I have purchased Microwave oven 21 L for Rs. 12690 on 29/06/2015. which is not working since one month. When approached Samsung and Reliance service centres, I was told that presumed warranty of one year is over. Now I have to pay to get it repair.Kindly look into the matter. Please also see that bring transparency while selling the M. N. C. PRODUCTS in the Indian Market. Also note that no warranty card was issued for the same. Bill itself is a Warranty Card ! CIN NO. U1100MH1999PLC120563. Purchased at Rrliance Digital Vashi on 29/06/2015

    Hi samsung team i purchase a led tv on 02/nov/2016, i complain on customer service center last 4days back your consern person came to my place just to check he say i dont came with partsor machine to repair it, where i have already mention my complaint fault what actual fault was ibn led and back we contacting dat person again and again but still he say i dont have parts, is your samsung waranty is so worst that you cant even give proper service

    i need a proper feed back for this complain or will do cunsumer complain against this becuse my 1 year waranty will get complete in next 4 days and i wonrt pay any single rupees for this repair

      Hi Team,

      My Samsung J7 got screen display issue due to which I have sent me mobile to service station on 19 sept 3016. But due to screen nic available vi have to wait for 20 days. Still today when I call service center then also I am not getting any response on when will I get refund of my mobile. So that I can purchase a new cell phone as now a days mobile is so important that could not loose so many days without mobile.
      Pathetic Service by Samsung Moibile.

        Ablaze communication samsung service center does not know the inportance of customer. i visited this service on 17.10.2016 for software update. their employee told me that he this phone with in one hour but i don't have time to wait so i told him that i come to next day. when i reached next day their were server problem in their service center. okk fine it's happen. again i reached after two days i saw internal audit were doing in service center upto 24.10.2016. okk fine. again i reached to service center i saw after the pass out date of internal audit sheeter of service center is close and no one is their to response their coming customer no notice is thier to inform customer. today is 27.102016 after the 10 days from submission i am not able to take my phone

          I had been a regular customer of samsung smart phones. I started with galaxy grand, then moved to galaxy note-3 and now to galaxy note5. Every two years i had been upgrading the model having built up confidence with samsung smart phones.
          I had purchased the latest model sm-n9208zduins on 7th sept, 2016 from mbm communications, unit s73, lulu international shopping mall, edappally, kochi-24.
          Hardly after one and half months, this phone had trouble with home button. It was not functioning at all. I had to use the side button to activate the screen.

          I took it to the dealer, but i got a poor response. He checked the phone and told me, it would have fallen on the floor. I asked him to check for any such signs of damage on the phone. He checked it and confirmed that there is no such signs at all. He casually told me that there is nothing that he can do about it and that i should approach the service center only.

          Well, this was the third smart phone i purchased from the same store. Every time it was an exchange buying with the old phone. I was appreciated every time for the upkeeping of the mobile. Even in spite of all that, why such a casual approach from the dealer? That too for a regular customer like me?
          I was totally disappointed. I thought i made a mistake in beeing a regular customer of samsung.

          Today i took the mobile to the service center - r-logistic technology services-39/1639, valanjambalam - ernakulam - kochi phone:[protected].

          Now i got the shock of the day when the service person told me that i will have to leave the phone with them and that it would take 7 to 15 days for the home button part to reach them. Is this not ridiculous for a reputed smart phone manufacturer like samsung???. I did lot of arguments with the service person but the lady showed her helplessness. I had no choice except to leave my mobile with the service center.

          Now i am like fish out of water without my mobile. I used to have extensive use with my smart phone. Do samsung expect a customer to keep a standby phone with him in the event of such a mishap? First and foremost, why such a short fall in such a short usage period?

          I am totally disheartened and i would never make a mistake of recommending samsung to any of my friends' circle.
          This kind of a delayed service is not warranted from a reputed manufacturer like samsung.
          I have nothing more to day.

            Purchase a proudct juicer mixer grinder from a person, he says that he is a truck driver of samsung. For their expenses they sell some products like that. He showed me samsung juicer mixer grinder cost around rs.4200.

            The total package is samsung box. And samsung warranty card, samsung mixy, no one can't believe it is a fraud product, he said that we are giving at half of the price, finally he said that i will give u at a cost of rs. 1500.

            I bought that as a middle class person, it comes as cheap by price. After he left, i come to know there is no cleaning brush in the box as it is mentioned in booklet.

            When i gone to purchase that one, i come to know there is no such mixer grinders from samsung.
            Then i come to know, i got cheated.
            Be aware my friends, dont believe anyone, like this frauds are happening

              The same was delivered on 25th oct’16 at 7:00 pm and installed at 8:00 pm at my residence i-178, govind puram, ghaziabad

              That tv is too big according to my room and i want a smaller led of same model approx. 45-49 inches against it but since installation is done on 25th oct’16 so all the croma store persons and all samsung people are diverting to each other saying that they can’t do it but the other part can do it. even that they are not giving me the email id of samsung & croma customer care.

              Pl. help me exchanging the same.

                  I am truly disappointed by the way my problem has been handled. I am also under shock that after buying a flagship phone for more than half a lakh and not used more then 3-4 months the phone has battery issue (Battery bulged).
                  I have been told by the service centre and customer support that the phone can be repaired only after paying forty thousand.
                  Scenario: The phone was accidently dropped in a bucket of water on 16th October 2016 which was picked up immediately before touching the bottom of bucket (Just to recall, this is a water resistant phone. Your website tells this phone can be put in water pool for 30min). After which, the phone was not getting on. The phone was taken to Samsung service centre in Marathalli-Bangalore on 17th October 2016, where your service guys informed to pay money for service without even checking the phone. Then I called your toll free number on the same day and registered complaint, the CS agent requested me to contact service centre in Lalbagh road and get job sheet for further assistance. I visited Lalbagh service centre on 22nd October 2016.
                  I called customer service on 24th October with job sheet number and spoke to more than 3 to 4 people, one person Mr. Kamal informed that he has escalated this to head office team and said he is a last point of contact in customer service.

                  I am extremely furious and heart broken by the way this issue has been dealt with. I am not accepting the device in this condition and the fact that cell phone is not working just because the phone was fallen in water.
                  It is my humble request to Samsung Mobile to replace the mobile. I fear that I will not be able to associate with Samsung in future any more.

                      Samsung - disgusting experience. Purchased samsung a8 costing 25k, display went for a toss in the 6th month. No reason identified. After visiting the nearest samsung service center got a reply “ no golden display that you can get, its only black and white that is available. After reaching the other service center at goregaon got a reply that submit the phone, it will take 15days for the display to be changed it will cost me 8.5k as it’s an accidental damage. Surely the accident i wasn’t aware of. But still i agreed to pay and get the phone. Checked after 15 days, got a reply come after 10 days. Post 10 days got a reply that the golden display is not available anywhere. They also confirmed saying will either get a new phone or the entire cash back. I also submitted the copy of my bill and a cancelled cheque for the same. The person with whom i coordinated was some mr sameer. I was again asked to come on 25th october, 2016 and now some megha sawant responds – come after 10 days. She also refuted the earlier statement of the display not being available.
                      This has become some kind of joke now. Which professional company behaves this way where they have no idea whether a spare part is available or not? For literally 2 months, i am struggling to get my phone back, neither have they given me a replacement for the interim period. This is absolutely pathetic and leaves me with no doubt as to why samsung is going down the drain. If such is the attitude of the service centers, the day is not far when samsung will become next blackberry.
                      I demand to know when can i get my phone back and if samsung is unable to repair their own product can i have it back in the same condition???

                        Microwave cookware is melted.From the second day of purchase we are facing troubleshoot in its efficiency.twice the engineer came for inspection.the first engineer clearly agreed with the issue of microwave cookware and overheating issues.we informed the local dealer of Samsung india store located at Mysore, VV Mohalla.but after visiting the second engineer they are trying to manipulate us and also the dealer threatened us not to return the money and to continue with defective piece.The engineer assured us verbally that piece will be replaced within a week.but after that we did not received any progress.and later they are forcing us to continue with same defective piece and also stressing us that the piece is ok.we clearly said that we want the replacement or return the money.the cookware is totally melted from the base.its branded cookware specially designed microwave from samsung.the dealer and engineer is manipulating us that its plastic and it can melt easily.

                          Dear Mr. CEO,

                          I been using a double door refrigerator of your brand for the last 3 years and this year on 8th Oct I had lodged a complaint with your customer care number with customer complaint no – [protected], I was assured that the technician will visit the same today, that day on inspection I was told that the compressor has stopped working and the part needs to replaced, for which an order would be placed for the defective part which would be charged as our product is out of warranty.

                          After the visit there was no response from your technician and we again did a follow up on the 11th Oct and we were told that the order of the part was not placed as there was no approval from our end, But this isn’t true as on visit we had given verbal consent to the technician who had visited us.

                          After this intimation we again requested them to procure the part and we were told that it would come by 16th of October and our query will be resolved.

                          Again Till 20th October there was no communication from your teams end and we again contacted your customer care & on questioning about the delay your executive spoke to us rudely and instead of resolving and our issue told us that you can approach any top management personnel but we will work as per our standard, also informed that the product are Samsung products & Their quality is Samsung’s responsibly. Service Centre is not responsible for this.

                          He insisted that they will only procure the part once the payment is made. Being helpless in this situation we made the payment on 22nd Oct ( attached is the payment receipt ) the technician visited us the same with the part which also turned out to be faulty.

                          He then took the part back and assured us that he will resolve this by the 25th evening. Today it’s the 26th Oct and till now we have got no call/ Mail from your team. The service manager doesn’t responds to our calls and today after so many days of follow he has dropped a message that the store manage will be calling us to give us the update of the part. We have just received a call from the store manager informing us that the part will come by Saturday and even this is not confirmed.

                          I’m regretting that I have purchased this product from your brand, The customer service team seemed least interested in resolving my concern, considering this is a home appliance I have faced challenges at home and I have gone through mental harassment from your teams end, the executives are not only rude but have shown no concern regarding the company reputation and image building. It comes across that it’s not Samsung brand but some local maker of products.

                          I will be taking up this matter with consumer forum & legal authorities for the mental harassment & time that has gone in following up for such a small matter.
                          Request you to kindly intervene and look into the matter as this episode can create image & brand damage for your company as well. We consumers have a certain level of faith and trust in big brands like yours that is the reason we buy your product over the other available brands in the market.

                          I’m highly disappointed with the response of your team and will appreciate if concerned parties to the matter are reprimanded from your end for such a pathetic follow up with the customers.

                            I had submitted my smart phone grand prime to Baba Service Centre Gaya on 7/10/16 because the internet was very slow and functions such as whatsup YouTube andfacebook were not working.The service centre delivered the phone on 7/10/16 itself.After teaching home I found that I was not able to receive call and make call and phone ring was not working.Iwent to the centre in 8/10/16 and told about these new problems which were not present before and which has aside after servicing of the phone.I was asked to submit the phone after durgapuja holidays.I shall submitted the phone on 13/10/16 .I was told that it will take time.I again enquired about my phone on 19/10/16 .The centre told that nothing has been done.After that no information has been given to me.So I have to request you to get my phone repaired as soon as possible as the problem of making calls receiving cells and ringing problem have been arisen after servicing of my phone by the service centre.Otherwise I will take kahan course of action.                               I had purchased a Samsung Mobile model A800 last year on the 20th of September 2016. My Phone display got damaged on the 15th of September 2016. On the 16th I visited the service Centre at Malad, I checked the timing on the website it was between 10 am to 8pm, i was there at 7pm. I was told that they had issued enough tokens & would not be doing anymore as they need to service the people to whom the tokens have been already issued. Post this I again visited the centre on Sunday September 18th 2016, 5.05 pm & i was told the same thing that no more tokens will be issued as its a sunday & they are short staffed. I am a working woman with 2 kids, do not have time to keep visiting the centre. I again visited on the 23rd & the same story repeated. Mind you all this while i was visiting the centre in the warranty period of my mobile. Finally on the 26th of September I was attended & told that my phone display was not available & i will need to wait. After a week I was told that the part was not available & therefore they would ideally deduct the amount of the display from the cost of the mobile paid & refund me the remaining amount, but as my phone was out of warranty period I would be refunded the amount after a further deduction of 45% as depreciation charges. After a lot of discussion to & fro with the customer care centre & some individuals, it was decided to refund me 55% without deducting the part amount.
                              My complain & request here is why should I bear the brunt of not being attended during my waranty period. I need to be treated similar to a person who complained during the warranty period. People have stopped responding to me, i need to be given my right as a consumer in this case

                                I purchase samsung galaxy s7 water resistant after so many mobile surway and getting knowledge,

                                samsung company told me this device can water resistant 1.5 mitre depth for 30 minute,

                                    This is with regard to an extremely pathetic service offered by Samsung electronics.

                                    I have bought a new samsung SSD that comes with a 3+ years of guarantee. However, immediately after purchasing the disk, it came out to be damaged. As I am trying to connect it to the machine, it's not getting detected.

                                    I have been trying to connect with the after sales service and their customer support desk from last 3 months and they have been making all kind of excuses to respond back to me.

                                    The irony is they have no other even seen the product and simply hopping request from one department to other.

                                    This is the latest case number I have got [protected].

                                    The after sales service is extremely pathetic and I will make sure I never buy another samsung product ever.
