Your centre manager did the rude behaviour due to ask about stand by mobile.he told to me that are u using mobile purist time and insulted me.please see the recording.he abused me outside of centre and told " Jo bhi karna h kar liyo " this type of language.I am strongly mentally disturb after all this.action immediately required.

    My samsung A5 2016 battery is swollen and look like it will explode anytime.i have used this samsung for the last 5months after acquiring from my friend who bought this phone in India.initially this samsung A5 2016 oftenly power off when battery charge drops below 50%.i love this phone but LETTING ME DOWN..what can i do please advice accordingly ?ever since i used fast cable charging..i had suspected this may have been the cause of the problem and decided recently to use slow cable charging.this has not solve the problem.

      I bought samsung a/c (1.5 ton, 2 star, model no.: ar18fc2uauq) from santaldih, purulia, west bengal. From previous year summer season the ac did not cool properly and whenever we make a complaint via customer care number they come and see and will say there is a leak in the gas line. They come and refill the gas and go off. They charge rs.1500/- for gas filling and service charge rs. 600. But the problem persist. This was done 3 times, in 4 months. Then the service personnel suggest me that i have to change the condenser unit. After 1 month he bring me the samsung branding condenser and replace it with my old one. I have to give 6000 rupees for that and he take the old unit as he told that he have to send back it to the company. But after that the scenario was the same. Again he visited and suggest me to send it to the samsung ac service center at purulia. I send it and after a month it been repaired and i taken back the ac. By the way i have bare all the transportation cost around rs. 3000/-. The service personnel as well as the service center firstly said that either any parts changed nothing have to pay. Now after reinstalling (After another month) they charges me rs. 4000/- for servicing & gas filling.

      Now what is the reason behind it? As the service personnel is incompetent, i have to send it to the service center. I have already paid all the cost (Servicing & gas filling) previously, then why i have to pay them again? More over at service center they found leakage in the pipe, then why he changed my condenser unit without proper checking? When we purchase a product from a reputed company like samsung, they should provide us better after sell service.

      My AC reinstalled on 12.04.17. From tomorrow again the same problem noticed; i.e. no cooling happening again. Last year I did not use my AC for a single day, this year also going likewise. I again lodge a problem to a direct number given to me on yesterday but till now the service engineer not visited. Even the Service Center personnel called me today evening and some how threatened me for lodging complain to samsung head-office.

        Ince january i had a problem with speakers and camera of samsung a8. So i went to samsung service centre (Laxmi nagar) in feburary amd got my problem resolved. While they were reparing my phone its screen came out which they pasted with some glue and it came out after 2 days when i went to them they gave me the old job sheet and told me that some part is broken and i will have to pay 1200 rs but i told them it was their mistake and earlier also i had a talk to customer care people. I made customer care talk to service centre but they refused to tell the name
        Its been more than 15 days my complaint is pending with customer care for
        1. Wrong job sheet (Gave me order one)
        2. They didnt repared my screen, while sticking my screen with glue they harmed my phone receiver
        3. Rude tone of service centre people
        4. My screen came out.

        I have purchasing samsung on8 to flipkart oct 2016 mobile futures very well but know i am found heating issues through phone one week back samsung mobile not charging while open the back cover battery and back cover is burst please refund me my money and take back the phone flipkart and samsung company is not ready to take it back so i have no other option plz do the needfull.
        Guys my advice don' t buy samsung on8 samsung service worst

          I have raised an complaint about refrigerator's door not getting closed properly on 05-Apr-2017 against the reference number [protected].

          Daily same story, morning engineer or support centre team calls and says that some one will visit and fix the issue and by end of the day, once again we get calls and they end up promising for next day.

          We even escalated the matter to "Samsung's CEO" desk to get some engineers on job, but no luck. It means that even CEO desk doesnt have control over service station engineers or Samsung is waiting for some more damage to happen, so that they can loot me better.

            I have purchased samsung refrigerator on 08\04\2016 model number RT28K3083SP\HL.
            there is a repeated problem since 25.07.2016 in refrigerator on non colling in fridge and ice been formed in freezer part and for this the service centre engineer are not able to resolve the problem .
            They have also change pcb part but still i am facing the problem.

              Non transperancy in service centre. They dont tell the exact problem and ask for huge servicing charge once paid they again call and tell about some Other problem and again charge additional money and threat me that you have to deal with the problem. The display of my galaxy A5 broke they too around 6000rs.from me and now they called and askd for another 1325rs.saying some charging problem is also ther. Now i doubt they will deliberately mess up my phone and will get away with it. Plz resolve my issue.

                Lodged a complaint about a noise in washing machine in Jan'2014. The engineer told about a problem with outer tub, and advised us to fix it ourselves using mSeal, which we did. When the noise persisted, he said something small may be stuck somewhere, and you can come back if it increases. The noise increased in March, and so complained again. This time they said that the inner tub was broken because it was not fixed in Jan, and because we continued to use it. But it was not diagnosed in Jan, so how would we know. Still, we asked them to pick it up and do the needful. They asked us to wait for a week since the part was not available. After 20 days they called, and wanted to pick it at a very short notice, since they were just in the vicinity. On refusing to become available at such a short notice, they just closed the complaint. On calling up their numbers again, they refused to connect us with their higher authorities saying they are busy. Now we have decided to take the matter to a consumer court.

                  Sad, that am writing to you on a bad note.
                  I used to be a proud owner of Samsung Mobiles
                  and would encourage everyone in friends, family & inner circle
                  to buy Samsung, i am an artist by profession & truly
                  loved Samsung Camera's.

                  To my misfortune, My 3 months old Brand New Samsung
                  Edge 7 is giving me so many issues.
                  1) Pink thing lines like ECG lines on the display
                  2) Keypad issues
                  3) Sim card slot or Phone not reachable kind of issues
                  (my sim card works on other phones fine as soon as i insert in this handset its a problem)

                  Just so that you know the extent of frustration and torture the SAMSUNG team has given me, will amaze you.
                  and for that i request You to read EVERY SINGLE STATEMENT in my conversations below & if possible listen to my first and last call
                  on Samsung Executive and Customer Care number. Listen to the voice & you will know they have literally made me cry. To an extent they have threatened me
                  if i don't listen to their last offer of 3 months extended warranty within 7 days
                  they will not be able to help me further. If i don't agree to their solution & i feel
                  the brand has been unfair to me despite spending so much money & trusting the brand, its their humble duty to put me to a further dept & not just give up.

                    I recently got my AC installed by Samsung. However, after working for one day, AC stopped cooling. For that, I raised a service request last week. Till date, nobody has called me up. I am fet up with such callous attitude of Samsung towards its customers. A strict action should be taken against the company. So many times it happened that Samsung has provided inferior service and was not able to meet the deadline

                      I bought Samsung s6 edge mobile phone on 28.10.2016. but the phone was a defect piece. Speakers and back button was not working. Then I returned that phone and bought Samsung s7edge mobile phone on 29.10.2016 from SHRAVANI ENTERPRISES.
                      ADDRESS OF SHRAVANI ENTERPRISES SAMSUNG SMART CAFE : D no. 13-1-57, mainroad beside titan show room, kakinada.

                      within 5 months, my phone has been troubling me so much like
                      1. screen problem ie. off and on error and blinking
                      immediately i tried to contact the showroom but Samsung showroom was closed.
                      then i approached to Samsung service centre
                      service centre :[protected]-- prasad mobiles and electronics
                      address of the service centre : door no. 12-4-4, sunny towers kakinada, 533001.
                      i handed over my mobile to the service centre. my mobile got checked, screen replacement has been done.

                      2. After 5 days i received my mobile. But I was not satisfied.
                      After few days, accidentally water spilt on my mobile phone. Within few second phone stopped working. Again I went to the service centre, I asked them why is this happening if my phone is a water resistance. They replied they will check and report me.
                      I waited for one day I didn’t get any call or message regarding my phone.
                      The next day I went to the service centre and asked, they said motherboard is the problem.

                      In this case there is no value for Samsung mobiles.
                      Its not been not even 1 year I purchased. Problems has been arising.
                      As my phone is a water resistance it should resist upto 1.5 meters of depth for 30minutes. After the screen replacement only, phone couldn’t resist not even for 10sec.
                      Iam totally fedup with this Samsung mobile phones.
                      As an Indian iam disappointed for selling such defective goods.
                      i will never recommend anyone to buy Samsung products especially mobile phones.

                      Finally, iam not satisfied with this mobile and not willing to use this phone anymore, i request you take the responsibility and replace my mobile phone as soon as possible.

                          I bought samsung air conditioner 2 months back and suddenly it had issues from last 1 week. Its not cooling at all. Worst part is samsung customer support, i placed a complaint 2 days back and still no technician showed up to fix the issue. Every time i spoke to customer service representative they said technician will arrive in 2 hours, its been more than 48 hours now. There is no call and no update from the technician. Worst samsung customer service i have ever experienced.

                          Your technician service is getting even worse. Till now 2 technicians verified my AC, first technician said its Gas leakage issue and he said he can't do anything. He told he will send concerned technician tomorrow. And the next day, 2nd technician verified the AC and he said its not Gas leakage, its "Compressor Issue". Even he didn't resolve the issue. He told that 3rd technician will come today to pick up the AC and they will place new compressor and will return the AC in 1 day. No one came today and moreover when I called them they said they ordered new compressor which will take 4 days to come to their office, then they will pick my AC. I don't understand what the hell they are working. You guys don't have any new spare parts ? Its been 10 days my AC is not working and we have a small baby at home. I won't samsung products to anyone if your service is like this. Until I call them 6 to 7 times everyday no technician is coming to verify the issue in my AC. Please tell them to bring the new compressor as soon as possible and fix it. I never expected this kind of pathetic service from samsung team. Its a new AC we bought it in February 2017.

They ordered new compressor and today they got the compressor but still no one came to fix it/ they didn't pick my AC yet. What kind of customer service is this from samsung ?                           They got a new compressor part and i got a call saying its already fixed. But they are not delivering back my AC from last 2 days. This is really painful. After doing everything, now they are saying silly reasons like Van/truck is going to different areas. Please tell the technicians to deliver my AC today and fix it back.

                          Complaint number-[protected], we bought a brand new ac on feb 11th 2017, on march 29th onwards its now working. We placed a complaint and till now 5 technicians verified my ac. They literally don't have any knowledge about ac. One guy told its gas leakage, after 3 days 2nd technician came and told its compressor issue. After 3 days 3rd technician came and took my outdoor unit. They kept it for 5 days and they bought it back today. Still its not working, i don't know what the hell they fixed. Today 4th technician told its voltage issue and he left. Then we called local electrician and he told there is no voltage issue in my apartment. Then again 5th technician came and told that its no voltage issue and he told its pcu (Circuit board) issue inside the ac. Total 5 technicians worked on it from last 20 days and still its not working. If you can't do it, just exchange the ac. Its been just 2 months old ac. Really worst customer service and technicians really dont know anything about their own company ac. Complaint number: [protected], my contact: [protected]. How long we need have patience?                             Sir,

                            This phone is under warranty and still 3 moths remains. Back key led is not blinking so I have called to customer care executive two time and I follow all the steps what they said, even they have control m, y phone with smart tutor and didn't do anything. At the end they said go to service center and now they tell this phone's screen, battery, circuit will have to be change, then what remains to not to be changed? What executive said it is not as per Samsung terms and condition to be cover so you will have to paid and if I pay all these charges then it reach to 28000, I want to ask what is meaning meaning of such warranty and why you people give warranty? and cheats the people. whenever my any phone has been saw to Samsung they always find fault of customer, not Samsung anytime. Now they tell water has gone into the phone, but they will not say it is defect of the item, and by the way you people also say it is water resistance phone?

                            I want my phone either to be repair at all or replace. And accept sometime your fault too.

                              In waranty period, samsung refused to provide the service of mobile with no charges, we are suffering physical and mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of samsung, which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look into this matter seriously.

                                In spite of my several reminders matter is unresolved.

                                Please be informed that I have received tele call on 22.03.2017 from your service center (Untakhana, Medical Square, Nagpur) madam informed me that she will close my complaint as the decision is made for my complaint & the hand set is to be repaired under FOC.
                                Till date I haven't received any such communication in return from your end.
                                Today I visited service center to know further updates but they are returning the hand set without repairs for which I refused to receive the same, I can understand form the communication today from your service center that the approval is yet to be received from your end for repairs under FOC.
                                I am surprised to the delay caused by you for such complaints because of which customers like me suffers.
                                You are kindly requested to send the instructions/approval so that the matter is resolved without further delay. I am hardly suffering also my works are hampering due to non availability of hand set as it is too long approximately 3 + months the matter is unresolved.

                                Waiting for your prompt and positive reply soonest possible.

                                I once again request you not to close my complaint unless & until the matter is shorted out.

                                  1. Difficulty to complain to Samsung
                                  Unlike LG, Samsung does not have its own engineers to repair a defect in the refrigerator
                                  2. When we go to Google, you get several toll free numbers
                                  3. I chose a number 1800
                                  4. An engineer by name Abdul Kadher came to my house and examined the refrigerator. For that he charged Rs. 500. He said that the compressor and timer need to be changed. My initial decision was not to get it repaired and go for a new one

                                  Abdul prevailed upon me to get it repaired and assured that once this is done, it will work for 8 or 9 years without problem. My wife also felt the same way so, I asked him to do the needful.

                                  Next day, another person came and started working on the refrigerator about an hour later, I realised that he was putting LG compressor. I asked him why he was putting LG compressor for a Samsung refrigerator. His answer was that both LG and Samsung use the same compressor manufactured by some other company.

                                  The bill came to 9, 850/- and I paid it by my credit card.

                                  I found the next morning the refrigerator was not cooling. I called Abdul and asked him to come. He came and said that something was wrong with the cooling element. I told him that I would not pay anything more. However, he did something and told me that it would now be alright.

                                  No, it was not alright. So, I again called him. He came after a day and said that he has to get somebody to look at it.

                                  Incidentally, I noted that he had issued the receipt to me in the name of Happy Home Care located at NO. 2593, 22nd Cross Street, Ambethkar Nagar, Adambakkam, Chennai 600 088. Cell;[protected], [protected]. The address made me realise that this company had nothing to do with Samsung. However, I do not understand how a call made to a toll number for Samsung is picked by Happy Home Care. During the last 3 days, I called several toll free Samsung customer care numbers. This gave me a terribly wretched experience. When I called about 3 days ago, one Mr. Sharma picked the phone and asked me what the problem was. I explained the whole thing. Then he told me that his supervisor will speak to me within the next 3 to 4 hours. Since, I had spoken to Mr. Sharma at about 1.15 pm, I expected a call from supervisor before 6 pm. But nothing happened. So, I again called at 6 pm; one Mr. Suresh picked the phone. He again asked me for the problem and I narrated the whole story. He assured me that the supervisor will call me before 7 pm. Nothing happened. I called again the next day (Saturday), and one Ms.Valli took the phone and asked me what the problem was. I again narrated the whole story and said that it would be in the interest of Samsung that this great supervisor should call me. I also made clear that if I did not receive the call by 6 pm, I would buy a new refrigerator (certainly not Samsung) by the next morning.
                                  I have now bought a new LG refrigerator. However I thought that since I have Samsung Airconditioners etc., I should bring the entire matter of indifference and discourtesy on the part of the supervisors in the Samsung refrigerator section.
                                  Even more importantly, I would like to know how a toll free call number was directly picked by someone in the Happy Home Care. It seems to be some kind of mischief for investigation.

                                  I must also add that I called the Happy Home Care and told them that I was planning to initiate action for their having cheated me. Then a person called me on behalf of Happy Home Centre that he would come to my house and return the money on condition that they would take back the LG compressor. I refused on the grounds that exposure of the possible solution between some Samsung agents and the Happy Home is more important than getting my money back and returning the LG compressor.
                                  I think I have said all that needs to be said. It is very important that you kindly respond to me. I have decided to go to the highest level of authority including the customers forum and Union Ministry to Commerce to rescue my fellow Indians from the ‘game’ if any. I will wait for 4 – 5 days before proceeding further. My mobile number is +[protected].

                                      I have install 5 air conditioner of only samsung. (You can check all the 5 ac details on your data base with my mobile no [protected] and alternate no [protected]

                                      Out of above 1 is purchased on 27/03/2013 having model no as182bbfnstl
                                      This ac has following past problems

                                      1. Compressor change
                                      2. Cooling coil change
                                      3. Fan motor change
                                      4. Circuit board change
                                      5. 4 time gas refilling and many times engineering charge paid.

                                      Now again compressor has been blast.

                                      Complain was logon on 28/03/2017, engineer visit was done on 05/04/2017
                                      After calling and reminds many times.

                                      At the time of ac repairing by your engineer the cooling coil was damage (Damage is due to heat on cooling coil). The same will be accepted by your engineer at spot but letter service center deny to accept that.
                                      On later i have to pay the cost of cooling coil and gas and service engineer charge and my ac was brake down for more than 1 month (Too much bad service) in summer.

                                      I told service center to replace this ac, he told your ac will be valued 12% of cost only.

                                      This not this time, all time engineer visit wad done after 7-8 days of complain login.

                                      Other 4 ac has no problem yet.

                                      I think i am a major customer of your
                                      I am again and again too much unhappy with samsung service
                                      And plan to change to hitachi ac.

                                        Samsung product & services has worst quality. This was my last association with samsung.in future neither i will purchase any prod. Of samsung nor i will suggest to anyone. B'coz from the first day my new fridge is not able to do cooling. I have already complained 4 times but still my problem is not resolved.
