Hi team,
I have purchased samsung mobile galaxy a9 pro in reliance digital store in kottapet hyderabad and i have done the insurance on same day with samsang ex-cutie boy referd with insurance people who is setting in reliance digital store. Insurance name oriental insurance that boy has not give proper details after 5 months display has been broken then i went to reliance digital store and discussed with that executive, he has saying that insurance will not be covered till one year you have to replace the display by paying the amount after u can claim the reimbursement 1 st year, after one year insurance company will replace it seems.

    We have purchased a SAMSUNG 12JC3 1.0 Ton Regular AC of MRP of Rs.32500. on 29.03.2016 during the UGADI Festival Offer from BAJAJ ELECTRONICS, PUNJAGUTTA, duly paying the Down payment of Rs.5400.
    On enquiring the details we found the SAMSUNG 1.0 ton AC with INVERTER is better suited for us.
    On 30.03.2016 we approached the BAJAJ ELECTRONICS Show room for Upgrading the Instrument, which was AGREED TO by the Manager and informed us to come on 31.03.2016 afternoon for the paper work.
    On 31.03.2016 when we approached the Bajaj Electronics, the staff has not solved the issue and were non-cooperative.
    Meanwhile the Delivery person arrived at our residence, which was not acknowledged by us informing him about the upgrading of the Instrument.
    We were trying to approach the BAJAJ People over the Phone listed in the bill. There is no response nor anybody has called us.
    The Aggresive advertising from the management in offering the purchases is not carried out in sorting out the issues after sales.
    We are quite disappointed by the response from the Staff of Bajaj Electronics in sorting out our issue.
    Being a regular customer of Bajaj Electronics, we are feeling the pinch of the poor after sales services.

    Many thanks to this Forum and their management, for immediately addressing my complaint and pursuing the issue with the concerned firms.

    The issue was attended by the Bajaj Electronics and Samsung and they have done the upgrading of the Air Conditioner, which was done with a little persuasion. Delivery of the AC was done on 7th April 2017 and installation completed on 8th April 2017.

    Thanks to every body in the back offices who made this possible, and the service persons who have attended to this request.

      Sir I have purchased Samsung refrigerator in the month of December. Form the month of March bulb inside refrigerator is not working properly.. So I place complaints. Complaint no.. [protected].
      Technician visited to my residence.. And told that bulb is faulty.. And need to be replace.. After that day bulb is working... So I want to know what kind of inspection he had done... Kindly send authorised technician.

          This phone has BATTERY HEATING issue. i had talked with service centre, technical support, the store from which i had purchased, management and ceo helpdesk.
          they all say we cannot help you and did not replace my battery under warranty.
          also they now my product is out of warranty and now they would not take responsibility.
          the ceo helpdesk executive has openly challenged me on a call to go to court.
          i was never abusive. but these guys sitting at noida technical support team of samsung are very aggressive and super confident.
          they say if you are not a premiunm customer i.e. you bought a 9000rs product then we cannot even give you help at your doorstep even if you have a family emergency and you need to use your mobile phone.
          SAMSUNG MOBILES HAVE BEEN CHARGED 1 BILLION DOLLARS TO APPLE. NOW LET'S SEE IF THEY SEE THEIR DOOM IN INDIA JUST LIKE NOKIA AND BLACKBERRY HAVE SEEN IN INDIA.

            Sir - I was the proud owner of the above fridge. Two weeks back, my compressor conked off and we contacted 'Good Luck dealers" from Kamothe who claimed to be authorised service dealers of Samsung, but now I think they were lying!! They sent their technical person who changed our compressor for Rs11300. He gave a bill with a warranty for 7 years! The fridge worked for 1 week and then suddenly stopped working. We called them again and they came and did some repairs and asked us to start the fridge after two hours..but it didn't work. The fridge wasn't cooling. Third time they came again and did some testing and again they failed to solve the problem. They came for the fourth time and again replaced with new compressor and also changed the capillary (as he said it might be blocked). The fridge was cooling only for few hours and again it has stopped working. I have called them to give me back my money, but they say it will take 45 days for refund! They also took my original dead compressor (which we realised later). How could they take away our compressor! They are frauds and are spoiling the brand image of Samsung!

              Sir,
              I purchased J7 in the month of may 2016 at the time of purchasing dealer mounted the phone with temper glass, there was a slight mark at edge of the phone initialy i thought it is air b/w glass and phone it starts spreading over the screen gradualy when i realise this is on screen i rush to customer care at solan himachal they checked my phone and gave my phone back with the words that they will change the screen when it will available i complained in the month of Dec. 2016 i visited the branch more than 20 times now they are saying this is not in warrenty.
              You are requested to do the needful as earlier as possible otherwise i will be no choice except consumer with harassment.

                    I had purchased this fridge on 11th Jul 2016 and it is still under warranty. I was facing a issue with this fridge that there was a frost which was getting accumulated on the downside of the fridge. I have complained for the same in the month of Feb 2017 for replacement of the same. The company people came and replaced some parts (when i was insisting on replacement of the entire product). Today after one month i am again facing the same issue. I am trying to contact the customer care but everyday they are telling that they will come for a visit but no body is turning up. Its been 10 days now i am following up for the issue but there is no action taken.

                    I want immediate action on the same and kindly replace and give me a non defective piece.

                    This is the problem with all samsung refrigerators of this model, I had the same issue since 8-10 months on my new refrigerator, they did the same thing for me replacing the PCB and the same problem persists. Cutomer service engineers just keep closing the request giving some silly reasons. I am asking for full refund, never go with Samsung refrigerators. - naveen.[protected]@gmail.com

                      I am a software engineer and i know that my phone stuck in boot loop.
                      And i know how to resolve the problem and technicalities of it but the service center lady told me that we have to replace the motherboard but i know that it is not required and motherboard is working fine.

                      My phone is under 1 year warranty then also
                      They told me that it would cost me rs. 5000/- for a mobile which i bought about 3 months back.

                      I was sitting in the service center for 1 hour and all the customers were being told the same thing, i. E. The service charge is more than the cost of the phone.

                      This is daylight robbery!!!

                          The Fridge section either gets extreme chilled and gets frozen or stop cooling, making it a simple almiraha.In both the conditions it spoils all the contents in it
                          The PCB of the refrigerator has been changed, the problem still exist.Now they say its heaters are not working and are not available at present.
                          Your company has made the product a simple experimental object, every time they found new part responsible for the problem.
                          I humbly request you to kindly Refund our amount or replace the same with some other model ASAP.

                          I brought samsung SD card on 24.08.2016 from pothys Trivandrum I used it for 3 months. Now it not working. This card has 10 year guarenteed.

                            The installation was done on 28th march 2017 (Service order #[protected]) and i noticed on 30th that the socket where we connect the ac cable has one wire left open with live electricity. I checked it in the morning 4am and at the same time i called samsung customer care and compliant about it. I spoke to eril from refrigerator dept (Who was sounding as if he just woke up). Upon selecting ac it connected me to refrigerator dept however agent said he can help and took the compliant and said i should be getting call in the morning 8 am as it's emergency/hazardous situation. When i asked for compliant number agent refused to give me any details.
                            I have been waiting for the call but there is no response from the samsung team may be they think putting someones life in danger is not an emergency situation.

                                    Ive bought j7 prime on 15/11/2016, and it is under warranty period, suddenly on 27 march morning i discovered an internal white coloured patch on mobile screen .. i immediately went to samsung service centre and they said u will cost rs 5800 for changing of gorilla glass and they havnt even listened anything but instead jumped at me that its ur fault as uve applied pressure on mobile when it was kept in ur pocket, this is just ridiculous and stupid reason, they are speaking that very point in so confident manner as they have already saw in my pocket .. so help is required . enclosing pics also.. watch just under my first finger

                                      I have purchase samsung on8 on flipkart on date invoice date 09/12/2016 and my IMEI number is [protected] and i have register a complain on your customer care my complaint number is [protected] .As i visit service center Ablaze communication on date 28 march they did not give me proper service and told that my display is physical damage but there is no evidence on its screen and body for this because there is no scratch and brake on touch glass of my phone and no any other physical breakdown evidence .They did not attend me proper way and give me in write up that my display is physical damage .I attached here the phone pics and there letter copy .
                                      They also ask me to pay 5500 rs for new LCD.
                                      So there is only 3 month is going for me to take this phone and this is happen and there is no mistake from myside because from my view this is not a physical damage this is a manufacturing defect and i will not pay anything for this .
                                      Please solve my query immediately before i go to consumer forum for this .

                                      I got a call from you samsung center [protected] the person name is pankaj and he is trying fully convince me that fault is from my side without anything proven from his side .I am shocking to hear that the calling person did not have knowledge about touch panel and LCD panel and he told me that both are the same thing .Is this type of person you have in your company which has no knowledge about your product and you think that these type of persons solve the query of the customer .I did not think that these stupids persons can do anything for customer care .They all are there for care the service center .On yesterday i talk to your customer service center for more than 2 hours and after that talk i clearly understand the concept of samsung customer care and service center that they both are same and if i talk the customer care person they told me to go service center and if i talk to service center the told me to call customer care .
                                      My another question is that without any QC on my phone how can they prove that the mistake is from my side .Please show me the evidence or pics or anything which you have to prove this .Without doing anything they give me letter for LCD physical damage and want to grab the money .How can these greedy peoples serve better for customer .
                                      Please replace my display immediately without any if and but .

                                      So before doing this i give you the final chance to settle this and change my LCD without any if and but .After that i will send you a notice for change my mobile and give me a new one. So it is your take now to how you handle this issue .

                                      After communicate with national consumer helpline with docket no 215828 as per their instruction i send you my last ultimatum to you .After that i am move into consumer court for this .As per communication with national consumer helpline will give you 5 days for my problem resolution after that i move to court and file a case against your company .
                                      I had sent you a written letter with speed post on date 10 April 2017 and there is no reply from your company side and from your service center side .
                                      I also here attached same copy of receipt of speed post and my written letter which i send to your company .

                                      Please resolve my issue immediately.

He juz came once at my place and asked for bribe so that he writes a favourablle report in order to claim warranty of my fridge's compressor. When i denied to do so he just did something into mah compressor and told that your compressor will be replaced on the next day but on the next day when i tried calling him he started abusing me and from that day itself iam complaining again and again but no action has been taken till now only assurance is being given.
