I have purchased smart TV model: K5570.
Because of some internal problem TV is not getting to DTH. This is confirmed by service engineer of Samsung.

I have asked the service department to replace TV but they said it is not possible as they don't have the same model TV with them. And they said they will refund the amount that I have paid towards the TV. I accepted for that, but till today I haven't received any amount or any information regarding this.

    Dear maa'm /ssir,

    I, the undermentioned, have bought samsung galaxy a5 gold mobile set on[protected] from new delhi (india).

    The mobile set was given for repairs in running condition to delhi (india) branch in september 2016. however, the same was returned with some frivolous remarks of presence of water for which owner was never responsible.

    Owner is a serving defence officer who has been very diligent and careful in handling his mobile.

    It is just to make some money and change the entire motherboard, the non existent fault has been prepared and the phone is returned in dead condition. request to kindly look into the matter.

    The mobile set is in valid warranty period however the samsung repair store refused to honour the warranty.

        Dear sir,
        My refrigerator was working well. there was sound of fan and I complained for it. One service engineer came and he solved the problem of fan and simultaneously told that one pipe is week and it is better to change. we give our consent and he took service charge and Rs500/- extra as advance and changed the pipe. At that time there was no power he told that he will come tomorrow. next anther engineer came and told that and told that previous engineer has not checked it properly now the cooling coil is also leaking and we have to change it. Then he ordered for cooling coil and replaced cooling coil and to our surprise that as the oil was leaked during servicing and now they has to replace compressor as it is also damaged. They removed the coil they have fitted and suggested to by new refrigerator.
        One small problem of fan sound was their and due to untrained service engineers now my fridge is totally spoiled and out of service.
        Now we are help less and don't know what to do.
        PLEASE HELP.

            Hello samsung,
            Please stopping harassing customer. After so many follow ups and complain you people finally arrange one executive to repair my tv but he only came to do time pass and at the end told that i need to pay an amount of rupees 7000 approx. If he will repair. As i told you earlier my tv is only 5 months old and is under warranty period so kindly do the needful from your side. The executive is the same person whom i meet earlier at service center. Kindly assign the task to other executive and repair my led as soon as possible. Since i month you people are make fool to me. Being such a big brand i don’t expect this from samsung. If necessary action is not take urgently from your side the i will fir against the service center violating the warranty terms and harassing me. My service order no. Is [protected].

              I have bought samsung - j2 model - smj200g/dd. As due to display problem i have approached tirupur service center, there is no any physical damage in the mobile or in the display but in the customer care and in the service center also saying if you keep mobile in the pocket the mobile display will get damage. Even though there is problem with the manufacturing they are not accepting and giving warranty / replacement. And very worst dismantle and reassemble.

                Bought product on 13/04/16. Door exploded on 06/11/16. Called head office samsung in kolkata, lee road. Engineer came, tested, photographed, videoed, filled forms, i signed and he left saying someone would be in touch i waited all day no one called. When i called i was unceremoniously questioned who i lived with, could there have been a tussle, a child hammering it!!! My integrity as a law abiding senior citizen was being questioned by samsung who do not know me. I am 73 yrs of age. I live completely on my own. What are your staff suggesting to a 73 yr old??? Please feel free to ask block security and neighbours. Being traumatized i found a samsung site and went on chat. A very kind lady promised to pass it on to senior management. Since then samsung kolkata have called me once 8/11/16 at precisely 16.41hrs. And said since the door had been broken by me they will supply a door, but i will have to bear the expenses!! I did not continue the conversation as i knew it was futile and disconnected. Now i have received 2 text messages from samsung call centre saying"order [protected] has been cancelled due to estimate not approved" received a similar one again tonight. Lies!!! Did not speak to him re any estimate. I disconnected as soon as i heard myself being blamed. Please check recorded message. Please!!! Samsung, i'm not even thinking of replacing the door as i can see tiny specs of glass fragments on the rubber washer on the door. I know for a fact that there are glass fragments in the machine. And by the way it is still under guaranteed. I would however like to add here that a mr. Ajay called from delhi to say it was in the hands of the senior management and that i would hear again within 24 hrs. I did. A mr. Singh called, very professional, and reassured senior management will come to a decision soon. He also asked me not to communicate with kolkata. I have not.
                Also for your information, i have since googled "exploding front load doors" and there are hundreds. Please go on the site. There are instances of similar experience to mine where they explode while not in use.
                I wait to hear from you. Please get in touch with the courteous gentleman who called from [protected]. I am waiting for his call to get to the bottom of this. He had told me this is the first time he has come across such a problem. Just google. It does happen. How u handle it.. Is of course your choice. I am writing because i live by certain principles. Thank you.

                It is now the 14th of Nov. I complained on 6th. How much longer does it take an international company such as yousr to sit up and solve a problem.
                Nobody is prepared to send a senior person to examine it, discuss all possible reasons with client, send for forensic to justify glass quality etc etc. Samsung people...EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM are taking the issue personally, as if the machine was built by them and their neck is on the line!! IT IS A PROBLEM THAT HAS HAPPENED BEFORE IN VARIOUS COUNTRIES WITH VARIOUS MODELS OF FRONT LOADERS. THE MEDIA HAD TAKEN IT UP...PROBLEMS LOOKED INTO, SOLVED.
                Will somebody responsible from Samsung stand up and take a call. Come to fair decision. Not all complaints have the same redressal formula surely.
                Mine has tiny glass fragments stuck on the washer..therefore is CANNOT be used for washes... SO WHAT SHOULD YOU DO AS A REPUTABLE COMPANY? What IS your policy?
                I am sick and tired of being told by officials( who have never in their lives done a load of washing themselves... BUT ARE EXPERTS IN SELLING)..that I broke the glass myself somehow, that I had kept on using it all night maybe (EXCUSE ME !!!), maybe some one pushed me..Dear Customer care Officials, I live alone, have NO relative and am 73 yrs of age. Instead of going to an old people's Home, I decided to stay in a flat in my country. Have only ever used Samsung products and still do..I HAVE EVEN BEEN TOLD WARRANTY CARDS ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO MAKE A CLAIM. ONE NEEDS TO LOOK UP THE WEBSITE.What infantile nonsense are we discussing.
                I am not pointing a finger at any one individual...the machine was faulty. It is only just 6 months old. DO SOMETHING SAMSUNG. SEND IN AN EXPERT. YOU ARE HARASSING A SENIOR CITIZEN AND QUESTIONING HER INTEGRITY. WHY? Samsung as a company is not infallible. Stand up and make your decision please Samsung.

                    Hi

                    In my galaxy s6 there is an app by Samsung which is the my galaxy app. In this app there is an offer for upgrade. Once u select the upgrade option the app checks for the condition of the mobile and gives a price for exchange and directs you to the nearest Samsung smart cafe.

                    But when I went to the Samsung smart cafe with this information they said they cannot exchange the phone as they have no information about the app nor the upgrade offer.

                    I highlighted my query to all email ids relevant to Samsung but nobody from Samsung is ready to respond to my query. I wrote to the CEO s desk for which I received a call from them asking for more details about the phone and concern and said they will highlight the same to their sales team. But it's been 5 days now and no reply.

                    Looks like people in Samsung are clueless about what is going on in their company. Nobody knows about this offer in their build in app.

                    I am very much dissatisfied by the kind of replies or the approach with which Samsung is dealing with my concern.

                    Hi,

                    I have not received any reference number. I had received a call stating i have to contact My.Samsung app Team, But there is no response from the My galaxy team.

                    From "help.[protected]@samsung.com" i have recieved a mail reply stating that i need to contact "http://www.samsung.com/support". When i contacted the sugested, i registed my complint with the CEO desk. Recieved a call they took all my details over mail but after that no response.The person to whom i send my mails were "ajit.[protected]@partner.samsung.com"

                    I have also been writing to Samsung Top management Email Id's 2 times in a week, but there is no response from them. The email ids i am sending mails are as below. But no response from any one.

                      My retired parents (who are both senior citizens) are based in Kolkata and are being harassed by Samsung service people. My parents bought a fridge worth Rs 27, 000 in 2012. The fridge is just 3.5 years old and 10 days back it started leaking. We called Samsung's service people and they told us that the thermocole of the fridge is damaged. As a result, they cannot repair the fridge anymore. According to them, the fridge has depreciated by 90% and hence as a company policy they can give Rs. 2, 700 as a fridge price. Note, there is a 10 year warranty on the compressor.
                      I am based in London and hence cannot do much sitting here. How can Samsung expect people to buy high end expensive appliances from Samsung that might get damaged in just 3.5 years and that too beyond repair? How can Samung's people say that fridge has depreciated by 90% when they are giving a 10 Year warranty on compressor? I don’t understand how this mathematics works.

                          Dear Team, I have bought Samsung LED K5570 on 5th of November 2016 from Surya Electronics, Wakad, Pune. I was assured that TV will be mounted very next day... but they failed to keep their promise. I would suggest everyone to buy Samsung products but not from this particular store as they are unable to handle their third party vendors as well. I will myself arrange to mount the TV and will lodge a complaint against Surya Electronics.

                            I'm contacting from dubai UAE, on behalf of my friend in India, my friend today had gone the service center in virar, mumbai, she was treated very badly, in words as well in the costs and charges, for a j7 phone touch and display the engineer demands 7000 Indian rupees, and... 160 cost for checking, when I being an engineer in Dubai can do this work in 100 dirhams, 1800 rs ... This case is going to be submitted in the police authority of India, as well as I am going to take action by complaining that she was hurt using abusive words...

                              Samsung has only toll free number, no service?
                              Samsung doesn't provide support for home appliances?

                              I had purchased samsung washing machine cum dryer wd80j6410as for rs.60, 000 in september, 2016. As the dryer is not working properly, i called their toll free no.[protected] four times and still there is no response.
                              I called on 30.10.2016 their ref. No.[protected]
                              I called on 02.11.2016 their ref. No.[protected]
                              I called on 05.11.2016 their ref. No.[protected] (As the issue was not solved, same ref. No. Given)
                              I called on 07.11.2016 their ref. No.[protected] (As the issue was not solved, same ref. No. Given)
                              On 08.11.2016, i received a call from samsung chennai office from[protected], i informed that nobody has come to solve the problem. I was informed that the job has been assigned to an engineer who will call me, but no one called. I received an sms that the call was closed post resolution ref. No.[protected] dated 08.11.2016.

                              Now coming to their online chat support. On 07.11.2016, i started a chat, some customer care executive came online, after reading my problem, disappeared. I was waiting in front of my computer for 15 minutes, he did not turn up.

                              Now coming to their email support. They have not provided any email address, but a form to fill up. While all the details of my product are registered under my mobile number, why ask all details of the product again?

                              I asked customer care on toll free no. (Who every time apologized for the inconvenience), whom to complain if the problem is not attended to and they had no answer. It seems they have no system to oversee customer complaints.

                              Hi samsung, do you have any system to attend customer grievance redressal if customer complaints are not attended to? Do you have any direct number and email address if any problem is not entertained within a reasonable period, say one week?

                                This is to bring in your attention that I had purchased a phone Galaxy A8 (Serial Number – RZ8H40033YK ([protected]). On dated Nov 01, 2016. From reliance digital crown interior mall, Faridabad.
                                We came to our home and started the phone running fine but suddenly from next morning my phone’s blinking than within minutes display had gone. I tried to start many time but phone didn’t start again. Than I went to your Samsung service centre sector 16 Faridabad. There I met Mr Sukhvinder Singh he said after checking the phone that your display has Brocken and it will cost 7445 rupees but I said it is not possible because I pressed starting button than suddenly display came than he saw again the phone and checked again and said that it was our engineer’s mistake and you please leave your phone for one day observation we check more but I said I have to leave for Jaipur Today. so if you give me a spare phone so that I can give you phone than he said we can’t provide any spare phone but your phone working fine now if you see any problem again in future than you please bring your phone, than I came back.
                                That same day I came to Jaipur and in my whole journey phone started again the same problem, after coming back to Faridabad. I again visited to your service centre dated Nov 7, 2016 and they kept my phone for one day observation regarding job sheet ([protected]).
                                Than next day Nov 8, 2016 Mr. Sukhvinder called me and said to me please collect your device now it is working fine,
                                Sir, but I didn’t go to collect the phone because this device has some problem. I purchased it 16373 rupees so it cost me a lot. After spending much amount I cannot keep this phone because it can create problem again.
                                I request you please given me a good solution I will be thankful to you.

                                      My grievance is regarding the Samsung microwave I have with me, purchased on[protected], model/serial no:- MC28H5025VF/ 0ALE7WEGA00036. Since its purchase, it had one inherent defect related to door which was not switching off the light properly for microwave to function, but when we used to shake the door little bit the light used to get turn off and it used to work properly then. Apart from this defect, till last week my microwave was working properly fine, it used to cook/grill food perfectly.
                                      As the warranty period of my microwave was about to get over on[protected], I thought to get the inherent defect corrected from the Samsung company. I called customer care on 4th Nov 016 and they arranged an engineer’s visit on 5th Nov 2016 at my home to check the defect. Engineer came and opened the microwave to check the defect and after 10 minute of checking he closed the microwave and told me that a small part needs to be replaced to correct this inherent defect. He said that this replacement of part will just take 1-2 days if the part is available in store.

                                      After the engineer left when I tried to use microwave again for cooking food, it did not get hot at all, though the light is turning on and plate is rotating but it’s not getting warm/hot from inside. I called the customer care again to complain about what there engineer had done, since then they are just assuring me of an engineer visit again to resolve my issue.

                                      Since last 5 days my microwave is not working at all and it all happened when the Samsung engineer came and opened it. Instead of repairing the inherent defect they have broken my microwave all the more so now it’s not working at all.
                                      I called customer care many time since then, every day, 3-4 times a day, all they are giving me is assurance that one engineer will come soon and repair it. I really feel that they want to let my warranty period get over which will be on[protected] and then they want to charge me for the part replacement and for the repair. This is not acceptable to me as the defect was an inherent one in the Samsung product and they should correct it free of cost.

                                      My invoice number is SYS-02552 and the customer care complaint numbers are [protected], [protected] and the service request number is [protected] on which engineer name MANSOOR has been assigned who is not taking calls at all.

                                      Kindly note, till this happened to me I was a Samsung brand loyal and used to give example of Samsung’s wonderful after sales service. I had all the products in my home of Samsung company, but henceforth I will think many times before buying Samsung products and will stop others also from doing so.
                                      Please look into it to get this sorted and I need answer that why there are loop holes/gaps in the service. I need full compensation of the harassment I am facing for this delay in service. If I will not get timely response from Samsung I will definitely take the matter to consumer court/forum.
