I purchased 55 J 5300 on 16th of August. On 13th September the screen went blank. The service engineer came down and told me that it was a problem with the board. I requested for replacement as it did fall under the 30 day period and a problem with motherboard is serious. Its been a month now, I make multiple calls to deaf ears. Customer executive call me and pitch that they would give 6 months extra service and not replacement. And then they call me again and say that we would not give you anything just go ahead with service. This is literally harassment. I have been waiting for someone reliable and serious to get in touch with us and discuss the issue in detail. It is absolutely ridiculous that random executives are calling up and taking a shot each time to convince us to take up service and drop the request for replacement. Is this how you operate? Harass the customer, tire them and finally wait for them to give in to your demands? Not expected from a brand like yours. I went for samsung only because the sales person told me repeatedly that samsung stands out in customer service. You and your team of executives have proved everything wrong. My registered number is [protected]. DO go through the history of all the requests placed and the way it was attended by the team.

We never had a discussion which concluded with whatever you say so above. Please do not copy paste a message you have sent me over email. You speak so high of your service but it is no where close to what you have delivered so far. I have received a TV which has an issue with a screen in the very first month. As per your policy you are subjected to replace such a product. Why do you refuse to do so now? And why should I go for service? It is equivalent to buying a used TV. You should have charged me half the amount for a TV which would require service in a month's time.

      I have lodged a complaint on 19th Sep 16 for a front load washing machine not working. The executive visits, checks the machine for few minutes and states its working fine. Collects his visiting charges and leaves the place. The same problem repeats and when complained again on 2nd October, I am being told that a part needs to be replaced. Since I am a working professional requests him to visit the place on Saturday. Saturday morning he calls up and states he will at home with the part to be replaced. When again checked back in the afternoon, after repeated calls he answers and mentions that the fresh part is faulty and he has no idea when it will be back in stock.
      I am seriously surprised with the kind of service that a brand like Samsung is offering its customers.
      15 days for a part to be replaced and the service executive nor the customer support center is bothered about the pain the customer goes through.
      Pathetic service as I myself have worked in the service industry for quite some time and know the importance of home appliances when it goes bad and the agony customer goes through.
      Would personally not recommend any prospects to buy any Samsung product which offers service at its worst and are very proud of it...

        I had bought samsung handset "samsung n910 note 4 on 26/6/15 for rs 40, 000/-. Suddenly it has totally stopped working. The service centre says that the mother board has to be replaced. Which will cost for 15.000/-. Hardly one year has just passed. How is it possible that such an expensive mobile whose specifications are equivalent to laptop can just be dead so soon. Kindly replace my handset immediately.

            Dear sir,
            I am using samsung galaxy note edge yesterday my phone dropped on floor from 0.5 feet height only and the only glass has been broken so how could it possible if there is a corning gorilla glass in it and when i visit to samsung service center i asked to change the glass but he is not willing to do and asked me to change whole display which cost is 15000 rs... And when i called custmor care nobody is ready to take the complain for it so what should i do please help me...

              Its really unfortunate n painful to put on records that first set back i faced after buying of samsung products - a-7 mobile (Iemi no: [protected]) due to its performance viz. Severe overheating, auto shutdown, severe hang-on and finally non-working of display!!!

              2nd setback after buying of samsung a-7 handset i have faced is non-covering of repairing of this recently purchased samsung mobile, display in specific!!!

              3rd setback after buying of samsung a-7 handset i have faced is its failure of charger's pin at its own due to its poor quality!!!

              Seeks intervention n support from top management of samsung for replacement of this non-performing vis-a-vis non-reliable a-7 samsung mobile with some reliable samsung mobile...

              An early revert n support from top management of samsung will help me to restore my trust n confidence towards the samsung products!!!

                This is to brought to your notice that i have bought a8 hand set from croma on 11/06/2016, and the same is being insured from gizmo (New india assurance) based on the insurance guidance, i have submitted my device to janus electronic 511/12 sector 12, vasundhra (Samsung service station) and the service center got the approval of the insurance claim from new india assurance on 20th aug 16, till today the service center is not having service parts to repair the device, do you have any genuine reason to explain as why there is so much delay in arranging the service parts and what all pain your customer experience without having his device. I am sure you must be having some issues but i don’t think samsung has stopped manufacturing a8 device even if you have stopped making device who is going to take care of the customer who has already purchased the device. I am not asking anything else other than my right to get service from samsung. My handy number is [protected] to reach to me and help me. Thanks and regards,

                Now Service center has created Job sheet whose No. is [protected] to place order for the service parts and the same is also rejected now if Samsung is to ask me for refund than why there would be deduction of damage parts from me when my handset is insured and approval sought for the repair of damage parts

                This is to bring to your Notice that I have bought A8 Hand set (Serial No. RZ8H506IJFX) from Croma on 11/06/2016, and the same is being insured from Gizmo (New India Assurance) based on the Insurer guidance (Gizmo), I have submitted my device to Janus Electronic 511/12 Sector 12, Vasundhra (Samsung Service Station who take Insurance Cases) and the service center got the approval of the insurance claim from New India Assurance on 20th Aug 16 as per the repair estimate submitted by the Janus Electronic (Samsung Authorised Service Center), till today the service center is not having service parts to repair the device and all his indent is being declined by Samsung. Further the service center has tried other way by creating Job sheet Number [protected] on 30th Sep 16 which is also being declined with same comment as non-availability of service parts. Do you have any genuine reason to explain as why there is so much delay in arranging the service parts and what all pain your customer experience without having his device? I am sure you must be having some issues but I don’t think Samsung has stopped manufacturing A8 device (as new handset and already sold handset have common parts) even if you have stopped making device who is going to take care of the customer who has already purchased the device. Needless to mention that you have any one to be your customer once but only your after sale service make someone your loyal customer further I am sure in Samsung wisdom prevails and someone may act to my humble request to support me and cooperate me in fixing the problem of mine, I am not asking anything else other than my right to get service from Samsung. I have made numerous call to your toll free customer support Number and got only the Ref No. of my complaint so far which is [protected]. Now what I anticipate that Samsung may ask me to get refund/replacement of my Insured Handset by detecting the amount of the damage parts which can easily be repaired by having the service parts and the repair cost adequately shall be paid by insurance company whose approval is already being sought, please tell me as what is my fault other than having Samsung handset to bear the cost of damage parts. In view of the same I request to replace/repair/refund by handset without detecting any amount from me.

                  I have purchased the samsung mobile model no samsung j7. I also purchase mobile insuarance for this handset from syska gadgets secure. Due to fluid damage my mobile i have submitted to syska as per instructions from them to samsung service center located in m. M. Service pimpri sai chowk on july 15, 2016 and as per the executive form this service center they told me my mobile will be get after one month by replaceing the mobile screen. But after one month they told me screen is not available wait for 1 week. Same reasons the gives me 3 times.
                  When i register a complent in samsung online then they told me there is not any log sheet entry done against my handset. I think there is fraudulent activity may happens in that service center. They also non cooperative with me.

                    i purchased on samsung j Max tab at B new showroom on 4 oct 2016.at tirupati, andrapradesh. i was notice that it was automatically cracks on disciple with out any crush ans hitting hard surface. the samsung care center of tirupati employees are say that i have to pay 6000 rupees for replace it.way i pay money with out my mistake. the company response is not good.

                        I am so frustrated about samsung product that i seriously don want to buy or suggest any of my friends to buy any samsung product.

                        I got a note 2 in 2013 and it was all fine, it gradually started to hang up. I updated my os and again it started hanging up after sometime. It used to get heated up as well.
                        Recently i was using my mobile and it started heating up and it got to a boot mode. I tried all possible things to fix this up. Nothing worked and finally i took it to the service center and they said my mother board is gone and i have to replace it. They even said that they cant assure if the mother board is replaced. And the mother board costs 8900.

                        I was never a fan of apple, though the product and quality was good,
                        But i have never heard any apple user complaining like this.
                        Thanks for samsung.
                        We have lot of other brands in the market. Never buy samsung, is my suggestion.

                        I visited the store which is at J C Road. Bangalore.
                        The person whom I spoke to was Kavya Bhavya. No one gave me any Reference ID. The rep Scanned the code in the Mobile and suggested me to wait for 20 mnts to get an update.
                        After some time when I come back they just said the mother board has to be replaced.

                        In case you want to call me I am available only after 3.30 PM as I work Night shifts.

                          In an extreme unlikely event we reported a huge loss today morning during charging our newly purchased Samsung S7 (of IMEI# 356905/07/108227/5 356906/07/108227/3) purchased on 6th Oct'16/yesterday evening from Samsung Smartphone Cafe Heart Beat against invoice# SAM/16-17/1051 when the handset got abnormally heated which finally lead to breaking of its front glass/screen.
                          Even yesterday, in the store itself, when the same handset has been demonstrated to us with its charger connected, it got abnormally heated in less than 5 mins, which we reported back immediately to the store and refused to accept the same handset, but the store manager forcibly insisted us that as the box seal is made open we have to accept it, in case of any issues we need to reach out to Samsung.
                          Yesterday night we brought the same handset back to home and after making couple of phone calls, we connected the its original fast charger and started charging the same for 8 hours as exactly suggested by the Smart Cafe. During charging the same, today early morning we noticed that the handset has been heated like anything and become abnormally hot even inside our chilled AC bedroom. Around at 6am in the morning, we heard a cracking noice and reported that the lower portion of the front glass of the handset is cracked.
                          We immediately brought the handset to your authorised service centre and requested for a replacement, but the service centre representative has harassed my wife like anything and had given allegations of breaking handset by ourself to cheat Samsung.
                          The handset doesn't even have a single hairscratch in its body of any outside injury other than the cracked screen, we have deposited the handset in scratch-free(even the same is mentioned in the job sheet) condition in the service centre against bill# [protected] but forgot to take any snaps as proof.
                          I've been a prime Samsung user for almost last 10 years, owing starting from galaxy s3 in early 2011, followed by note2&3, s6 edge, note5 and recently owned a Samsung S7 edge Onix Black of IMIE# [protected]/01, [protected]/01. But never ever faced any issue like this.
                          I have gifted this handset in concern to my wife Mrs. Rupottama Mukherjee on our anniversary yesterday, while she is a great fan of Samsung too, she has been using Samsung j2, Samsung Galaxy Alpha and Galaxy S5 for last 3-4 years and she too never faced any issue of handset getting abnormally heated like this before.
                          My wife today reached out to your KOLKATA Samsung Head office in Lee Road and tried to get some support, she contacted Mrs. Sriprarna @ [protected] for help on resolving this issue, but alash, she spent her whole day today from one door to another without any response from Samsung and finally launched a complaint/GD in our local Police station on poor after sales service and immense harassment against Samsung.
                          We will surely move to Consumer Court in case, but before that just thought of reaching out to you with a great hope of getting a replacement against DOA as we reported the issues to Samsung in less than 24 hrs of purchase on a pure manufacturing defect.
                          Please revert back to us at the earliest.

                            27 days passed. phone is still not repaired. When inquired in Samsung store at Margao Goa India on phone. They dnt receive calls and when visited personally they talk nicely to customer and manager insulted me badly.
                            I believed in Samsung and purchased the phone. It dint even work for 1 year lost all data, contacts. Still lazy people working at Samsung did not repaired my phone.
                            Please return my phone in 1 day from today or give menew phone.

I preferred samsung over other brands for it quality assurance. Unfortunately the screen turned black and now it's not working only. I tried to check it with amazon but they didn't respond. Hope samsung will help to get out of the situation.

                                It is all a bitter experience for me at the behaviour of your service
                                engineers, the way they attended my complaint.

                                They have tried their best in all ways to convince me rather than to
                                attend the complaint sincerely. I am surprised how the rust is formed
                                from a quality product of your company. I have to suspect the
                                genuinity of your service agents with astonishment at their advice to
                                me to apply coconut oil over the Rusted Part of the Fridge. How can
                                they advise a Claint like this? When I have taken the matter serious,
                                they painted the rusted part and asking for closing the complaint or
                                otherwise they close the same at their end. I feel much disappointed
                                at the failure to meet your terms of Warrenty. I request your
                                immediate attention in this regard to replace the Rusted item with New
                                and Genuine item from Company with out giving me any scope to raise

                                what is the purpose of extended warranty ?

                                  My name is nikhil kumar, i live in ghaziabad. I have a handset samsung j2.
                                  The phone is still under warranty.in the month of june, the full screen of my phone got black suddenly.
                                  I went to the samsung service center at lalkua in ghaziabad. Then the team asked me money to get it fixed because they thought it was my fault.
                                  I told him that sir there is no physical damage on my phone. It is an internal issue and you should fix it without money.
                                  Still i have not repaired this phone because i have decided not to use any samsung phone and also i do not suggest anybody to buy any samsung phone.
                                  Because they do not care their customer.

                                  I am very disappointed by the customer service of samsung. And i suggest one thing please stop giving warranty with products.

                                    I m suffering from a big problem from your side and also not satisfied from your service.
                                    Reason is I had purchased a Samsung galaxy s7 on 05 Sep'2016 date and after a 12 days I was suffering from the issue of applock in my device that's not a issue its a machine it will give some problem but on 17 of sep I had gave my cell to the service center to short out the problem and when I called to service center on 19sep they gave me unexpected ans that your cell is dead they are helpless about my problem.
                                    Sir I have invested 48400 rs and after that I am getting such a frustrated ans from your side that is unusual.
                                    After that I wrote the mail to your higher officer they told me they will solve my problem that time I was lil bit satisfied that my problem will resolve.
                                    i got my cell in well condition on 30sep but after 3 days the same problem persist so I again went to the service center on 4Oct'2016 and till now I haven't got any response from your side.Now what should I do or what can you do for my problem plz give me a satisfaction ans.
                                    I m self business man ant just because of this problem I am facing lot of problem.
                                    I hope you will short out my problem soon.

                                      A new panel for our samsung 32"lcd was replaced by the authorised service centre for samsung ctvs on 19th february, 2016. We have paid an amount of rs.23, 698 to tvs electronics, chennai-600034. On 01st september, 2016 there was a problem in the newly replaced panel and they have given us the complaint number: [protected] and the service technician visited us and found that the panel cannot be repaired and asked us to submit all the original documents to be sent to their head office at delhi. Today morning we received a call from tvs electronics and they informed us that an amount of rs. 11, 000 only will be paid to us which is not acceptable to me as there is av warranty of one year on the replaced panel. Kindly help us to get the entire amount--rs. 23698/= paid by us .

                                      the authorised service centre in chennai for samsung LCD tv is TVS ELECTRONICS situated at kodambakkam high road, chennai-34 where we have been repeatedly telling them to either repair or replace the lcd panel which was purchased on 19th february, 2016 and also the warranty period is running now they refused to hear to our request and repeated asked us to contact samsung office in noida, delhi. kindly help to resolve this issue on priority basis.
                                      The technician Mr.Vijay who visited our residence took all the papers from us as also the blank cheque leaf some 6 weeks back. when I called him over phone he never responds and asked me to contact the Delhi office of Samsung. Since, there is no response after repeated phone calls and personal visits I am compelled to make complaint to your cell. kindly help us to resolve issue on top priority.

                                        I bought samsung J-320 phone on 7th June 2016 from Angul sital plaza, Odisha. On 08 September 2016, . I gave my "underwarranty samsung J-320 phone" for the repair in Samsung Service Care center Angul on 08september 2016.They said there is defect in the motherboard in the mobile and assured free repair in 2 days.
