We have purchased a SAMSUNG 12JC3 1.0 Ton Regular AC of MRP of Rs.32500. on 29.03.2016 during the UGADI Festival Offer from BAJAJ ELECTRONICS, PUNJAGUTTA, duly paying the Down payment of Rs.5400.
On enquiring the details we found the SAMSUNG 1.0 ton AC with INVERTER is better suited for us.
On 30.03.2016 we approached the BAJAJ ELECTRONICS Show room for Upgrading the Instrument, which was AGREED TO by the Manager and informed us to come on 31.03.2016 afternoon for the paper work.
On 31.03.2016 when we approached the Bajaj Electronics, the staff has not solved the issue and were non-cooperative.
Meanwhile the Delivery person arrived at our residence, which was not acknowledged by us informing him about the upgrading of the Instrument.
We were trying to approach the BAJAJ People over the Phone listed in the bill. There is no response nor anybody has called us.
The Aggresive advertising from the management in offering the purchases is not carried out in sorting out the issues after sales.
We are quite disappointed by the response from the Staff of Bajaj Electronics in sorting out our issue.
Being a regular customer of Bajaj Electronics, we are feeling the pinch of the poor after sales services.

Many thanks to this Forum and their management, for immediately addressing my complaint and pursuing the issue with the concerned firms.
The issue was attended by the Bajaj Electronics and Samsung and they have done the upgrading of the Air Conditioner, which was done with a little persuasion. Delivery of the AC was done on 7th April 2017 and installation completed on 8th April 2017.
Thanks to every body in the back offices who made this possible, and the service persons who have attended to this request.
