My ac which I brought from reliance digital now it's swing motor is not working i contacted customer care service center even but it had been more then 12 days and none of the engineer came to repair the machine and it's also my humble request if you can exchange my model with an other set of same kind as I think it is a defective piece and my first complaint was on 21 march

    Dear Team,
    Once I charge my battery it gets charge 90% or more and then comes back to 85% and more. It takes 3 to 3&1/2 hours to complete charge.

    Being loyal customer of samsung I bought samsung J7 prime mobile on Oct 2016 and made so many compaints, asking some solution and got so many suggestions also but couldn't find any solution. Lastly as advised by your phone officer I visited authorised customer centre for repairing it. It got repaired saying that need to change motherboard and bettery for charging issue. After doing it still facing same problem and advised again by your phone banking officer to revisit again to authorised Service centre of fixing the same problem.

    Request you to pls replace my samsung J7 prime or get it resolved by not biding again to Service centre as I am residing to far away from Service centre. Need resolution ASAP!!

      I have purchased samsung J5 Hanset on 25th April 2016 and its battery started blooming and my mobile back cover is not fitting properly i have went to samsung care, Mohali many times for replacement of battery but they told that j5 batteries are not coming so they cannot replace my battery.

        I've purchased samsung ac from pai international electronics ltd on 19/03/2017 which worked for couple of days and stopped working.

        I've logged a complaint with the reference # [protected]

        They said they will resolve the issue immediately.

        I made more than 200+ calls to service center and pai international where they gave multiple service engineers names and one named khaleel promised that he will be visiting me and on his promise i applied leave in office and kept on calling him. Finally at 10:00 pm in the night he gave answer stating that his duty time is completed and switched off his mobile.

        I'm seriously offended and want to log official complaint on samsung and paiinternational

          I purchased samgung galaxy jy prime from imphal and and was told that for any problem occuring within 14 days my phone will be replaced. But on the second day itself i the coplain about the screen touch problem and ask the shopkeeper to replaced my mobile phone. But he told me that you have to go toservice centre for that. But i will not go to service centre as i was told that the phone will be replaced within 14 days. If i am not satisfied with the set. It should be replaced. Kindly resolved the matter at the earliest.

            Samsung refrigerator - rt47k6358sl, there is ice being formed in the lower portion of fridge right from 1st month, i am frustrated by the pathetic service by samsung and regret going for samsung refrigerators. I want an immediate refund of my money. Below are sequence of events in this case
            1) called the customer care in first 2-3 months of purchase, regarding the issue, they suggest turning off the fridge for 8 hours and using it, did that twice with no fix
            2) service engineer come home and suggests turning off the fridge for more than 24 hours, did that and the issue reappears within a week
            3) after few weeks new service engineer then says it is a known issue with these imported pieces and replaced some pcb and asked to keep it off for 24 hours, did that. Didn't see the issue for 5-6 weeks but the issues started again now.
            4) raised issue again now and the new service engineer comes home after more than a week of continuous calling and blames it on the previous service center and just closes the request stating that we requested to come after 8 pm

            With all the above sequence of events we have lost the patience and trust on your brand and need immediate full refund of the money.

                Hello,
                I purchased samsung a/c 1.5 ton ar18mv5hets on mar 29 2017.
                Till now no engineer from samsung to install my product.
                I called samsung help line[protected] regarding the installation of my product.
                The customer care people are not responding properly.

                I even kept a mail to the executive engineer. Still no response from them.
                Is this the kind of service you will be providing to the customer.
                I will file a case in consumer court.

                  I have been chasing Samsung support for a month now for an issue with Samsung Refrigerator with Model RT26M. As per the Engineer the Compressor is blown out and the same has to be replaced. The purchase was in 2012 and as per that the warranty is applicable but Samsung is not ready to resolve the same as the Invoice is not available. I was asked to refer back to the dealer to get a duplicate invoice and the dealer refused as the same was purchased 4 Yrs back. I even clarified to Samsung Support team along with the Escalation team that the Paper work was lost during the Chennai Floods but to no avail.
                  I have even dropped multiple emails to the CEO mail box but surprisingly I am just getting stereotyped responses without any solve.
                  I was offered a discount from the Escalation team to get the same fixed but surprisingly the discounted pricing was higher than the price quoted by the Service Center.
                  Not sure what is the Quality test done as the Compressor conked off in less than 5 Years.

                    I bought the AC on May 25, 2015. I asked for the last service post which the AC isn't working well. We lately realised that the ac valve wasn't tighten by the service man, and due to which the gas was leaked. I have been charged visiting charges and gas filling charges as well. I believe the gas emissions should not happen to a new product within 2years.

                      Since 1st April 2017 i had updated my note 5 from marshmallow to nougat...the update wasn't had any interruptions ...after the update the fast charging doesn't seems to work anymore...it is written in that fast charging while charging and the approximate time also there but it doesn't charge fast ...sometimes it takes more than normal charging...or sometimes it take 45 minutes to charge 15 %...so please help me...for that issue ...give us some software updates regarding this matter..

                        Hi there,

                        This is 7 days I am just waiting for my AC service. Reg No is [protected]. Till now no status. Every time I call customer care you are saying within 24 hours service center will call you but no call till now.

                        The temperature is increasing day by day and it is difficult to live without AC now. I purchase Samsung AC because of your good service otherwise there are are good AC products in market. But if your service quality is like this then no one will purchase or anyone will not suggest. Atleast I will not suggest to anyone.

                        Please refund my AC amount for all of your false promise. I need to buy a new AC now since I do not see any progress in your service.

                        They didn't provide any resolutions rather returned the faulty AC to my home back from their service center and charged an amount for transportation. Just imagine how they are treating their customers. They are cheaters.

                        I didn't get any call from Samsung Customer Service. How can you mark it as closed? They are worst service provider and selling all low quality ACs. I am a victim and will not suggest anyone to buy their products.

                        Please do not buy AC product from them. Their products are not for long duration. Within 5 years you need to replace it. I am suffering.

                          My Samsung J7 is under warranty period and screen of my phone is not working properly.
                          Blinking problem. When i starts using phone the screen blinking problem starts. Blinking problem is not for whole screen it is only in upper part of screen.

                                I had bought Samsung Invert-er Technology 1.5 ton Split Air Conditioner From Bajaj Electronic Street#8, Habsiguda Hyderabad 500007,

                                From the very next day after installation i can hear lots of noise from my indor unit, i have also noticed that my AC not blowing cool air as per the selected temperature settings and it is even not cooling my room.

                                I am from Hyderabad, and i had bought this AC from Bajaj Electronic Street number 8, Habsiguda Hyderabad 500007, around 30 days back, i have also raised a complaint but there is no response.

                                I want you guys to please arrange a replacement for this or else ill be forced to take this matter more seriously and legally.

                                  Gave mobile (bought in Dubai) as mentioned in subject @Service Centre, Rajaji Nagar, B'lore on 25th March.
                                  No calls from customer care about updates and status.
                                  Every time I only had to call to know status. (Not even once I was called to inform status)
                                  Finally, today went to receive handset without repair as motherboard costs too high.
                                  The lady at desk need to look into details of jobsheet and speak.
                                  Highly irresponsible head, and staff.
                                  After charging Rs.150, at least call twice or thrice to inform customer about status.
                                  Let this not happen to future customers.

                                    Mr. Mahmood visited and reported back to his workshop workshop-in-charge asked for advance money Rs1000/=(Thousand Rupees)to buy the heater for its repair said we have too order this very part that has to be replace he promised that it will be replaced within 24 hours, but more than three days have passed on no one has come to till date when I made a call to him and didn't reply .I just want to ask to whom so ever it may concern that do SAMSUNG INDIA provides service by asking customers to pay in advance, I didn't thought of this with you people.

                                      This is to bring to your notice, the following facts:
                                      1)I have purchased a Samsung SM-G935 on[protected].

                                      2)On 21st March 2017, some issues arose with regard to the display screen of the phone and so I approached the Samsung authorized service center at “VANDHANA COMMUNICATIONS, No 51/102, 20th Main Road, Marenahalli Main Road, Near Sai Krupa Hospital, Vijaynagar, Bangalore - 40”. However, even as the service center repaired the display screen and returned the phone to me, there arose new issues with regard to the microphone. No caller was audible on the phone nor was I audible to them. I approached the service center again pointing out the new problem in the phone. I was told orally that there was some mistake on their side while repairing in the first instance and hence repaired the microphone. All of this was covered by warranty.

                                      3)However, soon after the repair of the microphone, there arose a major problem. The said phone whose primary feature, as shown in advertisements and as assured to me personally by the salesman was “water resistance up to 30 minutes in water as deep as 1.5 meters”. On 27th March 2017, the phone accidentally fell into water, for less than 30 seconds. When I took the phone to the service center as mentioned above, I was told that there was “water logging” and that the complaint was “warranty void”. I was asked to pay over Rs. 28, 000/- for repairs!

                                      4)Please note that this shocking and disappointing rejection of the warranty by the service center is unacceptable as it is contrary to the product assurance of water resistance. Some questions remain unanswered. How would the phone suffer water-logging, when it was exposed to water for less than 30 seconds? Was there a part concerning the waterproofing misplaced by the service center, especially in the light of the center mistakenly damaging the microphone in the first instance?

                                      5)Suffice it to say, that there has been a defective product sold to me at an astronomical price, then there were defects in service by the service center, and finally I am being asked to pay a huge sum again, for a defect arising certainly because of Samsung and its authorized service center. I hence demand that the phone be repaired with immediate effect, without any delay, and being covered by the warranty, to be free from cost, failing which I will be constrained to take legal recourse to assert my right as a consumer.

                                      I am looking forward for any early resolution (replacement of above said parts free of cost under warranty) for the faulty service extended during servicing my phone.

                                        This is with reference to a complaint no. [protected] dated 28.03.17 and [protected] dated 29.03.17 regarding Refrigerator service.

                                        I want to explain that I'm chasing to Samsung service provider to repair my refrigerator model no. RT45 since 28.03.2017 but due to poor response and poor technical capability of your service executives unable to get corrected the same.
                                        As Samsung is a brand which is picked up by any customer with blind eyes but after such pathetic experience from your service provider, I feel no one should buy Samsung Product.

                                        After a long persuasion from your service executives, every day new executive comes, do something, make charges and just after some time refrigerator go down as per earlier condition.

                                        After seeing such pathetic condition I must feel to go consumer court so that others will not face such pathetic situation.

                                        I want to bring above issue in your knowledge and request you to look into the matter to repair above said refrigerator today itself.
