I had brought led tv 40 inches 2yrs back and it's worth of 55 to 60k. Suddenly display is gone. I call samsung service to repair, they said, i[censored] want to replace parts it will be worth of 26k. See now, the cost of any new tv if you purchase its same to value. It's really i need to pay do repair and it's not guarantee of life.
I really put a case defect / deviation of production of product had been installed. It's valuable cost i have purchase and no response from samsung tv.

If samsung not getting resolved asap. I will put a consumer case aganist of samsung.

    I purchased samsung s7 edge on june 3 2016. Then with in one month i got display problem. When i approached one of the service center in hyderabad, they have replaced the part in warranty.

    In the month of august accidentally the screen got broken and i claimed with the insurance company. Insurance company is approved my claim amount.

    When i chasing service center i got the reply saying that the part (Lcd) is not available. Either i have to wait for that part or i can claim for remaining amount. That means if i purchase my phone for 58000, samsung will deduct 14000 and pay the remaining 44000.

    When i am asking insurance company they are saying that they will only pay for the part replacement. And samsung is not replacing the part.

    In this scenario, its almost 2 months my phone is with service center. And still i dont know whether the replacement will happen or not.

    Either i have to lost 14000+insurance amount or i have to wait

    I am loosing my time and patience.

    Being a big company, i did not expect this kind of service and response.

      Dear sir,
      I have bought a Samsung J5 mobile in Chennai mobiles show at madurai on 24/07/16 then after one month sharply, my mobile display got defect it doesn't work. Then I went to the Samsung service center in madurai (saravana electronics, pechiamman padithurai, Madurai) they got from me rs 1150 and serviced. Now after 1 month again my cell display got defect. So I went to them again, this time they buy my mobile and they said within 3 days you get back your mobile but still they didn't repair my mobile after five days. This is the most worst service for customers

        Dear sirs,

        I have purchased samsung ps64f8500arlxl-64’ plasma tv (Primary batch) under above invoice but
        I regret to inform that the tv is totally stopped functioning since last one month. On my complaint your service man also inspected the same and he informed that the tv is not at all repairable, since the parts are not available and your local service centre informed that they will refund rs.1, 28, 000/- (It is not reasonable according to me) after deducting depreciation and accordingly, i request you to refund maximum amount immediately.

        Further, i also request you to refund the extended warranty amount of rs.16048/- since the tv is not in use. Your extended warranty reference b. P. No.[protected]. Please refund this amount also immediately.

        At this stage, i would like to inform that i have purchased the samsung brand tv on full confidence that it will give a trouble free service but i am totally disappointed that within a short period it is not working. I have been using samsung products last 15 years but i never had such a bad experience as happened in the tv. Please take back the tv and refund the payment of rs.1, 28, 000/- + rs.16, 048/- immediately. I enclosing herewith copy of bill alongwith warranty certificate for your immediate action in this regard.

        We regret to inform that there is no response from your side by way of sending your representative or reply by mail hence i once again request you to reply immediately in this regard.

          I have purchase samsung a8 (s. n:-rz8h501jrew) on 20 july i have logged a call in samsung for the replacement on 28-july-2016 10.00 am.

          I am really surprised to see the quality of the phone and its spares being so poor in quality. its just 5 days and the phone seems to go no longer.
          - phone very over heat
          - phone auto shutdown

          I had perceived samsung phone to be superior in quality and aesthetics which made me go for it. now i think i should have purchased a nokia or an gione phone.

          I want immediate solution to this as its really sad that samsun products can be so poor in quality. i want refund of my money with immediate effect.

          Would expect quick action on this or else i would be forced to go social and share my experience with the world.

          So i am requesting to you please help to resolve this asap. hope so you can understand my concern.

            I bought Samsung s7 edge on 24th April from Samsung show room. Company claims that mentioned mobile type is water resistant.
            My phone was dipped in swimming pool water to level of 15cm depth without any rush (company claims water resistance 1.5m dept in pool for 30min).
            Phone was okay for a while but after sometime it stopped working. Hence I took it to company service center.
            They opened the phone & told me that its a water log issue & will not come under warranty. I informed them about the incident & requested to explain the reason on how water has gone inside =, if phone is only 3 months old & without any physical damage (phone does not have a single scratch).
            Then I made a consumer complaint to Samsung customer care & I asked them to replace defective piece but without giving any explanation, they simply rejected my complaint.

                    Purchased Samsung S7 edge phone 15days back i.e 18th Sep-16. now horizontal lines are appearing on the display. since its been 15 days within a short period facing such issue that too investing 54, 000 for the product.

                    completely dissatisfied with the product because of the issue and feeling embarrass in front of everyone that i have paid 54k for this product.

                    i am requesting to replace the product which i don't want to take any service which break my trust on Samsung products. if i change display also i am not sure i will give better service to me.

                    Sir, i got update of 10 mb.as i updated the device google play services and many more not working...error occurs.eg.instagram stopped working.so i just want satisfied solution

                      My note 4 on/off button was not working and glass of camera was to be replaced . i had contacted local service centre they first told me cost of 6500 for repairs, which i was ready to pay. then they give reason that parts r not available . u will have to wait. now after 15 days the parts r still not available .

                      so due to my urgency i contacted another centre.they first told me amount of 5180. which again i was ready to pay. so i submitted my phone and contacted them after 3 days they now told me ur motherboard has to be changed, it will cost 14500. each and every time i got different ans and different cost. just to replace glass and on/off button is it cost 14500.

                      this is 4th time i have been disappointed . same happened with my samsung grand. one thing is cleared now that hereafter i will not buy ur any products and will suggest other not to buy any samsung products . bcoz the services r 3rdclass and bakwas.

                      in same service centre 2 customers were also frustrated for 1 month
                      hope u will look forward and may hereafter other customers will be happy but from side i will sure not buy ur products and tell others o[censored]r bakwas product and 3rdclass service

                        I purchased this phone in the month of may 2016. Since very first day i have been facing issues. It wont work, hangs almost all the time, when plugged into charge it heats up to d extent that it wud burst. I cant even touch d phone at time. Just after 1 week of purchase the s/w got updated n my phone cudnt unlock inspite of entering d right password n finger print. Had complained to samsung cust care n no action was taken. Lost all data n everything. This phone has been bugging me since day 1 after spending that heck of an amount on it. Kindly get it resolved.

                        After service problem is continue .they have taken 5000 for changing power ic . and still problem continue. They are doing frauds. There was no defect on power ic .very fraud service .never by Samsung product .I m going to consumer court

                            I bought my samsung j7 from saudi arabia in february 2016. Its display has been damaged. Your service centres arent responding for my request because of international warrenty card issue. What should i do? Please help because i cant sent it again to saudi for repairing purpose. I do have my international warrenty card. Help me out. I stay at mumbai now where should i go related this concern?

                                I have purchased samsung led tv 46f5500-46” (led46f5500) vide voucher no prf1413164 dated 22-dec-2013 for rs. 85, 900 /- from

                                Now on 18-sep-2016, suddenly there were a black spot and lining and dot are being appeared on tv. i had registered made a complaint with samsung why it had happened.

                                Engineer from samsung visited and told us there will be rs 36, 000 approx. need to be spend out to get repaired tv.

                                I don’t understand what type of material and quality samsung is using in their product.in less than 3 year led tv had become useless.

                                I need support of kohinoor as biggest dealer of samsung, please escalate this type of product at highest level in samsung about their quality... and need to get repaired tv from samsung/kohinoor..

                                I have purchased one sony tv around 9 year ago and this tv is still running in good condition.

                                I don’t why samsung want to lose market share by developing that type of faulty product / a short shelf product. i will never refer samsung to any my colleauge /friend.

                                I expect samsung to take the issue with real earnest and do their best to rectify the failure at the earliest at their cost.

                                Company Person visited at home and just look at TV and LED panel had gone and for cost /replacement you will get call from company . He have not checked anything in TV . Company customer called and told it will be around Rs 36000/ .. My concern is that what type of material company are using for High Cost Item also as It had become useless in less than 3 year . What is the brand value Samsung is ?? I think Sony is still better brand for TV not Samsung ..

                                  I would like to inform you that recently i have purchased Samsung A7(6) Gold on dated 25/06/2016 from City Collection Nagpur Maharashtra ( attached the scan copy of invoice) Then after few days my mobile stooped functioning. So I went for Samsung service centre SPECTRUM MARKETING (ADDRESS 2ND FLOOR DHARAMPETH TOWER NAGPUR 440010) on 17/09/2016 and deposited it for repair (attached the service slip). I have contacted and went service centre many times but every times I got very very disappointed. Every delivery date of my mobile is being postponed I am still waiting for my mobile. The staff of service centre are not cooperating and I have no idea how can i get rid of all these problems. Undoubtedly Samsung is a brand name but this service centre is tarnishing the Samsung name.
                                  Please intervene in all this matter and make sure for delivery and repair of my Samsung A7(6) Gold mobile as soon as possible and take necessary action who are responsible for delay.

                                      Hi I am Lakshit Kothari Wanted to complain about the Samsung Galaxy Tablet A SM-T355Y well this tablet has started giving me problems like Hardware . It had started giving me problem since past TWO months I really couldn't find out at the first, but I after when I had again started using it as a Phone then after sometimes the battery went down to a little bit and the tablet started going crazy by restarting itself again and again continuously until the didn't ran out or until the time I had put it on charge . I am sure of it that there is a hardware problem which is giving me trouble to use properly and efficiently . but of course I had bought it from amazon.in .
