I am a hapless customer of a9pro smartphone.
I purchased this phone on the night of 14/01/2017, and within 4-5 days the phone started to reboot on its own. We took the phone to the service center on 22/01/2017 and was told to take a data backup and come back. As we are working and could not go to the service center during the weekdays, we went with the phone on 28/01/2017....

I bought new phone at 7 march 2017, this phone have a network problem, i went in samsang care at kaithal city haryana after 15 days I bought phone from. They told phone have a motherboard problem and they fixed new motherboard, but it was still not show network problem, but samsang care told me phone is ok now they don't listen to me, but my phone is still ****, i am not happy with the s care plz solve my problem

I got a Samsung S7 edge in the month of December 2016 whose screen was shattered and when I took it to the service CENTER I was informed that I will have to pay 30200 to have this repaired and with the screen warranty it would be 18000 as they found that there has been a water log in the device.
I'm pretty much sure that the phone was never in contact with water and when I claimed this to the representatives...

Disappointed with response from Samsung Service when I called to have this dryer repaired. We were told that since the dryer is out of warranty there is no authorized Samsung repair facility in our area. We called 2 local appliance repair shops and neither said they would repair Samsung products and could not recommend one that would. I bought a refrigerator from Samsung trusting its brand name and every now and then it stops working.
last year when it stopped working, i called there costumer care for repair and they charged me around 3000 rupees saying that the compressor was broken and it have to be replaced along with gas.
