I have purchased Samsung LED 80 cm 32H5500 in Oct 2014, few days back there was an yellow & green lines started appearing on display screen and also the volume gets low, I have contacted the customer support ( Complaint Nos/service order [protected] & [protected]), we have been told from there support team that some panel needs to replace and that will cost me around Rs 17, 000. I wont understand the quality of samsung? how someone can pay so much of amount for repair. Even the behavior of assigned engineer was also not professional.This incident completely changed my mindset for Samsung.
Samsung is typically making fool to people like me with their low category product. I demand that either the issue needs to be resolved or refund of my entire purchase amount.

    Hi i purched samsung microwave in jan 2016 after 9 month start heating problem. After that i register a comp-lent in samsung customer care. Everyday they told today our engineer come in your register address and resolved the issue but after 15 day of comp-lent no engineer are visit or contact us. Can i put a case consumer court in against sumsang. Please suggest me

    MICROWAVE OVEN HAS(MODEL N O: CE7370. earn[protected] Perched at (Reliance retail limited gwalior) i face heating problem in microwave regarding this i comp-lent in costumer care of Samsung indai they told our service engineer come 1-2 day in your places or resolved the issue but after 15 days of comp-lent no service engineer or sumsang person contact us .again & again i comp lent in coustomer care they give same answer our engineer visit today but till now no one contact us.i seek of Samsung service .please some one help for this(12 MONTHS)(DATE OF PURCHASE: 31. 01.2016

      Sir,
      I have purchased a samsung galaxy j5-2016 mobile online by flipkart.com. The invoice date is 28/06/2016 and imei no is [protected]. The travel adopter cable was faulty and under warranty period i approached your service centre on 10/10/2016 regarding exchange of the adopter cable along with the bill and mobile. Your service centre care and care, civil lines, allahabad told that cable is not available with the store and come after some time.
      I went to your said service centre on 01/11/2013 at 2:30 p. M. I was inform that the mobile section was closed because of bhaiya dooj, (Holiday). I again visited your service centre today i. E. 03/11/2016
      Regarding change of faulty cable under warranty period. They told me that i have to bring my mobile with me. I inform that the mobile is being used by my daughter, and she is studying, b. Tech in, ncr, delhi. I presented with the mobile to the service centre on 10/10/2016 as my daughter was in allahabad on dussehra vacation and because of cable unavailability it was not exchanged under warranty period at that time. They refused to exchange cable under warranty period without mobile, today i. E. 03/11/2016. As the mobile was with my daughter in, delhi this is very annoying. Your service is far from satisfactory. I am so much frustrated from samsung service. Very very worst service. Please look into this urgently.

      Sir,

      On October 3, 2016 I purchase through Flip cart. till date I am not used this phone due to memory full .
      I want to know without sim how mobile phones memory are full . the mobile companeies are cheating custommer and forcing to change there mobile within sixmonths
      Refridgerator 1 door (direct cool) capacity 230 ltrs serial no. D[protected] purchased on 23 Jan 2016 from Balaganapathy enterprises, Neyveli.Defrost is not working properly. Ice is accumulating even defrost is on.Due to ice formation, cover also broken while opening .

        Three years back we purchased a double door refrigerator from samsung outlet in india. Little did we know that the product was faulty. Six months after purchase, the refrigerator compressor stopped working and hence no cooling. Since compressor doesn't come under warranty, we paid for it. Since then it has either over freezed or didn't preserve.

        The customer service executive and the service guys were unprofessional and not skilled enough to handle the problem to an extent that we have had the same problem time and again. When we said that we want to speak to higher authority, they said they will arrange the call in 48 hours. No one called up.

        The junior executive visited the site, said will send senior executive to fix it, we later learnt he closed the issue stating it was sorted out. We again made a complaint, this time a senior executive came, checked and said everything is fine. We told him that the vegetables are not

            I purchased a samsung j2 2016 mobile 2 months back. Now the display of the phone has damaged and when i went to service center they refused to repair it in warranty period and demanded 5000 rs. For repair. They said i have broken the screen. But i can say with full trust that i have handled the phone with full care and i deny my fault.
            My phone should be serviced in warranty only.

              I recently bought samsung a9 pro. after using only 4 5 days i'm facing heating issue. the handset is heating very fast while downloading files through net. i'm realy worried about the heating and also mobile is hanging without any extreme use. the phone is realy lagging and its only 5 days from now. i want to return my phone and want my money back or will exchange with any other samsung phone. please inform me what can be done about this. this is my 5th samsung phone.

                Myself jayasingh from chennai. Purchased samseung smart 32" tv on 27.02.16. Model noua32j4300. Frequently problem facing. Finally myself registered compliant on 05.10.2016. Till date samsung ready to resolve that issue. Four times mechanic visited they changed some spare even after issue not closed. They not provide service reports. Currently we are not using our tv for the past 20 days. Tv is in gurantee period. We request samseung to replace the tv. They are not ready to support as. Poor responsible. Within 6 months we face serious issues at our tv.

                Finally called your head quarters person preethi.
                She also not closed this issue. Why???. She also shows poor interest.
                I got bad experience from samsung.

                Hi I buyed Samsung SMART TV 40 inch 5570 on 8/11/2016 and its WIFI worked only 10 to 15 daysand after that its not working. Engineer visited at home and asked me that we didn't replace the TV we give you the solution and almost 5 days to be going on there is no solution from Samsung. I am totally fed and frustrated that I invest 50000 in Samsung tv and they are not able to resolve issue and asking me that we cant replace TV which is totally unacceptable...This is the most worst product Samsung 5570 40 SERIES SAMRT TV and no service provided from service center. Even engineer which is visiting at home they have no proper tools to rest the factory settings of TV. When I logged the ticket on customer and ask him to escalate the issue they told me that senior team follow you with in 2 hours currently no engineer called me and yet they have no solution...Even at my home 4 mobiles and laptop are able to connect but Samsung SMART TV is not able to connect and they are giving the worst solutions that change your wireless router which is not a permanent solution and who takes the guaranty that if I changed the wifi router my Samsung smart tv works with new wireless router ...Model Samsung smart tv 5570 2016

                  I have purchased samsung refrigerator from kohinoor thane west in march 2016.
                  The fridge has stated giving problem of non cooling and samsung technician has repalced some parts 2 times but of no use. From last two months the fridge is in non working condition and reply from samsung is.. Your complaint is in process.
                  From last 2 months we have suffered heavy loss of food and eatable items and has also affect the health of children and senior citizen in our family.
                  I request for replacement with new model of same cost immediately.

                    Hi had purchased a samsung on 5 on the big billion day which is not working properly and after launching a complain to flipkart no legal action is been taken from their end but been receiving a call by the caller saying the would be doing it as i recd a call from [protected] the true caller does not verify that they are from flipkart but asked the detail saying that amount would be transfer to my account i forwarded my cr card no including the three digit no after doing so as the no of fake trancation the company have blocked my card

                    Hence its a request to the company to take a legal action against it as it would be spoiling the reputation of the brand name

                      Bought a Samsung note 10.1 in the year 2013. Now the motherboard is having issues. When I asked can we repair the board, they said no. Then I was decided to buy new board, but the service technician said the motherboard was stopped by Samsung and can't be replaced.

                      I am decided to log a consumer complain against Samsung India and the service center.

                      Spent 40K for a tablet and unable to repair it. Isn't it disgusting???

                          The details of complaint and details of the tv repair complaint is attached herewith which is self explanatory. The service engineer mr anthony from your goa service center came and after checking reported speakers are open and need to be changed. Goa service center informed the part as dna.
                          He also stated that the tv (Which is giving excellent performance) is to be condemned. This is very shocking and disappointing. The statement does not commensurate with the name and reputation of samsung and does not become of it.
                          I therefore address this complaint to approach you to help, as oem has to support the product to its desired life. This tv was purchased in 2009 only.

                          The TV complaint to consumer .complaints Samsung dated 2nd Nov16 is still unreplied. The TV as detailed in complaint is non-operative as speakers are opened and item is stated to be obsolete or in the language of Samsung service Engineer is DNA.
                          Once again requested to have attention of Samsung Management on top priority as TV is not available and in the process everyday Tata cable connection is reducing the plan balance.

But on next morning we find minor crack on finger print button. but festival running service centre are closed. we go 1st nov. and submit phone. But he can't solve my prolem and can't change my phone till date. He say that we are submit the photos on company but company was not rply me. so plz request do something and change my phone sir

                                  I am using Samsung J700 since 21.11.2015.Now I face a problem regarding the display of the phone.I went to service center and the mobile was handed over to the service center.
                                  I was stunt when they replied that the display is broken without a single scratch outside of the phone.I have asked for the replacement but they are asking for the money.
                                  I have decided to log a complain to consumer court regarding the issue.I asked the last solution from your end.
                                  Here I am hoping for the best solution from your end.

                                    This is with reference to the issue i am facing regarding my samsung galaxy a8 handset.- bill no [protected]

                                    On 31- nov, 2016. I have started facing an issue with the display and touch of my handset.. I called customer care immediately and registered my complain they suggested me to visit the service center located in sector 3, noida hcl services. When i visited there, they said that there is a physical damage in my phone so it will not be covered under warranty.. Now i don't understand if there is no damage visible to me on the screen and they have to remove the tempered glass to see a small scratch. What kind of a damage is that? What kind of hanset they have made if the screen having no scratch appears to be well protected by tempered glass still is damaged.. They have told me that repair will cost me around rs 7000+ /- they have already taken an amount of rs 3000 as advance and not even sure if the part of the phone is available.

                                    Now i don't want to waste my time and money on my handset, there is nothing like warranty i believe.. And don't want to get it repaired.. Kindly refund my advance money in cash and return my phone asap. As i have not submitted my documents yet, so i would not like to hear an excuse like the process is started and therefore they can't refund the money. I am done with samsung!!! Really a poor service.

                                    I have not even submitted my documents and requested them on a very next day that iam not willing to get my phone repaired due to my own reasons and within 24 hours they opened up my phone and even the screen got broken and phone parts are not fixed. They handed my phone in the awful condition.
                                    It's pathetic i want them to fix up my screen.

                                        I have given my refrigerator for repairing 10 days back and till now there is no information regarding its repair. We talked to higher authorities also but still there is no action being taken against our complaint. We are not at all satisfied with u'r companies service.
