It is our best endeavor to provide you with impeccable product experience at Samsung. Our products pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognized; therefore, Samsung products stand out as best as compared to other products in the same category.
Having said that, we always believe that our customers are the best judge and may help with improving our products. Therefore, we take every feedback with an assurance of improvement with every passing day.
The feedback shared by you regarding the product quality is appreciated. We assure you that we are doing our best to give you a perfect resolution for query and you will find no performance difference in your product post repair. We have proposed three months extended warranty along with repairs but you denied for same. This offer is valid till seven days effective from 12.11.2016.
In conclusion, based on our discussion we will not be able to cater your request for exchange or refund of the above said product.

Is there is anyone who can help me ? I have given my Washing machine on dated 6/4/2018 at service centre for repair but till date I have not received it back .
What intension you people are keeping I don’t understand, If you don’t want to give let me know . I will go for new one .
I am sending daily follow-up email and phone call but there is no proper response, As per last update parts was not available. How much time you need to arrange the parts already I have paid Rs 2000.
Is this is the standard of Samsung ? Worst customer service I have experienced yet. If you people are not going to revert me I am going to post same email chain to social media and consumer forum.
