I purchased a fridge last year in Oct'15 from M/S. Mehta Automobiles, Vijay Nagar, Indore. Since then i lodged two complaints, one is resolved & second is still not resolved. The complaint is of freezer door on which in every 3-4 days water automatically get condensed outside the door. I m using samsung galaxy A7.my device display has damaged. I went to ghatkopar service center met Mr.Jaiprakash (samsung franchise owner) over there.He assured us that he will provide me stand by device in 2 says time as samsung has no parts available to repair the device.He took my no.I waited for 4 days but there was no revert from him.I went to service centre again & met Mr.Jaiprakash but he behaved in very unprofessional way & was abusive...

I purchased my j7 mobile on 25th January 2016. The internal display of my mobile got damage. on 03rd September i visited the customer care of Samsung. my mobile is still in a warranty period in spite of that they asked me for 6100 rs. to repair the screen. whatsoever i deposited advance of about 1000 rs. but still they haven't repaired my mobile. Samsung customer care is saying now we can't repair your mobile, we have no spare parts available...

I has purchased samsung galaxy s6 mobile from vijay sales – r3 mall – ahedabad.in the beginning the phone was working properly but after 2-3 months, the phone started getting automatic switched off & hanging frequently.

Already went to service centre at shree krishna service sentre – galaxy mall - ahmedabad three times, every times they returns after servicing saying its been repaired, without any charges (as its in warranty...

The sweet assurance from the company is fine to listen but hard to realise.
After nearly two month your personnel declaring that the micro oven is not serviceable as PANNEL is not functioning properly.Suggested to throw it in debris.

I have been talking to custcare of samsung over last 6 days. Their mechanic came and removed a micro fan from freezer compartment and promised to replace it within 48 hrs. He then called to say that the part is not available and hence service cant be rendered. When i complained to cust care and asked for supervisors, i was told they will call back in 24 hrs and offer help. It is now 30 hrs and i have received no call. Lines are also not coming...

I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy J2 on 07.02.16 and it become dead on 02.09.16. I have given it for servicing in Durgapur Samsung Service centre
Address: "A-6, Nandalal Bithi Central PA, Durgapur- 713216" on 07.09.16 & they told me they will resolve the issue.

After every 3 days of my visit to service centre they are replying still parts not available pls. come after 7 days. But it now 17 days over & they...

The fully automatic washing machine with 5.5 kg capacity front load which I bought few years back stopped working one fine day.
I called the toll-free customer care number for Samsung and they sent a technician by the name Vijay. He checked and said some pipe inside the machine is broken and has to be replaced.
He said he will have to order it from the company. It has been more than 2 weeks now and it is still not fixed. br...

Samsung has not taken action on compliant no [protected] for model no UA55H8000ARLXL. every day we are spending 2 hours in escalating matter but Samsung is refusing to support. We are requesting Samsung but no call back. Service center is sending SMS for assigning the engineer and the canceling it from backend. Till today none of the engineer called us and once he visited and without opening the TV, he mentioned fault is with Power supply....

My samsung gt-n7100 note 2 mobile is getting heated up whenever i am useing it and also while charging it. I am fearing that it could explode some time soon which is very dangerous for me and my surrounding. Please take action on this issue as it is important for you reputation. I have lodged a complaint[protected] on Sep 15 for my washing machine. Even after 10 calls to their service centre (reminder request no. [protected]), online escalations on their website and escalation on Twitter, the same has not been attended. Even they have acknowledged and assured on Twitter that it will be attended soon, nothing has been done. Why they boast of world standards brought to India in customer experience. It is a shame on them....

I purchased couple of samsung ac's (Latest model) from samsung plaza hyderabad on 26th june'16. Out of the two ac's, one ac didn't work right from the day of installation. It is all a bitter experience for me at the behaviour of your service engineers, the way they attended my complaint.

They have tried their best in all ways to convince me rather than to attend the complaint sincerely. I am surprised how the rust is formed from a quality product of your company. I have to suspect the genuinity of your service agents with astonishment at their advice to me to apply coconut...
