Dear sir,
I wish to complaint about samsung led tv model no. Ua23h, serial no. H01a3znh313384 that i purchased on 10 april, 2016.
I am complaining because after a month of purchase the tv got some problem, i compliant to dealer and he send some people and repair it. Again after 25 days it show's the same problem. When i complaint to dealer, he talked rash and not responded me properly. I complain in samsung care near my place and i got a call where they told that i need to pay rs 8000/- for repair.
To resolve this problem i would like you to please take this case seriouly and please do needfull justice to me.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve my problem. If i do not hear from you within 1 week i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer and consider my legal alternatives.
I am attaching copy of reciept and warrenty card. You may reply to me at email or call me at [protected].

    I bought Samsung J3 mobile on 19th' April' 2016. It just got damaged yesterday evening the whole screen went black. when today i visited my nearest Samsung galary in Ulhasnager-3, As its under warranty they asked me it will cost 5500 for repairing. when asked for reason they replied its internal problem. The cost of phone is 8990. what kind of warranty Samsung is assuring then the time we are buying their costly phone. Samsung is not reliable these days. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com

      My samsung mobile service request no. is[protected] i purchased one samsung j7 on 25th october 2015 now i got network problem on my fone but service center is saying the mobile is out of warranty because it has f.r. problem it means network i. c. of the mobile is having burning problem in it, and this kind of hardware burning problem is not repairable under warranty mobile seller told me that complete mobile is under warranty upto 1 year .
      i really been cheated by samsung marketing network.

        Hi, i purchased s7 edge from sangeetha mobiles - chennai on 10th august 2016.. Got dark transulent lines on the display, 3 days before.. Contacted service centre... Response was pathetic.. When googled, i found that this usa hard-ware issue with s7 &'the phones are replaced.. Now what's the guarantee that the new phone (If replaced) will not have this issue?? Whether samsung is taking its customers for granted?? Really feeling bad & let down by samsung.. It's 4 days now.. But no proper response from the service team.. Is anyone from samsung customer care is aware of this?? Or customer care is just there for name sake??

        Hi, I took the phone to service centre... They don't have any clue & the behaviour was very rude... They are accepting this as a hardware failure.. But not giving a new replacement & opting to go for a display change... A PATHETIC & UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM SAMSUNG.. GUYS YOU WILL NEVER COME TO LEVEL OF APPLE, when it comes to Customer Care... LEARN FROM APPLE ON CUSTOMER CARE...I GOT DEEPLY OFFENDED & FEELING BAD FOR PURCHASING THIS STUPID PHONE.. IN MY LIFE TIME, I WILL NOT GO TO SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AGAIN, EVEN IT IS GIVEN FREE... SAMSUNG SERVICE SUCKS...

And got call from your Customer Care & they told they will replace the display & will not replace the phone... It's my fate to go with it by paying 56K & going for screen replacement ( a manufacturing defect & hardware issue ) in 10 days time.. Great phones from Samsung.. Taking customers for granted, .. Keep up the good work Samsung.. You guys will never grow...

        Hi, Service of Samsung Sucks me big time... No call from Service Centre as promised... Called Customer Care again... But still the cloud is not cleared... It's better Samsung keeps the phone rather taking us for granted... I don't what will happen to my handset now... Already written off my hard earned money... But surely Samsung will pay for this soon... Feeling frustrated & let down for buying this stupid phone from a Company which doesn't value its Customers..

        Whether Samsung Customer Service team is seeing these mails?? Any action taken on this front?? Or just a eye wash reply???
        I got calls from the service centre thrice.. but they told that they will get back to me with proper details to contact.. but still no one has given me the details.. added to that today one service person called & was very rude on the reply & not even willing to listen the problem.. I am really worried of switching over from my iPhone 6S to Samsung.. never expected this happen to me & bad service from Samsung.. I think my hard earned money of 57K is going to dark now...

          I had a fascination of ' samsung' electronics products all along and using many 'samsung' products from the very beginning. I was shocked this time for getting a reverse result and therefore would like to draw your kind attention for doing the needful. I am a professional singer and need vast communication all the time. I purchased one samsung galaxy s-6 edge premium mobile phone in last july 2015 from ' reliance retail limited' store at bansdroni, kolkata - 700070 vide ean #[protected], item no [protected] on 3rd july, 2015. It had minor sound problem and heating problem from the beginning which i ignored. On last 24th aug 2016, early morning i found my phone is dead. I did not tried to open it rather went to nearest samsung service centre at garia ([protected] — babli media centre adds -128/d, kolkata - 700047) and gave it them for necessary service (Bill no [protected] dt 24.08.2016) in the late after noon i came to know that its mother board has been damaged and i have to pay rs 14762/-. I was stunned. How can such a premium costly handset of samsung brand had its mother board damaged within 13 months from its purchase? The phone cost me rs 51, 798 excepting other accessories. Sir, as a customer what commitment can i get from your end for such a premium handset. Mother board can not be damaged within such a short period of 13 months or it had battery problem. If so why not you compensate to your loyal customer? The handset is lying with your service center. I look forward to your early action.

            Before I start with my grievance, I would like to know that after such pathetic experience I had with Samsung call center & the appointed service contractor, I am no more having patience to bear such behavior. This message of mine is the last hope for me and if I don't get prompt solution from here then I will be forced to give my quality time to give some inconvenience to Samsung as well, at the end customer can’t be taken granted, hope you will agree as you are also customer to someone.

            13th of Aug, my Samsung RT25RV had issue with cooling, 14th of Aug I registered the complaint ( [protected]). Technician SAYEED from SAMRAT SERVICE visited my house and checked the Timer and left saying that he will come back to check but he did not turned up, even not picked up my phone, so once again I called to Samsung toll number to know the status of my complaint but surprisingly complaint was closed by SAMRAT SERVICES. Once again I registered the new complaint ([protected]) on 22nd Aug. After several calls to Samsung toll free no, finally on 25th of Aug one more technician “JAMES” attended my refrigerator. Based on his inspection he informed that "GLASS HEATER" has gone and as this is 8 year old refrigerator, thus, parts not available and had closed the complaint, during his visit I was not at home, hence, I did not see what exactly he checked but today I had asked a private service person to check the refrigerator and you will surprise to know actually the GLASS HEATER ( I have seen by my eyes) was perfectly fine but the BIOMETAL & TIMER is having issue due to which cooling issue is there.

            After knowing this, once again I called the SAMSUNG TOLL FREE and registered a new complaint and also got the SAMRAT SERVICES contact details from SAMSUNG website. I called Mr.Ashok of SAMRAT SERVICES, his contact details are mentioned on your website. I apprise him about his technician visit and my findings but he indecently said to me to get the refrigerator service by someone else as he will not send anyone to my house for service, even regardless of registered complaint to Samsung toll free no.

            After this conversation, I once again called Samsung toll free no to inform them about how SAMRAT service behaved with me and requested Samsung customer care to appoint some other service contractor to resolve my complaint but they denied to do so.
            The cost of bio metal & timer will not be more than 1000 Rs but your people are pushing me to purchase new refrigerator which will not cost lesser then 15 to 16K, for sure even at the end if I have to buy, at least after this experience I will turn to any product of Samsung. If a reputed company like Samsung has so poor ethics and pathetic post sales services then it does not make sense to tie once again relation with this brand.

            Now, pls tell me what do I need to do? Should I throw the refrigerator outside as it is still not repaired, in non working condition and no one is coming to repair it from Samsung despite of several complaints or will you help to resolve this issue at the earliest? Sorry to say this but the kind of inconvenience I have gone through for last 10 days, I am really fed up. I am promising you that I will make sure that you also feel the pain I have gone through as a customer of yours. Today world is very small and visible to all, I hope you understand what I mean.

              Samsung services cheat the consumers their engineers come and examine the machine after complaint registered and informing me for estimate of 7000/- for repair but actually no fault in machine only a wire cut other engineer examine and repair in 50/-.                   I have purchased a SAMSUNG MOBILE J2 on 20th August 2016. Its IMEI no. 1 : is [protected] and IMEI no. 02 is [protected] and its model name is SAMSUNG J-200, from Kurukshetra. I purchased this mobile form “MOBILE POINT”, Aggarsain Chowk, Mohan Nagar, Pipli Road, Kurukshetra (136118). Which is a authorised Dealer of Samsung Mobile.
                  Within a Week the mobile heated so much and I have also facing the network and battery problem. I have submitted this phone to your authorised service Centre, Kurukshetra on 24.08.2016 & 26.08.2016, but still I am facing the same problem. I have informed the same to Kurukshetra Service Centre and requested them for new replacement because of defective product. But they have denied to replace the mobile. Service center people triyng take signature on job satisfaction coloum before providing any service.
                  Now i requested to you kindly replace my mobile with a new one and advised your service centre to behave gently .

                      Sir i went to your customer care service center at kohat enclave, pitampura, new delhi-110034 on[protected] regarding some issue in my smart watch s2. There is a person by name of ahmad he was dealing with me. He activated my mobile data without my permission to update gear software which was of 90mb approx as my data plan was not sufficent so company vodafone company diducted my 250rs of exces use of data then also he was not able to resolve my problem at the same time my battery exhausted so i told ahmad to use your charger so he replied sir we don’t have charger of smart watch so u charge it again and come again it took my 60 to 90 minutes approx that day in service centre. Next day i again went to your service centre they kept me waiting for 15 minutes i asked how much time i have to wait (As i can see there was 5 service person was sitting alone no customer was there on there desk u can check in cameras installed in your service centre) one person came from inside his name was mr ravi ahuja nd misbehaved me he said to me (Halla tarne se kuch nahin hoga) i asked him to give me estimated time for waiting he said (Time lagta hai wait karo) i was quite for some time then again after some 30 to 45 second ravi ahuja again started misbehaving by arguing without any reason. Kindly look into this matter i was very much upset after this incident.

                        I have purchased 6th July 2016 mobile SM - J200GZDDINS (IMEI - [protected]) from Ooty Tamilnadu. Within a month display & speaker not working. I have submitted this phone at Ooty service center & informed them for new replacement because of defective product & service center taken only display not working complaint, what about speaker parts complaint? .Service center people triyng take sigh on job satisfaction coloum before providing any service. In a month two parts gone for toss, may be some other parts also not in good conditions. So I dont want this mobile at all. For more details find attachment.                           I gave my product since april/ 23/ 2016, and the samsung authorised service centre till date has not updated me with regards to the condition of the product. The problem was the power switch of the oven but no word has been given to me till now when i enquired. The excuse was always that the engineer is not in the office so they cannot give me any assessment. I believe that this is a vy irresponsible behaviour and very unprofessional and make customers lose confidence in the Samsung Brand name.

                          It has been more than three months and the service centre after i wrote a complaint informed that there is no pcb to replace the one which is damaged. I see a lot of other complaints relating to the same issue. Why is samsung not providing the spare parts? If this is the case then customers for future reference should be made aware of the fact before they buy the product, that once the pcb is damaged then oven should be discarded.

                            Let me too aware you we will promptly supply mobiles and lot of products in India and anytime you find customers issues.

                            Only service centre OPNED is not our service Good. Last week i faced some battery issue in my Samsung E7,

                            Service policy handover handset for 15 days then they will work and resolve this.

                            Can you please tell me is this possible our used handset we will hand over them and wait 15 days w/o mobile or we will buy new or we will stop work (please tell me)

                            Is this most complicated Simple battery replace we give 15 days from customers

                            I regally request you to look thus issue from briefly and tying to improve Coz only sell is not enough we have to improve SERVICE too.

                            Hope you will give your valuable time and understood issue with Indian team.

                              I purchased a 375L Refrigerator on 13/08/2012 model no- S-RT41 LSPN, Serial No-0648, but the fridge stopped working. When I called the service center, they did not respond and starting misbehaving with me and the women of the family. After a huge forcing they repaired the fridge and charged me a service charge of 1100Rs, Though the compressor was in warranty. After 2 days the Fridge stopped working and again after huge trying the service centre people came and took the fridge for repairing in the center. After a week they have called and said that the fridge compressor cannot be repaired and they SAID ME THAT THE FRIDGE IS OF NO USE NOW AND TO SELL THE FRIDGE. THEY ALSO MISBEHAVED WITH ME SO RUDELY STATING THAT EVEN THE SAMSUNG HEAD AND THE HIGHER AUTHORITY CANNOT DO ANYTHING. THEY CHALLENGED ME THAT I CAN DO WHAT I WANT BUT THE FRIDGE WONT BE REPAIRED AND THE COMPANY WONT DO ANYTHING AS WELL AS THE ANSWERS WERE SO RUDE AND IN A MISBEHAVING MANNER.
                              *NOW I WANT TO ASK THAT WITHIN 4 YEARS DOES THE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS STOP WORKING AND IS OF NO USE AS SAID BY YOUR SERVICE CENTER PERSON??
                              *I NEED A QUICK RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT AND A SATISFACTION OF THIS. IT IS NOT A MATTER OF JOKE TO BUY A FRIDGE OF RS 32000 AND THEN THE COMPANY SAYS THAT THE FRIDGE IS OF NO USE AFTER 4 YEARS.

                                Hello, I have lodge a complaint for Samsung Refrigerator Model No. 0307 RT27HARZASP/TL on 21 st August 2016. But still my complaint is not resolved. They told me that mechanic wil come to see the problem but nobody turned up.I called several times in your customer care but everytime they are giving different answers like strike is there or Address is not proper.                                   I would like to bring to your notice that i purchased a samsung led tv with model no-32eh4003 from vijay sales in new delhi on 30th october, 2014. while i purchased the tv i was told by the vendor that the tv had triple protection warranty for three years.

                                  In the month of august, 2016, all of a sudden a vertical white line (picture is visible) started appearing on the screen, for which i lodged a complaint with samsung through m/s-vijay sales, lajpatnagar, new delhi and the complaint no is [protected], dated 18.08.16. an engineer ‘mr. ramvir’ visited my place and explained to me the reasons for the disturbance on the screen. when asked for repairs, he told me that it was not in warranty and i needed to pay for it, while i was told by the vendor that my tv would be covered by triple protection warranty for three years. strangely, the vendor did not even give me the warranty card. the triple protection warranty message is being displayed on the left upper corner of my tv as well.

                                  My concern is when i was told by the vendor that it was covered under triple protection warranty then why am i asked to pay for it. it is sheer harassment that i am undergoing. i bought a samsung product believing in the goodwill of the company but i did not know that i would be made to go through so much mental torture. i request you to repair my tv under the aforesaid warranty; else i will be forced to seek help from the consumer court.

                                      I wrote to CEO, Samsung 2 weeks back, I got the confirmation call immediately after writing to CEO last week. The lady who got in touch promised to come back after consulting with Seniors shortly.
                                      This is extremely unacceptable. When a customer buys your product, he pays for peace of mind also. If your product has average life of only 18 month please mention clearly on your product. Customer should be prepared and can choose not to buy your product.
                                      Your service team is also not confident about the product and states this problem is common with Samsung Plasma TVs. I still do not want to believe that Samsung is encouraging the customers to buy the faulty products.
                                      Kindly get back to me with concrete solution at the earliest. In case Samsung cannot do anything, kindly let me know so that I can trash the product.

                                        I had complained about my recently purchased TV which displays scrambled channels when connected to satellite receiver.
                                        The complaint was emailed even to the CEO desk of the company.
                                        I was assured of a timely help. Its more than a month there is no help provided. The technician when contacted mentions that he has no software to upgrade the system.
                                        The customer service writes mails mentioning that my telephone numbers are not accessible which is not true. On some occasions the local service fellow calls us & the Samsung India customer service executives say my number is not accessible.
