Dear samsung, team, i purchased new galaxy j7 mobile on 04th apr'16. I was facing some issue with his display. Sometime the display operate & some time it was not displayed. I reached at your customer care at jagat farm branch on saturday (03/09/2016) for check my mobile phone. Your executive opened my mobile & checked carefully & told me that the issue of display will be sort-out by evening.in the evening i received a message on my number that the repair of your samsung product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from aadrikaa enterprices. I was not visited at samsung care on same day and next day was sunday so i visited on monday (05/09/2016) for collect my mobile. Your executive told me that it will not repaired. They give me excuse some glue type. That this mobile open so we will not repair this. But can anybody told me that my mobile is only five months old and which is in full warranty. Then why would i check it outside. They advice me that you can escalate it in samsung. So request you to pls intervene here & help to resolve my mobile issue.

My mobile was purchased on 04/04/2016 & is in full warranty.

I was submitted my mobile to service center on 03/09/2016.

After 5 months of purchasing the mobile it detect display line problem then i was give it to service center in Jajat farm at Greater Noida. Your executive opened my mobile & checked carefully & told me that the issue of display will be sort-out by evening. In the evening i received a message on my number that the repair of your SAMSUNG product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from AADRIKAA ENTERPRICES. i was not visited at Samsung care on same day and next day was Sunday So i visited on Monday (05/09/2016) for collect my mobile. Your executive told me that it will not be repaired. But can anybody told me that my mobile is only five months old and in full warranty. They advise me that you can escalate it in SAMSUNG.
Then I contact your toll free no[protected] & informed all details which was I suffered with Samsung care. They didn’t gave me any resolution & said that we are escalating your issue, Our Special team will contact your Shortly.
After 2 days 07th Sep’16, I received a call from Samsung team and they were also unable to resolve my Mobile issue & told me that we are escalating your issue to our seniors.
Today 08th Sep’2016, Received a call from Samsung & gave me different – different excuse. Like – you have to visit our another center & like more excuses like this only. But My Phone is in full warranty, I am attaching soft copy of job sheet for your reference.

Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I have registered the complaint regarding my mobile display many times and received single resonance every time that " Your mobile is in full warranty & you will get your mobile shortly". Still i have not received my mobile. i have already attached my Job sheet for reference, where you can check that my mobile is in full warranty.

    मैंने अपने मोबाइल को रिपेयर करने के लिए samsung सर्विस सेंटर में छोड़ा था मेरे मोबाइल का फिंगरप्रिंट सेंसर ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा है एक हफ्ते तक मोबाइल को सर्विस सेंटर में samsung सर्विस सेंटर एग्जिक्यूटिव के कहने से मैंने वहां पर छोड़ा था परंतु उन्होंने मेरे मोबाइल का फिंगरप्रिंट सेंसर चेंज नहीं किया मुझे आज भी उस की वजह से बहुत ज्यादा परेशानी हो रही है उन्होंने कह दिया कि इसमें कोई परेशानी नहीं है सब कुछ ठीक है और मोबाइल का सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेट करके मुझे दे दिया मोबाइल में वारंटी होने के बावजूद मुझे मेरे मोबाइल का रिपेयर करके नहीं देना एक प्रकार का धोखाधड़ी नजर आ रहा है जिसकी वजह से मुझे कंजूमर फोरम में कंप्लेन करना पड़ रहा है
    मैं फरवरी 2016 से इस मोबाइल का कंप्लेन लगातार samsung सर्विस सेंटर में देता रहा हूं परंतु मुझे इसका कोई खास निष्कर्ष नहीं मिला है जिसकी वजह से मैं मोबाइल को ठीक से ढंग से उपयोग नहीं कर पा रहा हूं और मुझे बहुत ज्यादा परेशानी हो रही है और मेरे लिए आया एक मानसिक प्रतारणा का कारण भी बन चुका है
    अतः आप से आग्रह है कि इसकी सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए

      I bought this phone in the month of july 2016 and i was against buying a samsung phone and my family convinced me to buy as they all use samsung. Since the day i have bought this phone i have been facing only problems.
      1) after a week's time of buying the phone i started getting pop-up to update the software - i don't understand how can a brand new phone needs a software upgrade.
      2) in less than a month's time i started getting pop-up for storage space full - let me remind the samsung people that i am a person who has less than 5 apps that i use regularly so i don't download much. But i am lover of music and wallpapers but there is no space to download.
      3) my internet is on all the time and i get too many phone calls. After few continuous calls the internet though it is on it will stop working. Then i had to restart the phone to get the internet working.
      4) i don't get pop-ups for the what's app msges unless i go to whatsapp to see am i having any msgs in my kitty.
      5) the earphone port has a problem (Sad thing for a music lover) so the earphones doesn't work properly. I bought iball speakers to be connected to my samsung j5 and again it doesn't work coz as soon the iball speakers are connected to the aux port of the j5 the phone will hang and will go on vibrate until i take out the aux cable from the phone. The moment the cable is taken out from the phone the phone will automatically restart. I thought it is a problem with the iball speakers so i checked it with a different phone and it works tremendously good as it is supposed to be working.

      Now i don't understand how can a 3 months old phone have so many problems. I suspect that this particular handset has a problem. Please help me replacing this phone i am pissed off.

      Your complain doesn't mentions whether you purchased the phone from Samsung Exclusive Shop or Samsung exclusive online partner Flipkart.

      If you have purchased from a local store, then check if its a genuine phone or fake or refurbished or you have got cheated.

        Hello sir / madam i am given my samsung for into the customer care center for resolve the problem of my phone and this is on warranty and they have no any defective on screen ok but now the he released me amount against my phone he given me 4500 but i buy this mobile 8200 rupees so why i take that money so i requested to you given me to the my phone otherwise i want my full money so request to the sir given me my money and phone because this is very long time like 2 month so i want resolve my problem very soon other wise i case against to the samsung company in the consumer court

          I am a dedicated customer of samsung using various products just because of service as marketed by the company. But my washing machine turned down for more than one month with short circuit problem, but i am not getting any service even after several reminders to service personnel md nizamuddin. He is not picking up my phone. I will consider in future to buy any product from samsung after such worse experience. I am residing in dhanbad main town. If i failed to get service from samsung and have to buy a new machine then surely it will not be a samsung product.

            I have purchased a samsung a8 nnd after 2 months there was some problem in the volume key and when i go to service centre they told me that i have to pay rs5800 to repair that key and i told them to leave this as it is..
            But when i go to same service centre again they told me to repair this key u have to pay rs500 for the same.. I told them to fis it asap..
            But key is not available but when i go to them after 1week the told me to oay rs 5800 for the same n i gave them the money to fix that problem but after fixing all the problem like after 2 days the screen is coming out from back cover and now when i go to them they told me that they will replace the phone in next 20 days.. If they wnt to replace the phone than why they charged me 5800rs for that and at that time my phone is in warranty

                This letter written to CEO samsung on 18.07.16 but till date after so many communication they are not giving reply except we will contact you with in 24 hours

                I am one of your loyal customer of Samsung Mobile Phone and I am very much satisfied with its friendly use features and trouble free services .
                I regret to inform you that I felt very harassed and upset due to circumstances prevailing since past few days .
                I purchased one high end Samsung S-7 on 02.08.2016 from Ganpati Mobile, Lucknow, keeping in view my past experience and its asthetic look and feature. While operating I felt some problem with network fluctuation which I reported to your Hazratganj service Center Lucknow. After 3-4 days they replied there is no issue with phone but again problem pursisted and I showed them . On that basis they issued Doa and informed to get new set from Dealer.
                I replaced set on 14.08.16 with new S-7 from Ganpati Mobileand found same network problem in new set also. Your service center gave Toll Free no. and I contacted 3-4 times on 16 Aug and finally spoke to Mr Saurabh . Initially he said there is some issue with SIM card or Service provider but then he checked my phone on smart tutor and checked same SIM on another my phone on Samsung A-7 which I am using for last 15 months and found that there is no issue with SIM and service provider and agreed that there are some issue with S-7 only and promised to send engineer at my place at 12 Noon on 17 Aug 16 Vide ref No [protected]
                Nobody turned up on 17th, again I contacted Toll free no 4-5 times, they said engineer will visit on 18 Aug, again no one visited on 18th then again I contacted Toll free no they said I am sending your case thru mail to our higher management team but no one contacted me.
                On 19th again I contacted your person, he said there is no complaint lodged for site visit till date and lodged new complaint vide No [protected]
                For last more than 15 days I am chasing your team and lost lots of energy unnececerly but not getting any proper response from your end . I have changed my both SIM with new one and same SIM works perfectly with Samsung A-7 and hopefully there is some lot is faulty or this Model S-7 is not supporting network . Please advice me.

                  Dear sir'
                  1. I purchased a 'samsung plasma 43inch tv, on july 2014.

                  2. On 2aug 2016 when i watching tv, tv sounded like small blast & after that tv goes off automatic.

                  3. I call to the customer care, i have complain on 4aug. Then 6 aug your engineer visited.

                  4. Engineer told main pcb fail.
                  Main pcb have to change budget 4500 pcb charge + 1000 (+ service tax) samsung engineer charge.
                  I told her to change it and in advance i pay 1000/- cash.
                  1000/- receipt i have which is given by your samsung engineer.

                  5. Engineer came on 12aug 2016 with new main pcb mother board, after all setup he told "your panel is fail. Which cost 20, 000/-.

                  6. According to the samsung engineer, now i have to pay 20, 000/-. Earlier in first visit he told my budget 5600/-.

                  7. Till today samsung company has not responding, samsung engineer has already taken my 1000 rupee.

                  8. I have the bill which is given by samsung, clearly written in receipt that main pcb is fail.

                    I'm dammed to see exceptional service at samsung service centre in ajmer (305001), where they refuse for service & threatening customers to kill and called up more goons to show their potential for violence, i request please do something about these kind of service centre.
                    I have purchased a samsung device few months ago, when i revisited the service for the same reoccurring issue and urged them for permanent resolution, then they reacted very violently & refused for help. There muslim service centre manager called up his more muslim goons and threatened to tear us apart.

                      I registered my washing machine service request with Samsung (number [protected] dt 31/08/2016), which was assigned to R-Logic, Lalbagh Road, Bangalore. I am told the service center just closed the ticket without doing anything. When I followed up with Samsung 2 days later, they said R-Logic has closed the ticket and that they will file a new ticket to get the problem solved :(

                      How does Samsung allow service centers to close...

                      I bought a phone on 27th feb, 2016, model name SM-J110HZKDINS serial number-[protected].Within 6 months o[censored]se first problem which arised was that there was no display on the screen following which it was submitted to the samsung service center and got repaired.Subsequently another problem arised on 2nd september was that the camera failed to function and again it had been submitted to the service center.
                      It will be helpful for me if my phone is replaced with a new one or is refunded as soon as possible.

                        I lost my phone screen of samsung A5 an i took my phone to authorised service center vasco .but they said that no display is available in service center they took a week over that ...soon after that I submitted my phone to ponda service centre and they said they will rrepair the phone and they can't fullfill so they said to refund or replacement of new phone. ..so I request you to take action regarding it.

                          He is selling samsung j2 pro at Rs10400 where as its MRP is Rs9999 i told him about the MRP and he said i am going to sell it over MRP due to shortage of stock of this phone i[censored] want to buy the phone pay 10400.I said i'll complaint to samsung about this but he said do whatever you want i am going to sell it for 10400. Kindly do something about it for your loyal customers i am currently using samsung j5 and using samsung from last 9 years.please take strict action against such retailers.

                            I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime 4g (SMG531FZDDINS) last year. However the display/ touch screen started to become non-responsive from time to time since May end this year.
                            As such I gave it for servicing at S CARE, your authorized service centre in Kolkata, at Garcha, but was not given any "Job sheet", the reason being the phone still under warranty. I insisted on a job sheet but they argued that no job sheet is provided for under warranty products.
                            However they kept the phone for around a month, and said that they had replaced the touch pad, when they returned it.
                            The problem seemed resolved at that point of time, but am facing the problem once again. They insisted that any customer care base of Samsung would be able to identify the problem of my phone by my phone number but when I contacted your executive yesterday, he could not trace the problem. He asked me to call the service centre and put the call on a conference so that you could speak to the service centre, but neither could I contact the service centre nor you, when I tried to contact you this morning( September 3rd).
                            The phone is also getting switched off during use, at present.

                            I am providing the details of the purchase, below and request you to respond at the earliest with a proper replacement.

                                सर मे ने सैमसंग का LED-K[protected] को लिया जिसे कमपनी से इंजीनियर लगाने आया पर LED लगाते नई बना और LED डैमेज कर दिया । जिसमें LED स्टैंड और सेटअप बॉक्स पैनल को भी तोड़ दिया । और पूरी LED मैं स्क्रेच कर दिया। और अच्छे से बात भी नई करी। और मैं कंप्लेंट कस्टमर केयर नंबर पे 4 बार कर चुका हूं। पर वहाँ से यही जबाब मिलता है कि हमारा व्यक्ति आपको 4 घंटे 5 घंटे मे रिसीव करेगा। पर आज 4 दिन हो गये है आवही तक कोई व्यक्ति नई आया । सर मेरी कंप्लेंट पे एक्शन हो।

                                    On 31.07.2015 I bought a Samsung Galaxy E700H mobile phone from Cheeka Electronics Shop No. 11/12, Mandir Market, Mata Rani Road, Ludhiana.
                                    That on 22.07.2016 i visited your service centre: [protected] Mobile Clinic, situated at B24/8-A, Dharam Pura, Near Singh Sabha Gurdwara, Ludhiana41001 and I have discovered the phone has the following problem
                                    1. Battery has swelled
                                    2. Auto change on and off.
                                    That there after the person of your service centre told mobile cannot be replaced but our company will issue a cheques against your mobile as your mobile now cannot be repaired and after that several times I have visited your above mentioned service centre but every time they have postponed the matter with lame and other excuse.
                                    As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone (repaired/replaced or refunded) and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 7 days.
                                    I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.
