I purchased samsung note 5 on may 10 2016. But it started giving me problem from day 1. I thought it was bacause i didnt get my phone updated. As i work i found time to take it to samsung customer care at paradise, secunderabad on 20th may. I told them about network problem and they updated my phone and told me if the problem persists get back to them. And the problem was still there and then i took my phone to samsung customer care immediately and they examined and told me that its motherboard is not working properly and it needs to get replaced that means my BRANNDD NEWW phone needed repair for which i didnt agree and i took my phone away and contacted samsung toll free number and i was contacted my ASHWATHI NAIR. She told me a sentence from the begining to end that they cannot get my phone replaced but just repair. I started complaining about the ddevice after 10 days as i had my deep trust in samsung company and i always thought it could be network problem or delay o[censored]pdation. But i was told by customer care chief engineer that its mother board wasnt working. Why will i go for a brand new phone's repair when i bought it with soo much of good hopes.

ASHWATHI NAIR was initially trying to convince me in the beginning but later she stopped even to reply to mt mails. You can check what i have written to her. It was a polite request to her. But may be customer care in INDIA need a lot of training for good relationship with the customers.

From last month onwards that is september 2016 i started facing complete network problem. My phone doesnt work for daysssss and it itself gets working and then its network again goes off.

I mailed ASHWATHI NAIR again on October 7th 2016 stating that my phone has gone from worse to worst and I again requested her to look into this matter, she didnt bother to even reply to me. What a good job they are doing sitting in their position? are samsung employees not trained to talk properly to customers.. Not talking is not an issue now..it is about not replying. I[censored] want i can send all my mails and her replies i[censored] want.

I want any senior and high post employee to look into this matter. Or else i will keep posting my complaints on every website i find a chance. WHO WILL TRUST SAMSUNG NOW.

    I bought my Samsung Star in may 2014 from Surat. I was in Surat for one and half year residing in remote areas. My Samsung Star Mobile did not work properly as far as network of the mobile companies are concerned. When I inserted the mobile sim cards the mobile was not capturing the network of the respective mobile companies. Particularly I used Vodafone and Reliance sim cards at that time. I thought that it would be an issue of signal weakness of the particular mobile service provider companies as I was residing in the remote part of Surat. Now I have relocated to Ahmedabad and residing in the central area of Ahmedabad. But the phone is not capturing the network of any company i.e. mobile service provider company. I came to know that the phone is having motherboard defect inherently and also having speaker not working properly, while I approached the Samsung Authorized Service Center. Please look into the matter urgently. I talked to your representative Mr. Anilkumar just two days back but he shows me the warranty period is over that's why you have to pay the charges. Here the issue is not of the warranty but of the inherent defect of the product which could not be judged by me due to my residence was in remote areas of Surat city. Please resolve the query and give justice to me by repairing the product without charging me. I am an old patron of Samsung utilizing various gadgets like Galaxy Tab A, Galaxy J2 Pro and many others registered to my name. I am not having any problems with the above gadgets but having only genuine problem with S 5282 (Galaxy Star) and I came to know after the warranty period is over but that was beyond my hand. Please look into the matter asap and oblige.

      My name is tejas from yerwada, pune. I have been following up with samsung and croma about the complaint against the defective product of their washing machine delivered on 03rd oct (Purchase date 02 oct; order no slf02a[protected]. The washing machine was delivered the next day, however the demo guy came down 5 days later. Moreover even after having complaint against the defective piece of the washing machine (I. E. Gaps between the metal body and the plastic top of the machine - for which i have concerns about water seeping into the motor and damaging the machine) with croma and samsung both are shrugging off the responsibility of owning up to checking out inspection and replacement of the washing machine. My complaint is against croma as well as samsung that they are idling time to give me a replacement for the defective piece of the washing machine.

        I had purchased Samsung Galaxy A8 mobile handset in January 2016, but now in the month of September, screen of phone had got a minor damage, and i had submitted the phone in service centre and they had told me that Part is not available in market, although the product is under warranty period, and they are returning the amount after deducting the price of screen, which is not acceptable, either they provide me Screen part or i want to get complete payment with complete interest. i am trying to get to in touch with Samsung support team from last 1 month but they they had embarrassed me with same reply. please provide a suitable solution for this issue.

            Dear sir,
            I had given my s5 for repair of the charging point cover to Samsung service centre near city centre 2 Kolkata. I was called the next day and informed that due to non availability of parts my phone's amount will be refunded and as asked I had submitted my bill, ph box along with head ph, battery and charger and back cover. I was given the option to wait for availability of parts or take refund and i choosed the latter.However today I got a call saying my phone will be returned as its repaired. I refuse to accept the phone as it was kept with the service centre for so long and I was assured for refund. I hereby request you to please provide a new ph or refund.

              Sir i go to samsung care in jhabua for my on5 modal software problem but they said that samsung stop their services for 15 days if i want to resolve my problem gave 250 rupees and take my cell and recall me in evening but when i reach in evening i found that he bring my cell by a third person i did not trust on them so i bring my cell but they avoid me to give me the cell deposit slip i dought on them sir i am from jaipur and posted in jhabua mp

                I have bought this TV(Samsung slim led tv 32" UA32F4100) on 20/02/2014. It's not even 3 years and the display has gone. The service engineer told that it would cost around 12000 to repair. I called customer support and didn't get any help. If I try to sell this TV I guess I will not get more than 15000. How can u expect me to repair it for 12000. I need help, and I want to know if there is any higher authority of Samsung who I can contact.

                  It’s really unfortunate and painful to put on records that I am facing unnecessary hassles and complications in getting my mobile phone repaired. I have never felt so disrespected and I am outraged with the pathetic service of Janakpuri Samsung Service Centre (HCL SERVICES LIMITED). So I bought a brand new Grand Prime 4G on 27thMarch 2016 with very high expectations but there were issues with the phone right from the start. I tried ignoring small issues like Screen lag and poor battery backup for months but suddenly it stopped charging. I tried everything to fix the issue but everything went in vain. Finally, I decided to visit HCL Services Limited, centre located at C-5, I floor, Janakpuri New Delhi-110058 on 25th August 2016 where Mr Rajesh asked me to submit my Mobile for 2 days as there is some problem with the motherboard which has to be replaced as it is affecting battery backup and charging. After waiting for 2 days I got my mobile fixed as claimed by the Service Centre. Within 2 days o[censored]sage my phone started giving me headaches, the screen of my phone kept jerking and there were automatic touches even without me doing anything. These automatic touches will keep automatically opening and closing applications without my consent and the hanging situation got even worse. Now,
                  • I can’t make calls.
                  • My phone has been plagued by ghost touch.
                  • No internet connection.
                  • Phone automatically switches off and restarts.

                  My next step was calling customer care which was of no help as I was advised to revisit Samsung service centre. I again visited the service centre on 3rd September 2016 and this time I requested the branch manager Ms Pooja to kindly look into the matter on priority as the mobile is used for official purpose and it possesses very important official data. She asked me to take token and wait for my call. After waiting for good amount of time I was called by Mr Rajesh again who said “We can’t help you as we have already changed motherboard and battery”. Repeatedly asking him to give it in writing he agreed on keeping the handset and asked me to collect it on 5th September 2016. I collected my mobile as asked but the problem was not solved and was occurring more frequently. Visiting Service centre time and time again is brutal as the staff is abusive, loud and ill-mannered.
                  On 26th September I gave a call to customer care and asked them to either refund my money or replace the handset as it is of no use. On my request the executive asked me to request for “refund or handset replace” on Samsung mailbox and the expert team will revert within 48 hours. I requested for the refund same day and got a call from Samsung after 2 days. The executive after being explained the whole situation compelled me to visit the Service centre for the last time to initiate the refunding of money request. I never wanted to visit such a shambolic centre again where fools sitting behind the desk are of no use and have no idea how to treat the customers. The executive persisted and I finally visited the Service centre again on 29th September 2016, again explained everything to the person on the counter. On this the engineer replied “Only these problems? I was unable to access my handset at all and wasted so much time but the staff was unconcerned by the hassles faced by me. I tried talking to the branch manager Ms Pooja who was busy arguing on top of her voice with other customers and refused to attend us. Then we met with Supervisor of that service centre Mr. Imran Ansari, we requested him to kindly initiate the process of refunding because the handset was good for nothing not even a call can be made. He simply refused to take any action and started shouting on me and my husband. After spat between Mr Ansari and my husband with no proper solution I gave a call to customer care as I was told by customer care person a day before that if anybody starts arguing then to connect them on customer care toll free. I did the same and I was shocked to know after talking to Mr. Ansari, their statement changed. The lady suggested me to visit some other Service centre. I disconnected the call and after several requests Mr. Imran Ansari kept my handset with box and earphones stating I will be keeping this handset in my store. If I will get any call from customer care, then only I will initiate the complaint otherwise it will remain in the Service centre. It’s your choice whether to take back the handset or not.
                  As told by Mr. Ansari, I again called customer care of Samsung on 3rd October, 2016 to get help in initiating my request of refund or even replacement. I was shocked to know it needs to process through service centre end only, as they only knew the exact physical condition of the phone. Now the game passing is going on between Service centre team and Customer care team. It’s been more than 10 days now my phone is with the service centre and no soul has even cared to update me on the matter. I am seeking intervention and support from top management of Samsung for replacement of this non-performing non-reliable Samsung mobile with some reliable Samsung mobile. An early revert and support from top management of Samsung will help me to restore my trust and confidence towards the Samsung products.

                    It is only 1 week I have brought this J7 prime and was using only one sim in it. Once I inserted the 2nd sim in the other tray, Oh! it is not working at all. I went to show room, then to service center -- Not solved the problem, they asked to call CC, I called CC but they send me to Service center, Keep on moving from pillar to post to get my Brand New J7 to have a solution, but was disappointing. They say that it is not covered under warranty. I never recommend to buy this mobile. My EIME No-[protected]. date of purchase 9th. Oct 2016. Name- Murli.

                      I recently visited Samsung Service Centre, Bangalore to get my broken screen repaired of Samsung Galaxy Note 4.. They took the phone and while returning they simply gave the phone. When I reached home, I looked at it and found that the screen is not stuck to the body properly. I revisited same Service Centre again and now they say that THE PHONE IS BENT so they cannot fix the screen properly. The phone was not bent until I left it with service centre guys.. My in-warranty phone isnt able to operate properly due to screen bulging out of the body and so the touch buttons also do not work since the day I received the phone from Samsung Service Centre, Jayanagar Branch, Bangalore, India.

                        The new Samsung J5 mobile which i purchased in May from Chromo, Bangaore at Bellandur gate costs me 10, 000. Within 3 months, the display got damaged, it dint break but service man said its broken from inside, there is a crack inside and the phone is completely blank, display is gone. Now i took the mobile to the place where I purchased Chromo, they said you should go to Samsung Service Center in Marthahalli, I went there, they said display is not included in the warranty so you will have to pay. I thought I will pay but they said it will charge 8000. If its gonna charge 3/4th the actual amount then i can buy new mobile. I asked so many other local service centers, they said we request all customers not to buy this J5 model because its very light and easy breakable.
                        Now i feel cheated with this purcahse.

                          I had already give my Samsung J7 in Samsung care on 24/08/2016. i purchased this mobile on 11/12/2015 but after 6 month it's display was flicked automaticly . they told us waiting for 25 days for refund or replace but company was not solve it . thair employers was jst give us receiving date so many time but their is no solution .please solve my problem i had submitted it in august.if now within in 2 day they will not solve it i will complaint in consumer court against company .

                            I bought this mobile on 7th Sep 2016 since the 1st day (at shop itself) I am getting extra noise from both the speaker that is annoying me, during night time I am able to hear that noise much which is frustrating me, I took my mobile to customer care and shown them they tested and returned saying that there is no issue but issue is there. in 2013 i bought Samsung Galaxy grand in Bangalore that was pretty nice one still it is working fine that's the reason I bought Samsung again, This manufacturing issue I can say strongly so please arrange to replace that else I will take further necessary action.

                            more than ten times called samsung customer care no proper support
                            My Samsung A7 speaker create sounds like electric spark while speaking over phone and voice recorded and play back create noise like anything it is frustrating to listen that voice.

                            How can you say this is bit shot rare complaint we ignore this
                            We paid full amount 27K for that phone
                            This is severe issue
                            This is offence.
                            Please try to fix my mobile issue
                            If the above issue is ignorable then why are you doing this poor mobile phone business.

                              I have purchased a TV set in June 2014. At TV screen a small spot was showing in the warranty period. I had made complain with dealer and service center but they did not respond the issue. Now day by day spot and lining on the screen is enhancing. I have made several complain but till now my issue has not been dissolved. Today Samsungexecutive Mr. Ankur Srivastava call me to dissolve the issue but he told mMel "Through the TV Set on Road" and misbehaved with me.

                                We had already give Samsung J7 6 in Samsung care . We purchased this mobile 2 month ago but within in 1 month it's display was don't visible . So we was give it in our near by Aeria (Maninagar) Samsung care to do repair display problem.we give on[protected] but company was not solve it.thair employers was jst give us receiving date .4 time . When we go thair thay was say "sorry, and give us. New date ." but we had submitted it in September.if now within in 2 day care will not solve it we will complaint in consumer services against company.its a strict worning.

                                  Dear Mr. Hong;

                                  With this mail, I would like to draw your kind attention towards agony that I have gone through in seeking support for my under warranty Handset.

                                  At the outset, I bought Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Model No. N910) on 5th of November 2015. Within 1 week of purchase, realised that when battery reached 30% remaining, phone would behave erratically, will go into auto restart mode unless plugged to power outlet. I checked with sales dealer and was informed that this was standard issue with Galaxy Note4 Series and that is why Galaxy Note5 launch is scheduled.

                                  Phone worked well except issue of backup as phone was required to be charged with 30% or more battery life remaining. On 4th October 2016, I realized that there was a black spot on the top right side of the screen and was annoying as could not see notifications clearly in the drag down notification panel and …Alas..!...the beginning of my agony.

                                  On 6th of October 2016, I visited Samsung Authorised Service Centre in Ghaziabad, Indipuram Sec-12( M/s. Janus Electronics) and was held aback to hear that phone warranty has expired 1 year back. I showed them the sales partners bill and virtually pleaded but of no use, I immediately went to sales dealer and he assured of support. After rigorous follow-up with sales partner finally gave me Number of Mr. Ankit Bansal (Asst Service Manager in Samsung India based out of Raj Nagar Ghaziabad). I called up Mr. Bansal, who initially on phone seemed to be very courteous, listened very patiently and advised me to go to Service centre in Indipuram to get the issue resolved.

                                  On 14th October, Again visited Service centre Centre in Ghaziabad, Indipuram Sec-12( M/s. Janus Electronics), Even without even opening the phone, I was told that this is physical damage as Phone screen seems to be hard pressed resulting in screen damage and is out of warranty. I replied back to the executive that “phone is in very immaculate condition and there are no visible signs of damage, How can you be so sure that black spot on screen is outcome of physical damage…that too without opening it?” on this he replied that “We know our job, Once we open the screen, if there is physical damage internally, screen shall leak and display and touch, which as of now are working perfectly shall not work and you have to pay for repairs. If you want, we will do that but you shall be solely responsible for any further damage arising out of opening it”

                                  Phone has not even slipped even once from my hand and so knew that there is no possibility of physical damage to the phone any way; went ahead and told the Service Engr that I shall bear the responsibility and he can open the screen to check any physical damage. In-case any traces of physical damage are observed, shall take back the phone and won’t claim for any repairs. Phone was opened and to the utmost surprise of Service Engineer, there were no signs of any damage in the screen. On seeing this, was told that

                                  1. Yes, your screen is not physically damaged and you shall get the screen replacement under warranty.
                                  2. And also, we shall address the issue of intermittent phone restart as well.

                                  While job sheet was being prepared and was waiting to get job sheet generated, I got one more surprise googly. I was told that there was some traces of water found on PBA and we have ascertained that it is the root cause of the problem, and now your phone is out of warranty; and all the repairs to be done shall be done on paid basis or you can take your phone back. I was shocked to hear this statement and went on to ask how come liquid trace on the PBA (which I don’t even know is there or not) could be responsible for a small moving black spot on display and while as all other functions including touch and display are working fine. They were speechless and told me very rudely to take my phone back as have other customers to attend to; I didn’t wanted to create a scene and with a very broken heart, I picked up salvage of my phone Note4, which was working 2 hours back and left Service centre. Even Mr. Ankit Bansal was not able to give reply on How liquid on PBA could create partial black spot on screen and still let it be fully functional. He stopped responding to my phone calls also afterwards.

                                  Sir, While I am writing this to you, display of my phone has completely gone out of order. I have been using Samsung products for last 10+ years and have fallen for Note Series especially after using Galaxy Note2 for 3 years (Bought in 2011 and is still working as my alternate phone) planned for upgrade to Note4. Other than Phones, do own Home appliances from Samsung like 2 no. Split Inverter AC’S, 2 No. LCD’s & 1 No. LED, Double door refrigerator to name a few. Every time I bought Samsung product was for the reason that; I, trusted the Brand blind-folded and have remained loyal for 12+ years but recent service experience has shaken me badly. I always thought of Samsung being Customer Oriented Company but was proven highly wrong. Rigidness, adamancy and not listening to customer attitude portrayed by service team has forced me to think whether, have I made the right decision to buy Samsung

Before buying Samsung Products any further, I would like to hear out one last time from the company who had become my companion at home, in office or on the Go, anywhere and everywhere……..

                                    I bought this refrigerator from Croma on[protected]. Made a complaint that it is not cooling enough on 5th of Sep, one service guy came replaced a component and since then it completely stopped working without any cooling. I have made several complaints to Samsung and Croma from where I purchased the refrigerator, some 5-6 service people visited and it is still not working and they have not been able to rectify it for more than 5 weeks now. I don't want this refrigerator any more and want a refund.

                                      We are continously lodging complaint against samsung refrigator which was purchased on 31st March 2016, , but our issue HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED YET.We have complaint several times but none of the engineer could resolve our issue, this is not at all expected from SAMSUNG.I here by request you to please consider this matter seriously and on PRIORITY and take immediate action ASAP.

                                        I am user of SAMSUNG mobile from last 3 years. I want to give official complaint against samsung mobile service centre Kolhapur.
                                        There is a service centre of samsung mobile india named M/s Prathmesh Electronics 1392/1/2, 1st floor, C ward, Laxmipuri, Main Road, above Vishwesarrya Bank, Kolhapur 416006. I had given my mobile phone samsung model no GT- I 9300 for repairing.Complaint receit no is. 988. Compaint was Phone Dead( Water damaged). service engineer told that It will Take near about 9000Rs which is much more for rapairing. i took my mobile set from service centre by paying 100Rs Take care Charge. When i show it to another small shop, service Engineer just cleaned it properly and gave it to me in Normal condition he took only 100rs service charge from me.

                                        I want request you to take an appropriate action against to this service centre. who are charging unneccesary charge from layal samsung customer. This is distroying samsung brand name within customer.
