I had submitted my smart phone grand prime to Baba Service Centre Gaya on 7/10/16 because the internet was very slow and functions such as whatsup YouTube andfacebook were not working.The service centre delivered the phone on 7/10/16 itself.After teaching home I found that I was not able to receive call and make call and phone ring was not working.Iwent to the centre in 8/10/16 and told about these new problems which were not present before and which has aside after servicing of the phone.I was asked to submit the phone after durgapuja holidays.I shall submitted the phone on 13/10/16 .I was told that it will take time.I again enquired about my phone on 19/10/16 .The centre told that nothing has been done.After that no information has been given to me.So I have to request you to get my phone repaired as soon as possible as the problem of making calls receiving cells and ringing problem have been arisen after servicing of my phone by the service centre.Otherwise I will take kahan course of action.     I had purchased a Samsung Mobile model A800 last year on the 20th of September 2016. My Phone display got damaged on the 15th of September 2016. On the 16th I visited the service Centre at Malad, I checked the timing on the website it was between 10 am to 8pm, i was there at 7pm. I was told that they had issued enough tokens & would not be doing anymore as they need to service the people to whom the tokens have been already issued. Post this I again visited the centre on Sunday September 18th 2016, 5.05 pm & i was told the same thing that no more tokens will be issued as its a sunday & they are short staffed. I am a working woman with 2 kids, do not have time to keep visiting the centre. I again visited on the 23rd & the same story repeated. Mind you all this while i was visiting the centre in the warranty period of my mobile. Finally on the 26th of September I was attended & told that my phone display was not available & i will need to wait. After a week I was told that the part was not available & therefore they would ideally deduct the amount of the display from the cost of the mobile paid & refund me the remaining amount, but as my phone was out of warranty period I would be refunded the amount after a further deduction of 45% as depreciation charges. After a lot of discussion to & fro with the customer care centre & some individuals, it was decided to refund me 55% without deducting the part amount.
    My complain & request here is why should I bear the brunt of not being attended during my waranty period. I need to be treated similar to a person who complained during the warranty period. People have stopped responding to me, i need to be given my right as a consumer in this case

      I purchase samsung galaxy s7 water resistant after so many mobile surway and getting knowledge,

      samsung company told me this device can water resistant 1.5 mitre depth for 30 minute,

      i just put my cell phone half in water just put camera and water inside the device,
      than after i visited company service centre they told me talk on customer care than after i talk there but there is no person to take decision, some time my call hold for 10 minute is that jock ??? i mean not get satisfied answer,

      i purchase 2.5 month ago i have warranty periods.

      my complain no. is [protected],

      there are no anyone give me satisfied answer

          This is with regard to an extremely pathetic service offered by Samsung electronics.

          I have bought a new samsung SSD that comes with a 3+ years of guarantee. However, immediately after purchasing the disk, it came out to be damaged. As I am trying to connect it to the machine, it's not getting detected.

          I have been trying to connect with the after sales service and their customer support desk from last 3 months and they have been making all kind of excuses to respond back to me.

          The irony is they have no other even seen the product and simply hopping request from one department to other.

          This is the latest case number I have got [protected].

          The after sales service is extremely pathetic and I will make sure I never buy another samsung product ever.

            I bought a Samsung evo+ 32 GB memory card from Snapdeal India4 months before.But it doesn't work now and it has 5 year warranty. I try to contact Samsung service centre but they didn't response. so please help me sir otherwise I do complaint against you in consumer court because no one can take responsibility.               I am face problem from last 6 months .sumsung company customer service center engineer not repair my refrigerator and also use bad words .after 3 month they get my refrigerator back and say refrigerator is not repair u get refund.they give me less amount after I am agree for refund valua.I am got call from company and company told old executive left the job .u wait for 2 month .and after 3 month service center return refrigerator in bad condition in yesterday night and told your refrigerator is repair plz start after 1 hour but my refrigerator is same as 6 months previous as not working.

                      I would like to bring to your notice that I had submitted my Samsung J7 (2016) on 16th Aug 2016 to Mumbai Samsung Service Center(Malad West Near Sub wayt) for handset damaged.

                      This phone was purchased on 15 th Aug 2016 around 2:00 PM from Reliance Trend from infinity Mall 2 Malad West.
                      At time of demo they on it shown us and said you need to charge phone after reaching home because new phone has to be charged.

                      The next day morning the phone was not on so we thought it might be switched off due to low battery.

                      so we kept the mobile for charging around 8 :00 am morning, but the phone was not getting charged.

                      so we went to Reliance Trend with the handset and showed them around 11:00 am that mobile is getting on.

                      So they took the handset tried to check about the issue after some time they said that phone is dead you have go replacement, but that we have visit the nearest service center with the handset we will give you letter.

                      Once that letter is there it will replaced. So we confirmed from them is there any other issue ...they said no it is handset issue has you purchased yesterday...not even 24 hr...it will replaced just we need the letter.

                      We rushed to service center...around 12:00 PM...showed the mobile they said that it physical damage and it will charged around 8000/- for the repair it.

                      I had urged with the service center people for the same that it not even 24 hr...how there will a physical damage...and if it is physical damage that Reliance store would have identified and that movement they would denied for the replacement of the handset why would the send me to service center.

                      And my frustration well increased by think that it's not even 24 hr...I have seen or used handset and know they are telling that its physical damage...that too I have took on credit card where in have make the payment.

                      With all this frustration and depressed state of mind I said the service center people do one thing keep this handset with you only.I went out of the out let...

                      No one even tried to help or getting contact...after two hour my husband visit the service center to check the issue...that time they said it physical damage there is bend in the handset...so it cannot be replaced or repaired under warranty...

                      After which my husband tried to explain them from end noting happened...but no was ready help...we surrendered the handset with all accessories and box too...

                      After which we visited the Reliance Store and explained what ever happen in the service center...and they were also shocked by listing about physical damage...

                      With the help of Rakesh and Vatsalcontinuos follow up of one month got the approval for repair of handset with no cost.

                      I am very thankful to them for teir support and help..and understood our situation...and they have forward all the approval mail to the Malad Service Center.

                      Now it is almost 1 month we have not got any support from the Malad W Service Center...Service Center informed me that they do not have the necessary part for replacement are expecting the same from warehouse.

                      I have been following up with service center & Samsung care but am not getting any positive response.
                      Would request your support in getting this issue addressed.

                        I bought a samsung refrigerator frost free 481lit, 4s-gs_real - stainless-led light on 01/04/2015. initial issue was the paint bubbling up below the cold water tap. complained and after many fights they replaced the door in three months but spoiled the handle, which they promised to replace but not done. now just after one year its led display went off and the cooling in the vegitable tray was not proper. again made a complaint in the toll free number the local service agent came and informed that the display board is defective has to replaced at a cost of rs.1200 odd. waited for one month then they came with the board and after replacemnet they confirmed that the defect is not with display, may be a problem with the inverter board at the back. after about a fort night they called and informed that it will cost around rs.2600 in addition have to pay the tax and service charges. i do not understand after spending this much of money i was expecting a fair service from your equipment but in a period one year itself it has started giving troubles and every time because of your faulty spares i have to spend money is rediculous and what is the fun in giving a guaranty of 10 yers for the compressor.
                        Request you to kindly address this issue at the higher level and arrange to give a fair deal please.

                          I have submitted samsung galaxy a7 phone on 15.09.2016 because it was having touch screen issue. After 10 days, the service center informed me that they are not getting the parts of galaxy a7. So they asked me to submit all the documents of galaxy a7 - charger, headphone, original copy of bill. I did that on 26th sept, 2016 as my phone was in warranty. However after repeated calls to the service center i didn't receive any proper update on the status of my cheque. They infact tells me the customer care can help me on this. I have called customer care which do not at all care about the customer. They have the same status "company issued cheque" but they doesn't know when i will be receiving it. They asked me to contact service center for further info. My matter is hanging in between both the centers.
                          My concern is why in the job sheet the terms and conditions are not mentioned like how many days it will take to get refund. Its more than 20 days now and i want my refund asap!

                            Complaint for unsatisfactory service at your service centre grace enterprises, ludhiana.

                            I have purchased samsung j5 mobile set from m/s. sachin gadget world pvt. ltd ludhiana
                            On 26.07.2016. just after 20 days from the purchase mobile started having problem. the calls
                            Incoming and outgoing were not responded at both ends. the mobile set was delivered to your
                            Ervice centre grace enterprises for the fault to repair. it was informed that the mother
                            Board of the set is not working so it has to be changed. after two days when the set was
                            Delivered it was not in order but was having the same as it was earlier and the
                            Concerned attending person was not ready to listen and was insisting that as the mother
                            Board has been changed the set is ok. on referring the matter to the incharge
                            It was checked by the another technical person who informed that the mother board is still
                            Not working so it was again changed and calls on the mobile were ok. thereafter it started with
                            The new error that when snapchat was installed the camera and flash light were struck off
                            Resulting that snapchat, camera and flash light were not functioning. again set was
                            Taken to the service centre the fault could not be repeared and subsequently after two
                            Days the incharge of the centre told that the only solution to the problem is that
                            Do not install snapchat. we have demanded to replace the set.

                            Subsequent matter taken up on toll free[protected] it was informed that my request
                            Will be considered only when the set will be deliverred at the service centre. the set
                            Was deposited on 17.10.2016 and till date it is neither replaced nor repaired. incharge
                            Remarks are "set is ok don't load snapchat". thereafter number of times calls have been
                            Made to toll free but with the no result. on the basis of the information as above
                            I have a serious resentments and objections against the working of service centre atlocal
                            And central which are as :

                            1. when the call was made to toll free no. it was informed that within 24 hrs. you will
                            Get call from area manager of the company which is yet to get after 10 days.

                            2. the behaviour of the staff is not toward the customers and customer service but is in
                            In their own ego showing that the rules and policies made for customer services are
                            Meant for them not for the customers. on every queary they put 10 questions to the
                            Customers as if they are talking to culprits and even not allowing to pass on the calls
                            To the seniors even on demand when they can't satisfy.

                            3. neither the mobile set is made error free not it is replaced inspite of the repeated
                            Requests and reminders to your local and central service centre on numbers of call..
                            Visits to the local centre.

                            4. no follow up by the central customer service centre and local service centre to the
                            Customer.

                            5. no compliance/redressal to the customer comlaint resulting total harassement
                            And exploitent to customers.

                            I request you take up the matter for replacement against faulty set and revert to me within
                            24 hours failing which the matter will take its legal recourse.

                              I am a very old samsung customer and i have faith and trust in the products manufactured by you.

                              I purchased a fully automatic washing machine referred above on 31.3.2010 vide bill no.16536 from next retail shop, lajpat nagar market, new delhi 110024.

                              The above w/m has been working fine for the past five and a half years without any trouble.

                              Around 10th of september, 2016, the machine stopped working as the spin and rinse functions were not working. Complaint was made and the machine was taken to the service centre and returned duly rectified on 11.9.2016.
                              Bill no.121605 dated 11.9.2016 for rs.1044/- was charged which was paid prompltly by me.

                              Then suddenly on 16.10.2016 the machine again stopped working. This time except the lights on the control panel, the rest of the functions on the control panel were not working. I made a complaint on the customer service number on 17.10.2016.

                              My complaint was registered vide so no.[protected] and was marked to service engineer one shri shahid mobile no.[protected]. Shahid visited my house and after examination informed me that the pcb was not working and required to be checked. He took away the pcb on the pretext of checking the same.

                              After some time, shri shahid informed me on telephone that there was some fault in the pcb and as the samsung has stopped manufacturing the said model new pcb is not available with the company. He said that a new pcb would be costing around rs.7000.00.

                              Shahid however offered to rectify the same pcb and demanded rs.3, 500 for same. He came next day i. E.19.10.2016 and stated that pcb taken out from the machine could not be rectified and offered to replace my old pcb with another one (Again an old piece) and stated that it has a 6 months guarantee. When i demanded from him to give it in writing on the bill of samsung, he declined to give the same in writing and said its his verbal guarantee.

                              This however, did not go well with me and i said that verbal guarantees are no guarantees and i further argued with him as how the company could stop the model and/or stop supplying the spare parts suddenly for the earlier models. The customer cannot be expected to purchase a new machine if could be rectified by spending rs.7000.00 being the cost of spares.

                              Today, i. E. 25.10.2016, the machine has once again stopped working with the same problem with pcb. Except the initial lights which switch on with sound, the control panel has stopped working further. The machine is thus non-functional.

                              My complaint to you is this. I have strong reasons to believe that the repairs which have been outsourced by you to private contractors are fooling the customers by saying that the company (Samsung) have stopped manufacturing the model and/or spares for the same. Compelling the customer to agree for repair of the same part from outside sources other than samsung. A heavy amount is thus charged from the customer towards repairs which certainly is not passed on to samsung. Life and duration of such repair is uncertain.

                              The alleged repair is verbally guaranteed by the engineer at his personal level which has no backing from samsung. The customer has no control over the situation as the customer has no way to check on the engineer's words except to rely on the same.

                              This is a racket.

                              Prestige and name of samsung is being compromised by these private out-sourced contractors at the cost of customer's trust.

                              Please look into it and do the needful.

                                I am highly disappointed to write a mail for small issue which could have been resolved @ local level. Frustrated has i am not getting any support from your local service center even after multiple follow ups & requests. I hope my problem will get resolved after this mail.

                                I have purchased a samsung led tv of 88k 3 years ago; however, the panel was corrupted six months ago. So, i contacted samsung customer care & registered complaint. After multiple follow ups and requests panel was replaced in june 2016, for which i paid 58, 345 rs. Attached is the bill copy i got when i paid the amount.

                                The panel which was replaced is again corrupted and we are getting lines in the panel. Hence, registered another complaint, again the same story repeats where i had to do multiple follow ups, now the local service center team is saying that they don’t have the panel in stock and will provide a depletion for my tv which is worth 20k.in my house almost all the products we purchased was samsung thinking we will get the best customer service; however, the service is really frustrating and ridiculous. After getting this kind of response i realized i have made the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing samsung products.

                                Overall, for the tv i paid 88, 000 when i purchased and for the panel i paid 58, 000, so in total it is 1, 46, 000 and when your local service center people say that they will provide a depletion worth 20, 000 – how can you justify your act and resolution. This is very pathetic & hopeless customer service that i have ever seen.

                                So, i either want you to replace the panel / refund the panel cost which i paid recently i. E. 58, 000 + depletion for my tv / give me a new tv worth the amount that i have paid in total i. E. 1, 46, 000.

                                Please consider my request & help me to resolve the issue else i will sue your company and take the issue to the consumer forum to get the compensation.

                                  I purchased galaxy s7 edge on 18jun16 with an offer to buy gear vr at rs 1990. However i dint receive any codes for that. I immediate info the matter to mygalaxy team, the team after wasting my time refused to help me further. I then wrote to their ceo office. They also directed me to do various things which i followed in letter and spirit and convinced me that the problem will be resolved. However later on they also refused and told me that the offer can't be redeemed by me now. I am feeling cheated now.

                                      I've samsung core 2 & 3 times ive got reparied my camera again facing the problem related this secondly im unable to read my missed calls, dialled calls status hence the handsst is not showing the currently dialled numbers. I've visited three times at ur ludhiana (Model town extn) service centre & your representative is saying that the computer is not working its very painfull experince with samsung. I hope i'll get some releif from this on urgent basis.

                                        I have bought a double door refrigerator model no. rt28k3723ut/hl? 2016 samsung on 20 jun 2016. since then i was having complain and informed to customer care that fridge part is getting excess cooled which causes damage of all the items. after telling so many times i used to get tips from the customer call to resolve the issue and i did according to c. care directions. no result. finally i got a complain no.[protected] on 07 oct 16 and service engineer came on 10 oct, kept 2 cup of water in different places and next day he found it as ice, told me that it require to change the sensor, which i was not ready, because it was a defective piece sent to me and i was having the problem from the beginning. from chennai office i received a call saying the last & final time we will replace the sensor and check, if it again exists, then they will replace the model, i agree with that. nobody came thereafter, when i made a request again no. [protected] on 21 oct 16, i received a call from the service engineer ravi (mobile no. [protected]) at 0800 hrs on 22 oct 16 to switch off my refrigerator & keep the door open, he will come by 1400 hrs to replace the sensor. i made it and waited till 1700 hrs and then i tried to contact him through his mobile no. but he didnot receive the phone. then i contacted to customer call centre 5 to 6 times till night 8 o'clock, all the times i receive a reply the service engineer will call you shortly. all the items i took out from the fridge for the full day got spoiled. today morning also i made a call to the customer call centre and received the same reply the service engineer will resolve your problem very shortly. now time is 1700 hrs i have not received any call from anybody. i made a blunder mistake to purchase from this brand. i got frustrated and don't want to keep this model with me, kindly advice me to resolve the issue. waiting for early reply.
