I have purchased this washing machine two months back only, and i found so much noisy when its wash, and i have requested a service engineer visit with ref:[protected]. which he informed, this sound should be originate when the washing machine got old like 5 to 10 yrs but
as it a new one, but still having this issue, i have doubt whether its a rebuilt with old parts or what ?Samsung is big brand and a big thief i must say. be aware.

    I bought a new mobile phone recently, i. e. samsung galaxy a7 2016. within 3 days it's display broken automatically and handset is overheating. i tried to contact service centre but they are not listening. i even tried online support on official website of samsung, but still no one is hearing about my problem. kindly let me know, how can complain against the cheater company.

      I was purchased samsung smart tv model no. Ua40h5570au on dates 5th spt2016.
      After two days i found some spot in screen when screen is on black b ground, that time i was informed to dealer and they were arrange service engineer and he was visited twice time after complaining and report to hq for the same.
      But still i have no any update from samsung as well delare also.

      I m one of the loyal customer of samsung since 2000, but this time i m very disappointed for the service.

        Bought a samsung refrigerator model rt56k6378sl on 20-4-16. This is the second time that this device isnt functioning properly. A complaint has been registered (Against registered service order [protected])
        The samsung people are not even taking the calls.
        We want the refund alonwith interest there-upon as this product may be troublesome evenafter the expiry of their warranty.

          no solution yet provided and again i visited samsung care ajmer which was my 9th round there ...and also contacted on[protected] which was my 25-30 call approximately till 17 october from 16 august...my registered complaint number for smasung is [protected] and job sheet number is [protected] and bill number is 3307 ...sir its my request to the honorable of consumer court to provide me justice and punish them for mentally harrasing me ...from my town ajmer care centre is 50km and i am as a student of central university rajasthan it is not possible to go everytime there and spent lot of money on fare...i had a lot of problems without my phone as i am not able to contact my parents who living far away from me ...and also not able to access internet ...samsung is what they providing this kind of service ...only the simple issue was of battery and they have taken 2 months and 1 day...i already submitted my required all documents 1.5 months before ...and they making me fool and saying engineer has been assigned for your phone, , , my simple question is what is the need of engineer forsimply putting the battery and taking so much of my crucial time...if this kind of things happen i think one die i will suicide and give a note that all this attempt to suicide was because of bad service and fraud by samsung...so my days i have waited ...now give me refund of mobile in account number in SBBJ bank [protected]

            I purchase a new LED TV 43" K5300 series. Within a week of purchase, there is cloudy screen.

            It has been 10 days since complaint has been raised (Complaint # [protected]) and there has been no response.

            This is pathetic service response from a reputed company like Samsung.

            My samsung galaxy grand max mobile was stolen on 09/10/2016 at about 9 pm. the IMEI No. is [protected]. I lodged a FIR with the local police station. Kindly take necessary steps to block the phone immediately or if possible then please trace the my mobile location using GPS technology. so i can help police to help to get my cellphone back.

              Purchased a washing machine from Croma Belapur on 06/10/16 invoice number 030058. The machine was delivered to me on 07/10/16 at 11 in the morning I was promised installation within 24 hours that should have been done by Saturday 08/10. Repeated calls to samsung everyday and Croma no response from either side. Installation pending false assurances. I have been taking off from work just for installation. Calling samsung 3 times daily they gave me the name of the engineer supposed to visit yest no one did. I have not even received a single call from their technical team. The customer care of croma and Samsung does not care.

                I bought a sd card on 4th august-2016 from amazon, which has 10 years manufacturing warranty but now it stopped working.
                Before i bought i checked for service centers in my location, and i come to know that they are present.
                So i went for buying sd card.. Even amazon also send the mail stating that list of services centers available in my locality.
                Now, these samsung people saying that"no service for sd card you have to go to hyderabad"
                My sd card cost is rs.569... Going to hyderabad and coming back it will charge around rs.450... I can buy new sd card..!!!

                  I have purchased a samsung led tv 40” (samsung 101cm (40) full hd led tv rs. 45, 000/- (40j5100, 2 x hdmi, 2 x usb) on 11th july 2015, after few months black spots (dust spatial) appeared from inside on entire screen/display, then we approached samsung service centre and lodged a complaint (in jan’16). on that request samsung has change entire tv panel and samsung engineer has confirmed that, this issue never came again, because we have done protection for dust.

                  Now 2nd oct’2016 same issue is appeared (dust spatial), again we launched a complaint (complaint no. [protected]) to resolved this issue, samsung service centre come back with their policies stated “warrantee of product has expired, since customer has to pay changes for engineer visit (1100/-) and new product (i. e. for entire panel)”. this means that every 6 month after i have replace the led panel and pay for new panel,
                  I think company should declare before selling this product that product has issue with dust and display panel need to change frequently

                  Service center was dont recover this problem. I have also give tham service center my phone, box bill and all exeseries with my bank detiles, id proof.

                      Fridge brought on 20th dec 2012 (4years back repaired 4 times since for various problems) last complain number [protected] made on 27th august 2016 changed to registered service order [protected] and been assigned engineer who called but never turned up and when i called him back said he was busy so could not call and come... So fridge still waiting to be repaired

                      1st repair was done within 3 months of buying the fridge have 2 more people in our building one with a side by side 70k fridge 8 months old thts stopped working

                        This is to bring to your Notice that I have bought A8 Hand set (Serial No. RZ8H506IJFX) from Croma on 11/06/2016, and the same is being insured from Gizmo (New India Assurance) based on the Insurer guidance (Gizmo), I have submitted my device to Janus Electronic 511/12 Sector 12, Vasundhra (Samsung Service Station who take Insurance Cases) and the service center got the approval of the insurance claim from New India Assurance on 20th Aug 16 as per the repair estimate submitted by the Janus Electronic (Samsung Authorised Service Center), till today the service center is not having service parts to repair the device and all his indent is being declined by Samsung. Further the service center has tried other way by creating Job sheet Number [protected] on 30th Sep 16 which is also being declined with same comment as non-availability of service parts. Do you have any genuine reason to explain as why there is so much delay in arranging the service parts and what all pain your customer experience without having his device? I am sure you must be having some issues but I don’t think Samsung has stopped manufacturing A8 device (as new handset and already sold handset have common parts) even if you have stopped making device who is going to take care of the customer who has already purchased the device. Needless to mention that you have any one to be your customer once but only your after sale service make someone your loyal customer further I am sure in Samsung wisdom prevails and someone may act to my humble request to support me and cooperate me in fixing the problem of mine, I am not asking anything else other than my right to get service from Samsung. I have made numerous call to your toll free customer support Number and got only the Ref No. of my complaint so far which is [protected]. Now what I anticipate that Samsung may ask me to get refund/replacement of my Insured Handset by detecting the amount of the damage parts which can easily be repaired by having the service parts and the repair cost adequately shall be paid by insurance company whose approval is already being sought, please tell me as what is my fault other than having Samsung handset to bear the cost of damage parts. In view of the same I request to replace/repair/refund by handset without detecting any amount from me.

                          I am very surprised with the way you guys have been dealing with your customer, I have used so many Samsung product but this will be my last. I bought A5 few mo.ths a ago and all of a sudden it stops working I visited your amazing service center which you should shut down anyway. They kept the phone for a day and told me that there is carbon on the mother board however I have used that phone and made sure that I did not dip it in water because the amount of carbon is there on the mother board as per that the phone has to be in water to minimum 2-3 minutes. My phone use to heat up a lot from day 1 but I thought it is normal (who knows of the carbon was there on mother board from day 1). On top of all that your people are extremely rude they do not know customer service...first center told us 9000 as entire cost and other center told us 12000. How the heck is that possible ?? Arent you supposed to be in sync of there is genuine issues with phone ??

                          Extremely dissatisfied and will never spend even a single penny on Samsung products of this doesn't get resolved under warranty.

                              Dear concern
                              I am a samsung user from last 5 years. I have used samsung s3, note 3, s4, s6 and now on 5th august i have purchased a brand new samsung s7. On the purchase of 2nd day it get locked and i losted my all data. With a lot of difficulties i got some of my data back. I was aware of my password still it get locked. Today my phone has got off since morning and it is not getting on after a lot try. I called your customer care, they told me to take the phone to customer care. Now after purchasing a phone with price of 50k i have to suffer all this. I will not allow anyone to open my new phone and if again my data get lost then it will be a big loss of mine. I am totally annoyed by this phone and don't want to stay on the que at customer care centre for my phone.
                              Suggest me what to do now.

                                I have purchased a samsung double refrigerator in 2013 (Make 2012 may), i have been experiencing problems, basic functions cooling is not working since last 2 months and it is taking ages for samsung to have this addressed.

                                On 3 occasions they have visited my house but not fixed the issues, they seems to be unconcerned with me not having a functioning fridge since last 2 months, fridge is an integral part of the household items and with out fridge it is high impact,

                                I am now planning to give one last opportunity for them to address the issue if not i will file a case in consumer court and seek a replacement and compensation
                                Please note one of the work call centers of any company that i have experienced is that of samsung, neither a customer gets a compliant number consistently, even a govt agencies have a better call center
                                First of all call center and their way dealing with registering is extremely pathetic, every time i call the call center i have to fight to get the compliant number and they close tickets even without customer consent, every time you call them a new ticket is opened and turn around time clocks then nobody know when they close or cancel that ticket

                                It is a shame who ever is heading the operations and customer service departments, you need to retire is my suggestion.

                                If you cant service then please do not sell it. This is last time i will ever buy any samsung product,

                                My request to others, if you are out of city limits please do not buy their products, they seem to be under impression travelling out of city limits impact call closure volume

                                  I registered a complaint (no, : [protected]) regarding non working of my split ac. a technician attended the complaint on 22nd sep and daignized it to be a problem with capacitor and committed to replace the next day. the technician visited again on 23rd in my absence and after re-check, informed that the compressor is to be replaced and it would cost rs 10, 000/-. finally he collected rs 575/- (vide m/s bright engineers, visakhapatnam receipt no. 1583, dt. 23/09/16) towards this daignosis and left. i got the ac checked by a private technician and he replaced the capacitors of the fan and the compressor and it is working perfectly for the last 10 days. this is highly disoppointing service by samsung and amounts to cheating the customers..

                                    I purchased 55 J 5300 on 16th of August. On 13th September the screen went blank. The service engineer came down and told me that it was a problem with the board. I requested for replacement as it did fall under the 30 day period and a problem with motherboard is serious. Its been a month now, I make multiple calls to deaf ears. Customer executive call me and pitch that they would give 6 months extra service and not replacement. And then they call me again and say that we would not give you anything just go ahead with service. This is literally harassment. I have been waiting for someone reliable and serious to get in touch with us and discuss the issue in detail. It is absolutely ridiculous that random executives are calling up and taking a shot each time to convince us to take up service and drop the request for replacement. Is this how you operate? Harass the customer, tire them and finally wait for them to give in to your demands? Not expected from a brand like yours. I went for samsung only because the sales person told me repeatedly that samsung stands out in customer service. You and your team of executives have proved everything wrong.                                     We never had a discussion which concluded with whatever you say so above. Please do not copy paste a message you have sent me over email. You speak so high of your service but it is no where close to what you have delivered so far. I have received a TV which has an issue with a screen in the very first month. As per your policy you are subjected to replace such a product. Why do you refuse to do so now? And why should I go for service? It is equivalent to buying a used TV. You should have charged me half the amount for a TV which would require service in a month's time.

                                        I have lodged a complaint on 19th Sep 16 for a front load washing machine not working. The executive visits, checks the machine for few minutes and states its working fine. Collects his visiting charges and leaves the place. The same problem repeats and when complained again on 2nd October, I am being told that a part needs to be replaced. Since I am a working professional requests him to visit the place on Saturday. Saturday morning he calls up and states he will at home with the part to be replaced. When again checked back in the afternoon, after repeated calls he answers and mentions that the fresh part is faulty and he has no idea when it will be back in stock.
                                        I am seriously surprised with the kind of service that a brand like Samsung is offering its customers.
                                        15 days for a part to be replaced and the service executive nor the customer support center is bothered about the pain the customer goes through.
                                        Pathetic service as I myself have worked in the service industry for quite some time and know the importance of home appliances when it goes bad and the agony customer goes through.
                                        Would personally not recommend any prospects to buy any Samsung product which offers service at its worst and are very proud of it...
