I purchased a samsung microwaven model no. C100f/xle on 29.10.2002, 28 litres, having serial number 00157777zbta 00187-v.
During a major malfunctioning the pcb needed to be changed and your kolkata office supplied one pcb having number rcs-c-100-02 on 09.11.2005 vide their invoice no, 5925 dated 09.11.2005. After replacing the pcb the m/oven was providing function at my satisfaction.
Since last 6 months the unit was malfunctioning in different service and services. The malfunctioning like cooling fan and the beep function was not working and your local service agent was informing me that due to non availability these can not be rectified.
I had requested your kolkata branch office/authorized service agent to rectify the defects either or supply a replacement pcb and they had regretted and informed that this pcb (Or rectification of m/o) can not be provided. Now the m/o is totally dead (No lamp or light in the cavity) and the rotating function of the crest plate is not working.
I shall be glad and will appreciate your endeavour if you kindly look into the matter and let me know what should be the next course of action and satisfy me with the equipment which i was using for so many years with full satisfaction.

    I purchased the fully automatic washing machine in april and since then it is troubling me.it is not washing clothes properly.moreover a dist layer gets deposit on the clothes so in any case i have wash them again.customer care people dont listen.they visit and tell us that a replacement would be there but all in vain.samsung india is simply ridiculous company

    on calling customer care people[protected], i was committed a technician visit that never happened.( spoke to sushmita, arijit and debjit). the refernce id is [protected] and the registered no is [protected].please take an action against kuldeep(service guy -hoshiarpur) who visits everytime and not ready to listen anything.

    i really dont know what kind of customer service samsung is running.either the executiv dont listen and commits for an executive visit which never happens.i spoke to bhavna, sushmita, debjit and arijit.all were same providing no solutions.i never imagined this kind of poor service. kindly refund my machine.i am tired of everything.this is ridiculous

      Dear samsung team,
      This is with the reference order no. [protected], which has made against led 32j4300 80 cm (Imei s no. Oa393pag503970) which i purchased on 06-july-15.
      On 27-aug-16 i have complained regarding screen visualization, which is not proper & shows zigzag line, although sound effect is fine. After engineer visit & investigation, he confirmed that panel is faulty which need to be replace @ cost 11000.
      I could not expect this kind of situation from most popular brand like samsung. Even engineer is unable to clarify the reason for this faulty panel. He just told, we need to replace & this is the only solution.
      How is it possible that panel got faulty without any reason as we are using led normally 4-5 hr per day at least i guess samsung product are more reliable as compare to lg & other brand. After completion of 01 year, outcome is poor & unexpected. Even same thing has also happened in my neighbor house. Finally who will bear this cost – customer?
      Even i am using 02 samsung led, out of which, in 01st one i am facing this issue just after completion of 01 year, so how i would recommend others to use samsung product which will get faulty just after expiration of warranty without any reason.
      Requesting you to pls. Take it seriously & provide me the alternate solution to optimize this cost. Otherwise it would really be the negative impact in front of customer & degrading the market value.

        I have purchased samsung galaxy s7 edge on 8th july 2016 of rs 55000/- from connaught place delhi at hot spot shop but nobody give me any information regarding offer in moblie. I got to know offer that vr handset is free with samsung galaxy s7 edge mobile, when i visited other store in mgf, gugoan. I got call from company for mobile review and i have complaint already and he said it will be delivered at your home. But still not received yet. Request you to please provide vr handset for me.                 My 29 inch CRTV is not working. I have registered complaints many times on call centre no [protected] but my problem still could not be resolved. Complaints no

                Today I surprised to know that my previous complaint ticket closed since I denied to pay service charges. Its looks like I am a mad & I have purchased all my samsung gadgets free of cost & all services further shall be free of cost. Its totally rediculous.
                My previous tickets closed due to similar reason that I have not confirmed the estimate given by his engineer BRIJ kishor. Whereas he have never contacted me physically or telephonically. Last time I requested to allot the job to other engineer. I am not able to know the reasons why after a lapse of more than 6 months my problem could not be resolved.

                I have more than a dozen of Samsung & other gadgets but I never faced such type of problem. Please resolve the issue.

                  IMEI NO.[protected] Samsung J200 was deposited at Allahabad service center of Samsung on 6.8.16. More than 20days has passed but they tell that they are waiting for parts. Please tell me for how many days i will have to suffer for showing faith in a big brand. Even they donot pickup the phone of the local service centre. Mobile, now a days, is essencial requirement in a human life. Taking this much long time in attending a complain is very wrong. A Customer pays so much big amount to these companies and in return these companies are only making fool of their customers. Higher authorities should look into the matter.

                    Purchased S7 on 05.07.16 from fundamental electronics pvt. Ltd. Salt lake city kolkata. My tax voice no is FECC/16-17/1464. As per company offer i was grtting a VR headset at just Rs 990 using coupon code. But so far i have not received this. I made several complaintd to galaxy team as well as mailed my complaint to south.dealer... as guuded by them. I even contacted the dealer from where i have purchased the article. They said it is service related matter contact company. So far i have called them over 100 times. I even talked to senior executives of the company. But they are just saying my problem will get resolved in coming days. Its been 3 months and every time i call them they give assurance but neither tell in what time frame. They r musguiding me. U am losjng my patience. And if not resolved u will.move to consumer court or take legal action againt company. Its kind of memtal torture talking to you. I relied on you and purchased a phone S7 worth Rs 48990 but dissappointed with youf services. This is last time i am complaining if not resolved i am forces to tale legal action

                      I just bought samsung tizen online from flipkart 2 months ago and suddenly while using its screen gone black and the phone stopped working. Being under warranty period i went to samsung service center at chandigarh industrial area phase 2, they said that the phone can't be repaired free of cost because it contains moisture and it don't cover warranty, so i opted for other service center they said that phone is alright it only have a little problem with motherboard and they can repair it, but today they said that the problem is not with the motherboard but with the crystals that have damaged the screen of the phone, right now my phone's screen is completely damaged and the reason is your service center i called customer care and your employee started talking abusively his behavior was very bad and unaccepted i don't know what to do with the phone, it costed me like hell, and the reason is your irresponsible service centers.

                      I was present there and the problem is about my phone and ya they don't have sense to talk and neither co-operate with customers. They had conflicting statements about my phone and didn't respond to me properly. one of their employees called me and said that the mother board is not functioning and he said that i will get that repaired in warranty and then he called me the next day and said that the screen is broken and it will get repaired in 4200/- and they had opened my screen guard with cutter. I don't trust them as the samsung centre of chandigarh gave different complaints and very disgusting and non- cooperating.

                        On 04/08/2016 I had purchased a new Samsung On5 mobile set from Aman Electronics at Jhabua ([protected]). The motherboard of the hand set was defective as diagnosed from your authorized service centre at Ujjain (Contact No.[protected]) on 13.08.2016. Job Sheet Number is [protected]. As the mobile was in warranty period, the hand set must be replaced by new one. Now the dealer is not providing the new mobile. Please take up the matter with the dealer.

                        thanks for your response that I had received from Samsung this evening. I was acknowledged for the first time from Samsung that my mobile's mother board has been replaced. But I regret to say that my problem is not resolved yet. My initial complain was that I was not getting signal in my mentioned new handset. Regarding that I had complained to the dealer where I had purchased the mobile. the dealer had sent that mobile to service centre at Ujjain where the mother board of the mobile was changed. Today (29.08.2016) I received the mobile from the dealer at 11:00 hours, and surprising is that the dealer is not accepting that the mother board was changed and told me that software of the mobile has been changed. After receiving the mobile, I found that still the initial problem to the related to the signal is existing. This is very harassing for me to face these type of problem after after spending my hard earned money and I think I made a mistake by purchasing a mobile from Samsung. My sincere request to help me getting another model of this mobile or return my money.

                          I had purchased samsung refrigerator on 14th august 2015.
                          Water discharge started on 8th july 2016. After talking to customer service i was assured that engineer will visit and correct the fault (reference no [protected], discussed with mr sandeep). As days passed by i forgot about this issue. Suddenly today as on 29th august i called their customer service to remind them about the pending issue they told me "sorry sir your refrigerator is not in warranty and it will be charged rs 500+ service tax" on inquiring why engineer was not sent when i had 1st raised the issue he could not answer it.
                          I raised 1 more complaint [protected] with mr ashish.

                            Dear sir,
                            I wish to complaint about samsung led tv model no. Ua23h, serial no. H01a3znh313384 that i purchased on 10 april, 2016.
                            I am complaining because after a month of purchase the tv got some problem, i compliant to dealer and he send some people and repair it. Again after 25 days it show's the same problem. When i complaint to dealer, he talked rash and not responded me properly. I complain in samsung care near my place and i got a call where they told that i need to pay rs 8000/- for repair.
                            To resolve this problem i would like you to please take this case seriouly and please do needfull justice to me.

                            I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve my problem. If i do not hear from you within 1 week i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer and consider my legal alternatives.

                              I bought Samsung J3 mobile on 19th' April' 2016. It just got damaged yesterday evening the whole screen went black. when today i visited my nearest Samsung galary in Ulhasnager-3, As its under warranty they asked me it will cost 5500 for repairing. when asked for reason they replied its internal problem. The cost of phone is 8990. what kind of warranty Samsung is assuring then the time we are buying their costly phone. Samsung is not reliable these days. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                My samsung mobile service request no. is[protected] i purchased one samsung j7 on 25th october 2015 now i got network problem on my fone but service center is saying the mobile is out of warranty because it has f.r. problem it means network i. c. of the mobile is having burning problem in it, and this kind of hardware burning problem is not repairable under warranty mobile seller told me that complete mobile is under warranty upto 1 year .
                                i really been cheated by samsung marketing network.

                                  Hi, i purchased s7 edge from sangeetha mobiles - chennai on 10th august 2016.. Got dark transulent lines on the display, 3 days before.. Contacted service centre... Response was pathetic.. When googled, i found that this usa hard-ware issue with s7 &'the phones are replaced.. Now what's the guarantee that the new phone (If replaced) will not have this issue?? Whether samsung is taking its customers for granted?? Really feeling bad & let down by samsung.. It's 4 days now.. But no proper response from the service team.. Is anyone from samsung customer care is aware of this?? Or customer care is just there for name sake??

                                  Hi, I took the phone to service centre... They don't have any clue & the behaviour was very rude... They are accepting this as a hardware failure.. But not giving a new replacement & opting to go for a display change... A PATHETIC & UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM SAMSUNG.. GUYS YOU WILL NEVER COME TO LEVEL OF APPLE, when it comes to Customer Care... LEARN FROM APPLE ON CUSTOMER CARE...I GOT DEEPLY OFFENDED & FEELING BAD FOR PURCHASING THIS STUPID PHONE.. IN MY LIFE TIME, I WILL NOT GO TO SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AGAIN, EVEN IT IS GIVEN FREE... SAMSUNG SERVICE SUCKS...

And got call from your Customer Care & they told they will replace the display & will not replace the phone... It's my fate to go with it by paying 56K & going for screen replacement ( a manufacturing defect & hardware issue ) in 10 days time.. Great phones from Samsung.. Taking customers for granted, .. Keep up the good work Samsung.. You guys will never grow...

                                  Hi, Service of Samsung Sucks me big time... No call from Service Centre as promised... Called Customer Care again... But still the cloud is not cleared... It's better Samsung keeps the phone rather taking us for granted... I don't what will happen to my handset now... Already written off my hard earned money... But surely Samsung will pay for this soon... Feeling frustrated & let down for buying this stupid phone from a Company which doesn't value its Customers..

                                  I got calls from the service centre thrice.. but they told that they will get back to me with proper details to contact.. but still no one has given me the details.. added to that today one service person called & was very rude on the reply & not even willing to listen the problem.. I am really worried of switching over from my iPhone 6S to Samsung.. never expected this happen to me & bad service from Samsung.. I think my hard earned money of 57K is going to dark now...

                                    I had a fascination of ' samsung' electronics products all along and using many 'samsung' products from the very beginning. I was shocked this time for getting a reverse result and therefore would like to draw your kind attention for doing the needful. I am a professional singer and need vast communication all the time. I purchased one samsung galaxy s-6 edge premium mobile phone in last july 2015 from ' reliance retail limited' store at bansdroni, kolkata - 700070 vide ean #[protected], item no [protected] on 3rd july, 2015. It had minor sound problem and heating problem from the beginning which i ignored. On last 24th aug 2016, early morning i found my phone is dead. I did not tried to open it rather went to nearest samsung service centre at garia ([protected] — babli media centre adds -128/d, kolkata - 700047) and gave it them for necessary service (Bill no [protected] dt 24.08.2016) in the late after noon i came to know that its mother board has been damaged and i have to pay rs 14762/-. I was stunned. How can such a premium costly handset of samsung brand had its mother board damaged within 13 months from its purchase? The phone cost me rs 51, 798 excepting other accessories. Sir, as a customer what commitment can i get from your end for such a premium handset. Mother board can not be damaged within such a short period of 13 months or it had battery problem. If so why not you compensate to your loyal customer? The handset is lying with your service center. I look forward to your early action.

                                      Before I start with my grievance, I would like to know that after such pathetic experience I had with Samsung call center & the appointed service contractor, I am no more having patience to bear such behavior. This message of mine is the last hope for me and if I don't get prompt solution from here then I will be forced to give my quality time to give some inconvenience to Samsung as well, at the end customer can’t be taken granted, hope you will agree as you are also customer to someone.

                                      13th of Aug, my Samsung RT25RV had issue with cooling, 14th of Aug I registered the complaint ( [protected]). Technician SAYEED from SAMRAT SERVICE visited my house and checked the Timer and left saying that he will come back to check but he did not turned up, even not picked up my phone, so once again I called to Samsung toll number to know the status of my complaint but surprisingly complaint was closed by SAMRAT SERVICES. Once again I registered the new complaint ([protected]) on 22nd Aug. After several calls to Samsung toll free no, finally on 25th of Aug one more technician “JAMES” attended my refrigerator. Based on his inspection he informed that "GLASS HEATER" has gone and as this is 8 year old refrigerator, thus, parts not available and had closed the complaint, during his visit I was not at home, hence, I did not see what exactly he checked but today I had asked a private service person to check the refrigerator and you will surprise to know actually the GLASS HEATER ( I have seen by my eyes) was perfectly fine but the BIOMETAL & TIMER is having issue due to which cooling issue is there.

                                      After knowing this, once again I called the SAMSUNG TOLL FREE and registered a new complaint and also got the SAMRAT SERVICES contact details from SAMSUNG website. I called Mr.Ashok of SAMRAT SERVICES, his contact details are mentioned on your website. I apprise him about his technician visit and my findings but he indecently said to me to get the refrigerator service by someone else as he will not send anyone to my house for service, even regardless of registered complaint to Samsung toll free no.

                                      After this conversation, I once again called Samsung toll free no to inform them about how SAMRAT service behaved with me and requested Samsung customer care to appoint some other service contractor to resolve my complaint but they denied to do so.
                                      The cost of bio metal & timer will not be more than 1000 Rs but your people are pushing me to purchase new refrigerator which will not cost lesser then 15 to 16K, for sure even at the end if I have to buy, at least after this experience I will turn to any product of Samsung. If a reputed company like Samsung has so poor ethics and pathetic post sales services then it does not make sense to tie once again relation with this brand.

                                      Now, pls tell me what do I need to do? Should I throw the refrigerator outside as it is still not repaired, in non working condition and no one is coming to repair it from Samsung despite of several complaints or will you help to resolve this issue at the earliest? Sorry to say this but the kind of inconvenience I have gone through for last 10 days, I am really fed up. I am promising you that I will make sure that you also feel the pain I have gone through as a customer of yours. Today world is very small and visible to all, I hope you understand what I mean.

                                        Samsung services cheat the consumers their engineers come and examine the machine after complaint registered and informing me for estimate of 7000/- for repair but actually no fault in machine only a wire cut other engineer examine and repair in 50/-. I face lot of financial and mental harassment due their engineer declaration around one month passed complaint to head office as well as ceo but no proper reply recived
