Hi,
We have purchased Samsung Double Door Refrigerator model no. RT47H567ESL/TL-REF-FF on 17th Feb 2016. We have been facing issue related to vacuum been created inside the refrigerator, which results to door been locked so tightly that we need to put lots of pressure to open the same.
7 -8 times we have complained regarding the same at customer care from the date of purchase, but we have not got the solution from service team, every time they come with different experimental solution, which results to none.
I would request you to kindly address the same or change the refrigerator.

After posting above complaint, Samsung engineer again visited on 06/7.10.2016 and inspected the TV. He informed that TQ card is giving some problem. There is no sign of burn or damage. The power supply to TQ card is regulated as PSB is provided in the TV. The engineer could not explain the reason for failure of TQ card. Please explain me the reason for failure. He did't prepare any joint inspection/service report.
The service engineer told me that TQ card will cost about Rs 6500/-. However, surprisingly, I got call on next day and Samsung representative told me that whole panel is required to be changed and it will cost ~ Rs 25000/-
The above is highly exorbitant considering that the cost of TV is Rs 43000/-. Besides, above is a design fault if whole panel is required to be changed to rectify the TQ card and its a quality and manufacturing defect if such a costly TV is getting failed so soon that too without any assignable reason.
Please take-up with Samsung to reimburse the purchase cost.
