Dear Team, I have bought Samsung LED K5570 on 5th of November 2016 from Surya Electronics, Wakad, Pune. I was assured that TV will be mounted very next day... but they failed to keep their promise. I would suggest everyone to buy Samsung products but not from this particular store as they are unable to handle their third party vendors as well. I will myself arrange to mount the TV and will lodge a complaint against Surya Electronics.

    I'm contacting from dubai UAE, on behalf of my friend in India, my friend today had gone the service center in virar, mumbai, she was treated very badly, in words as well in the costs and charges, for a j7 phone touch and display the engineer demands 7000 Indian rupees, and... 160 cost for checking, when I being an engineer in Dubai can do this work in 100 dirhams, 1800 rs ... This case is going to be submitted in the police authority of India, as well as I am going to take action by complaining that she was hurt using abusive words...

      Samsung has only toll free number, no service?
      Samsung doesn't provide support for home appliances?

      Don't believe? Then read on.
      I had purchased samsung washing machine cum dryer wd80j6410as for rs.60, 000 in september, 2016. As the dryer is not working properly, i called their toll free no.[protected] four times and still there is no response.
      I called on 30.10.2016 their ref. No.[protected]
      I called on 02.11.2016 their ref. No.[protected]
      I called on 05.11.2016 their ref. No.[protected] (As the issue was not solved, same ref. No. Given)
      I called on 07.11.2016 their ref. No.[protected] (As the issue was not solved, same ref. No. Given)
      On 08.11.2016, i received a call from samsung chennai office from[protected], i informed that nobody has come to solve the problem. I was informed that the job has been assigned to an engineer who will call me, but no one called. I received an sms that the call was closed post resolution ref. No.[protected] dated 08.11.2016.

      Now coming to their online chat support. On 07.11.2016, i started a chat, some customer care executive came online, after reading my problem, disappeared. I was waiting in front of my computer for 15 minutes, he did not turn up.

      Now coming to their email support. They have not provided any email address, but a form to fill up. While all the details of my product are registered under my mobile number, why ask all details of the product again?

      I asked customer care on toll free no. (Who every time apologized for the inconvenience), whom to complain if the problem is not attended to and they had no answer. It seems they have no system to oversee customer complaints.

      Hi samsung, do you have any system to attend customer grievance redressal if customer complaints are not attended to? Do you have any direct number and email address if any problem is not entertained within a reasonable period, say one week?

        Dear sir/mam
        This is to bring in your attention that I had purchased a phone Galaxy A8 (Serial Number – RZ8H40033YK ([protected]). On dated Nov 01, 2016. From reliance digital crown interior mall, Faridabad.
        We came to our home and started the phone running fine but suddenly from next morning my phone’s blinking than within minutes display had gone. I tried to start many time but phone didn’t start again. Than I went to your Samsung service centre sector 16 Faridabad. There I met Mr Sukhvinder Singh he said after checking the phone that your display has Brocken and it will cost 7445 rupees but I said it is not possible because I pressed starting button than suddenly display came than he saw again the phone and checked again and said that it was our engineer’s mistake and you please leave your phone for one day observation we check more but I said I have to leave for Jaipur Today. so if you give me a spare phone so that I can give you phone than he said we can’t provide any spare phone but your phone working fine now if you see any problem again in future than you please bring your phone, than I came back.
        That same day I came to Jaipur and in my whole journey phone started again the same problem, after coming back to Faridabad. I again visited to your service centre dated Nov 7, 2016 and they kept my phone for one day observation regarding job sheet ([protected]).
        Than next day Nov 8, 2016 Mr. Sukhvinder called me and said to me please collect your device now it is working fine,
        Sir, but I didn’t go to collect the phone because this device has some problem. I purchased it 16373 rupees so it cost me a lot. After spending much amount I cannot keep this phone because it can create problem again.
        I request you please given me a good solution I will be thankful to you.

              Hi,

              My grievance is regarding the Samsung microwave I have with me, purchased on[protected], model/serial no:- MC28H5025VF/ 0ALE7WEGA00036. Since its purchase, it had one inherent defect related to door which was not switching off the light properly for microwave to function, but when we used to shake the door little bit the light used to get turn off and it used to work properly then. Apart from this defect, till last week my microwave was working properly fine, it used to cook/grill food perfectly.
              As the warranty period of my microwave was about to get over on[protected], I thought to get the inherent defect corrected from the Samsung company. I called customer care on 4th Nov 016 and they arranged an engineer’s visit on 5th Nov 2016 at my home to check the defect. Engineer came and opened the microwave to check the defect and after 10 minute of checking he closed the microwave and told me that a small part needs to be replaced to correct this inherent defect. He said that this replacement of part will just take 1-2 days if the part is available in store.

              After the engineer left when I tried to use microwave again for cooking food, it did not get hot at all, though the light is turning on and plate is rotating but it’s not getting warm/hot from inside. I called the customer care again to complain about what there engineer had done, since then they are just assuring me of an engineer visit again to resolve my issue.

              Since last 5 days my microwave is not working at all and it all happened when the Samsung engineer came and opened it. Instead of repairing the inherent defect they have broken my microwave all the more so now it’s not working at all.
              I called customer care many time since then, every day, 3-4 times a day, all they are giving me is assurance that one engineer will come soon and repair it. I really feel that they want to let my warranty period get over which will be on[protected] and then they want to charge me for the part replacement and for the repair. This is not acceptable to me as the defect was an inherent one in the Samsung product and they should correct it free of cost.

              My invoice number is SYS-02552 and the customer care complaint numbers are [protected], [protected] and the service request number is [protected] on which engineer name MANSOOR has been assigned who is not taking calls at all.

              Kindly note, till this happened to me I was a Samsung brand loyal and used to give example of Samsung’s wonderful after sales service. I had all the products in my home of Samsung company, but henceforth I will think many times before buying Samsung products and will stop others also from doing so.
              Please look into it to get this sorted and I need answer that why there are loop holes/gaps in the service. I need full compensation of the harassment I am facing for this delay in service. If I will not get timely response from Samsung I will definitely take the matter to consumer court/forum.

                  I have submitted my mobile on 24.09.2016
                  Bill no -[protected] to samsung service center at 9 to 12, 1st floor, sarvoday mall.
                  Mobile is in warranty not any damage suddenly display gets blank but service centre said display does not comes in warranty then I gave them my mobile display was blank they take advance 1000 for display, after 20 days they said we don't have display, you will get refund for your mobile by deducting displays amount
                  I submitted all the documents as they said on that day
                  After that 1 month has been completed my refund is not even approved till know,
                  Samsung's customer care says call service center,
                  Service center says call customer care
                  My too much money and time is wasted in this 50 days have been completed i don't have mobile and not even refund or replacement for my mobile

                    I have purchased Samsung s7 mobile on 27th July 2016 at poorvika mobiles, phoenix market city velachery in exchange of my previous mobile Samsung galaxy s3. On 26th September 2016 the brand new Samsung s7 mobile got switched off and when I connected a charger it was not charging. So I took it to the service center where they analyzed and found out that water has entered the mobile. Due the water entry the mother board and few main parts have been failed. Now I suspect that the mobile is a manufacturing defective set as an IP68 water proof mobile will not allow water to enter it. The water entered mobile was serviced by changing four no. of spare parts.
                    The part nos. is as follows:
                    GH97 –18576A, GH81 –13702A, GH97 –18523A, GH82 – 11499A

                    After receiving the mobile I found out that all data have been deleted which was more than ten years backup and the same was not intimated by the service people.

                    Again within a day I found that the main menu key was not in its position which forced me to take the mobile back to the service center leaving behind all my other official work. Then they fixed the problem on the same day and gave the mobile back to me saying that there won’t be any problem. But it didn’t happen that way, once again I found that the mobile display was open on the top side after a few weeks due to which the mobile is now in service center from the date I purchased it.

                    So I have come to a conclusion, not to use this manufacturing defective mobile hereafter which is giving me lot of troubles both mentally and physically. I have already sent two mails mentioning about the issues clearly to Samsung CEO’s desk, regarding which, Miss.Mohana from the CEO’s desk called me and kept trying to convince me rather than providing any permanent solution as per the customer satisfaction.

                    Within three months I went to the service center for more than six times which makes me feel that I have spent all my time and money on a defective mobile. Here after I don’t want to use this problematic mobile, so please refund the amount as per the invoice.

                    Also I through this mail, modestly insist you to understand my situation and needs while providing solution to the problem created by the equipment sold out by your firm. According to me a manufacturing defective mobile must be replaced with new one or the invoice amount must be refunded,

                      We had issue on fridge (not sufficient cooling ) and registered a complaint through tol free ([protected]) service engineer (kamraj)came from hitech service centre and changed only one part but charged for two (1550). we hav doubt that he did a proper service and the problem is also not solved . there is no proper response from him and others etc we cant use fridge now. need solution ASAP!

                        I bought a washing machine on the ocassion of Diwali from a distributer Mahajan Electronics, Gole Market, Udhampur (J&K) but I received the machine in defective condition and your representive come to install the same but i refuse to install and demo of the machine in defective condition i intimate the same matter to the dealer and he refused to replace the machine.                           I have purchased an LED TV from Usha agencies in 27/10/16, from Mumbai ulhasnagar 4 and it had been delivered on time. For Installation dealers mentioned I would get call from SAMSUNG and they come for demo and installation but due to festival they start ajh nhi hoga nd till today they nt come
                          I have purchase new LED TV UA32K4000 model on 31 Nov-16.
                          I have informed to costomer care for Demo & instalation on same day but till till the date nobody atended.

                            I have bought Samsung microwave from sanket Anand, Gujarat on 28/10/ 16. Received microwave on 5/11/16. My mobile number is [protected]. I am not supported by you Samsung employee in giving us demo. Still not received demo I am not asking warranty I don't trust you now as when you are giving excuses in demo how will you provide me warranty. I am women and the Samsung employee who called me did not even talk properly. How come you hire people like this who don't know how to talk with customers? I am waiting for your response.

                              Samsung care_Complaint ID: [protected]. In addition to this Jitendra Singh contacted us and arranged the service executive to replace the dysfunctional door on 5th November 2016 . But when the service executive changed the door we also figured out to our surprise that the inner fiber area around vegetable and fruit trays have developed cracks. Serious pathetic design of Samsung where in the the model appears from internally very delicate and fragile. The executive told us that its a flaw in this model and would raise internal requests for it. But till date nothing happened. We suspect if this may lead to any dangerous incidents off late which we hear from samsung products

                              I would request to replace the entire unit than changing its defective parts- part by part.

                              Within one year if this is the case we seriously doubt to what level the product is tested and released in market to fool customers and the sad story of customer support call center is even more pathetic.

                              Having said that, we always believe that our customers are the best judge and may help with improving our products. Therefore, we take every feedback with an assurance of improvement with every passing day.

                              The feedback shared by you regarding the product quality is appreciated. As the issue which you have reported to us can be fixed by taping however we are offering you refund for said product with applicable depreciation.
                              Every product is manufactured to give consumer maximum utility over a period of time. During this span of time, like any other thing, its usability and novelty goes down which is termed as depreciation. The customers use the product to its full functional capability till the time it depreciates to a level which is beyond repair.

                              Samsung keeps the fact in mind that the customers have utilized the product till such time it was not beyond repair and thus give the adjusted value as a refund on goodwill basis keeping customer satisfaction in mind.

                              As such, we would like to offer you 78 % refund on the invoice value of your product after deducting the necessary depreciation (22%).

                              We thus request you to kindly confirm the same so that the above said refund can be processed.

                              Dear Jitendra,

                              Thanks for guiding me in the right direction. But there are a few things which I find really missing in this model of Samsung refrigerator and they are:

                              1. Fibre or plastic material used is of substandard quality., So how do you say that it has passed rigorous quality checks... Or keeping the refrigerator empty was it tested and passed OK ??

                              2. Does the product while marketing or advertising say that the refrigerator will be in proper condition for barely a year or rather not even intact till the product ends warranty ??

                              3. Had your team taken or acted at the right time this said damage would be shown within the said warranty but they turned up after Diwali.

                              4. Even I received a call from you after I posted a complaint online in one of the forums which eventually directs to Samsung.. guess to avoid bad publicity.

                              5. I searched the internet and found nowhere about home appliances depreciation value accounting to 22%.. do you have any documented proofs for this from Samsung ??

                              6. With what guarantee should I recommend anyone to buy Samsung's products owning to my worst experience.

                              7. It's hard earned white money which we invest in big brands like Samsung. As we buy these products seeing 10 years warranty on compressor but what do we know about substandard fibre being used internally which are not cold temperature resistant tested at all.

                              Please do check and get back if you have any supporting documents if not what options are we left with ??

                                  I purchased two S7 edge phones (Gold & Black) on 29th Apr 16 from CROMA outlet at Goregaon, Oberoi Mall, Mumbai. Within 2 months the black S7 developed a black-spot on the screen, and I showed the phone to the Goregaon Service Centre (Mobile Technology) on 9th Jun 16 (Bill No-[protected]) . The service centre guys informed it to be a display hardware issue & offered a Display replacement under warranty. Considering the phone to be only 2 months old, I demanded for a new phone instead of a repair, but for their customer friendly policies, i was denied from any option other than a repair. Unfortunately I dint have time on that day & promised to come back after few days for the same.
                                  In the mean while, accidentally I dropped the phone & the display got physically damaged, as a result on 1 Jul 16 (Bill No-[protected]) I got the screen replaced by paying 15k.

                                  The phone worked well with the replaced display for another 3 months & then suddenly the screen started flickering continuously & the phone was unusable. I again visited the same service centre and was again informed of it being a Hardware/display issue & can be replaced under warranty. This time I was really irritated with the product quality & wasn't happy at all with the persistent issues.
                                  The executive at the service centre said that he would get the ELS (entry level scanning) done & call me back within 24 hours for the next course of action.

                                  Not only that I never received a call back, but none of the Contact No’s mentioned on the Bill were answered. Finally on 18th Oct, I called up the Samsung Customer Care No. and surprisingly was informed that the Parts were not available & the so called PO was cancelled. He also informed me to avail the refund after submitting the relevant documents at the service centre. I visited the service centre on 20th Oct, to understand the list of documents to be submitted & the same were submitted on the 21st Oct (email).

                                  On 27th Oct, I receive a call from the service centre stating that the Phone will now be repaired as the parts are available. This news was no less than a Joke, as the consumer is expected to accept a repair after 21 days. Obviously I wouldn’t be living without a phone for all these days & had already made my own arrangements.

                                  There have been series of conversations with your Customer care team till date, but still my problem stands unresolved. Am sharing the chronology of the conversations for your perusal.

                                  I really fail to understand Samsung`s approach towards customers. I request your support/intervention in to the above mentioned problem & help me with an refund.

                                    This is with reference to the purchase of the Samung A8 mobile in the month of 19th August''''16 at Sangeetha, T Nagar Chennai. I purchased it for Rs.26k for a very special ac cation. On 3rd Nov when i was sitting in the floor it got slipped from my hand after which i have taken the phone where i was shocked that my phone display was not working. There is no any external damage in the phone but it was not working which is surprise to me. This purely shows the quality of the product, I don''''t understand just by slipping from the hand in a very low distance and the display got damaged then what will be the quality of the product which is not at all acceptable. Such a good name in market for samsung but the product quality is very worst.

                                    Finally i had compromised my self and handed over the mobile to Samsung service center - TVS Electronics Ltd, Chennai for warranty replacement. But whereas from the service they didn''''t even bother to check and say for the Goodwill of the Customer. easily they said that display need to be replaced which cost you around Rs.8000/- it is a very pathetic situation. It is not even 3 Month old and how can you expect a customer to spend again Rs.8000 for service. I am ready to spend if any damage or crack in the display but nothing is there, then how can you expect a customer to pay when it is a product fault. It really indicates that you are not interested in the customer service just Kean in making money and marketing your product and cheating the customer. This incident really leads to mental agony and dispute in my family due to buying your product when every one was insisting to buy a Apple I Phone for the same cost. Since i am a regular buyer only from the Samsung i came for this. But now their is no worth for it.

                                    Finally i am sending this mail looking for a solution for this problem where you consider this as a customer issue and sort it out by making your excising customer satisfied.

                                    I am also working in the service Industry where we are working for the customer goodwill and the satisfaction not only for the business.

                                      I have facing problem in my samsung galaxy j7 handset.. its display blinking showing line in display.. when i visit samsung service center at sector-15 ggn. they told me that its hardware problem but they don't have display of model j7 2015 (sm-j700f) in his stock.. they suggest me submit my handset at service center then they will action according to procedure it will be take 5 working days.
                                      As per executive suggestion i have submitted my handset at service center on dated 26/10/2016. 10 working days has passed from the date of submission but till date i have not received my handset when i called service center they told me that your handset is not able to repair so they give refund or exchange against my handset it will be take 20 working days.
                                      Means i have to wait for 1 month for my handset its not
                                      Why the customer suffer for 1 month because of company problem.
                                      Why company make this type of policy which create problem for customer.

                                      Please take a action against samsung company.

                                        Hi,
                                        I Priyanka Sehgal, had purchased samsung galaxy j7 in march, 2016. With no damage, accident...just with normal usage display started turning black ar the end of second week of october. Approached Samsung service center in kirti nagar, new delhi and since the display is expensive they blamed that this is customer's fault. Had given the phone to service center on 19 october 2016 and also they took Rs 4000 as advance to fix as they were just NOT ready to fix without Payment despite being under warranty. had mentioned that will take up this issue in parallel with samsung customer care and had deposited the amount in the beleif that samsung customer care will understand the issue and either the display will be fixed under warranty and amount taken as advance will be returned or new set samsung galaxy j7 set will be provided since the mobile set being undamaged and is under warranty from samsung.
                                        however, there is not even a single scratch and the phone is brand new. customer care without even checking the images of product said the same statement which the service center had earlier said that the phone is damaged. on clarifying the issue in detail to customer care, they agreed to take the issue to samsung senior management. still, two weeks had passed and there is no resolution. now jatin from samsung service center kirti nagar called to confirm that set will be consumed by Samsung and rs 4200 will be deducted as a damage of display and rest amount will be refunded.
                                        This is a sheer case of conflict of interest of service centre who have been allowed to override and take the final call. this is completely inethical on part of samsung customer care who are just sitting to be the voice of the service center and not consider the cases on its merit. the phone is completely in brand new condition and if the display integrated by samsung in galaxy j7 is so fragile that even with general usage it is blackened out then it is a sheer case of manufacturing defect on samsung's part.
                                        request to kindly give due merit to the case and help in resolving the matter and provide due justice to the customer by either
                                        1) fixing the faulty display without taking any money as the phone is not having any signs of damage and is under warranty
                                        or
                                        2) refund complete amount without deducting any money as the Phone is not having any signs of
                                        damage and is under warranty
                                        or
                                        3) furnish a new handset of samsung galaxy j7
                                        have also seen the case at your service center in kirti nagar for customer's whose display has gone faulty only after two days of purchase but since it was just two days, service center agreed to either Fix or offer complete refund BUT in my case since it was 7 months service center due to having complete authority found it easy to BLAME it on the Customer Fault, A sheer case of Conflict of Interest and collusion of Samsung Franchisee Service Center's and Samsung Customer Care.
                                        Request Samsung senior management kind help in resolving the long standing issue.
