Sir/Madam,

I am very much dissatisfied with the service and behaviour of people working over their in samsung mobile service center in Skyphone Enterprises @ Bhiwandi,

I have been purchased Devise On 24th July 2016 and So on as Per Your Company Warranty Guidelines 1Year warranty is Been there for my Device,

On 28th march 2017 i have been facing Charging issue on my Device so i went to Skyphone Enterprises Samsung Care Bhiwandi to repair my device

After 1 day i have got Repaired device

And After that My Device was Not running proper device was started many issues like Out going Audio Touch Laggieng issues and many problems,

So After that i again went to Service center Skyphone Enterprises i have submited my Device for repair Jobsheet no. [protected] on 11th April 2017 the staff member given me reciept of submiting my device and He told me that my device will get repaired under warranty and it will get back 2 me in 4 days as so they are need to order parts of my device to repair i accepted there terms and i have submited my Device without any More Discussion

Now on 15th april 2017 i went to service center and now they are Replieng my that my device is Water lock and it will not repaired as in under warranty, and they have given me estimate of Rs4300/-

Can you Explain me i[censored]h taking 4 days to repair the device You cant inform this to customer on same day how can i trust that my Device was in safe hands.. How can you prove that My Device was water damage
As on i have been submited My device on 11th april 2017 that day only Y You people not informed me that my handset is water lock And it will not be Repair under warranty
After that i escalated to samsung Care staff members that uh will have to repair my device in under warranty or i will be Escalated to higher level And also with Consumer forum
And than that person replied me so rudely like jaa Jisko complaint karni hai kar darta nahi may aisa Waisa..
#### man What is this.. This is the way to talk with Customers

Do your service center is Running there service center to fool all customer and to recover there all office Expenses from customer or what.?.

If in 2 days You Cant repair My Handset under warranty

I want my Handset cost Cash Back

    I have bought this machine on 29.10.2015 with two years warranty for my temporary residential work place to manage well my household works to save time and energy. But what i actually received is a headache to waste time, money and energy. the machine started troubling after a few days. i submitted a complaint. the engineers visited the place and checked it thoroughly after opening its main parts and assembled back. they said its due to light fluctuation. i again submitted a complaint. the head engineers visited the place and checked it thoroughly after opening its main parts and assembled back. then a part - drier tub machine was replaced and again they opened the machine. now the machine was working well. I was happy. but this happiness did not last long as after some time the wash tub machine stopped working. again the engineers visited and checked it thoroughly after opening its main parts and assembled back. they said its due to light fluctuation. i again submitted a complaint. the head engineers visited the place and checked it thoroughly after opening its main parts and assembled back. Now the screw handling wholes are damaged because of opening and reopening of the machine. I requested them telephonically a number of times to find a permanent solution. the machine has got damaged due to frequent reopenings. They are arguing that its due to light issue. The company has put a new part in the new models which let the machine stop on high or low voltage and suggested to let the light corrected
    i requested them that light supply is not in my hand. its the same supply for all o[censored]s. if this machine cannot work with light fluctuation resistance. its useless for customers in India.
    But did not listen to my complaint and i am facing the same problem.
    the machine stops working at any time and got damaged due to frequent openings.
    Every time the engineers visited I have to spend a lot of time in filing complaints, taking their calls even during my working hours, waiting for their visits and attending them.
    So i stopped calling customer helpline due to sever mental and physical harassment as it seems they are trying to pass 2 yrs warranty period.
    I rarely use the product as most of the time i don't do washing at home
    but the awakened customer in me forced to me to make a complaint for the sake of other buyers of samsung products which don't suit to Indian conditions.

    please help me - us out
    Please get me rid of the mental harassment and of faulty product

    The follow up is miserable and multiplying the harassment. Though timings for call or visit have been requested and mentioned thoroughly. Even though they have been calling again and again even though I am disconnecting it being in meetings or performing other duties during working hours.
    After that there are long arguments on telephone. Already the two parts out of the four electronic parts have been changed now they are are saying that they will continue to replace all serviceable parts until its possible for them. Its there service policy irrespective of the fact that some products have technical issues. The service engineer again said due to high or low voltage the motor stops working - the new technology feature of Samsung. I am not able to find a solution to high or low voltage fluctuation as they have not given anything in written and i have no prove for this. Otherwise I may have showed it to The Electricity Department or even requested on PM grievances portal for the solution.
    The product is getting damaged due to again and again dissembling and reassembling. Ofcourse the company has to do nothing with it as after the body gets damaged it will suggest that the customer should get it changed on paid basis as the body of the product is not covered in warranty.
    My professional life, my career, my life has also been effected badly due to their calls and arguments. I can't take it any more.
    Please spare me as I am left with no stamina to bear any more harassment of calls, visits and arguments.
    Anybody in this world please get me rid of this product of Samsung and save me from this harassment.
    I promise that I would never purchase a Samsung washing machine in my life again.
    Please spare me of this harassment!!!

    They are playing with. They have called to pick up the machine to service center and asked to call again to detail about the pick up now they have sent the mail for closing the complaint. It is to be noted that I have never asked for refund, instead I have to get it picked up for free & get me rid of this faulty product.

      I have purchased SAMSUNG /AC – AR18MV3HERT (1.5 Ton Inverter) from Prakash Trading Co on 2nd April 2017 & was installed on 3rd April.
      It worked fine for just 4 days and started having issues of No cooling from 7th April 2017.
      I raised a request for this on 8th April 2017 & my complaint no is [protected]. After that 10 times I have spoken in customer care but yet I have not received any call for service centre.
      Today again I have called in customer care for latest status on the same; but they don’t have any latest update regarding service call.
      When we purchase a product from a reputed company like Samsung, they should provide us better after sell service.
      I raised a service request last week. Till date, nobody has called me up. I am really fed up with such callous attitude of Samsung towards its customers. A strict action should be taken against the company. So many times it happened that Samsung has provided inferior service and was not able to meet the deadline.
      I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer care regarding same….
      When we purchase a product from a reputed company like Samsung, they should provide us better after sell service.

          This is an escalation request for issue as per [protected] which was raised on 4th April.

          This TV was installed on 31st March, 17 as per request [protected].
          It worked fine for just 3 days and started having issues from 3rd March.
          I raised a request for this on 4th March.
          Your Service Engineer came and checked the TV and said that its an issue with the screen and needs to be changed.
          He said that part will come in next 3-5 days.
          I waited for the part to for delivery but nothing came.
          when i called the guy he said that part is not available in Pune and will be coming from Delhi and will take 2 more days.
          I waited till 12th and escalated the Matter to Milind and Vishal(CCed here).
          Vishal told me that part will come on 14th.
          But as i got no reply today as well i contacted them.
          He said that part is still in Transit and it might not be able to get it done on 16th as well as its Sunday.

          I understand that the resolution time for this request is 16th April.
          But these dates are decided keeping in mind that Samsung provides services in remote area as well (Pune is definitely not one of them).

          Now, my concerns are:
          Since Pune is a Metro area, well connected with almost all the cities why its taking ages for the part to come. Even if i order a new TV, it will come in just 3-4 days.
          If the part s not available anywhere, what's the use of keeping the inventory.
          if the cited date is 16th, why services are not getting provided even within the agreed date.
          Why Samsung is manufacturing electronics which can't even work for 3 days. Are they not getting tested now a days. As its an electronics part, i can understand that it might face issues but again the resolution must be prompt then. Otherwise what the use of purchasing a SAMSUNG product if it can't work properly for 5 days.

          Utterly disappointed in SAMSUNG, NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM A REPUTED BRAND LIKE THIS.

          I was planning to purchase other electronics but NO, no SAMSUNG product from here on.

          For this inconvenience, Not only i will raise my concerns on social media, i will rate this product very badly on the internet as well.

          Please improve your services.

          Having said that, i want this to be escalated/resolved asap.
          Also, please provide me mail ID/Contact number of the nodal officer so that i can reach out to them personally.

          Please look into this asap.

            Respected samsung's officers;

            Maine 3 april 2017 ko j7 2015 addition ka new device kharida tha. Lakin us device ke hardware me kharabi hai. Maine 8 april or 11 april ko samsung cervice centre visit kiya lakin koi sollution nahi mila.
            Problem yeh hai ki display ya screen ko jab on karte hai 5 minuts ke bad to usme lining bani hui aati hai.
            Jise samsung service centre ke md ne feturs ka name de ke taal diya hai. Or ab aap log bhi koi help nahi kr rahe ho.
            Please better sollution for me.

                I bought this phn from flipcart and started using this phn since 18 Mar 17. I fully charged the battery on the phn after unboxing the same and didn't swith it on. When I swhiched it on after 8 hrs, battery drained to 76%. And also the finger sensor was not working properly. I kept on using and felt battery is draining too fast. I called flipcart on 27 and told them the problms nd requested them to replace the phone. But they denied. I went to Samsung care at Nashik on 29 Mar 17. They took the phn and gave me the phn back on 01 Apr 17 after updating software stating that ur phn is OK now. But the battery fast draining and finger sensor problm remain same. I again visited service centre at Nashik on 10 Apr for the same problms. They took the phn and gave it back today stating there is no battery back up issue. I fully charged the phn and after disconnecting charger battery drained to 95% within 4 minutes without even using Mobile Data. I m feeling like cheated. Pls help me. My contact no is [protected].

                  Sir mene samsung mobile purchase kiya tha jiska model number samsung a5 2016 hai. Ye mobile lene ke 2 din bad hi muje is phone me ek problem aane lagi. Iska display apne aap blank ho jata tha or brightness kam karne par photo negative effect me dikhti thi mene jab iske service centre ka pata kiya to mere yaha ajmer me iska service centre available nahi tha or jab samsung customer care pe phone kiya to unhone muje beawar jake services centre dikhane ko kaha me itna dur nahi jaa skta tha or me job karta hu to mere pas itna time bhi nahi hota to me nahi gaya. Jab thode din bad mera mobile jyada problem dene laga hang hone laga heating problem aane lagi chalte chalte off ho jata to mene wapis iska service centre pata kiya to muje pata chala ki ajmer me iska new service centre khula hai mene waha dikhaya to unhone mera phone dekhne se mana kardiya to ab me kya karu please help me muje mere phone k pese refund chahiye yaa mera phone replace karadijiye

                    I have buy Samsung Z2 mobile in last month when I use the camera of phone it not properly working then I submitted mobile to Samsung care (virar) .
                    on dated 24/03/2017 but still same issue pending .
                    I compare the camera of samsung z2 and other Z2 mobile of friends. it is totally not usable .
                    when I communicate with samsung care of virar thety speak to me all samsung z2 mobile camera are like same but my Z2 camera (5 mp) it show image like VG camera and its display also not working properly

                        Dear sir, i brought my samsung j7 (2016) mobile on aug 19 2016. My registered mobile number [protected].
                        On that day onwards i face uncomfortable to use the samsung mobile like touch issue. Automatic on and off, heating issue and display problem..
                        Lastly i send to the samsung authorized service centre at puducherry for charging issue.

                        They told to change data cable and i changed. But the problem is not resolved. And still the mobile has many problem. 2nd time also went to service centre but they not gave the problem solution.

                        7 month is still completed.. Within this time. The quality of mobile is worst..in this big brand of samsung we not expected such a bad things in quality.. Or else we complaint to the consumer department regarding this..

                        Please give me new product by replacement warranty..

                          In spite of my regular follow-up and several requests / reminders yet my hand set is not repaired due to which I am facing trouble & being irritated also this is very embracing and surprising that you haven't respond to my previous mail dated 10.04.2017 the matter is lingering since long again and again I am corresponding and making efforts to get my hand set in working condition by resolving the matter.

                          Now I am helpless and felling mentally harassed, you have left me with no option rather then get my hand set repair and debit the cost by putting the matter through consumer court.
                          I finally ask the concerned person from your end to respond so that I can proceed further.

                            I went to jaydev vihar and babpu ji nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha service center, with the complaint of my mobile J7, getting error pop up of “SIM card removed” and mobile restrt. When I dposited my mobile at jaydev vihar.
                            Today ( 13 Apr) They have now billed for my LCD replacement of 4500 and after asking for what about ““SIM card removed” complaint, they are saying that we have not checked.
                            First I need to pay for LCD then they will check the “SIM card removed” complaint.
                            This how they make money???
                            Why will we go to authorized service center then??

                                Your centre manager did the rude behaviour due to ask about stand by mobile.he told to me that are u using mobile purist time and insulted me.please see the recording.he abused me outside of centre and told " Jo bhi karna h kar liyo " this type of language.I am strongly mentally disturb after all this.action immediately required.

                                  My samsung A5 2016 battery is swollen and look like it will explode anytime.i have used this samsung for the last 5months after acquiring from my friend who bought this phone in India.initially this samsung A5 2016 oftenly power off when battery charge drops below 50%.i love this phone but LETTING ME DOWN..what can i do please advice accordingly ?ever since i used fast cable charging..i had suspected this may have been the cause of the problem and decided recently to use slow cable charging.this has not solve the problem.

                                    I bought samsung a/c (1.5 ton, 2 star, model no.: ar18fc2uauq) from santaldih, purulia, west bengal. From previous year summer season the ac did not cool properly and whenever we make a complaint via customer care number they come and see and will say there is a leak in the gas line. They come and refill the gas and go off. They charge rs.1500/- for gas filling and service charge rs. 600. But the problem persist. This was done 3 times, in 4 months. Then the service personnel suggest me that i have to change the condenser unit. After 1 month he bring me the samsung branding condenser and replace it with my old one. I have to give 6000 rupees for that and he take the old unit as he told that he have to send back it to the company. But after that the scenario was the same. Again he visited and suggest me to send it to the samsung ac service center at purulia. I send it and after a month it been repaired and i taken back the ac. By the way i have bare all the transportation cost around rs. 3000/-. The service personnel as well as the service center firstly said that either any parts changed nothing have to pay. Now after reinstalling (After another month) they charges me rs. 4000/- for servicing & gas filling.

                                    Now what is the reason behind it? As the service personnel is incompetent, i have to send it to the service center. I have already paid all the cost (Servicing & gas filling) previously, then why i have to pay them again? More over at service center they found leakage in the pipe, then why he changed my condenser unit without proper checking? When we purchase a product from a reputed company like samsung, they should provide us better after sell service.

                                    My AC reinstalled on 12.04.17. From tomorrow again the same problem noticed; i.e. no cooling happening again. Last year I did not use my AC for a single day, this year also going likewise. I again lodge a problem to a direct number given to me on yesterday but till now the service engineer not visited. Even the Service Center personnel called me today evening and some how threatened me for lodging complain to samsung head-office.

                                      Ince january i had a problem with speakers and camera of samsung a8. So i went to samsung service centre (Laxmi nagar) in feburary amd got my problem resolved. While they were reparing my phone its screen came out which they pasted with some glue and it came out after 2 days when i went to them they gave me the old job sheet and told me that some part is broken and i will have to pay 1200 rs but i told them it was their mistake and earlier also i had a talk to customer care people. I made customer care talk to service centre but they refused to tell the name
                                      Its been more than 15 days my complaint is pending with customer care for
                                      1. Wrong job sheet (Gave me order one)
                                      2. They didnt repared my screen, while sticking my screen with glue they harmed my phone receiver
                                      3. Rude tone of service centre people
                                      4. My screen came out.

                                      I have purchasing samsung on8 to flipkart oct 2016 mobile futures very well but know i am found heating issues through phone one week back samsung mobile not charging while open the back cover battery and back cover is burst please refund me my money and take back the phone flipkart and samsung company is not ready to take it back so i have no other option plz do the needfull.
                                      Guys my advice don' t buy samsung on8 samsung service worst

                                        I have raised an complaint about refrigerator's door not getting closed properly on 05-Apr-2017 against the reference number [protected].

                                        Daily same story, morning engineer or support centre team calls and says that some one will visit and fix the issue and by end of the day, once again we get calls and they end up promising for next day.

                                        We even escalated the matter to "Samsung's CEO" desk to get some engineers on job, but no luck. It means that even CEO desk doesnt have control over service station engineers or Samsung is waiting for some more damage to happen, so that they can loot me better.
