Sir i purchased j2 16 mobile of samsung in the month of august 2016 after using it for two months it stopped functioning and its display screen was damanged due to over heating but the customer care centre of the samsung at gandhi nagar told the phone is damaged due to shock which is not true. company is not accepting the built in defect of the phone. the ime no. of phone is [protected]. bill no. [protected]
Kindly look into the matter and save me from unnecessary harassment from the company

    My samsung microwave owen is defective again (model: mc28h5025vb), i cant believe that a new samsung product is not able to use within the inertial guarantee period as it is getting defective repeatedly.

    I bought the product on last april, now it is the second time the product is getting defective. i registered the second complaint ([protected]) and the system has been inspected and ordered the spare, but still no body is show off by last two week.

    As a result i am not able to use the product as it is repeatedly getting defective, please replace the product.

      Sir, i m writing this because of bad and delayed customer service, i had bought my samsung j7 on march 2016 and previous month i have given it to local samsung servicing centre due to display blinking problem, so it has been 2 week they are not providing me the exact date when they will provide me the mobile, i have visited there many times, called several times but the answer remains the same, 'call tomorrow or call day after tomorrow, or come tomorrow' so being a globalised well named brand i guess its not the proper way to treat a loyal customers like this, harassment is not a big issue i agree that people working their might be busy but i have seen it in a other way, but my problem is that why don't they give me the exact time and being in a smart phone trend i don't think people are carrying 2-3 mobiles with them because i have submitted my mobile their and i have no other option to do or to collect my official works. so please kindly as a customer of samsung i guess it will help me out. and i m sending the copy of cash memo because original had been kept by them and the receipt copy that they have given to me. thank you.

          Myself jayasingh from chennai. purchased samseung smart 32" tv on 27.02.16. model noua32j4300. frequently problem facing. finally myself registered compliant on 05.10.2016. till date samsung ready to resolve that issue. four times mechanic visited they changed some spare even after issue not closed. they not provide service reports. currently we are not using our tv for the past 20 days. tv is in gurantee period. we request samseung to replace the tv. they are not ready to support as. poor responsible. within 6 months we face serious issues at our tv.

            We bought refregirator on 29/10/2016 from Bajaj Electronics. When, I called customer care executive and spike to si called Shanmugha Priya cutomercare executive. And they promised to allot a technician to our place. His name is Erumula. when I called him first he said once he comes to our place he will call me. And I was waiting for him till evening 4 pm. when I called him again he said he already went back and sent another person. when I called back customer care they changed their stance sayin it will take almost 24 hrs to attend. Is this the way samsung gives the service

            iMits display has been cracked... plzz change my display...
            I have bought this mobile phone on 16.10.2016. And after using 3 to 4days moderately i have faced some serious problem. Out of no where phone is getting switched off automatically and then switched on after 5 to 10 minutes by long pressing the lock button. I am very much confused.. Don't know what to do. Please help me..

              Last year on 8th nov 2015 i brought samsung home theater ht-j5550kht-j5550k, it was working fine till 10th oct 2016 post which home theater was getting turn off automatically
              On 15th oct had requested for samsung service engineer to fix my issue with home theater but till now (31st oct) my issue is unresolved
              As off now i had nearly 3 to 4 samsung service engineer vested my home but still issue is unresolved & service engineer doesn’t even known about product ht-j5550kht-j5550k
              When i asked for replacement customer care and service center people simply denied

                I bought a 48 inch JU7500 4K Samsung TV in May 2015 and also spent a huge sum for extended warranty. My consumer no is [protected].

                Today when I complained to the customer service about a defect in the remote, they casually replied that my TV's warranty has expired and that I'll have to buy a remote, despite me telling the agent that it is under extended warranty.

                Very callous attitude of the agent reflecting on the poor quality of training by Samsung. Secondly poor customer information availability at the customer service.

                With all these will I buy another Samsung product? Am also compelled to tell all my friends and family from buying any Samsung product in future.

                  As my Samsung j2 had problem with display just with in few months gave to service centre, at frist they say they would do it in 2 days then they say 3days and again and again 3 days then not even pick phone in land line or mobile, after a month they read to for the bill amount, this was only after a huge complaint. It got me a huge loss of both mental and physical of me and my family. It was a problem of display . This was used by my mom so it was very lightly used . So going for nokia/Microsoft

                    I had purchsed on 10th april, 2016 samsung mobile no. Sm-j500fzwd product description :sm-j500fzwd-white, imei no.[protected] from m/s astute systems pvt ltd. Bill no. S16/79 dt[protected] of rs.11, 400/- from the begning the product (Mobile) is not working properly. I visited on[protected] the service centre :[protected] r j mobile care service, ghatkoper (West), mumbai 400086. I called the service centre to-day i. E.[protected] about my mobile, they replied that other 2 to 3 weeks required to rpaire the mobile the parts (Speaker and receiver) of the mobile. I suffer lost of business and invest rs.11, 400/-for mobile and to visite the service centre, this is waist of time and money. Kindly replace the mobile immediately.                     After received your reply my hand set have the same problems which I had mention in our first complaint. Replace the Mobile or refund the Amount of Rs.11, 400/- immediately.

                      Good afternoon. First of all i am really fed with samsung mobile and even samsung servicing center. It's our mistake to busy samsung beacuse there is one servicing center in kakinada, east godavari district. On oct 8 th i have buyed the new mobile, within ten days there is a problem that my set was not charging at all nearly 10 days ago i gave the mobile for servicing and they have said that we will check it and call u.2 days after i have called and asked that what the problem it is one have said that it was a motherboard complaint we will handover it in 1 week but still i am in doubt and i have called 2 nd day and they have said that it is a charger pin problem billing is completed and please come tomorrow and take your mobile.3 rd day i again called and asked whether my mobile servicing is completed or not again they have said that it's not charging problem and it is a motherboard. One question i am asking u that if servicing center only not able know what the problem it is then why u r running the servicing center and playing the people around u and they are making us to roam like anything to service center. I can't understand that whether they doing the work or playing in service center until i called to them they did not intimate what the problem it was and they are saying we were busy. What the hell is going on and how many days it will take to solve the problem.in present generation the day cannot make out whitout mobile and present i am attending for interviews and i will regularly check out my mails. There is no mobile with me from 10 days and i am going ro internet and surfing mails like anything. Hoe many times i should go and check no one knows when the mail cones and it is wasteof money for us. I am very serious about your servicing center please rectify my problem as soon as possible. Please improve your servicing center without making people to get irritate.

                          They say after one week we repair the set our refund the amount of set but after 3 week their in no reply by service center always say come next week your clam not settle
                          At last co. Not repairing the set or return the refund

                            We are having Samsung smart tv, series 5 with smart hub, suddenly when we are watching the video ( Picture ) was went off and was only audio system was working.we done all the possible way by switched off and on the TV, unplug and pluged the wire back but still it is not working, every thing is visible in black colour and nothing is visible, but the audio is coming we found that the TV is on only by the audio, kindly please rectify my problems as soon as possible.                               Mera naam mithun Bhattacherjee hai..maine 18 august 2016 ko dnapdeal se ek j2 pro (16 gb) kharida tha..10 October ko mobile display kharab ho gaya..maine mobile ko compu service centre dibrugarh mein repair k liye diya..after 2 weeks mujhe mera mobile mila aur main apna ghar a gaya..next day jab maine apne mobile check kiya to dekha ki mobile ka internal memory 16 gb se 8 gb ho gaya aur ram 2 gb se 1.5 gb ho gaya..please help me..mera naya mobile ki iss halat k liye kaun zimmedar hai. Who is the responsible for all abot this.?? Please kindly repair my moble or refund..thanks

                              My SAMSUG S4 phone cover is showing LTE supported when checking the settings there is no 4g connection is available and even contacting customer care just to know about the reason behind it the response was to reset the phone and hang up the call with out any further reply and the instruction is of no use...not expected from a reputed company

                                Air conditoner outdoor unit took away for more than a month and now service centre person is asking me come and collect it from their service centre giving the money as if asking for ransom and when i complained for it to customer care they are saying that i would receive a callback withing 24 hrs and all which never happens, i just wanted to ask how is such a thing possible where the service centre people personal decision is binding over customer and company when he is under the company and samsung, and this service centre is consistent in such behaviour and people have raised multiple complaint for the centre (Time o service) in liluah howrah, west bengal, such service centre such be removed from their services, i have faced many problems for this and i am pretty sure not to refer anyone to use samsung services niether i have any wish to use it, i have also attached a call recording in which the service centre person is talking to customer care executive, he has done this multiple times that he provide late services and i have raised complaint against him previously also so to take revenge he has gone to such a level.

                                  I have purchased this washing machine two months back only, and i found so much noisy when its wash, and i have requested a service engineer visit with ref:[protected]. which he informed, this sound should be originate when the washing machine got old like 5 to 10 yrs but
                                  as it a new one, but still having this issue, i have doubt whether its a rebuilt with old parts or what ? please find the engineer visit report as i have upload and
                                  also the the washing machine invoice.i need you take this issue with immediate attention. before i share this all documents in public blogs with my consumer complaint.
                                  I need my money back ASAP as i dont have faith on your products.

                                    Dear shri&mr samsung!!! I have purchase a on7 phone through flipkart on may 2016. Tomorrow during using phone automatic shutdown & never restart. Than i will go samsung care few minute checking and say that phone charging circuit internal part corrosion. And this is no under warranty, then some hour they told phone mother board problem. So u can change phone mother board and it's cost approx 5500.00 and this also no any warranty. Hence i would requestrian to you solve my problem jara jaldi& i attached here with my phone invoice copy.

                                      Sir/madam,
                                      This is my second phone after samsung note 3 neo by which i was really really satisfied which is working perfectly fine even after 2 years o[censored]se. However, my second samsung phone just disappointed me which is samsung j7 prime due to the reason that it lags while i play games which work fine on my 2 year old note 3 neo... Games like clash of clans show lag which are small games. I checked reviews which shows there is this issue. And there is also a camera focus issue which doesn't focus on objects properly and on macro they are really out of focus. The new galaxy on nxt is perfect as these issues must be resolved with all the specs same, same software and same hardware but on nxt is just fine.
                                      Sir please issue a patch if this is just a software issue.
                                      If this is a hardware issue please inform me so i won't wait for a fix.

                                        My name is aritra pramanick. 6 days ago i brought a samsung phone. samsung provided gorila glass with my phone. my phone model is samsung galaxy j5 prime (sm-g520f/dd). the gorila glass was broken in soft presure. there are no gorila glass. i think this is a ordinary glass. samsung gives me fake specification. i was complain in samsung head office but they deny to replace the phone.
