I have purchased 40" led hd samsung tv in dec'2013.

The screen gets blacked-out when tv is run for say 1/2 hrs.
I made the complaint with the samsung and their engineer visited few days ago and said some tq/pq card is not functioning well when it heats-up. There is not sign of burn, damages etc on the card. He said it will cost about rs 4000.

Few days later i got call from samsung representative and they said that card will cost 24500/-. The cost of this spares seems exorbitant and appears a attempt to rob the customers. I made complaint at samsung call center regarding this and they said they will look into. However, today i got message that my order reference no-[protected] is closed because i did not approve their estimate.

While perusing the complaints in samsug led tv, it is gathered that this is a very common failure in their led tv.in my opinion this is a manufacturing defect and samsung should replace the parts free of cost.

I purchased 40" HD LED TV (Samsung) from your dealer M/s R. K. Video, Gandhinagar, Jammu in Nov'13 vide bill/quot no- 3906 for Rs 43000.00

After posting above complaint, Samsung engineer again visited on 06/7.10.2016 and inspected the TV. He informed that TQ card is giving some problem. There is no sign of burn or damage. The power supply to TQ card is regulated as PSB is provided in the TV. The engineer could not explain the reason for failure of TQ card. Please explain me the reason for failure. He did't prepare any joint inspection/service report.

The service engineer told me that TQ card will cost about Rs 6500/-. However, surprisingly, I got call on next day and Samsung representative told me that whole panel is required to be changed and it will cost ~ Rs 25000/-

The above is highly exorbitant considering that the cost of TV is Rs 43000/-. Besides, above is a design fault if whole panel is required to be changed to rectify the TQ card and its a quality and manufacturing defect if such a costly TV is getting failed so soon that too without any assignable reason.

Please take-up with Samsung to reimburse the purchase cost.

    Last tuesday (27/9/2016) my refrigerator stopped working. Called samsung customer care, they promised service engineer will be visiting in 24 hours. Service engineer came after more than 36 hours. After some testing he said compressor needs to be changed and will place the order right away. Also said the issue should be completely resolved in 2-3 days. Now it has been more than a week and every time we call the customer care or service center they give different reasons for the job not being done. One says compressor has not come yet, one says compressor has come but engineer is not available.
    This has been giving us major mental harassment.

    Samsung simply is refusing to fix my fridge. Will need to take legal steps if this is not resolved asap.

      I purchased a samsung galaxy grand prime 4g phone vide order item id [protected] on[protected]. But there is multi problem in the handset from the first day of purchase. I contact regarding battery problem with flipkart executive immediately after the purchase of handset but there is no solution given by them. After some day there is another problem regarding line in led and then i deposit my phone in samsung service centre, bathinda and they repair this problem. Now the problem of battery is still pending and i contact with service centre many time but they are not bothered and return the set without solve the problem. I contact flipkart executive again last ten days back and the executive forward my problem with in[protected] number. But till now no solution of my problem from flipkart as welll as samsung service centre. I request your kind honour please solve the problem otherwise i have no way except to file a case in consumer fourm

        I paid prebuk amount on 22nd aug, 2016. Till now i got 3 sms regarding this. One is prebuked confirmation msg. Note7 delay msg and last message that too on 8th sept, 2016 stating u get offers for delay. After that no reply for any customer. I[censored] contact him using social media they will bock us. Need to know real reason behind delay in india and exact release date and intrest to ur prebuked money.

          My plasma TV is not working, I have registered a complaint in this regard to your service centre, It's more than 14 days but they never showed up. I visited them again for enquiry about the matter, they promises me that they will send any service engineer to rectify my problem. But sorry to say they failed again to keep their words.

            I would like to put in your kind notice that i bought a s7 edge mobile on 30 th october from your samsung plaza store at electromart store pvt ltd. Shop no-207, 2nd floor, gip mall, noida. On 31 i daignosed few problem in the phone like camera was not working and battery draining byitself, phone was getting heated. So i went to service centre they said phone is rectified with all thesse issues and would be changed and have to go for doa approval. I sat here full day for this and got the old phone packed to give it back to dealer nad get new one. Now the second time when i got the phone i took it home i used it and i again saw that the phone isnt working fine. There is sivere problem in the phone screen and speaker is no working fine i went to service centre andd they again daignosed the problem and said to go appraoval for doa again. This is how i went through such an haressement and a overall bad experience entire 6-7 days. Tis time i wanted the full refund for my money. So i contacted the samsung plaza elctromart dealer h said we will give you money through chq and 1000 rupees would be cut. I mean this not justified. After going through such a bad experience i still have to bear this loss.//???

            Instead of refunding my full money and offering me some gesture and some coupon. He is cutting my money. This is not done. I want full refund of my money by any means of chq or cash.

            Poor services and extremely poor quality products.

                I had pre-ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 7.It was going to be launched on 02.09.16. Now almost 50 days have passed, but there is no confirmation given by Samsung S to when we will get our mobile.Their Customer Care too is very pathetic. Whenever an E- mail is sent to them they just give a system generated reply. They have taken money from us from a long time which is illegal as per RBI.

                  Dear concern i purchase a5 model on 23 sep 2016 which having some defects and submitted at samsung mohali, punjab for doa on 26th sep 2016.

                  Problem details:
                  1. when we play games (world cricket championship 2) on this handset its ppi start getting break after few second play, i observed this handset having issue most of the games 100mb size. but service center denies for this by saying we are not responsible for 3rd party app. may i know what is the meaning of android if we cant use 3rd party apps in it.

                  2. even if i compare this handset with sony mobile same super amoled lcd and same format video this phone video quality is poor. service center also denied to get compare and provide any solution on behalf of comparison

                  3. finger sensor accuracy is not 100% its had this issue also which i display to service center authority also, now they accept this and ask me to dispatch handset to next authority for solution.

                  May you pl explain i had bought this product to get suffer or to use it. since i purchase it lots of time i visited service center but till the time no solution has been offered from samsung.

                    I have given my samsung galazy note 5 for repair on 1st october. Now service center is saying it will take 30-45 days to get the phone repaired/replaced/refund. I have paid 60k for the phone & asking to wait for 45 days is not at all acceptable.

                      I don't under stand the strategy of Samsung India for not selling Note 7 again in Indian market.
                      where as Note 7 is being manufactured in India itself, atlest for pre booking customers it should be made available in order to create positive environment in the market for the people who have shown faith in Samsung during difficult time.
                      If nothing is done fast you might lose your loyal customers and 1 customer is equal to 100 that you may lose if you don't act soon.

                        Pathetic service in Lucknow U.P. There are 3 service centers and none of them pick up their phone. They keep sending customers from one centre to another.
                        My mobile Samsung Note 3 Neo display is not working properly.
                        The Hazratganj centre mob no. is of a person living in Delhi. He had complained about this but no response to him also. He was gentleman enough to give me another no.
                        A Mr. Ashutosh from the Hazratganj centre picked up the phone after many times and refused to tell me if the display is in stock or if he can get it for me without my visiting him at the centre. What is the point in visiting the centre if it is not in stock. He just wants me to visit his service centre.
                        The Aliganj service centre keeps sending customers to Hazratganj and there were many customers who were running between these two centres for the last many days with no result.
                        The complaint/ suggestions box was open and the complaints were lying on the ground. Samsung company has no control over the complaints being done at the centre. The centre employees just throw them away. Why cam't Samsung put a proper box with lock which should be opened only by higher authority. There were about 20 complaints lying on the ground and center people were least bothered.
                        I still donot know whether my mobile will be repaired and when. Does anyone from the company really bother after selling their product?

                          I bought this TV in October 2014 for a hefty Hard earned amount of 90/000 Rs

                          Just recently I see a fine line on my TV set I called the company they sent me their engineers & was said that the panel is gone bad & i have to shell 51000 Rs to fix it as my warranty is for 1 year only.

                          I am a loyal customer of Samsung Brand but after this incident I dont think i will be as this is a common problem in 46 inch TV as read on the Internet & the company is not taking the blame on themselves instead penalizing on the customer if i dont get it repaired I am sure I will not buy any samsung product & make sure to post this incident on all the blogs.

                            Hi,

                            We have purchased Samsung Double Door Refrigerator model no. RT47H567ESL/TL-REF-FF on 17th Feb 2016. We have been facing issue related to vacuum been created inside the refrigerator, which results to door been locked so tightly that we need to put lots of pressure to open the same.

                            7 -8 times we have complained regarding the same at customer care from the date of purchase, but we have not got the solution from service team, every time they come with different experimental solution, which results to none.

                            I would request you to kindly address the same or change the refrigerator.

                              Before 6 month i bought a samsung j2 phone. my mobile no is [protected].
                              from start of day my phones speaker was not working. i go to service centre they service my phone. then next day my screen had some problem. after that i again went to bidhan nagar samsung mobile service centre. now after 4 month again i facing screen problem . . on 4th oct 2016 i went again for this issue and they tak it for repair. after waiting one our when i asked for job sheet no they said they havnt file any job sheet . they didn't give me my job sheet no . when i asked for that they return my mobile and said to come again on next day. always i have to take off from my office for repair to my mobile. Samsung is cheater and they are harassing me. How much time i will take off from my office . i paid to samsung for good mobile;e handset. not for harass me.please provide me new phone to replace this or send some one to fix my mobile problem to my place. i dont have now time to fix it. otherwise i will go to now consumer court. my mobile imei no is- 358156/07/732353/1 and s/n is-RZ8H2163E7T.

                                On aug i have booked note 7 and the delivery was scheduled on 2nd september but after that samsung has not yet launched the device in india, where as in other markets it is available.

                                Samsung is also not providing any kind of information regarding the launch date.
                                The last communication they have made on 8th of september, i even called their customer care and they are telling that they have do not have any information on this.

                                Where as mr amitabh bachan has got the replacement even though it is not yet launched in india, this is purely unfortunate that samsung is not at all caring for its customers in india.

                                    I had brought led tv 40 inches 2yrs back and it's worth of 55 to 60k. Suddenly display is gone. I call samsung service to repair, they said, i[censored] want to replace parts it will be worth of 26k. See now, the cost of any new tv if you purchase its same to value. It's really i need to pay do repair and it's not guarantee of life.
                                    I really put a case defect / deviation of production of product had been installed. It's valuable cost i have purchase and no response from samsung tv.

                                    If samsung not getting resolved asap. I will put a consumer case aganist of samsung.

                                      I purchased samsung s7 edge on june 3 2016. Then with in one month i got display problem. When i approached one of the service center in hyderabad, they have replaced the part in warranty.

                                      In the month of august accidentally the screen got broken and i claimed with the insurance company. Insurance company is approved my claim amount.

                                      When i chasing service center i got the reply saying that the part (Lcd) is not available. Either i have to wait for that part or i can claim for remaining amount. That means if i purchase my phone for 58000, samsung will deduct 14000 and pay the remaining 44000.

                                      When i am asking insurance company they are saying that they will only pay for the part replacement. And samsung is not replacing the part.

                                      In this scenario, its almost 2 months my phone is with service center. And still i dont know whether the replacement will happen or not.

                                      Either i have to lost 14000+insurance amount or i have to wait

                                      I am loosing my time and patience.

                                      Being a big company, i did not expect this kind of service and response.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have bought a Samsung J5 mobile in Chennai mobiles show at madurai on 24/07/16 then after one month sharply, my mobile display got defect it doesn't work. Then I went to the Samsung service center in madurai (saravana electronics, pechiamman padithurai, Madurai) they got from me rs 1150 and serviced. Now after 1 month again my cell display got defect. So I went to them again, this time they buy my mobile and they said within 3 days you get back your mobile but still they didn't repair my mobile after five days. This is the most worst service for customers
