Dear Sir,
I have purchased Samsung J7 Gold on 16/12/2015 having serial no RZ8GC07SQBF([protected]) .i am working currently at Sardar vallab Bhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad as DSP. Recently I find that display of my mobile was flickering and battery is also not charging. It takes atleast 6 hrs to charge. Then I went to samsung service centre at Laxminagar, Delhi on 13/08/2016 at [protected]__-B2X service Solution India PVT LTD, R-30 & 31 Plot NO- 6 & 7 1stf New delhi 110092, when I came on leave during August, 2016. Since the problem occurred within the warranty period, they promised me that they would either refund my money or provide a new device within 10 days and I fulfilled all the formalities as said by them. But, I didnt get any response from them, inspite of my repeated request through phone and mails. Then I complained to customer care they also did not respond. I also approached Mr. Rohit Majumdar-majumdar.[protected]@partner.samsung.com Once he assured that within 2 days my problem will be solved. But till date, I couldnt get any fruitful response. Due to which I felt lot of mental tension and harassment a for not getting any reponse from such reputed companies. Now I am at Hyderabad. So i request you once again to resolve the matter at the earliest otherwise Iam compelled to file suit against your company before appropriate authority.

I have purchased Samsung J7 Gold on 16/12/2015 having serial no RZ8GC07SQBF([protected]) .i am working currently at Sardar vallab Bhai Patel National Police Academy Hyderabad and my designation as DSP. I came delhi in august on leave for 10 days. At that time i found problem of display of my mobile was flickering. Then I went to samsung service centre on 13/08/2016 at [protected]---B2X service Solution India PVT LTD, R-30 & 31Plot NO- 6 & 7 1st Floor, New delhi 110092.They promised me that they would either give me my money back or new device within 10 days and I fulfilled all the formalities as said by them. But they did not do anything inspite of my repeated requests. Then I complained to customer care, they also did not do except recording my complaint. After my repeated efforts with customer care through call or complaints through mail, I could get a call from Mr.Rohit Majumdar, Customer Experience Manager, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd and he assured me to get back in 2-3 days regarding refund of amount. I contacted him twice. He kept on saying that he will do needful. After that, he did not contacted me or whenever I tried to contact him, he didnt not reply. Despite of my best efforts many times, I could not get any fruitful result.
Thus, I am financially, physically and mentally being harassed by the officials of Samsung service care by not solving my problem and kept on hanging. I am very much fade up of this issue. I left with no option but to knock the door of Court of law by filing a suit against you people for neglecting, evading my problem and cheating me in this way. I once again request you to please look- into the issue and solve my problem by refunding my amount. If you do not resolve my issue, how come any one believe such reputed company and buy its product, in future.

      Dear Team,
      i have purchased a samsung TV in Mar 2016 and its screen got leaked when i have done complaint for this engineer visited and opened the tv and its condition became worse and he went off after some day they have told that it would be repaired but you have to pay for that approx 10, 000 Rs i wanna tell u there is no scratch on tv and on first visit enginner has confirmed its a fault of tv so it will be repaired free of cost after that i have done complaint more than 4 times but noone has visited till now after 1st visit.
      kindly check i am very upset by such type of service

        I have complained previously about my mobile replacement as I was facing call drop problem from day one. I bought j 7 prime on 1.10.2016 and still shopkeeper and service centre person told that we will replace your mobile but they have given my phone after repair. From 1.10.16 when I have bought my mobile I am facing call drop problem if my mobile is not going to replace helplessly I will go to consumer forum and fight till the end until and unless I will not find justice.

          Dear sir,

          I am writing this mail to bring to your attention that I am not at all satisfied with the quality of material you claim to be using in the manufacturing of your products.
          I own a Samsung Galaxy A7 2016, model number SM-A710FD and the build number is MMB29K.A710FXXU1BPH1 and I had just purchased it recently, on October 2nd 2016.
          One of the key specifications of this smartphone is the Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The display protection of the phone is Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and so is its back panel.
          The Corning Gorilla Glass 4 claims to _quotdeliver dramatically improved performance against drops on rough surfaces_quot. It also claims to have _quotwithstood such drops up to 2X better than competitive glass designs. And the drop tests are the toughest in the industry_quot ??
          I am a college going student. And your Galaxy A7 seemed very promising to me for such daily uses.
          But on 14th October 2016, on my way to home from college, my phone simply slipped from my hand. The entire screen has a huge crack and it''s extensively increasing with every use. Infact I have also applied a tempered glass for better screen protection but surprisingly my tempered glass does not even have a single scratch but the said Corning Gorilla Glass 4 is badly cracked.
          On contacting one of your Samsung stores in my area, they respond very mediocrely saying that it''s just a glass and it''s breakable. If it''s just a glass and completely breakable then I question your decision o[censored]sing The Corning Gorilla Glass 4 in the making of your products. Your company is making customers believe in it''s sturdiness and tough structure. It''s all false advertising. Also the knowledge of your own employees is not up to the mark, treating their own products in such a dismal manner. And I might be repeating myself but the worst part is that my tempered glass has suffered no damage at all but your tough Corning Gorilla Glass 4 is completely cracked up from everywhere.
          Sir, I am a law student and an extremely impatient person and I think you fail to realise my discontent and fury in regard with your product.
          I and my entire family are loyal and regular Samsung customers. This is my third Samsung smartphone and we purchased our latest on 10th October 2016. And I had never expected such distress from Samsung.
          I strongly demand a replacement of product. Or at least a full compensation of the damage caused WITHIN A WEEK''S TIME because time is extremely essential for a college going student like me who''s daily functioning relies solely on your product.
          I am looking forward to a favourable response or I''ll have to switch to strict legal actions to help resolve my problem better.

                My Washing Machine Model No. WA80T4GE has been lying defective. Complaint in this regard was registered by Mobile No. [protected] my wife Rekha Newar, around 10 days back. Till date, no representative of LG has contacted so far.

                Please send your Technician immediately. It has been noticed that service of LG is very very poor here in Shillong, Meghalaya. We failed to make contact with Customer Care Service as the same is not picked up by any body, we are fade up with LG Service.

                    I have tried all the options in order to get my issue resolved with M/s. Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd. I had purchased the Samsung Refrigerator from M/s. Vijay Sales, Borivali (W), Mumbai on 2nd June 2015 with my hard earned money. The lock attached to the handle got broke while opening the Refrigerator in a normal way. I informed this to the Samsung Call centre team in April 2016 when my Refrigerator was under Warranty period. Their Authorized Service engineer came to my residence & inspected the door handle & came to the conclusion that since the other side of the lock is in the door panel, the entire door needs to be replaced. He also damaged the Door Handle (Picture Attached) in order to take out the Handle from the Refrigerator. Please find below the details of the complaints lodged for which no action has been initiated till date:

                    No one from their Service centre team addressed my issue. I therefore lodged a complaint online on their website on 18th June 2016 & got a call from Mr. Muneesh kumar on 20th June 2016 at 12.35pm who took me into a conference call with their Authorized Service Centre Representative Mr. Sanjay (+91 [protected]) & it was told by him that it is a product fault & the customer is not at fault. After the conference call with Mr. Sanjay, Mr. Muneesh assured me that I don’t have to pay a single paisa and the entire door will be replaced free of cost. He also assured that he will try his best to get this issue resolved ASAP. I have a copy of the recording of the Conference call which is attached for your kind reference.

                    After some days on 6th July 2016 at 4.22pm I got a call from your Representative Mr. Lovekesh Rajput along with a couple of calls who again called on 15th July 2016 at 10.14am that I will have to bear 50% of the cost of the Refrigerator door. I received his mail confirming that Samsung will give discount of 50% on 22nd August 2016 that too after my repeated calls to him since 15th July 2016.

                    I simply fail to understand this change of words after assurance given from the Authorized Representative, that too after the conference call with their Authorized Service Engineer.

                    I would also like to bring to your notice that I have lodged a complaint to the National Consumer Helpline & the Complaint Number is 8695 which is closed with the reason:
                    customer demand is beyond policy hence case closed

                    The below mail will give a clear picture to my repeated requests went unheard sent to Samsung in order to resolve my issue.

                    I had also written to the Managing Director of Samsung for which I have not received any revert till date. I have left with no option but to bear the brunt of my hard earned money. My Source of earning is my Job & I cannot go to the consumer court to fight as I don’t have enough money to pay the Lawyers.

                    I hereby request you if you can write to Samsung & instruct them to honor their commitment and help me in getting justice.

                        I am so disappointed with services of Samsung, I have been prominent user of Samsung mobile phones but now I feel that its not worthy to be a part of this.

                        I purchased my Samsung Galaxy A7 on April 24, 2016, on very first day my phone started hanging up and heating up, hence I went to the seller and elaborated him all this, he asked me to visit Samsung Service Centre.

                        They took my phone and called my after 7 days, nothing happened and phone was acting the same.

                        Then I got screen tape issue and went to them, they need 4 to 5 days to fix this, my head phone is also not working, I enlarged the compliant and they say they would contact me as it arrives but I never received any call yet.

                        The serve is awful and like a deep stain on Samsung name.

                        I need my problems to be solved without any delay.

                        Now I am waiting that how much true and honest Samsung is with their promises.

                          I am very frustrated customer of sumsung galaxy, i have bought this samsung galaxy tab from you on 5th of june last year, paid huge amount rs. 38900/-

                          From past three months after the incident took place at the aircraft, my tab is getting very very hat and it switches off automatically.

                          Your employees at showroom or service centre says, "keep the tab for chageing whole day and work" which is a stupid msg.

                          Please revert at the earliest otherwise, i shall go to the next level of probably media. Please call back my tab for checking.

                            Below is the mail sent to samsung team via email. But no response from their end.

                            It is really annoying to say that your product is showing issues after software upgrade. I had purchased samsung galaxy j7 last year and after updating it to marshmallow. Phone screen is getting flickered in low brightness. Also this same issue is faced by number of people. If you check google website and type this issue you will realise many people facing this issue. I am tired of not getting proper response from your executives. Kindly refund my money back or find a solution to fix it where i dont have to be charged. Because it is common problem faced by everyone and i have not paid 15k rupees just to face this common problem. I am hoping for a reply and revert from your executives at earliest.

                            I in galaxy s6 dust have entered twice inside the front camer. I have given to samsaung care but dust have again enterd in my set within 2 months. My device is under warranty.
                            Its to much i want sold the phone im scary to use because now a day i listen blast on samsung phone and and today in display corner add extra colour
                            I am using j7 mobile.It started flickering when brightness is powered. All the users of samsung j7 are irritated by the screen flickering.I am really disappointed.I didn't expect such a poor quality from samsung. I am not ready to pay to fix this problem because it is a major complaint from all the j7 users. I expect to get this problem solved quickly.I hope I will get a reply soon.

                              Respected sir,
                              I arvind jejurkar, residing at shirdi, dist-ahmednagar, owned the samsung mobile model-j7 from samsung gallery at dated[protected] by my wife name. Due to display problem of my mobile, i submitted the mobile at dated[protected] to samsung service center (S. K enterprise) at kopergaon, dist-ahmednagar, which is authorised service center for samsung mobile repair. After verification of mobile, even if my mobile is in warranty period the owner of s. K. Enterprises told to change the display with estimating cost of rs. 8000/- (Eight thousand rs.) which we agree to pay at dated[protected]. The s. K. Enterprises issued the service receipt for mobile repair dated[protected] but since last 4 months my mobile has not been repaired & given back. It is resord at s. K. Enterprises (Samsung mobile center) kopergaon. As we took the follow up for mobile & contacted with company customer care at dated[protected], no jobsheet card for mobile was prepared since,[protected]. On enquiring the s. K. Enterprises srvice center the jobsheet card was prepared of dated[protected] job sheet no – [protected].
                              After that again i call customer care at dated[protected] reference no. [protected] & tell all the above issue to them. The customer care told me you go in service center & make call for us we will talk with him. According to customer care i go in s. K. Enterprises office, kopergaon, which is 50km. Away from my home & make a call to customer care. The service center owner, told customer care that no spare parts are available for repair with company & for how much time i take this mobile here so, it is better to give back it to customer. So, customer care told me you don’t take this mobile without repairing leave it in service center, we will take action against this issue, you wait for some time. So, according to customer care i wait for some time but issue is not solved.
                              After this again we contacted with customer care & conveyed the matter, they too were not responding properly, & a said answer was there, that the issue of mobile has been convey to service team, area manager, & higher authority by mode of mail. & at various time i attained different answers were given by customer care representative, & you should wait for some time answers were given & also they have not completed the given commitments given at various times. & till dated my issue has not been solved.
                              During all this lot off time is west. Again i call customer care at dated[protected] regarding this issue so, custer care told me, samsung service center owner reported us that on[protected] the said mobile has been repaired & given to customer, but yet we have not received it. The service center owner is gambling & telling lie again & again.
                              Sir, here i have not understand why jobsheet card was not prepared delebrately & then parepaired in month of september. It indicated that some misuse & misconcept has taken place regarding this mobile. I have harsed deliberately & also, how should we keep faith that our mobile genuine parts are original in mobile. So please replace my mobile.
                              Sir, also i have not understand why so much months are required for mobile repairing, where as it is only a issue of 2-3 days.
                              Sir, i reques ted you please take immediate action regarding this matter & give me justice & also replace my mobile within 1 to 2 days. If it is not possible then i am helpless, i should refer the matter to consumer court forum, for above justice.
                              Hence i requested you please look into the matter & solve the problem as early as possible.

                              I had submitted mobile on[protected] on authorised Samsung Service Center for repairing. At that time my mobile have only display problem & no any other issue was there.At that time Service center owner had also check that mobile tell that you need to change the display of this mobile & no any other fault said by service Center.
                              At that time Samsung Service Center had not prepare JobSheet which was prepared on[protected]. So, in between this duration my mobile genuine & original parts my be replaced & also in between this duration some missued & misconcepted has done regarding my mobile.
                              So, from staring of this matter Service center Owner is Gambling &say Lie again & again. & The most worst thing is that Samsung & its Service Center is not providing good service to customer & Between all this process (4 Months) i deliberately haresed & i had not able to used that mobile.
                              So, according to customer point of view, samsung & its srevice center is responsible for all this hareshment & for bad service. So, i kindly requested you Relaced my mobile. otherwise i am helpless & i will put all this matter in Consumer Form for Justice.

                              Here my mobile issue is not solved & samsung how can marked as Resolved. This mean that Samsung Company & its Service Center is a Cheater & ford Company. Samsung Company is not providing true service to customer & only telling lie again & again.
                              Replace my mobile & Resolved my mobile issue otherwise i will put all this matter in consumer forum for above justice.

                                  Sir, the five star rating samsung 100% frost free fridge was bought some four years back and perhaps that was the biggest mistake of my life. After three years, ice started accumalating in deep fridger affecting the cooling and performance of the system. On complain, i was asked to replace a part, which controls the defrosting system.in spite of your frost free guarantee, i had no option left with me and paid rs.3000.00 for replacing the parts. Again last week the fridge was not working. On complaining for consecutive three days, my fridge was picked up, repaired and delivered to me on 11.10.2016, chaging me aroud 2500 rupees. Again on saturday evening, the fridge stopeed working and today i have communicated with your local service center to pick up the fridge and get it repaired.

                                  Just with in a span of four years, i have spent approximate six thousand rupees on repairing of the fridge, which is 30% of its original price.

                                  Do you feel that this much maintenance is requires in samsung product??

                                  Why i am charged every time, if your product is having such poor life??

                                      I purchased samsung note 5 on may 10 2016. But it started giving me problem from day 1. I thought it was bacause i didnt get my phone updated. As i work i found time to take it to samsung customer care at paradise, secunderabad on 20th may. I told them about network problem and they updated my phone and told me if the problem persists get back to them. And the problem was still there and then i took my phone to samsung customer care immediately and they examined and told me that its motherboard is not working properly and it needs to get replaced that means my BRANNDD NEWW phone needed repair for which i didnt agree and i took my phone away and contacted samsung toll free number and i was contacted my ASHWATHI NAIR. She told me a sentence from the begining to end that they cannot get my phone replaced but just repair. I started complaining about the ddevice after 10 days as i had my deep trust in samsung company and i always thought it could be network problem or delay o[censored]pdation. But i was told by customer care chief engineer that its mother board wasnt working. Why will i go for a brand new phone's repair when i bought it with soo much of good hopes.

                                      ASHWATHI NAIR was initially trying to convince me in the beginning but later she stopped even to reply to mt mails. You can check what i have written to her. It was a polite request to her. But may be customer care in INDIA need a lot of training for good relationship with the customers.

                                      From last month onwards that is september 2016 i started facing complete network problem. My phone doesnt work for daysssss and it itself gets working and then its network again goes off.

                                      I mailed ASHWATHI NAIR again on October 7th 2016 stating that my phone has gone from worse to worst and I again requested her to look into this matter, she didnt bother to even reply to me. What a good job they are doing sitting in their position? are samsung employees not trained to talk properly to customers.. Not talking is not an issue now..it is about not replying. I[censored] want i can send all my mails and her replies i[censored] want.

                                      I want any senior and high post employee to look into this matter. Or else i will keep posting my complaints on every website i find a chance. WHO WILL TRUST SAMSUNG NOW.

                                        I bought my Samsung Star in may 2014 from Surat. I was in Surat for one and half year residing in remote areas. My Samsung Star Mobile did not work properly as far as network of the mobile companies are concerned. When I inserted the mobile sim cards the mobile was not capturing the network of the respective mobile companies. Particularly I used Vodafone and Reliance sim cards at that time. I thought that it would be an issue of signal weakness of the particular mobile service provider companies as I was residing in the remote part of Surat. Now I have relocated to Ahmedabad and residing in the central area of Ahmedabad. But the phone is not capturing the network of any company i.e. mobile service provider company. I came to know that the phone is having motherboard defect inherently and also having speaker not working properly, while I approached the Samsung Authorized Service Center. Please look into the matter urgently. I talked to your representative Mr. Anilkumar just two days back but he shows me the warranty period is over that's why you have to pay the charges. Here the issue is not of the warranty but of the inherent defect of the product which could not be judged by me due to my residence was in remote areas of Surat city. Please resolve the query and give justice to me by repairing the product without charging me. I am an old patron of Samsung utilizing various gadgets like Galaxy Tab A, Galaxy J2 Pro and many others registered to my name. I am not having any problems with the above gadgets but having only genuine problem with S 5282 (Galaxy Star) and I came to know after the warranty period is over but that was beyond my hand. Please look into the matter asap and oblige.
