This is in reference to your complaint against Samsung Product, we would like to inform you that we have already discussed your issue with the management hence we have provided you the best possible solution We would like to inform you that unless the product has some technical fault, it will not be possible to either replace/repair or provide any refund on its behalf. As long as the product has any fault, it is always open to a repair as per Samsung’s warranty policy.

I am using your flagship item and I am facing the difference of its performance before and after the replacement of display. I honestly followed your warranty policy first time to get display replaced but not bound for every time.

We understand that you expect a replacement or refund in lieu of the product.     I have been raising complaint with the company to service the oven installed in my home. I first raised the issue on 31.08.2016 for which i received a service request nos. No service personnel turned up. I again raised request in September and yet again no one turned up. Instead they closed the call Stating "Number not reachable"/ "No one found at home". All these are false as they never tried connecting with me nor did they visited our apartment.
    I again raised a complaint regarding the same and was assigned a person along with his contact number. This time i called him up to schedule the visit but he denied getting any such service request. He asked me to contact whoever I can to get the service done as he wont be doing it and shall be closing the request again with some other false explanation.

      Hi, This is Gunjan Sharma, 0 [protected], i had submitted my samsung mobile J7 at the service center (Okhla Delhi) on 02/8/16 as its screen was broken. i had also submitted my bill and phone accessories as the samsung agent told me that there is some issues with the screen of J7, so i would be getting my money refunded to my account deducting the screen damage amount.
      i have already submitted my cancel cheque and other requirements but its been more than one month i have not yet received my money.
      i had spoken to their customer care executive they said they will do the needful still, i have not received anything from their end.
      disappointing action.

          1. I contacted Samsung service centre sodala at Jaipur for repair of Galaxy on 5. After checking they said mother board will be replaced. Told me to come after 4/5 days, work will be done. Neither work order initiated nor retained mob phone, Just gave us part number and their contact numbers which they never attend.
          2. Spoken to customer care 23 Sep. They asked work order number which was not given to me. Upon this I again went to service centre and explained to them what customer care told me. They initiated work order NO [protected]. They did not give copy of work order. Mob set not retained.
          3. On 26 Sep I spoke to customer care. Your rep says request of mother board not received from service centre Jaipur. This is your internal matter. I presume when work order is initiated it goes to the company to procure the part and give to service centre. On this your person tells me that mail has been sent to service centre. Ref NO [protected].
          4. To day on 28 Sep Miss Poonam at customer care tells me again that request of part not received. Also service centre Sodala Jaipur has not replied mail sent from customer care. I do not understand as to what is happening in SAMSUNG. It gives me to understand, you are making fool of your valuable customers. Going over 2 weeks but my mob set is still not repaired. I AM LOSING FAITH IN A REPUTED COMPANY SAMSUNG. No body is bothered in SAMSUNG FOR CUSTOMERS.
          5. May I request you to take suitable action to send "mother board" of my mob set by fast means to this service centre.
          6. This service centre is least bothered. They do not attend calls.

            I have been using samsung products and phones since childhood. i bought a samsung galaxy s 5 on 9th november 2014 prior that i was using samsung galaxy s 4 that got stolen.in december 2015 i got the display of my samsung galaxy s 5 replaced at bluebery globals (shop no. 1, 2 & 3, r. s. regency, plot no.4, sector 2 a, near terna college, koparkhairane, navi mumbai.
            When i received the handset back the display of the phone was loose. i did highlight the same to the engineer and his response was we do not have the tape available so you can get it done later on. i replied okay...
            I rarely use the front camera of my phone so once i tried using that i got to see the half moon shape & a blurred image, then i realized it was because of the display that was not installed properly & was loose.
            So i again visited the same service centre and again i got the same answer that we do not have the tape available right now. they took my contact details and offered me a call back once they have the required material. i did not receive any call back. now i have started facing issues cause of the loose display i. e. it started fluctuating even when i was using the phone. again i went to the same centre yesterday then one of the engineer told me that we have to change the tape. i said okay. now this fellow told me that he is a new joiner so please meet the other engineer available at the next desk. all of a sudden now this tenured engineer told me that we have to replace the display again! and again i have to pay inr 10000/- approx as the warranty was already over. then he said we'll check the handset first and started raising a request. while raising the request this so called engineer asked me what should i mention in the issue column? i said boss you are the engineer u should tell me what is the fault???
            After their handset inspection they again told me the same price and asked to get the display replaced. i did not agree with them as it was their fault and informed them that i will file a complaint online and the answer was : sir apko jo karna hai karo!!! how can someone take this kind of response after being a loyal customer with samsung since ages???

            Above mentioned is the issue description mail that i wrote to samsung complaint email team on last thursday i. e. 23 september 2016.
            For which i got an automated message from samsung that we tried to call you but you were not reachable hence i called the toll free number on saturday and spoke with pooja (csr). i told her the complete story once again and again got a promise for a callback on monday i. e. 26.9.16. i didnot receive any call on monday too. so i again called samsung toll free on tuesday i. e. 27.9.16 and again she did set false expectations that: you will receive a call back for sure today in between 1300hrs - 1330hrs, so i was waiting during my lunch time for the call back. still no callback.
            Now i would request you sir/madam - i am a samsung user since ages.
            My videocon tv at home got replaced by samsung lcd and then led.
            My nokia mobile got replaced by samsung corby then corby plus, then samsung s4 and now samsung s5.
            After being a loyal customer with samsung i have been facing such issues. i am not able to use my current phone since a week now: all because of your excellent customer service & satisfaction.

              On 19th sept 2016 gave my mobile to the service center for the issue of mobile not ringing. The person said there is a issue with the speaker and will repair the same by 20/09/2016, but when we went in the eve to collect the mobile, he said that still it has not been done and asked to come on 21st. He called on the 21st and said that the mother board is worn out and this had be replaced, accepted the same. He said come and collect it on the 24th, but when tried calling him on the 24/9/2016 he said that still the motherboard has not been received by them from delhi and he was going on giving false promises and commitments.

              Went directly to the showroom on 27th eve, the person asked to wait for 5 mins and walked way to check with other customers after half an hour i got really angry and walked towards him and asked him the status of the mobile. He said to come on 29th and collect the mobile.

              Is this the way you treat the customers. No proper response being given, time frame, commitment nor courtesy for the customer who is been waiting. Such poor customer service. This shows what kind brand is this and how lethargic you act on the issues which customers bring to you. If you are not able to treat customers properly for your own product. Please stop advertising more and first try to satisfy the present customers. I am writing this at least in the near future there would be proper response for all the customers like me

                I have purchased samsung J7 (6) mobile in the last month. the problem is the voice of the caller tune is very low. while talking i could not hear the others persons voice. it is very low. actually, samsung is famous for its sound. but in this model. neither the ring tone nor the other persons voice in the phone is not audiable. i have contacted the customer care centre of your company, who also told that there is sound problem in J7 models. kindly takeup the matter and advise me in the regard. otherwise please arrange for another piece of any other model which supports 4G.

                  I have order placed my Samsung smart tv on 20th sep 2016.
                  Your service team installed our product without software updation. I informed my complaint to your customer care on 24th sep. But still now no one rectified our issues.
                  Again I complaint to customer care, they said will solve the issue ASAP.
                  I am really disappointed in Samsung service.
                  Kindly solve the problem immediately, this is the final request.

                    I am akash pathak. N i work in private company... 8 months before i purchased samsung galaxy j1 ace n in august i started facing some display problem without any breakage n ol... I even contacted samsung costumer care for the problem and they asked me to report at their service centre... But when i reported they simply said that your phone will be sent for repair and will cost me around 6000rs... Even which is the cost of my phone... And my phone is even in guarantee period... And the company is not resolving my problem... So its my request to please take action regarding them as soon as possible... As i can hardly afford to purchase new phone... So its my humble request...

                      I have purchased samsung a7 2016 model on 11/05/2016, it has a display problem and some hanging problem. My phone is moving from one service centre to another in pune since 05/08/2016 till date i.e. 27/09/2016. i am unable to use my phone since last two months and also i dont have access to my important business related data, have suffered a tremendous loss financially as well mentally. Now again service centre is telling that part is not available and requested for refund procedure.. first of all i want my data back which is the most important thing for me, secondly i want my money (total) the purchase amount back from samsung and also compansation for this 2 months suffering, you people are selling such expensive products which has no value for money that too once sold u have no responsibility what so ever.

                        I bought a Samsung Automatic Washing Machine WA65K4000HD from Ajay Trading Co. on 16 August 2016 at Rs.18800. It was installed on[protected]. After 4-5 washes I found that the machine does not wash properly and complained to the service centre no. [protected]. One service engineer came and washed for 40 minutes and agrees that the machine does not wash and not clean the clothes. For the last few days since 31 August SMSs are coming that KAMAL, MOHAN, SANTOSH, KAMAL, MOHAN will visit for the same complaint. However, nobody has turned up as yet to resolve the problem.
                        I would request you to please take back this defective washing machine and either take back the machine or replace with a machine that washes the clothes. It does take water, rotates and goes through the process but do not clean/ wash the clothes. Also it takes sometimes 2 hours for the 74 minute wash cycle. Please do the needful and relieve my tension. I have had very good experiences with Samsung over the last 15 years. My current complaint number is [protected] and one service Engineer SANTOSH was to come since 19/09/2016, However, nobody came or called till today i.e. 27 September. Best wishes,

                          On 12-Sep-2016 my wife given mobile at service center. They took the mobile and said it would take min 15~20 days. last week when we called customer care number, they asked for Job Sheet no. (ref code [protected]) Service center fellow not ready to give job sheet no and refused to talk to the customer support over phone. Today again we called customer service no ( ref no [protected]). when we insisted the agency they gave JS no [protected] booked today.
                          This is cheating customer. Please explain us

                            Hello Samsung,

                            I bought a new Samsung S7 Edge phone in July 2016, cost of phone 56K, clear instructions from Samsung, Gorrila Glass which is Scratch Resistant! To keep the phone protected I buy original Samsung cover for the phone for 3K. Now the issue I am facing is, because of the original cover I bought for phone has caused damage to the screen. and there are permanent marks on the glass.

                            I am attached the pictures of phone and cover, if you see left side of the screen on the glass which gets touched to the rubber on the cover when closed, you can see the scratches.

                            As the phone is in Warranty and is insured as well, request you to help me get this fixed or if necessary replace my phone.

                            I have bought my phone from Samsung Gallery (Asmi) Opposite Kothrud Bus Stand, Kothrud, Pune.

                              I am pawan pandey, a regular but unhappy customer of samsung product. i just want to shear my sad experience with samsung.

                              In last few year i bought many of samsung product one lcd tv 32 inch, one plasma tv (model no pa43h4900ar, sl no h0083p), refrigerator single door, and samsung mobile a3 (model no sma300h, sl no : [protected]), samsung tab. i am not sure with serial no of other items

                              I would like to mention that other than my tab none of other item are performed even satisfactory. my mobile had a touch screen problem in seven month from the date of purchase and i was informed by your service centre that its mother board is not working and warranty will not be covered since it may be because of moisture generated in ac environment. i never had such problem while working in ac with other make mobile. i got to know this thing first time. i had to pay in guarantee period to rectify my mobile. i would like to add that i use my gazettes gently.

                              My refrigerator is always having a cooling issue and bad smell for which, i have already logged complain many times.

                              Now few days back my plasma tv at the end of its second year had internal spark and after wards it is not working at all. i again logged a complain to your service centre and surprised to know from your service person over phone that its common problem with plasma tv and you will have to replace entire panel which will cost you rs 20, 000 / -.

                              I would like to draw your kind concern towards the issue. have i paid approx. 45, 000 /- only for one year life product..??? while other make televisions are working for number of years without having any problem and if it is problem with technology again i will have to pay in coming years. it that possible for common citizen to pay every years for television..?? i have paid in less than 7 months from date of purchase for my mobile also.

                              Sir, i agree that now your television is not in guarantee period but is it a quality standard of samsung and you are claiming as no 1 product. as gentle feedback from a annoyed customer is that i am not happy with your product quality and arm twisting service charges. is that a standard and working style of samsung? i would like to add that earlier my lcd tv panel was replaced because of manufacturing defect in warranty period.

                              Request you to address my concern from your senior persons before i discuss my helplessness in other forum.

                                Recently I visit Mobile Cool Services located at Shop No.2, Shanti Kunj Apartment, J.P. Road, Amboli, Dawood Baug Lane, Fish Market Area, Navneeth Colony, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400058. I gave my Samsung tablet for servicing they claimed that the charging port is defective. I paid the required charges and after they claimed that the required work was done. I went to collect the tablet then we realized the tablet has not been repaired. I resubmitted the tablet for correction and after one month I happen to chase them whether my machine problem is solved. After several visits they give me answer that mother drive needs to be changed.
                                I demanded them to handover the tablet and provide me the defective part which they have replaced. The Manager of the place tells me that it will take him 2-3 hours searching the replaced part. It was not just me but most of the samsung customers were unhappy with their services. This is leaving a bad taste in peoples mind for Samsung products.

                                    My name is hussain as i have purchased two samsung galaxy core 8262 battery and two charger from hyderabad from sv communication on 2 august 2016 and one battery one charger not working properly and when i visited to them today dated 27 september 2016 they are not responding properly they are scolding me that it is my mistake and the charger is for the lower model mobile and it is not suiting to my phone that's why it is heating so when i asked him then why did you sell me this charger he said because i demanded for the cheaper one if i want cheaper charger there are thousands of charger in the local market and the executive raju and rajender they don't no how to talk to the customer rajender started shouting on in front of other customers this is the insult of me because of samsung trust i have visited to samsung authorized service center see if there is no responce from samsung for this complaint i'll be very disappoint please help me if you are not taking action samsung will loss it's name products are good but service is poor. Just i want him to exchange it as it is only 1months they should talk like professional
