I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime 4g (SMG531FZDDINS) last year. However the display/ touch screen started to become non-responsive from time to time since May end this year.
As such I gave it for servicing at S CARE, your authorized service centre in Kolkata, at Garcha, but was not given any "Job sheet", the reason being the phone still under warranty. I insisted on a job sheet but they argued that no job sheet is provided for under warranty products.
However they kept the phone for around a month, and said that they had replaced the touch pad, when they returned it.
The problem seemed resolved at that point of time, but am facing the problem once again. They insisted that any customer care base of Samsung would be able to identify the problem of my phone by my phone number but when I contacted your executive yesterday, he could not trace the problem. He asked me to call the service centre and put the call on a conference so that you could speak to the service centre, but neither could I contact the service centre nor you, when I tried to contact you this morning( September 3rd).
The phone is also getting switched off during use, at present.
I am providing the details of the purchase, below and request you to respond at the earliest with a proper replacement.

I was submitted my mobile to service center on 03/09/2016.
After 5 months of purchasing the mobile it detect display line problem then i was give it to service center in Jajat farm at Greater Noida. Your executive opened my mobile & checked carefully & told me that the issue of display will be sort-out by evening. In the evening i received a message on my number that the repair of your SAMSUNG product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from AADRIKAA ENTERPRICES. i was not visited at Samsung care on same day and next day was Sunday So i visited on Monday (05/09/2016) for collect my mobile. Your executive told me that it will not be repaired. But can anybody told me that my mobile is only five months old and in full warranty. They advise me that you can escalate it in SAMSUNG.
Then I contact your toll free no[protected] & informed all details which was I suffered with Samsung care. They didn’t gave me any resolution & said that we are escalating your issue, Our Special team will contact your Shortly.
After 2 days 07th Sep’16, I received a call from Samsung team and they were also unable to resolve my Mobile issue & told me that we are escalating your issue to our seniors.
Today 08th Sep’2016, Received a call from Samsung & gave me different – different excuse. Like – you have to visit our another center & like more excuses like this only. But My Phone is in full warranty, I am attaching soft copy of job sheet for your reference.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
