We registered an comlaint regarding above washing machine model complaint reference no.[protected] on 19/11/2016. Regret to advice you that till today nobody has shown up or responded. This is very embrassing. Three months ago samsung technician came here checked and told us board is out of order and removed board after three days they said no complaint in the board so power supply inside the machine may be the reason. Since several attempts made nobody is responding and nobody came to see the machine to
Resolve the problem. We are waiting more than three months and nobody has shown up and suffering without use of washing machine

      Hi,

      There was an internal liquid damage in my samsung phone due to which the display stop functioning. I had given my phone to samsung service center last week on tuesday post which i received the following message.
      "dear customer, your service order [protected] part has been ordered, engineer will re-visit in 3~5 days. For any support please call 180040-samsung[protected]"
      Before handing over my phone to the pick up boy from samsung i was told by the customer care executive that since i am using a premium phone, i would be provided with a stand by phone; however, the pick up told me that we do not provide a stand by phone.
      Further, the next day i received a message from the customer care as below:

      "dear customer, service engineer vikram, contact# [protected] has been assigned against your service request [protected]. For support please call 180040-samsung[protected]".

      "dear customer, service engineer vikram, mobile number [protected] has been assigned against registered service order [protected]"

      After trying vikram's number multiple times, he informed me that the display needs to be changed and the total expenses that i need to bear is about inr 10, 000 however no satisfactory reason and cost break up was provided to me.

      I have spoken to the customer service center of thursday, friday and saturday and monday but i haven't got a satisfactory response from samsung's end and every time i was assured that i will get an update in the next 24 hours.

      This kind of after sales service was never expected from a brand as that of samsung and it is highly disappointing to see how lightly the customers are taken who have been using your devices for such a long time.

        I have purchased samsung refrigerator on 14th aug 2016 from vijay sales, devarc mall, ahmedabad, gujarat, india. They delivered me transit damage refrigerator (Your technician had proved that this is transit damage piece).

        Issue:
        Some noise come due to fiction of lower door and refrigerator (Door is making noise while opening and closing). They repaired in such a way i cannot close door normally

        Reason to book late complaint:
        I was thinking that this is new appliance due to new instruments (Rubber or bolt) in the door this can make noise for few days and it will be stop. But we started to use then noise is getting higher and higher then i raised complaint for that.
        Step taken by service center
        At last they picked my refrigerator and solved that noise issue but i cannot able to close door now they sent refrigerator without complete all issue. They delivered me with one more issue cant close door normally (Have to press door to close and pull hard to open).

        Given back without solution: 23rd nov 2016
        Don’t have any hope for repair. I am in trouble even paid full amount.

SO, i submitted the phone at The Mobinet, samsung servicing centre, berhampur, Odisha on dt. 24/10/2016 but still after 1 month no result.             Ijasim yusuf shaikh Contact : +91-[protected] Purchased the Mobile Samsung Galaxy S7 on 23/4/2016 and i was using it till 19/11/2016 at evening while i was having Dinner there was a plastic burning smell coming through, I noticed that the USB charging cord was heated up and when i tried to unplug it i got a Electrick Shock and i lost my conciousness and mobile fall of my hand and the back glass was shattered,

            Later i went to service center for repair, they book Temporary complaint # [protected] & Asked me to contact Customer service :[protected], i did call the supervisor answered my call and book a complaint number Ref: [protected] Date 21/Nov/2016 and in next 1 hour i got a call from "Product liability team", I spoke to Jasminder singh informed him about the Situation and Issue he advise me to wait for more 24 hr, and unfortunately he closed my complaint without informing me.

            I do have all call recording

            The reason i purchased Samsung galazy s7 is its latest function as i am suffering from Heart disease" Arrhythmia " (abnormal rhythm of heart ) i am unable to use the Mobile Due to shattered glass please help me to get the warranty covered

              I got samsung galaxy J7 mobile on June 26 2016 at Bangkok airport.
              In the month of september 2016 the mobile automatically turned off even when there was full charge.I restarted the phone and it worked. This continued 4-5 times the same month and everytime after restarting the phone worked.

              In October a fine day the mobile was completely dead. I tried charging restarting several times i didnt work at all. I was in complee shock as it is brand new phone and i was not even aware of the reason.

              I called the customer service 3-4 times and the only reply from agents was,
              "Mam please take your moile to bangkok for service" is the way you answer someone. Just disguisting people are in customer care who doeant know what to talk and they simply follow the useless scripts.If i can go Bangkok and service it, why cant i get a better phone in India i can get 6-7 mobiles here right.????

              I took it 10-12 service centers in Bangalore with the warranty the reply was just international warranties are not accepted.
              Finally there was a service centre who agreed to do it with a fee charge.
              I was ok to pay and wanted them to investigate they replied there is a problem in motherboard and the replacement should arrive from the mobile purchased place and they gave me the phone back.

              Finally im just fed up and irritated still today. Im a I phone user form 2010 and i just wanted to try samsung for a change and finally only disappointments and regrets. My Iphone is still working and im using it now as well. Samsung never expected in 2 months the phone will die.

              Im ready to take this any level if there is no proper service or response from samsung.

              Its been more than 6 months im struggling with this issue. The orginal cost of the phone when i purchased was 17k and samsung is ready to offer service for 12k.

              Would someone take up this option?
              I would rather get a new mobile right?
              Its very clear there seems to be some manufacturing defect and i should be paid to recitfy this. Ridiculous. Everywhere samsung phones are exploding or there is manfutacuring defect. Never expected this from such big brand #calledso . I wouldnt recomend anyone of you to purchase samsung mobiles. They are worst of all. Worse than other normal brands.

              However if samsung wouldnt replace my new phone i would like to take this legally further.

                    I have one Samsung Side by side fridge. It is not working . A complaint was lodged at Toll free No on 17th Oct 2016. Local service centre told that part is to be changed for that thay have taken Rs.6500/-. Till date complaint is not resolved . My money is not returned till date. Behaviour of Jhansi centre manager Mr.Mishra is also not up to the mark. I have got telephone recording of conversation with him on 22nd Nov.2016

                        I bought a Samsung RT47K6358sl serial number 0DMM4DBH600293 19 July 2016 from Reliance Retail. I am having over cooling problem and have registered complain with Samsung service and complaint no is [protected]. In spite of repeated calls and on line chats I am unable to get any service from Samsung for this for the past 3 days. Samsung sent an SMS giving the name and contact of the service Engineer assigned but when contacted yesterday he said he had not received any instructions and hung up. When I tried to call today he did not answer the call. Samsung service when contacted have not given any positive response.. I have a 50, 000 worth of fridge from a multinational and no service under warranty

                          I have submitted a mobile s7 edge for display replacement @ samsung authorised service centre, luxmi nagar Delhi opposite hira sweets named as B2X on dtd. 13/11/2016.
                          Till today dated 23/11/16 status is display Screen is not available at ur service centre nd also not available at ur backup warehouses.
                          Sir as we all know now a days mobile handset is a lifeline of a human being so sevive without a mobile handset 10 days is a big period.
                          S7 edge is ur latest & premium device for which consumer pays a big amount, i have purchased this @ rs56990/- from samsung smartphone cafe named as agmatel india pvt ltd. Vikas marg laxmi nagar On dtd 16/4/2016 Bill no- S16/219.

                          I m a business person nd I need my mobile very much...
                          on 13/11/2016 samsung service centre placed a order for display Screen but samsung warehouses rejected the order on 16/11/2016 & reverted part is not available
                          in that condition service centre called me up nd said that for ur device now we will request to company that consumer want replacement or refund...
                          Nd after that company will decide what to do.., & this all process takes 40 to 55 days...
                          Sir now a days samsung is running an offer of one time display Screen replacement on s7 edge
                          Now my question is how u will replace a screen which samsung already denying to me, why samsung is cheeting, why samsung is making fool & giving harassment to a consumer
                          why a premium consumer wait for 45 to 55 days who had paid a big amount for a product,
                          सैमसंग अपनी प्रतिष्ठा को नोट 7 की बदनामी के बाद काफी खो चुका है, क्या इस प्रकार की हरकतों से बाजार में ग्राहक और अधिक नही टूटेगा, आपका सबसे महंगा और लेटेस्ट फोन S7 edge है, क्या इसके पार्ट्स आपके सर्विस सेंटर में उपलब्ध नही होने चाहिएं, अगर आपके पास डिस्प्ले नही है तो क्या आपका वन टाइम स्क्रीन रिप्लेसमेंट ऑफर मार्किट में चलाना उचित है क्या?,
                          आज जो ग्राहक 55000 खर्च कर रहा है वो एक पार्ट बदलवाने के लिए क्या 15 से 55 दिन इंतज़ार करेगा क्या?

                            I have bought samsung tab-a in january-16, because of sim tray of the tab i have suffering with tab, it was a manufacturing defect as sim tray was bended when i brought it, warranty also still availalbe but service centre guys telling it doesnt cover warranty and for this simple and small issue they asked me to changed motherboard as it cost around 7500/- which is 60% of the new tab, im unable to pay this amount kindly look into issue and resolve it asap,

                              Dear All,

                              I have purchased one Samsung Galaxy S7 edge ( Samsung handset with Model Number- SM-G935FZDUINS and Serial Number- RZ8H70LCGBX). Relevant documents are attached for your quick ref. Unfortunately, display got damaged due to accident. On 13/09/2016 I contacted service center for resolution. Service Center took the case advance from me for the estimate and cash as an advance (i asked for credit card payment however they said they need cash only) Rs 6, 000 to start the work. I submitted all the money and cash as per instruction / order of the customer care executive. After few days on my follow up I got call from center for the commercial solution. They informed me they don’t have parts !!!

                              They told me to submit the entire box and accessories with cancel check and ID proof for issuing the refund. I did all the submission immediately on 08/10/2016.They told me normally it takes one month time for the processing refund. Which I thought would be right / justified. However, as a customer i expect the work has to be finished by the committed date . Till date I don’t have any update. Its more than one month now. Some days back I called the service center for the help. They told me to contact call center and ask them to expedite. I called call center and call center told me call service center. Now I don’t know what to do here. As I have lost my phone and I have no clue what will happen. I also asked for my refund of cash advance for the work but they said they can’t issue now.

                              I wrote twice on the contact us section from your web site. Both the time I got standard reply and no clue what is happening and i have to wait till how long to get resolution here. I don’t know how many times i have to raise the request and how much time i will have to wait for the resolution. This is very bad client service experience. I was informed i will get update soon. Now i want to ask what is the definition of "Some Time" I can’t wait till infinity. My money is at stake after spending such huge amount I am without phone.

                              Please look in to this matter and help me resolution

                              I have received call from the Samsung India. However, the call was generic he informed / mentioned he / company regret inconvenience caused to me. I don't think they really mean it its generic words of which are just said without meaning it. If they really mean it they should close the case in 2 days and give adequate compensation. I guess they are still not taking the case seriously. As they says I still have to wait for 2 more weeks !!!. Now sure why I have already given more then 2 months to this case. He reverted to me when I escalated this case. So normal customer who does not know this route. How they will treat by them. I am not happy with their approach and I need some closure the case on top priority and adequate compensation for hard ship I had while dealing with this situation.

                                As your customer I have taken mobile phone(Model no- SM-A800IZDEINS) from Samsung but display was broken I have put request for change display in Samsung care (Supertech engineers Plot No-182/34 Industrial area Chandigarh) on 14/09/16 compliant no-[protected] but as your company said within 15-20 days display will received but they said it will take more days then they give me option for refund but as of now I am not getting any refund and revert from your side. Now Two months are gone but there is no resolution from your side I required full refund for such Harashment.
                                Otherwise I will put this issue to consumer court.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  I have submitted the unit at the ASC Indore (Yashwant Plaza) on 25/10/2016. Job no is [protected] in the issue noted as TOUCH NOT WORK & SOMETIME CAMERA NOT WORK & SET NOT CONNECT IN MTK MODE IN PC. THEN THE UNIT WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 31/10/2016. Everything was working fine accept the touch panel back key button auto working & wifi also auto switches off itself & switches on after sometime. I revisited the ASC on 02/11/2016 & submitted the unit back for the above mentioned issue i.e. touch panel back key & wifi auto work problem. The ASC gave the old Acknowledgement Printout & changed the date manually by hand.

                                  Then I have received the unit on 15/11/2016. As now the unit is Out dated 1 day before physically receiving. The unit still has the same issues as i have submitted on 02/11/16 for the repair. I revisited the ASC for complaint that it has the same issues & nothing was resolved. The Executive told me that the unit is now Out of Warranty & it will cost Rs 8700 for the PCBA Part.

                                  When I have submitted the unit on 02/11/16 as it was in UW why the issues are not resolved & after when receiving the unit it has the same issues now they say it will not be repaired in UW. The warranty period is expired at the ASC so it''s not my fault. If they know that the unit has PCBA issues why they have not resolved it when i submitted the unit on 02/11/16 @ that time the unit is in warranty.

                                  Are you team trying to make customer fool. Or think that customers are stupid. I want this case to be resolved ASAP. If you are not able to help me in this case, so kindly let me know. I will than handle the issue my ways.

                                    This is to intimate you that I had purchased one Samsung J5 mobile on 25.01.2016. The set was working fine. Suddenly, on 07.08.2016, the screen gone black. I went to Samsung Care M/s Aditya Enterprises, Dehri-on-Sone on 08.08.2016 and reported a complain.
                                    After passing one month, the Samsung Care people upon inquiry told me that the set is not repairable and hence the company will refund the purchase amount to you. For that, you have to submit the following :-
                                    1. Mobile Handset
                                    2. Charger
                                    3. Warranty Card
                                    4. Original Bill
                                    5. Cancelled Cheque
                                    6. Identity Proof
                                    7. Box
                                    It was informed that the Company would Process the request and the purchase value of the handset would be transferred to your account within a week.
                                    Accordingly, I had submitted the entire set along with documents on 12.09.2016 at Dehri on Sone .
                                    I had given telephone call to Customer Care Executive on 13.10.2016, 25.10.2016, 26.10.2016, 02.11.2016, 11.11.2016, 16.11.2016 and 21.11.2016. But I have not received any positive response.
                                    More than three months have elapsed since I have complained, but till date the issue has not been resolved.
                                    I request you to kindly look into the matter for early transfer of purchase value to my account.

                                    This refers my earlier complain dt 22.11.2016 on the captioned claim for refund of Rs. 12999/-;the purchase value of mobile handset.
                                    Please note as per your company's advice, I had submitted all the papers for refund of amount to my account on 12.09.2016.
                                    Interestingly, one person from SAMSUNG called on me and informed that the refund is not possible and the company is going to repair your mobile handset.
                                    "SIR, SAMSUNG IS A BIG NAME.THE NAME OF SAMSUNG IS AT STAKE. THE IMAGE OF SAMSUNG IS BEING MALIGNED BY YOUR OWN SAMSUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR ADVICES"
                                    Firstly, I gave the mobile handset for repair on 08.08.2016.When the repair could not succeed, your own people, told to submit above papers for refund.
                                    On counting from first day of complaint till today, the day counts comes to 107 days.Now, the interesting part of my complaint is that till date, the solution has not come to me.
                                    When the company has moved to Second step (first failed then 2nd ) and consumed 3and a half months, how can it move backward.
                                    As far as I know, SAMAUNG DOES NOT LOOK BACKWARD.I am also one of the torchbearers of the company and do word of mouth publicity for the company.
                                    I once again request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange for speedy refund of Rs.12999/-.
