I purchased a samsung evo+ memory card of 32 gb. 3 months before and it corrupted in only 2 working months... So, can u please help me by assisting me to replace this memory card.. I am trying from last month bt every time the customer service no. Given to me does not work... Pls send me the address of nearest samsung service store where this memory card is available and pls send me the working contact no. Of that store as soon as possible.. From where i can replace this card... Thanks..

    Mene 26 january 2016 me samsung galacy a5 purchase kiya tha joki kuch mahino bad usme charging ki problem hone lagi jisse ki mobile charging me time lene laga 3 se 4 ghante jisse ki haet bhi hota tha usse service center pe leke gaya tab uski data cable ko replace karke us mobile me liquid sa dalke usko saf karke de diye usse phone kuch dino tak theek chala uske bad usme wahi samr problem hone lagi ek di achanakk mobile jyada garam hua aur charging nahi bad rahi thi aur us time uske under se halka sa sound aane laga mene dekha to usme sparking hui charger me aur jake me jisse ki charging jack aur charger jal gaya usse service center pe le jane k bad unhone reparing karne se mana kar diya ki ye nahi hoga iska charge apko pay karna hoga 2600 ab bataiye ki agar warrnaty me phone he aur apke product se hi mera phone damage hua he to paisr kyu du me service center walo ka kehna he ki ye liquid damage he aur liquid to aap logo ne hi dalke phone diya tha delhiye mera phone ka solution kijiye nahi me to consumer court me apke fever me case karna padega

      I have purchased television in August 2015. The television was in working condition till July 2015 and then I started facing power issues and the TV did not used to switch on. An engineer visited my place after at least 10 reminders and then suggested that there is no problem and the TV is working fine. I am not sure if he even had a clue of what was wrong.

      September last week, I started facing the power issues again. Again, as in the first occasion, it took at least 4 calls for me to get the engineer come home on 8 October 2016. The person who came home did not have any clue on what was the issue. He said there seems to be some issue in the motherboard and we will have to replace this. He said he will let me know the cost on the same day or latest by Monday 10 October 2016. I did not get any calls on Saturday or Monday. I waited till Wednesday 12 October 2016 when I called the customer care again. They said we will revert latest by the next day I.e. 13 October 2016. No revert again on 13 October 2016.

      On the evening of 13 October 2016, I again called up customer care and they said that someone will visit your house definitely by 14 October 2016. Again no response.

      I again called on 15 October 2016 and they said we will send someone for sure on 16 October 2016. No one arrived on that day as well but being a Sunday I thought it may be unreasonable so waited patiently till 17 October 2016. Finally on 17 October 2016 someone visited my place and said there seems to be some issue with motherboard and they will inquire about the cost and come back. My wife chased that person for a couple of days but he did not revert with the quote.

      On Friday, 21 October 2016 someone did revert and said they will come home on 22 October 2016. Someone did visit home with some part but it seemed there was no issue in that part and some other part was damaged. Today is 24 October 2016 and I am still waiting for their revert to first understand what is wrong and then resolve the issue.

      So much harassment from one of the biggest global companies in the world. I have made over 15 calls, posted complaints thrice on facebook, several emails to the CEO desk of Samsung and after 3 engineer visits, SAMSUNG has not been able to resolve the issue.

      Please help me and my family from this mental trauma and refund us the TV cost or exchange the old one. We are tired of chasing Samsung for a simple repair and waste so much of our time behind this. For a big company, we may be a small customer but please understand that it is a big investment for us.

      Will appreciate your soonest revert on this.

        I have purchased Samsung Home theatre, it was a faulty product and repaired few times by Samsung only. Now again it is malfunctioning and I lodged a complaint to Samsung Customer Care.
        Technical guy called me up and asked for the problem, he never visited and told me that would contact once part is available. Now when I checked their website the STATUS of the request is cancelled. No body cared to inform me about it. And when I called them up they told me that this part is not available and they do not even manufacture it.
        Samsung says they do not have part available with them and they have no resolution to the problem.
        what should I do not, throw home theatre out???? I spent my hard earned money on the scrap and Samsung can not turn away saying they do not care about it and have no resolution at all.

        i purchased samsung android mobile (G3604g Prime), Which did not support 4G,

        Bogus product...
        Memory card is not supporting it, when i insert memory card it never starts booting.
        It hangs about 20 times a day.
        Consumes battery a lot.
        Get switch off automatically during calling or messaging.
        Very bad experience ever after buying this phone...
        Sir i went 5 time service center..and still not repair my fone ..samsung totally sux..same issue will occur everyday..when ever i call customer care of samsung they will put my call on hold and after that call automatically cuts.dont know whays wrong.why they doing such cheap things.
        The memory storage was insufficient and the storage was incomplete.and the storing files were erased.for eg.if we saved a folder as video.whie after restart the mobile phone the folder was missing.so please return the product and refund my money.thank you
        I have purchased a led 40'' tv on 06/10/16 from howrah kolkata, No one is respond to come for install till the date 15/10/16.So your service to costumer is not good.

            Hello sir, i bought samsung refrigerator model number rt36 from video vision sales corporation, ldh on 12/06/2013. After 2 years only the fridge starting giving problem of gas leakage.
            Once we got it rectified by paying 1200rs but again we faced same problem of gas leakage again after 2 months. Again we got gas filled up and now again after the period of 2 months we are facing the same issue. We logged a complaint against it (Complaint number-[protected]). Our complaint was looked after by one o[censored]"r service provider, he just came and said its gas leakage issue. He"ll send gas department person. We asked him to send the person same day as its very difficult without refrigerator. But the gas department service man came after one day in the afternoon. He came and said its oil leakage and compressor has stopped working as the fridge was running without gas. None o[censored]"r service man told us to switch off the refrigertaor. I am not at all happy with u, r service. I had kelvinator refrigerator for 17 years but this samsung refrigerator gave us so much problem in just one year only. I request u to look into the matter and i want u to get my refrigerator replaced instead of repairing as there is some manufacturing defect in this refrigerator due to which we faced so much problem in one year only. I hope my request would b looked upon, i'll b very thankful.

              Suffering with price difference problem from so many days, recently this problem is getting too much high. In my town there is only two shops. But the distributor giving different price to my shop and another shop. The A.S.M of my area is also not taking any responsibility for my problem.                   I have brought a new samsung s7 edge phone as per the concept of gorilla glass 4.but it made me feel guilty because the this samsung s7 edge is not capable for a single fall .                     I have received asamsung charger which is damaged. The charger is white colour and 1meter long. It's cable is damaged, adopter is also not working. It is not working with any of the mobile phones.I want to return it.please return my money as soon as possible.                       After three month's the phone's screen started playing around and when i went to the servise center they said the screen has to be changed and they will repair the same phone However if you have spent half lac for a new phone and with in few months it will play around any one can be mad about it but still i said lets go for it, So i have submitted the phone to them and they said it will take some time to get the screen for my phone when they will fix it they will give a call back I had to wait so long to get a call back from them and when i recived the call from them they said it cant be fixed as they have not got the screen however they gave me a good news that it can be replaced or refunded things were going good till then and they advised me to wait for next few days ince they will have an approvel after that with in 10 working days I can get a new phone so now today is the 8th working day and when i have called the service center they said that there is no information available for the replacment handset so far and for more info the service center guy gave the number for samsung call center and when i called them so gor the very first time the guy i was speaking to disconnected my call and he never turned up or called me back so i had to call them again and fortunately the other guy who picked up the call able to gave me the info of the last agent and also with an update that there was some system crunch because of my call got disconnected and as they are inbound call center they cant call back so i have asked for the supervisor[protected](complaints number) the agent denied he can not connect me after spending half an hor just to convence him that i need to speak to the supervisor then he told me he can connect me and it took him agin half an hour to connect n even after speaking with the supervisor i had to face the disappointment tariq jameel(supervisor). So its the second time that i have bought the product from samsung and both the time i had to face the same inconvenience I will never ever recommend SAMSUNG to anyone and they only thing i am left with is disappointment. And rhe only thing i can request is for my money back as i have spend a huge amount ant cant keep the samsung product anymore so please give me my money back.

                        I have purchased samsund note 5 in june 2016. I had issues of over heating, poor signal reception, and color patches and xray images on the phone. when i have given it for repair with Hitech solutions, anna nagar ( authorised service centre ) i was told that there is a mother board problem - manufacturing defect and i will be replaced with new hand set or money will be refunded. i was also asked to handover the phone with all accessories with box which i have done and taken acknowledgment of the same on 5.10.16. I was told that it will happen in a weeks time but till date nothing is moving and even after escalating with the samsung directly no solution for the same.

                          Sir i purchased this set on 22 oct 2016 at reliance retail limited, nagar road, viman nagar pune, mh-411014, store phone no[protected]/4. Your sales man briefed and show me the demo set that the android version is 6.0.1 marshmello and i check the demo set the same android version. After final he take the packet for billing. After billing procedure he opened the packet for demo. That time i have checked the android version and it is found that it is 5.1.1 lollypop. There after i approached him for the same problem. He replied me in rude manner that i can not do anything and tell me to meet the manager. Thereafter i approached the manager and tell the fact and he called the sales man for the case. Thereafter manager told me to upgrade the android version but for the same i am not agree . I want to change it and will purchage the same set. Then manager told me that we can not do anything in very rude manner. Your manager name is shivdas. Sir advise them and kindly do the needful for the case. Waiting for your early reply. Thanking you.

                            I am pleased to say that I have a Samsung Galaxy A8 Model Name - SM-A800FZDEINS and Serial No - RZ8G80J1MLB ([protected]) Mobile purchased on 13/09/2015. Its display is broken. I gave it to Authorized Samsung Service Center for display change on 23rd August 2016. Next day they told that display is not available now. You take your Mobile. But I said that I want you to change the display if it will be available. They said it will take 15 to 20 days. I also agreed on that. Then I said that I am agree to wait you just keep it here and after changing of display I will take it from you. But they forced and returned me. Now their team are saying that it will again take 40 to 50 days. and they are also not ready to deposit the phone and no confirmation is being given from themselves. Now I want justice what should I do.

                              Firstly, apologies for disturbing you though I thought you may be interested in reading feedback from Samsung Brand loyal customer on his expertise on Samsung mobile J5 purchased on Dec 4, 2016.

                              1) It took 45 days at service centre for previous replacement of the screen at Dadar (Mumbai / India) service centre from May 10, 2016 to July 5, 2016. And the only answer provided during these days was “Parts are being procured”

                              2) I had to pay the entire cost of replacement though my phone was under warranty. Further, a discount of 25% on the billing amount was proposed by your team (On 29 June 2016 at 14:19 verma.[protected]@partner.samsung.com) but the same was never given after immediate acceptance at my end. The reason verbally given was “I was not approved by senior”. Then, why it should have been proposed in the first place.

                              3) The mobile screen stopped working since last week end. I have procured new J5 Prime considering a still faith left in your company post my experience and Note 7 news worldwide. However, paying ~INR 5, 000 for the second time for replacement of the screen within ~100 days is little too much for a phone which was purchased for INR 12500 in Dec 2016 (and available for INR 10, 000 currently in the market).

                              Kindly suggest the way forward.
                              Just FYI, I have already raised the issue on email, and with executive team link on Samsung.com today. But, as usual, a word from Boss always works wonders.

                                This is to infrom that 27/09/16 in afternoon my samsung s6 phone got highly heatup and got switch off. it was so hot we cannot touch even. it may burn.
                                only one blue light was billing.its display was loose from left of top corner. after that the display got crack.i have submitted the phone in service center. i am facing the problem from so many days or months. i have mail the same on CEO desk but no body is responding.hope you can understant the problem.every day i am calling to custmercare but no response.
                                When I call to service center your phone is ready please collect it from service when I go to service center they says no. On 19/10/16 I got the single call in one month period and they says we cannot repair your phone under warranty. They are harrashing me from last 2 or 3 months.
                                my humble request to you please look into the matter and please do the needful. my job sheet no is-[protected].

                                    Sir,
                                    I purchased a double door samsung fridge on[protected] from a local audhorised dealer.
                                    After three years of purchase the fridge stopped working properly. Its cooling system has stopped working.
                                    I have made a complaint to the call centre regardig the problem and the service engineer tried several times to rectify the fault. Finally he said the the insulation material inside the body has been damaged and the damaged part can not be replaced as it is stopped by the manufacturer.
                                    Then i asked for either refund of money spent or replace the damaged unit.
                                    The call centre authorities on getting all the information along with the photos of the damaged fridge agreed to refund the money after deducting some reasonable depreciation value.
                                    I agreed. But till today that is from the date of assurance for the refund (Nearly one month there is no response even after repeated reminders.
                                    I hope that you will settle the issue immediately further delay.
                                    Failing to get a satisfactory settlement from you, i have no option left but to approach the consumer court for necessary action.
                                    Hope you don`t drive me to proceed in that direction.

                                      10 days ago i lodged a care complaint...which were followed up with a charge of 345 rs..but after contacting the assinged persons no in his phone no...i got no positive response...thereafter i called samsung customer care again and came to know that no complaint was generated at all in this case...and when i quoted the call no from the survey visit slip it was said that it was registered in some other name...today morning the same man pawan called me for the first time. ..while i called him repeatedly in those 10 days...almost as if he is complrte unaware of this issue...if for a simple micro oven repair i have to face such a harressment. ..then what kind of service we are getting!i havent provided any document right now...will provide i f necessary...dr piyali sen chatterjee..

                                        I have submitted my Samsung Galaxy J7 for repair on 29/08/2016 at Panvel Navi Mumbai.the handset is not is even six months old nd is covered under full warranty period. The handset had a display flicker issue. It has been almost close to three months now and i have not yet received any update on my phone. I need a new handset within a week or a refund as early as possible . If not done so then i shall have to lodge a complaint against the service center as well.
