Issue: product was damaged inside which is not known until headphone was connected. System goes blank or restarts.
Concern: samsung is not agreeing to replace.

    We had purchased Samsung hd 5k series 32 inch tv nearly 6 days ago n still the person from company hasn't come to set it up..it is still wrapped in the box...on contacting your agent he is still carefree and delaying the date to come n setup the tv...Samsung India you are giving the worst customer service I must say..n never going to buy any of your products from now

      Earlier I believe that Samsung have good product with best service provider but now I find that the Samsung is the worst service provider. I am using Samsung LED (Model No: UA22F5100, S/N: 23533ZNG811259L, Invoice date: 17/05/2016) since last five months and I am a victim of your technical fault in my TV. Lining appears at display while the TV is on. I contacted customer care since my TV is under warranty period of 1 year who suggest me to carry TV to service center. I then visited Samsung authorized service center at below mentioned address Samsung Service Center
      Address: Dr. Manoj Shukla wali gali, Ramnagar, Near Hdfc Bank, Ramghat Road, Aligarh, UP 202001

      The service centre executive checked my TV and finally told me that the kind of fault is not covered under warranty and I have to pay for that. May be he don’t receive the sufficient salary and trying to earn from customer. I believe that you should take care of such type of engineers who are sitting at service center not to help the customer but to harsh them. Being an engineer I don’t have enough time to visit your service center again and again where such fools are available. Kindly arrange a visit of your eligible engineer to repair my TV at my location or confirm me the time so that I can visit your service center. Request you to kindly contact the executive at above mentioned service center and make him understand not to become greedy. If my TV will not repair on time, then I will lodge complaint at consumer forum. Looking for your kind co-operation.

        दिवाली की रात मेने अपने भाई को फोन किया और फोन को अपने सामने रख दिया उसके 2 मिनट के बाद फोन उठाया तो मेरे चालु नही हुआ क्योकि उसका Display काम नही कर रहा था फिर मेने उस फोन को Service Center मे दिखाया तो वह बोले कि आप का फोन आप से दब गया है इसलिए हम आप का फोन ठिक नही करेगे चाहे आप का फोन Warranty मे क्यो ना उसके बाद मेने उनको बोला कि में पुलिस में शिकायत करुगा तो उन्होने बोला कर दो. उसके बाद मेंने Samsung औफिस में फोन लगया जहा मेंरी बात आलोक से हुई जिस से मेने बोला कि यह मेरी समसया है तो उसने भी यह बोला और कहा कि आप किसी से भी बात कर लो आप का फोन ठिक नही होगा उसके बाद मेने कहा कि अपने किसी बोस का फोन न दे दो उसने मना कर दिया कि म नही दे सकता मेने फिर कहा कि कोई Mail ID दे दो उसने फिर मना कर दिया तो आप ही बताऔ कि मेने कोई गलती की ही नही और मेरे फोन रखे रखे खराब हो जो Samsung वोले मान नही रहे तो आप ही बताओ कि में इस परेशानी का हल केसे निकालु .

        और ऐसे कितने लोग है जो रोज परेशान हो कर Samsung Service Center होकर आते है Service Center सिर्फ दिखावा है ये यहा सिर्फ पेसा कमा रहे है और यहा बैठे लोग अपने ही लोगा को पागल बना कर बहार बैठे लोगा को खुब कमा कर दे रहे है पेहले इतना मंहगा फोन लो उसके बाद उसे ठिक करवाने मे Service Center में धक्के खाओ और जब इनका शिकायत करो तो यह बोलते है कि हम आप को अपने किसी भी अधिकारी का फोन न नही देंगे चाहे आप कुछ भी कर लो .

          Hi hc hong i buyed samsung smart tv 40 inch 5570 on 8/11/2016 and its wifi worked only 10 to 15 daysand after that its not working. Engineer visited at home and asked me that we didn't replace the tv we give you the solution and almost 5 days to be going on there is no solution from samsung. I am totally fed and frustrated that i invest 50000 in samsung tv and they are not able to resolve issue and asking me that we cant replace tv which is totally unacceptable...This is the most worst product samsung 5570 40 series samrt tv and no service provided from service center. Even engineer which is visiting at home they have no proper tools to rest the factory settings of tv. When i logged the ticket on customer and ask him to escalate the issue they told me that senior team follow you with in 2 hours currently no engineer called me and yet they have no solution...Even at my home 4 mobiles and laptop are able to connect but samsung smart tv is not able to connect and they are giving the worst solutions that change your wireless router which is not a permanent solution and who takes the guaranty that if i changed the wifi router my samsung smart tv works with new wireless router

          Engineer upgraded the software and set ip settings on automatically but still its not working RESET THE SMART HUB RESET THE TV SETTINGS ALL mobile and laptops are working but Smart tv is not able to connect to wireless router

            Dear Samsung,

            I am writing you since I have worst responce and answers from your authorised service in annanagar chennai and through customer care . The commitment which was shared by your team is extended day by day and your people are harassing the customers like anything by giving lethargic answers .

            I had headset problem 10 days back I visited the authorised service center on 26th of October and waited nearly one hour in queue to inform my issue. Once my issue has addressed by my saravanan f2f engineer . He informed me the headset not in stock it will be available on Wednesday . I accepted the time given which is too long for me . Then I waited for the call from them on Wednesday but no calls made . Later today I visited them and asked about my complaint they telling stock not available come on Tuesday which is not a valid solution or my complaint was not taken seriously.

            When I call your customer care they are telling TAT is 15 days informed by vijay cco .
            No empathy or even respect to the customer issues simply as like a computer they are responding .

            Even you people can't Inform me priory where there is a delay on delivery of yhe send .I given 2 numbers followed by my mail I'd no communication shared to me .

            I really hate the sort of service Samsung provided to me . Hence forth I am not intrested or refer any one to buy your products .

            Is 15 days time you need to give a headset replacement . Then what I do without my headsets in these days . It surprise me even startup companies giving immediate resolution to the issue .yours is really a useless brand and service .

            Need reply on this mail . Even you won't replace my headset on time .

              I have bought samsung galaxy s7 mobile phone on 2nd jul 2016 from paragon store, thane (W)

              I took the phone under your 10% cash back offer so i paid all the amount by debit card

              It was also mentioned of that bill that i was eligible for the 10% cash back offer within 90 days
              Please look into it as the 90 days time period has elapsed
              It is my hard earned money please help me sir
              I tried complaining to their customer care service but they are ignoring my complaint by making false promises that your amount has bees passed blah blah

                I have given my tab 4 for repairing at samsung service centre(Manasi) on 17th oct2016, Bill-460.
                On 18th, the service centre people confirmed their is water damage inside and the board need to be replaced.
                It will cost around Rs 7500/- and will take abt 10days.
                So, I accept it and asked for them to repair the device.

                On not getting any call from samsung service centre even after 10 days.
                I called them on 3 November2016 for my tab status.
                Firstly they fall from the sky on me asking them the status of my tab.
                The person on the call question me if i have been given any estimation, if i accept it.. i said yes . then ask me to wait .. after a while he said to me.
                That your tab is fully damaged and we need replace the display also..and the estimation will be..Rs.14500/-
                I asked them why they have not informed it to me earlier..if by chance i didn't call...u people u will never inform..me..
                The person on the phone foul at me.. and pass on the phone to their other colleages..
                That they can't help.. it jst that they came To know abt my tab status today morning and abt to inform shortly..

                I didn't believe these samsung service centre people... How can they be so careless..
                They are cheaters.
                I strongly believe they may have replaced my screen with some other tab.. and now charging me for the full replacement.

                Or else i hope they must be professional enough to analyse the whole problem.. at first and then give an estimation ..
                Or atleast update the client on the earliest
                about any issue arise.
                Dont expect such service from a premium Brand like Samsung.

                  I made a complaint for samsung monitor for having a horizontal lines on my pc there service person came, checked and said its not cover under warranty because it is physically damage by cockroaches i was shocked after listening this can a cockroaches can ever cause damage to panels. I didn't think so ok for a while i accept but its not my fault i not inserted cockroaches inside my monitor. So i called customer satisfaction center and follow ups for 3 months now they agree to replace the panel but they said i have to pay extra for service charge and taxes extra about rs 1009/- but why i pay that amount after having warranty of 1 year left. So as a customer u really want money only money no customer satisfaction and all.Every time one nitin is calling and says ur case is different and u have to pay this amount otherwise they didnt replace the panel

                  I have a samsung led model code LS19C170BSQ/XL since in july it having horizontal lines i complained to samsung customer care their engineer came open the monitor and saw some cockroaches inside dead he suddenly says its note cover under warranty then i asked why he said its damaged by cockroaches and its samsung statement that it is physically damaged due to cockroaches then after having calls, mails, twitter and all. Dt:[protected] one call from samsung inida noida office one mr nitin said as per our goodwill we change the panel but i have to pay service charge and tax extra. what rubbish first says not cover under warranty then says we giving discount this means what monitor is faulty this means any samsung LED Easily Damaged By cockroaches

                  Compressor is not working but I call many times in costumer care but no action is taken but after that phone call give by me have not take any serious actions plz sent the mechanic

                    I have been facing problem in finding status on my phone repairing, after 40days I spoken to Samsung live chat.they asked me to go and speak with Manger of blueberry globals service center..when i visited a place and asked for the feedback form . they asked to take the Damaged phone and to leave the center.when I asked reason they informed there is no feedback form and they are not interested to do any kind of deals & improvement. they were so loud and aggressive when i told them to give in written all this The manager shouted saying just leave the center with ur broken phone and do whatever u can do.

                      I have purchased Samsung LED 80 cm 32H5500 in Oct 2014, few days back there was an yellow & green lines started appearing on display screen and also the volume gets low, I have contacted the customer support ( Complaint Nos/service order [protected] & [protected]), we have been told from there support team that some panel needs to replace and that will cost me around Rs 17, 000. I wont understand the quality of samsung? how someone can pay so much of amount for repair. Even the behavior of assigned engineer was also not professional.This incident completely changed my mindset for Samsung.
                      Samsung is typically making fool to people like me with their low category product. I demand that either the issue needs to be resolved or refund of my entire purchase amount.

                          Sir,
                          I have purchased a samsung galaxy j5-2016 mobile online by flipkart.com. The invoice date is 28/06/2016 and imei no is [protected]. The travel adopter cable was faulty and under warranty period i approached your service centre on 10/10/2016 regarding exchange of the adopter cable along with the bill and mobile. Your service centre care and care, civil lines, allahabad told that cable is not available with the store and come after some time.
                          I went to your said service centre on 01/11/2013 at 2:30 p. M. I was inform that the mobile section was closed because of bhaiya dooj, (Holiday). I again visited your service centre today i. E. 03/11/2016
                          Regarding change of faulty cable under warranty period. They told me that i have to bring my mobile with me. I inform that the mobile is being used by my daughter, and she is studying, b. Tech in, ncr, delhi. I presented with the mobile to the service centre on 10/10/2016 as my daughter was in allahabad on dussehra vacation and because of cable unavailability it was not exchanged under warranty period at that time. They refused to exchange cable under warranty period without mobile, today i. E. 03/11/2016. As the mobile was with my daughter in, delhi this is very annoying. Your service is far from satisfactory. I am so much frustrated from samsung service. Very very worst service. Please look into this urgently.

                          Sir,
                          I have purchased a samsung galaxy galaxy s62016 mobile online by flipkart.com. The invoice date is 28/06/2016 and imei no is [protected].

                          Regarding change of faulty cable under warranty period. They told me that i have to bring my mobile with me. They refused to exchange cable under warranty period without mobile, today i. E. 03/11/2016. As the mobile was with my daughter in, delhi this is very annoying. Your service is far from satisfactory. I am so much frustrated from samsung service. Very very worst service. Please look into this urgently.

                          On October 3, 2016 I purchase through Flip cart. till date I am not used this phone due to memory full .
                          I want to know without sim how mobile phones memory are full . the mobile companeies are cheating custommer and forcing to change there mobile within sixmonths
                          Refridgerator 1 door (direct cool) capacity 230 ltrs serial no. D[protected] purchased on 23 Jan 2016 from Balaganapathy enterprises, Neyveli.Defrost is not working properly. Ice is accumulating even defrost is on.Due to ice formation, cover also broken while opening .

                            Three years back we purchased a double door refrigerator from samsung outlet in india. Little did we know that the product was faulty. Six months after purchase, the refrigerator compressor stopped working and hence no cooling. Since compressor doesn't come under warranty, we paid for it. Since then it has either over freezed or didn't preserve.

                            The customer service executive and the service guys were unprofessional and not skilled enough to handle the problem to an extent that we have had the same problem time and again. When we said that we want to speak to higher authority, they said they will arrange the call in 48 hours. No one called up.

                            The junior executive visited the site, said will send senior executive to fix it, we later learnt he closed the issue stating it was sorted out. We again made a complaint, this time a senior executive came, checked and said everything is fine. We told him that the vegetables are not

                              I bought samsung microwave on april 2015, with in 6 month it stop working that time it got corrected with out any charge, now it is just 18 months from purchase now it's not working, now samsung service people are saying it need 3000rs to get corrected, i didn't expect a poor quality from samsung, please go through my problem and give me a solution

                                I purchased a samsung j2 2016 mobile 2 months back. Now the display of the phone has damaged and when i went to service center they refused to repair it in warranty period and demanded 5000 rs. For repair. They said i have broken the screen. But i can say with full trust that i have handled the phone with full care and i deny my fault.
                                My phone should be serviced in warranty only.

                                  I recently bought samsung a9 pro. after using only 4 5 days i'm facing heating issue. the handset is heating very fast while downloading files through net. i'm realy worried about the heating and also mobile is hanging without any extreme use. the phone is realy lagging and its only 5 days from now. i want to return my phone and want my money back or will exchange with any other samsung phone. please inform me what can be done about this. this is my 5th samsung phone.

                                    Myself jayasingh from chennai. Purchased samseung smart 32" tv on 27.02.16. Model noua32j4300. Frequently problem facing. Finally myself registered compliant on 05.10.2016. Till date samsung ready to resolve that issue. Four times mechanic visited they changed some spare even after issue not closed. They not provide service reports. Currently we are not using our tv for the past 20 days. Tv is in gurantee period. We request samseung to replace the tv. They are not ready to support as. Poor responsible. Within 6 months we face serious issues at our tv.

                                    Finally called your head quarters person preethi.
                                    She also not closed this issue. Why???. She also shows poor interest.

                                    Hi I buyed Samsung SMART TV 40 inch 5570 on 8/11/2016 and its WIFI worked only 10 to 15 daysand after that its not working. Engineer visited at home and asked me that we didn't replace the TV we give you the solution and almost 5 days to be going on there is no solution from Samsung. I am totally fed and frustrated that I invest 50000 in Samsung tv and they are not able to resolve issue and asking me that we cant replace TV which is totally unacceptable...This is the most worst product Samsung 5570 40 SERIES SAMRT TV and no service provided from service center. Even engineer which is visiting at home they have no proper tools to rest the factory settings of TV. When I logged the ticket on customer and ask him to escalate the issue they told me that senior team follow you with in 2 hours currently no engineer called me and yet they have no solution...Even at my home 4 mobiles and laptop are able to connect but Samsung SMART TV is not able to connect and they are giving the worst solutions that change your wireless router which is not a permanent solution and who takes the guaranty that if I changed the wifi router my Samsung smart tv works with new wireless router ...Model Samsung smart tv 5570 2016

                                      I have purchased samsung refrigerator from kohinoor thane west in march 2016.
                                      The fridge has stated giving problem of non cooling and samsung technician has repalced some parts 2 times but of no use. From last two months the fridge is in non working condition and reply from samsung is.. Your complaint is in process.
                                      From last 2 months we have suffered heavy loss of food and eatable items and has also affect the health of children and senior citizen in our family.
                                      I request for replacement with new model of same cost immediately.

                                        Hi had purchased a samsung on 5 on the big billion day which is not working properly and after launching a complain to flipkart no legal action is been taken from their end but been receiving a call by the caller saying the would be doing it as i recd a call from [protected] the true caller does not verify that they are from flipkart but asked the detail saying that amount would be transfer to my account i forwarded my cr card no including the three digit no after doing so as the no of fake trancation the company have blocked my card

                                        Hence its a request to the company to take a legal action against it as it would be spoiling the reputation of the brand name
