Updated by Balaji R Koustubha We never had a discussion which concluded with whatever you say so above. Please do not copy paste a message you have sent me over email. You speak so high of your service but it is no where close to what you have delivered so far. I have received a TV which has an issue with a screen in the very first month. As per your policy you are subjected to replace such a product. Why do you refuse to do so now? And why should I go for service? It is equivalent to buying a used TV. You should have charged me half the amount for a TV which would require service in a month's time.
It has been 10 days since complaint has been raised (Complaint # [protected]) and there has been no response.
This is pathetic service response from a reputed company like Samsung.
