I bought One Refrigerator Model No. 280 L –RT28H at a cost of Rs19649/= on 20.05.2011. Since inception the Fridge was producing a big sound. Recently, I found water is leaking from inside body of the Fridge and running down to the bottom of the same daily basis. As a result, vegetables and food staffs inside the fridge are getting damaged extensively. Thereafter, I started taking the matter with your customer care department through your Tele No.[protected]. I found very shocking state of affairs in your Customer Service Department. I called them one month back and gave details of Fridge and the complaint also. I was assured one engineer would visit that day to short the problem. One week elapsed but nobody attended the same. Further, I called up them after 10 days again I was assured that one Technician will visit today only. Further, 7 days lapsed and no one visited from the company or any authorised agency. Finding no other way I again called the above No. And told them about the complaint I was again assured with a complaint No.[protected] dated 31.03.2017. But again it was in vain and no one attended that so far. Then I called for the last time on 04.04.2017 and I was assured that this time I would receive at least call from any Technician. But still I am waiting for the same.
The above story speaks about the sorry state of affairs about the Company which is globally renounced as great producer of Electrical Goods. But the top brass of the organisation should know the sorry state of affairs inside the company and customer dissatisfaction it is generating for poor service offered to them.
I want to warn the company with my letter and hope this should act as whether bell about the worst state of affairs inside the Company. I am suffering more than two months and the sorry condition of Fridge is causing lot of damage to my properties. Today someone called from Samsung and assured me one technician will attend but I waited whole day no one attended the same so far.
Lastly I am not a casual customer of Samsung. I have TV and Mobile make by Samsung.
I hope appropriate action from the competent authority.

    Hi,
    My name is Gaurav Maheswari,
    I had given my phone for repair on 06 March 2017, for the repair of broken display.
    The estimate i received was for the amount INR 27532/-
    I have attached the estimate copy for your reference, the display was being changed along with the motherboard.
    I received the device with the repairs done against the service request number [protected] on around 22 March 2017.

    Since receiving my device, i noticed the device is having a lot of problems after the repair -
    1- The back pasting was not done properly, the pasting tape was protruding out.
    2- The battery backup had got worst. Draining about 3 % per hour on deep sleep, without using the device.
    3- Ear piece had a crackling sound.
    4- Wireless charging not consistent. It Stops charging after an hour or so without the battery being fully charged.
    5- Volume button, power button clicking with a very loud sound.
    6- Home button not responsive, i have to press it very hard.

    I immediately went to the service centre R-Logic Technology Service India, Lal Bagh Road. the next morning and gave my device asking them to fix the issues,
    I was told the ear piece and the battery has some problem and would be replaced in a couple of days once they get the stock and the took the device from me, this was on 23 March 2017 against the service request number [protected]

    On 25 March i went to collect the device, during the diagnostic before handing the phone to the customer they noticed the knox had been triggered, which they weren’t sure how it happened as while handing the device over to them they had run the diagnostic check to find the problem and it wasnt tripped that time, they told me that enabling knox and installing apps from the play store causes this, but upon further invertigation from your website documentation, i realised what he stated to me is untrue and he is just trying to cover up the fact that they caused this.
    They asked for a few days of time to process the device repairs under warranty as they need approval.
    On 29 March they finally gave me the device, with the knox triggered, and i was still facing the same problems, with the battery, charging and the phone heating up now.
    I went to the service center on 30 March asking them to fix the issues and i was told they cannot since the knox has been triggered and it won’t be covered under warranty despite it being their mistake,

    I was surprised since while giving the device to them with the previously new motherboard, and knox not tripped, they accepted it and due to some error form their part, the knox tripped and they very conveniently gave the device back without fixing the issue or the knox trigger.
    I told them that it was their mistake and despite repairs i am still facing problems with the device, the person told me that the motherboard is defective and they won’t cover it under warranty and i would have to pay again!.

    So in the end, after spending about INR 27000/- and giving the repaired phone for repairs again since the service quality wasnt upto mark, the service center making my device warranty void, i am still having issues with my device with the battery drain, button issues, home button not responsive, over heating and wireless charging issues.

    It is very surprising to see such kind of service with Samsung, with the amazing design and features of the device but the service quality is very disappointing and they end up damaging parts of my device which were previously working fine.
    Please follow up with the service centre to find out how exactly my device had the knox tripped since while taking the device they checked it and it wasnt tripped.
    Kindly provide a resolution for my problem at the earliest as i am still facing issues mentioned despite giving my device for service multiple times and getting a paid repair, and also my device warranty is only till 12 May 2017.

    Hi,
    Well despite your customer team contacting me, it made no difference to the repairs and the quality of repair you provided.
    It shows the lack of drive for customer support excellence where you would rather spend money on replacing parts once by one, eventually spending more than the device worth with still the problem persisting rather than taking alternate steps in solving the issue such as replacing the device or repairing it with an expert who can actually solve the issue.
    It shows to what length your customer care team would go to not accept their mistake and spend the company's money on changing the same component again and again without fixing the issue.

    Kindly check and take actions to get this problem solved once and for all .

      Sir,
      I had purchased a samsung mobile phone j700 from mk electronics & refrigeration new delhi costing rs. 14599/- on 5.10.2016. Suddenly, there was a software problem in the same which stopped working. Immediately i had made a complaint to the company on 13.10.2016 at [protected]@appsyouneed.in for replacement /repair of the phone together with claim form and other all supported documents as the same is under warranty/guarantee period and is covered under insurance who generated a claim intimation number (Cin) no. D[protected]. Since then, i have been reminding them time to time over phone and emails but no further response about my claim has been received from their side so far. You are requested to kindly help me in this regard.

        We ordered an S7 from the Samsung official website and the device stopped functioning after 3 weeks. The service guys came and picked it up and said that the mother board had burnt out. We would like Samsung to replace the handset or give us the money back.

        They are doing neither.

        We have been talking to them and have dropped several emails to the CEO's office and they still havent resolved this. It's almost been a month now.

          Dear Sir/Mam,

          This is to bring into notice that I register complaint for my Samsung Refrigerator for the cooling issue I am facing, to the Samsung customer care services and requested them to assign an engineer to sort the issue. But I got highly disappointing by the response I got till date from the company side. I registered the complaint on 3rd of April, 17' and its 6th April, 17' today and till date I didn't get any service despite of calling them several times. Each time I call them, I get the same response from the CCE regarding the visit of the engineer and several commitments made from their side.
          Request you to kindly take the necessary action against this and provide me the solution to fulfill the losses I suffered in between.

          In all apps my sumsung on 7 mobile ask permission...when we open permission option then...overlay show...and permission is not start so that no one apps work in the mobile... after that when reset mobile and download agains all apps then apps works for few days and after that same problem comes ...

              I ordered samsung ar18mv3hlwk inverter split ac (1.5 ton, 3 star rating) product online on 29th march 2017 and it got delivered on 1st march. I was happy that my little daughter who is 6 months old will not feel heat any more and will have a nice sleep. I called samsum customer care on the same day for installation request and today is 6th april 2017, no engineer has visited yet for installation, daily i am calling the customer care, every time these executives say "definitely today it will get it done", but nothing is happened till data. Not even a single message from customer care about the engineer details who are visiting for installation. There is no full proof after giving promise. I trusted so much on samsung and so i bought it, but this installation service seems to be driving head.

                Sub :- Mis-guide by service engineer and over quote for repair. Call no. [protected], CR No. 144007 (Book No. 2881) dated 31st March’17.
                SAMSUNG always provide quality product with best after sale service record to their consumer in India.
                I am Chartered Accountant and working in MNC at Gurgaon, and very big fan of Samsung products and have too.
                This is very 1st time, that I un-impressed with after sale service for my LCD TV provided by Samsung through their service partners.
                Case :- I bought Samsung 32” LCD TV Model :- LA32A550 P1R MXL in Oct’2008 for INR 40, 000. From last 7-8 days, I am facing problem in screen, which shows white screen without any picture with volume only.
                I registered my complaint at your Samsung Service Centre, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi (Franchise through HCL Service Ltd. A-233, Okhla Phase-1, New Delhi) on 30th March’17 vide call no. [protected]. Against the same, one Engineer (Mr. Amit or Amud) visited my place and after inspection, he quoted around INR 35, 000/- repair charges. As per his quotation, he told us, that picture tube etc, got faulty and need to replace. I surprise to hear his quote.
                Against INR 40K buying amount, how is it possible repair charges around INR 35, 000/-. Just to reconfirm from other outside engineer, I paid visiting charges INR 173/- through CR No. 144007 (Book No. 2881) dated 31st March’17 on that date. Next day, I called other outside engineer, (who is well verse in his field), told me that one part “T-Con Board” is faulty in my television, which will cost around INR 4, 000/- (Four Thousand only). Due to almost 90% repair cost difference from earlier quotation given by your service engineer for INR 35, 000/- and INR 4, 000/-, I am really got confused. Since, I am very keen to get work done from authorized centre of company only, are in fix now, which is right.
                But two engineers in the same field can’t get too wrong in this way that cost come down to 90%.
                I am sorry to say, but I feel very bad, that big company like Samsung has authorized after sale services to these kind of persons, who try to cheat innocent people and try to fetch huge amount on account of repair just because buyer has no electrical knowledge.
                As prudent customer, I thought, this case should brought into knowledge of senior management of Samsung Co. to avoid any further damage to the company’s image without any reason.
                Company should take serious action against every person, who tried to damage reputation of the company without any fault of the company.
                I request you to investigate this issue and take necessary action. Also, send another engineer, who can guide us in right direction with correct cost of repair. I am not very comfortable to go outside service centre other than authorized by the company.

                  I purchased a Samsung refrigerator in response to advisement on internet on March 20, 2017 for
                  RS. 7999. I was having a peaceful life and now I have landed in trouble. Samsung informed that the refrigerator will be delivered after 24 hours. The persons who delivered the refrigerator did not produce any document like invoice, guarantee certificate or instruction manual. They only produced delivery note mentioning order number 60dd13. I have not ordered anything on Samsung as I purchased the refrigerator on line and paid on line. No order was necessary.

                  The refrigerator was commissioned by service technician from MS. LR Enterprises who are responsible for service of Samsung Refrigerators. The service technician informed that the refrigerator was used for over 15 years. Internal parts of refrigerator were damaged. The refrigerator smelling. There were deep dents on outside of the refrigerator. The refrigerator runs nonstop increasing power bill. He was not sure how long the refrigerator will work. The refrigerator is useless for me.

                  I was in contact[protected] for a long time. They are promising that they will send a technician to study possibility of taking back the refrigerator.So far, no technician has turned uup.

                  I am undergoing considerable torment for the last several days. I request Samsung to have pity on me and take back the refrigerator and pay me Rs.7999. If Samsung return the money, I will immediately purchase a Direct Cool refrigerator from Samsung.

                    I have called the customer care sseveral times regarding the installation of my LED but none of the technician has called yet for the installation, its been 2 days over, people from Customerservice has been saying that they have forwarded the reminder to the service centre but when asked how about giving the nos of a concerned person whom i can talk personally, the reply to it was they dont have the nos, where's the outcome then, do i have to wait forever for the technician visit, my reference nos is [protected], they have the worst after sales service, it feels like that i have been cheated.

                      Hi Respected Sir/Madam,
                      This is Hari a Frustrated and Neglected Customer of Split AC 18KC5UDMC purchased as on 28/4/2016 in Sri Tirumala Electronics, Sangareddy. I raised a Complaint that my AC not Giving cooling Air, week back I gave a complaint, I called to Samsung Customer care Head office India, they Forward my Complaint to the local Samsung Center Sangareddy, they called me 4 days back and ask about my problem and I explained them, they said they will send the technician on 3 days back, but they did not, again i called to Local Samsung center, they said technicians are not available will send tomorrow, it means 2 days back I said OK, but no one came to me, again I called them yesterday, they said technician are coming today to I stay in home for technician but no one came, yesterday evening Mr : D S Reddy technician called me and said today I cannot come I will come tomorrow by 10am which means today morning 10am, Yesterday actually he came to my locality this was said by him, I called up to the technician at 9:30 to remind him that he must come today, but he said I went to some other place so I will come by 1 or 1 ½ hr I said ok come as early as possible I have some other work too he said ok, today he came to my locality but he did not came to my home to solve my problem I don’t know what their problem to Ignore my problem, he went to someone who is near my home but he did not came to me, because of this people I wasted Two days by sitting in home, Samsung has a good name in Market in service, but I won’t think it will be in Future. From a week ago I am Following up but there is no response from them. I hate this Samsung and their Service. It is the Worst Service I ever received.                         May I bring to you notice the following:

                        • Of late we have been immensely irked by the deplorable support services of Samsung and regret having bought so many appliances paying a huge amounts, believing in the so called branded Samsung
                        • THE PROBLEM : The refrigerator bought on 1.07.2015 [ INV 114;Product particulars RT 45H5809SL/TL at Rupees 58, 000/-]started draining water, so the local service office was contacted for rectifying the problem on 25th March 2017. The technician came at 3.00pm, and while on the job, carelessly punctured the gas tube, resulting in a total breakdown. He deputed another technician, [ who did not seem to be a Samsung personnel]w, who came at 8.30pm and worked on the fridge upto about 11.00pm. During this process, he opened the back panel of the fridge and cut out small parts [a cyclinder]. I asked him why he was cutting out the original parts and he said it was broken. He then bought another tube and connected it from the outside, in a very shabby manner. However the cooling resumed, but the registered problem was not solved, with the water still draining. He left leaving us with an additional problem of an unnerving sound that continues 24 x 7 to this day. This second technician charged me RS.2, 800, [TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED]. Two days later, I received a message on my mobile saying the bill was Rs.460. My question: Why am I made to pay such a huge amount for no fault of mine???? when it is the fault of the unqualified and unskilled technicians, who do not possess the knowledge or skills to deal with such problems and make matters worse???
                        • Despite all this, the problem HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED, to date.i.e.5th April 2017. The water continues to drain and the fridge makes a continuous sound, disturbing our sleep at night.Calling the Regional manager: Mr Nitin and apprising him of the situation did not yield any results...only false promised and lip service, which Samsung is ver good at!!!. . As I go to work, finally the appointment was made for 30th March post noon, but to no avail, the technician did not turn up.
                        • Hence due to immense frustration and stress over the fortnight, I addressed the problem to the CEO's office on email to consider a replacement of the fridge: the reasons being that for the inept and defective work of the technicians and for no fault of ours, we were made to pay a huge sum with no receipt, and left with a defaced fridge. On instruction from the CEO's office, two days later, but as is their habit, two technicians did not come at the appointed time, and arrived just 15 minutes before I had to leave for work. Altho, they opened the doors of the fridge and took pictures of the defaced back, they reported saying that I did not allow them to inspect. This is a blatant lie for their unpunctuality. The call centre lady by the name of Premalatha apprised me of the technicians blaming me for my non cooperation. Having added to our anguish, I put the phone down and am now appealing to you for a considerate addressal of our grievance
                        • Alternately, may be you could consider a buyback, as the fridge is less than two years old as we cannot afford to buy another fridge. We foreseea total breakdown in the near future .Even if we are forced to buy another one, for sure, it will NOT be A Samsung.
                        • As senior citizens and my husband having the served the country, we would request you to give our grievance due consideration.
                        NEVER AGAIN, WILL WE BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT OR EVEN RECOMMEND TO OUR FRIENDS TO PURCHASE ONE, ESPECIALLY IN THE CITY OF MYSORE, KARNATAKA

                          Hello,

                          I purchased Samsung S7 edge from Dubai on "24may2016". Unfortunately later on the month of August I broke the display to which a replacement was done at Samsung authorized gallery and here is the address for the same.

                          Once the display replacement was completed after couple of months I saw a strange pink line appearing at the right side of the Phone. I went back to the shop from where i purchased the mobile (Dubai) and they handed over to Samsung service center in Dubai. They stated that the display was replaced and can't do the needful and something need to be checked at India, as I have replaced the screen in authorized Samsung service center why there should not be a replacement.

                          And when i returned it to Samsung service Center (Ghatkopar, India) they stated that the warranty for the display for only 3 months and can't be replaced.

                          The pink line is something we see in maximum of the S7 edge phone and a replacement should be performed. I have used Samsung Grand, Samsung S5, Samsung Note4 Edge and now Samsung S7 edge (i can provide IMEI numbers if requested). considering the quality provided we tend to sick with the same brand. Considering the price/cost paid for the mobile this is something Samsung should consider to replace the screen.

                          I request you to please do the needful in getting the screen replaced. considering the fact that the pink line is now appearing in maximum of the S7 edge displays, and also considering the huge price paid for the mobile and screen replacement.

                          Hello there,
                          The issue is not yet resolved, i handed over the mobile to customer care Ghatkopar and they are stating that screen will not be replaced because there might be some external force applied and hence the display seems to have pink line. I want to comment here that there wasn't any external force applied. The pink line in right side of the edge display is a major problem across all S7 edge display, if you Google it there are many cases registered on having the pink line issue and i don't get a sense here how you guys can refer that because of external force there is a problem in display. And all the customers out there should have this problem right ? Which means that something has to really care about.
                          And on top of that the customer service chap is now stating that there is a battery issue, i never faced any battery issue. They are just stating there is a battery issue but no clear instructions on what exactly the problem is.

                          Are you guys making up a reasons for not getting this display replaced. I want to get the display replaced considering the fact that that an hardware issue something should be definitely managed by Samsung team. I have saved money for many years to get this headset and the results/quality worries me.
                          I demand for an resolution at the earliest.

                          Even I faced this issue just a week after my warranty expired. A vertical pink line popped up passing nearby the battery symbol on my phone and I also checked it and it turned out to be a universal issue.
                          I contacted Samsung customer care they told me that the service centre guys will decide whether this is a technical fault or a damage to the device. But after looking into your review I don't feel like wasting my time going to the service centre.

                          my phone is also facing the same issue, and all of google is flooded with the similiar complaints of pink line. my phone is almost 18 months old and i am using it very delicately. it was never fallen, nor it was pressed. even i do not charge my mobile for extra hours, just 40 to 45 min a day

                          I saw the pink line after i woke up in morning, it was running fine in the night hours.

                          please check what can be done, i am using samsung phone from last 7 years and this time i got the problem. This is a serious issue, with the quality of the product.

                          Same issue happened with my S7 edge. I have been using samsung phones since 2010. This is the first time I got an issu with the phone. Since last month a pink line started to appear on my phone. Warranty got expired in June 2017. This is happening to many users. After purchasing the costliest phone now I have to suffer through this. This is really bad quality product from a huge brand.

                              I had purchased this fridge on 10/06/2016 from Samsung Showroom at Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. in Jan2017, there was ice formation in the bottom part of fridge and your customer care set up took about ten days in replacing the faulty part causing great inconvenience to us.. The same problem has cropped again indicating that the unit supplied to us is defective and needs to be replaced which must be done urgently to avoid further continuing inconvenience.

                                I registerd a complaint last friday on samsungservices centre in chennai, which is authorised a guy came and repaired on saturday, in which he broken my tv board he dont even know how to service we asked for solutions for that broken board, these guy called his boss and that guy told be reduction of 500 plus 6 months warrenty for that board.

                                  Hyd Customer care is not responding to my calls for AC installation. After buying the AC I got a call from [protected] and asked me to call back for installation once delivered to home.When I called them they didnot respond and disconnecting my calls. They are avoiding my calls from past 3 days. I have also raised high priority ticket with[protected], still they were disconnecting and avoiding our calls. I have been using Samsung products from last 10 years and I have not faced this kind of embarrassment. Looking at this situation I don't see any value in buying Samsung products in future.

                                  52, 000 worth AC is just lying in my hall without any use. If this kind of service is provided by the company than no one will buy or recommend samsung products near future.

                                  Same issue with me.. they keep on saying sir no technician is available will get it done next day.. i'm also using samsung products never faced this kind of situation.. will think of opting other brand not samsung anymore in future..

                                    It has been 5 days I have purchased two Samsung split inverter Ac's and have been repeatedly calling their service center for installation, but they only keep telling me the engineer will visit but no one turns up or tries to call back regarding the installation. I am fed up of trying to call their service center as the only response is sorry for the inconvenience and no real solution is provided by them.
                                    I have lodged more than 4 complaints with them.

                                        I am pradipta ranjan chakrabortty. From contai purba medinipur.. I went to contai samsung care with in my warrenty period on friday 1.30pm. (Approx) to the problem of "a white straight line light appearing in horizontally on the the misdle of the display it is not seen all the time and with in 10 minutes its automaticaly removed on the middle of my j2 mobile. They told me its display problem it will be fixed in 4 days and they took my phone.. Then on that day they call me at 7.30 pm (Approx). And told me its display problem and it will be opened infront of the customer. And told me to came in care on sunday.. Then when i reached in care at 5 pm (Approx) they were trying to show me that the a breaking region on the butom section of the display in verticaly.. They told me if the display was broken by any pressure internaly. Then i should have to pay the bill. Other wise thay can fixed it in free of cost.. They are showing me a break point of the disply in buttom section in switch off mode. And told me choose your decision to open the mobile or not.. When i switch on my mobile i watch that every time white light is staying in buttom section on the mobile screen vertically.. But thats was not my problem.. When i ask this question they told me they are not opend my phone till now.. It will be for your dammage point of the buttom section.... But this buttom section problem can not seen earlyer before give the phone to the samsung care... Please solve... They are throwing their faults on me. And tryed to repair the mobile paying the bill by me... My question"if they have protocol that display problem should be solved or opened infront of the customer then why they were taken my mobile for repaire on friday. And told me with in 4 days my moibile will be cured??" is this the meaning of warrenty?? 2.4.2017 sunday i was calling the sumsung customer service toll free no. And informed my problem he told me he can understood the problem. And cut my phone.. Till now i did not get any solution. But i am suffering the problem which was made in samsung care

                                        i am pradipta ranjan chakrabortty from contai manoharchak purba medinipur. my mobile no [protected] which i give at contai customer care. [protected] its another no which is now available . my email id is pradipta.[protected]@gmail.com...now i have no referrence id which was given me from the samsung care..because when i gave my mobile first time friday 31.03.2017 at care they gave me a document in which my mobile problem and referrence id was written. and they told me that i should have to carry the document when i will go there to take my mobile, when they will call me and inform me that my mobile has repaired.. after that when i went there on sunday 2.04.2017 they received my document and tryed to understand me the bottom section was damage . this damaged was made by me at any type of pressure . and said to choose the option they will open my mobile or not. if i say yes to open my mobile and it shows a damage problem then i should have to pay the bill. and then i will say i do not want to repaire due to lack of money then they can not be give my mobile as like as i give them my mobile and display can be damaged totally.. for this reason i can not take the risk and told them to give me my mobile and they are canceled my repairing service... and they give me my mobile.. they do not give me any document that prove that i was given my mobile to the samsung care... when i told them to give any receipt copy that says that i gave the mobile to the care.. then they told me this type of any receipt document do not provide to the customer from any care . . and they took my document and they told me that your data is loaded in samsung care data base ..sir, please you think that how can a customer knows that a care can cheat with him.??? and customer should have to keep a xerox copy of that document which was given from customer care to the customer??
                                        I have ordered a 20000 mHz power bank with Bluetooth but it is not 20000 mHz it is only 9000 mHz and Bluetooth is also not working
