I have bought samsung tab-a in january-16, because of sim tray of the tab i have suffering with tab, it was a manufacturing defect as sim tray was bended when i brought it, warranty also still availalbe but service centre guys telling it doesnt cover warranty and for this simple and small issue they asked me to changed motherboard as it cost around 7500/- which is 60% of the new tab, im unable to pay this amount kindly look into issue and resolve it asap,

    Dear All,

    I have purchased one Samsung Galaxy S7 edge ( Samsung handset with Model Number- SM-G935FZDUINS and Serial Number- RZ8H70LCGBX). Relevant documents are attached for your quick ref. Unfortunately, display got damaged due to accident. On 13/09/2016 I contacted service center for resolution. Service Center took the case advance from me for the estimate and cash as an advance (i asked for credit card payment however they said they need cash only) Rs 6, 000 to start the work. I submitted all the money and cash as per instruction / order of the customer care executive. After few days on my follow up I got call from center for the commercial solution. They informed me they don’t have parts !!!

    They told me to submit the entire box and accessories with cancel check and ID proof for issuing the refund. I did all the submission immediately on 08/10/2016.They told me normally it takes one month time for the processing refund. Which I thought would be right / justified. However, as a customer i expect the work has to be finished by the committed date . Till date I don’t have any update. Its more than one month now. Some days back I called the service center for the help. They told me to contact call center and ask them to expedite. I called call center and call center told me call service center. Now I don’t know what to do here. As I have lost my phone and I have no clue what will happen. I also asked for my refund of cash advance for the work but they said they can’t issue now.

    I wrote twice on the contact us section from your web site. Both the time I got standard reply and no clue what is happening and i have to wait till how long to get resolution here. I don’t know how many times i have to raise the request and how much time i will have to wait for the resolution. This is very bad client service experience. I was informed i will get update soon. Now i want to ask what is the definition of "Some Time" I can’t wait till infinity. My money is at stake after spending such huge amount I am without phone.

    Please look in to this matter and help me resolution

    I have received call from the Samsung India. However, the call was generic he informed / mentioned he / company regret inconvenience caused to me. I don't think they really mean it its generic words of which are just said without meaning it. If they really mean it they should close the case in 2 days and give adequate compensation. I guess they are still not taking the case seriously. As they says I still have to wait for 2 more weeks !!!. Now sure why I have already given more then 2 months to this case. He reverted to me when I escalated this case. So normal customer who does not know this route. How they will treat by them. I am not happy with their approach and I need some closure the case on top priority and adequate compensation for hard ship I had while dealing with this situation.

    Very poor customer management from Samsung side. Did not expect this kind of behaviour. Will think twice before buying / recomanding samsung.

      Dear Team,

      As your customer I have taken mobile phone(Model no- SM-A800IZDEINS) from Samsung but display was broken I have put request for change display in Samsung care (Supertech engineers Plot No-182/34 Industrial area Chandigarh) on 14/09/16 compliant no-[protected] but as your company said within 15-20 days display will received but they said it will take more days then they give me option for refund but as of now I am not getting any refund and revert from your side. Now Two months are gone but there is no resolution from your side I required full refund for such Harashment.
      Otherwise I will put this issue to consumer court.

        Dear Team,

        I have submitted the unit at the ASC Indore (Yashwant Plaza) on 25/10/2016. Job no is [protected] in the issue noted as TOUCH NOT WORK & SOMETIME CAMERA NOT WORK & SET NOT CONNECT IN MTK MODE IN PC. THEN THE UNIT WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 31/10/2016. Everything was working fine accept the touch panel back key button auto working & wifi also auto switches off itself & switches on after sometime. I revisited the ASC on 02/11/2016 & submitted the unit back for the above mentioned issue i.e. touch panel back key & wifi auto work problem. The ASC gave the old Acknowledgement Printout & changed the date manually by hand.

        Then I have received the unit on 15/11/2016. As now the unit is Out dated 1 day before physically receiving. The unit still has the same issues as i have submitted on 02/11/16 for the repair. I revisited the ASC for complaint that it has the same issues & nothing was resolved. The Executive told me that the unit is now Out of Warranty & it will cost Rs 8700 for the PCBA Part.

        When I have submitted the unit on 02/11/16 as it was in UW why the issues are not resolved & after when receiving the unit it has the same issues now they say it will not be repaired in UW. The warranty period is expired at the ASC so it''s not my fault. If they know that the unit has PCBA issues why they have not resolved it when i submitted the unit on 02/11/16 @ that time the unit is in warranty.

        Are you team trying to make customer fool. Or think that customers are stupid. I want this case to be resolved ASAP. If you are not able to help me in this case, so kindly let me know. I will than handle the issue my ways.

          Sir,
          This is to intimate you that I had purchased one Samsung J5 mobile on 25.01.2016. The set was working fine. Suddenly, on 07.08.2016, the screen gone black. I went to Samsung Care M/s Aditya Enterprises, Dehri-on-Sone on 08.08.2016 and reported a complain.
          After passing one month, the Samsung Care people upon inquiry told me that the set is not repairable and hence the company will refund the purchase amount to you. For that, you have to submit the following :-
          1. Mobile Handset
          2. Charger
          3. Warranty Card
          4. Original Bill
          5. Cancelled Cheque
          6. Identity Proof
          7. Box
          It was informed that the Company would Process the request and the purchase value of the handset would be transferred to your account within a week.
          Accordingly, I had submitted the entire set along with documents on 12.09.2016 at Dehri on Sone .
          I had given telephone call to Customer Care Executive on 13.10.2016, 25.10.2016, 26.10.2016, 02.11.2016, 11.11.2016, 16.11.2016 and 21.11.2016. But I have not received any positive response.
          More than three months have elapsed since I have complained, but till date the issue has not been resolved.
          I request you to kindly look into the matter for early transfer of purchase value to my account.

          Re: My Samsung J5 mobile

          This refers my earlier complain dt 22.11.2016 on the captioned claim for refund of Rs. 12999/-;the purchase value of mobile handset.
          Please note as per your company's advice, I had submitted all the papers for refund of amount to my account on 12.09.2016.
          Interestingly, one person from SAMSUNG called on me and informed that the refund is not possible and the company is going to repair your mobile handset.
          "SIR, SAMSUNG IS A BIG NAME.THE NAME OF SAMSUNG IS AT STAKE. THE IMAGE OF SAMSUNG IS BEING MALIGNED BY YOUR OWN SAMSUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR ADVICES"
          Firstly, I gave the mobile handset for repair on 08.08.2016.When the repair could not succeed, your own people, told to submit above papers for refund.
          On counting from first day of complaint till today, the day counts comes to 107 days.Now, the interesting part of my complaint is that till date, the solution has not come to me.
          When the company has moved to Second step (first failed then 2nd ) and consumed 3and a half months, how can it move backward.
          As far as I know, SAMAUNG DOES NOT LOOK BACKWARD.I am also one of the torchbearers of the company and do word of mouth publicity for the company.
          I once again request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange for speedy refund of Rs.12999/-.

                I have purchased samsung front load washing washing machine 2 and half years back and the mother board itself got damaged. When samsung was contacted, they asked for rs 6500 which is a huge amount. It is pathetic that for the machine which is just 2 and half year old, mother board itself is damaged and company wont replace it. What is the quality of the samsung washing machine then? I want the money to be reimbursed? I want the people to realise the cheating i want to proceed further and expose the issue to the public.

                Is there is anyone who can help me ? I have given my Washing machine on dated 6/4/2018 at service centre for repair but till date I have not received it back .

                What intension you people are keeping I don’t understand, If you don’t want to give let me know . I will go for new one .

                I am sending daily follow-up email and phone call but there is no proper response, As per last update parts was not available. How much time you need to arrange the parts already I have paid Rs 2000.

                Is this is the standard of Samsung ? Worst customer service I have experienced yet. If you people are not going to revert me I am going to post same email chain to social media and consumer forum.

Always said material not available, repair pending. In a reputed company like this problem are very shameful. Either repair or replace the mobile. The company is cheating on the people of India.

                    while this is wrong statement by service center reality is that there is no water case,

                      Samsung promised that samsung galaxy s7 edge is a water resistant. Yesterday i went out to talk suddenly rain came and at the same time i got a call from my friend, i lift the call and i am talking to him after a few minutes phone got switched off. I am having a trust that this is a water resistant phone and nothing will happen to my mobile and later when i checked its not getting on and today morning i went to samsung service center and same problem i have explained to them. They are telling that for this kind of water damage waranty is not applicable.

                      Now my question is
                      For small raining only the mobile phone was damaged. How ipv4 and ipv6 is certified if the problem is coming like this?

                          I hv Samsung Galaxy Note 4 but there is no Volte update available. One of my friends hv same phone but he is having Volte update. I tried to update it manually but it shows that my phone has latest update. I tried to call the customer care but unfortunately they didn't respond. I want some help for this issue. Plz help me out.

                            Hey i am using samsung galaxy e 7 hand set, that samsung said that this phone sim 1 slot is 4g/lte/ compatible, but when i tried to use 4 g that was not working, even i checked with customer care of my phone network they informed me that your phone is not 4 compatible.
                            How can it possible if on your officially site specification of that hand set is showing that yes sim 1 slot is 4g compatible then why it is not working.
                            I need solution of that please help me.!!

                              Hi team,

                              I had this display lines issue in my device which purchased in the month of april 30th 16, 2 month back i started facing this issue. I contacted samsung service center with complaint no [protected], they informed that this display will be replaced, i requested to process replacement as its brand new device and worth 57000/- and i have seen in service center there were 5-6 device laying with the same issue and service person confirmed this this model has manufacturing defect, but they did not listen. I have requested everywhere possibly i could. Finally i lost my hope and informed to get the display replacement.

                              When they returned after service i have identified that they have made a major scratch on camera and heart rate sensor. Which i informed them before signing on job sheet and wrote on that as well.

                              Again after a person named suresh from chinnai headquartered called me and understood the issue and requested me to hand over the device again for back cover replacement, which again i requested to repalce it as i do not want to go again the same procedure and it is a gift to my wife for anniversary and dont want this repair again and again, but they did not agree and again took for repair and handed over back in
                              Days.

                              This time a person who came to deliver my device had other same model with him, so i compared the display clarity with mine and i saw there is lot of difference in display clarity as mine shows gray or orange in color and other more white background. After that i again checked with my friends mobile there also same. My mobile device clarity is not that up to the mark as others.

                              I reported this again with mr. Suresh, he told that there is display version variation difference which is not acceptable as i am comparing same model, same brand and same everything then how come that there is a difference in display version and if so then who asked them to install different version of display. I wanted the same everything and they have to put the same not less quality product.

                              Please help me here to get the justice and its harassment they are giving me as its been 2 months my case is pending and they are making me roam around. This is a gift to my wife for anniversary and i never expected this to happen.

                              Its a low quality display they replaced with.

                                I purchased my samsung galaxy j2 on 31 dec 2015
                                After a week i got a complaint in my mobile not in working properly.
                                I went to samsung service center 280/1120, city centre, near subam silks, saradha college road, salem, tn 636016
                                I went several times same complaint. Now they charged rs. 947 but my warrany still in live not expired.
                                No proper response from the service center.

                                  My galaxy note 7 phone will be submitted on 4th October. for replacement that time note 7 issue will be battery charging upto 60% and then Samsung said recall of note 7...so I again visited to customer care centre then I said what was the next procedure . so they said submit your phone and all accessories and then your refund will be in 15 days ...so I was ok for that information...but still I dont have money back till 19 November 2016 ...so what should I do...I want my money back in few days...I have lots of problem faced because of I dnt have any other smartphone...I visited care centre 4 times in month and I call 15 times approx Samsung India care centre but they always said your process is ongoing wait 2-3 days..i have already submitted phone last 45 days and they should nothing...what should I do.

                                    I purchased a samsung led tv of 40 inches in 12 FEB 2014., Its been only 3 year since I purchased the tv.
                                    Suddenly there has been faults regarding the display of the tv. A black shadow appears along the one- third part of the screen causing a huge inconvenience .and power pluck is going damaged.
                                    After having a conversation with one of your help centers I was told that the display causes 32, 000 rs.
                                    And many of my kins and friends have spoken of the same problem appearing their samsung 40 inch led tvs.
                                    I have been a fond consumer of samsung products until now when I have been cheated and misguided by your company regarding the quality of the product
                                    and also the service provided by your help centres. And after purchasing an expensive your services for repair are also expensive which in any way does not go with the needs and services to the common man. Now buying Samsung products seems like a very big mistake. And I am not the only one who has a complaint regarding the faulty display in your television. I am highly dissappointed with your services. Please see to it that you are actually taking measureout s to fix our problems and not just make false caims. It would be highly kind of you to do something about this problem regarding my television and for once prove yourself to be giving worthy services at moderate costs. kindly refund my money i dont need tv at all either i will complaint to consumer forum

                                      I gave my product (tab 2 P3100) for service, which was not switching on. After the service, the staff returned it back claiming they had fixed the issue and updated the system software. I paid the service charges. But, I found software update was not done and even I couldn’t charge the set. Later I found the problem is with the data cable not with the set. I returned to the service centre to enquire about this mal practice, now they changed their stand that they had fixed some hardware. When I asked about the billing details, they even refused to provide bill. This is the fraudulent act.
