This is in continuation of my e-mail dated 19/10/2016, My Washing Machine Model No. WA80T4GE has been lying defective. Complaint in this regard was registered by Mobile No. [protected] my wife Rekha Newar, around 10 days back. Till date, no representative of Samsung has contacted so far.

Please send your Technician immediately. It has been noticed that service of Samsung is very very poor here in Shillong, Meghalaya. We failed to make contact with Customer Care Service as the same is not picked up by any body, we are fade up with Samsung Service.

    I have been visting the service centre from last 4 months but my issue with handset is unresolved. there is still problem my phone still hangs and display stops working. it happens many times while using phone,. and i have visited service centre for same all times has been said to me problem is settled off..

      Recently I have purchased the TV vide model number UA-32EH4003, LED SAMSUNG TV on DT.25.06.2013 vide invoice no.NDW-1070 from M/s Digital World, Main Road, Rourkela (Odisha) want to know that I can not understand that within 3 years a Branded TV Pannel problem is arsing & I came to know that many cases rising in samsung TV & particularly in Pannel which is a major component.

      So I request you to solve the problem as soon as possible.

        Dear Sir,

        This is to inform you that I had purchased my mobile on 20th May, 2016.
        On 1st SEPTEMBER my phone display suddenly got blank in the morning and stopped working . I have already visited so many times in Narayana service center and they refused to submit my phone, after so many calls and visits finally on 14th Oct 2016, i personally visited okhala service center and submitted my phone whereas they are charging me Rs.6000/- for new display but there is not my fault because the display was working properly but suddenly getting black & stopped working. Now instead of replacing it or refund my money, you people asking money for replacing display with new one . i am not happy the way you people are treating, how we will trust such a big company in future.

        I received a phone call from Samsung (Ms. Suviral Moudgil[protected], said that she contacted to Okhla Service Centre and they are saying that the phone display has been replaced and you can collect the phone with the charge of Rs. 6000. I said i will not pay even single rupee because it is not my fault but she said that you have to pay we cannot do anything. I said then i will complaint to your CEO's office or Consumer Complaints Forum she said you can do anything.

        Now it is my humble request you to please take some strict action against Samsung.

          Hello,
          New mobile order from samsung india estore on d. 06.10.2016 and received on d. 09.10.210 evening. checked mobile found touch problem, so visited samsung care (d.10.10.2016) and they suggest me for replacement. i have received doa certificate and box pack mobile from samsung (d.12.10.2016) and i sent same to samsung estore on d. 12.10.2016
          But till the date mobile not reverse pick up and my refund amount pending.
          I was call and emails many times to samsung estore but there side only respond like please wait every time single words using and sent me mail for wait 24-48 hours from last friday. as per there mail refund will be paid in 7-10 days after received doa certificate but here reverse pick up is pending, so i think its very lazy services from samsung, indirectly customer suffered but samsung doing taking no any action.
          Please take necessary action and if its not possible by samsung, please inform me by email.

              I had raised this complaint earlier in September 2016 and I got a call I visited the service center for color fading of my Samsung S7 edge it was submitted on[protected] your executive did call me trust me he is the most useless person recruited by Samsung he said he will call me by[protected] he never turned up was assured by your service center that I will get a refund hence I submitted the same phone with all the accessories and bought a new s7 edge such a loyal customer I have been and now its more than 21 days I am only getting one reply just wait and twice I have submitted by bill copy and I am getting an excuse that it was rejected as bill copy was not clear then again they raised a request with clear copy and says it will take more time the thing which takes only 2 days for approval you guys have stretched it got 21 days and I am at loss I need my s7 edge money back ASAP god know who is the sleeping team who is working on approval and also they are blind when service center can see the bill clearly why cannot they it is such a pathetic experience by Samsung trust me I am gong to post this on social media too very soon and create a havoc by visiting your service center I am going on daily basis to service center and they are just asking me to wait I have already paid for 2 s7 edge phones one is submitted to you and 2nd I bought it your service center people at vasai west clearly mentioned that I will get a refund you can buy another phone and now till date no resolution at all Mr. Samsung kindly look into this and recruit a person who can resolve my concern when he or she calls me rather than just using empathy talks

                Have purchased a Samsung J7 mobile in Feb 2016, Suddenly it wont turn on i went to Samsung Service Centre and they denied to fix my phone stating that the Mother Board was shot due to my charger, I was using the same charger which i got in the box and was in perfect condition but they refused to fix it...Please help as they are running from their responsibility and are blaiming consumer even when we are using the authorized samsung accessories.

                  I am highly disappointed to write a mail for small issue which could have been resolved @ Local level. Frustrated has I am not getting any support from your local Service center even after multiple follow ups & requests. I hope my problem will get resolved after this mail.

                  I have purchased a Samsung LED TV of 88K 3 years ago; however, the panel was corrupted six months ago. So, I contacted Samsung customer care & registered complaint. After multiple follow ups and requests panel was replaced in June 2016, for which I paid 58, 345 Rs. Attached is the bill copy I got when I paid the amount.

                  The panel which was replaced is again corrupted and we are getting lines in the panel. Hence, registered another complaint, again the same story repeats where I had to do multiple follow ups, now the local service center team is saying that they don’t have the panel in stock and will provide a depletion for my TV which is worth 20K. In my house almost all the products we purchased was Samsung thinking we will get the best customer service; however, the service is really frustrating and ridiculous. After getting this kind of response I realized I have made the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing Samsung Products.

                  OVERALL, FOR THE TV I PAID 88, 000 WHEN I PURCHASED AND FOR THE PANEL I PAID 58, 000, SO IN TOTAL IT IS 1, 46, 000 AND WHEN YOUR LOCAL SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE SAY THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE A DEPLETION WORTH 20, 000 – HOW CAN YOU JUSTIFY YOUR ACT AND RESOLUTION. This is very pathetic & hopeless customer service that I have ever seen.

                  So, I either want you to replace the panel / refund the panel cost which I paid recently i.e. 58, 000 + depletion for my TV / Give me a new TV worth the amount that I have paid in total i.e. 1, 46, 000.

                  Please consider my request & help me to resolve the issue else I will sue your company and take the issue to the Consumer Forum to get the compensation.

                    Samsung S7 Edge: Overheating / Hanging / Touch Issues - Ticket Ref No: [protected] and Bill No. [protected]

                    I am really disappointed with your service and please find attached the job sheet for your reference to understand the background of this request.

                    I am facing number of issues includes Over-heating issues, Touch issue and display issue ( Samsung s7 edge) which was lackadaisically bought from univercell on 24th Sep 2016. ( Infact the team has swiped my credit card without knowledge when I gave the card to check the eligibility). I have escalated this matter to Univercell MD Mr. Sathish Babu.

                    However half-heartedly I agreed to take the mobile because of financial impact o[censored]nivercell sales guy. After opening the box, I found the mobile was over-heating ( unbearable) and has display and touch issues.

                    I was not aware that I should report these issues within 7 working days to Samsung and it was not specified in the commercial invoice o[censored]nivercell or in your pamphlet which was deposited in the box. However the show room verbally told me that the replacement warranty is for one year.

                    I noticed to univercell team immediately on the next day of purchase but it was lately reported to Samsung on 14th Oct by Univercell team.

                    Your service centre team has mentioned that the parts of mother board and OCTA to be replaced and the service are possible. However I am not happy to use the serviced product as I have invested Rs.52, 900 to buy this product. Will you buy the repaired product if you were a customer?

                    Being the loyal customer of Samsung, I am facing severe stress (highly extreme) and I unable to manage my emotions to overcome from this issue. I am really disappointed because I had used your product only 3 days as the phone was with dealer for more than 3 weeks.

                    I sincerely request you to consider this fact and provide a refund / replacement at the earliest. Mr. Krishna from Samsung escalation team told me that it is a mistake o[censored]nivercell for not letting me know that 7 days is a refund/replacement period. However the show room manager o[censored]nivercell has gave the false commitment of 1 year replacement / warranty period which is untrue.

                    Being a contract manager by profession, I am aware of the consumer rights laws and will take it up to honorable court for resolution. Please note that I may get the judgement in my favour to me after a year by considering the facts behind me. But I don’t want to spoil your brand image by taking you to the court and making this issue in the media.

                    Please consider my request and it is the joint responsibility of Samsung and univercell to resolve my issues. I wanted this thing to be closed tomorrow else I will take further course of actions in creating campaign against your brands in express avenue on this Saturday by explaining my pains to all the customer who are visiting to univercell and Samsung show rooms. I will make the customers to stop buying your products and do the campaign.
                    I have collected much proof that Samsung s7 edge is also blastic across countries and will produce the documents if required.

                        I got a call from Samsung Company representative from Delhi Head office (as per his claim) for Samsung Galaxy Note 7 marketing offer. When I asked him that this product is withdrawn from all over the world due to safety issues, he started speaking in absurd language with me. He said that i have gone Mad and he knows how to speak with Mad people.
                        His mobile no. is [protected]. When I told him that I will lodge a complaint against you and tell me your name. He refused to tell.
                        Please track who this person is by his mobile no. and take action against him.

                        He should not talk with a customer in such language.

                            Hi SAMSUNG,

                            Please growup guys. Don't steal our money and time through useless products and false promises. Our Indian law is in favour of you guys to cheat indians.
                            While buying i was assured of installation within two days of my purchase. I have purchased SAMSUNG LED 102cm 40k6300 on 2nd Oct, 2016 till now no installation provided no proper response from samsung and CROMA.
                            I have decided to share this fate story with my friends and family in whatsapp and social media to save them from SAMSUNG.
                            I have decided to return the product as i feel its better to store the TV box on your store shelf rather than storing on my home shelf.

                            SAMSUNG Customer care is inefficient (Made 30 calls so far but no use)

                            I believe consumer forum will help me on this issue .

                              My mobile samsung note 5 ime no ([protected] / 01) is have a ping hue on the display and it is developing day by day. so that i visited your authorized service center @ nagercoil, tamilnadu on 15/10/16 and explained the problem to the concern person. i had a great shock that he couldn't ready to listen my words. he replied with out examine the phone properly that it is a physical damage, not able to claim for guarantee. i assured that my phone is not having single scratch or any other physical damage. since my phone is in guarantee period i need a replacement. expecting your kind co-operation.

                                I am following samsung customer care with the following complaint no. S, [protected] dated 12/10/16 & [protected] dated 2/10/16. My fridge has been diagnosed as dead and there is no satisfactory reply till now that can be taken as a relief. I bought this fridge on 4/06/2013 for rs. 79300/- model no. Rs554nrua from kbm electronics, mayur vihar.
                                First problem came in 6/12/2014, when we were asked to fill gas again due to leakage and then in 2016, three times. We are very disappointed by the service samsung is giving us and the treatment to its customers.
                                I am now forced to write this email as we have been told that nothing will de done for the replacement.
                                I am attaching bill and service receipts for your perusal and request you to solve the case at the earliest due to it is taking longer than expected and we are facing severe problemsdue to dead fridge.

                                        I have been visiting many authorized samsung service centers from more than a month carrying money in my pocket for repair but every time i get my turn after their more than an hour waiting line i was informed that there are no spares available in the branch and i was redirected to look for another branch, and the same thing repeated every time i visited a new branch.
                                        I have contacted every branch in hyderabad.

                                        I also contacted their customer care helpline number and was informed that i can hand over my phone to the service center and they will place an order for the spares required to the company. And when i told this (Again after a long waiting line with the token) to the customer care person at my nearby branch, he would tell me that they have already placed an order for which there is no response from the samsung company from a month without showing me any proof and he would tell me that there are a lot of people already in line waiting for spares to arrive and even if the spares would arrive there was no guarantee of the time it would take to fix my phone.

                                        I am fed up, tired and very disappointed with this kind of service from these people.

                                        I would never purchase a samsung mobile ever again.
