    Hi i submitted my galaxy note 5 3months ago they kept my phone for 1month and said that the part is not available.
    When i asked for my phone service centre people said that they misplaced one of my part. But i wanted to get it fixed so they asked me for some documents i submitted the documents they uploaded my documents 7 days late and after 15 days wen i calld customer care they said that your application for refund was rejected due to service centres people mistake service centre people didnt even inform me Bout the same. When i called them they again processed my request and again uploaded my documents late again after 15 days wen i called cc they said your application is rejected from service centres end due to improper documentation. I have been cLling them and they do not respond.

      I have note 5 dual sim mobile.
      My mobile was purchased on 12/02/2016 & is in full warranty.

      I was submited my mobile to service center on 21/7/2016.

      After 5 months of purchasing the mobile it detect display line problem then i was give it to service center in satara, maharashtra. On enquiry at customer care they told me that company passed to give refund date is 12th aug and till date they don't give me the replacement mobile/refund cheque and customer care is also not good. They don't provide me the sufficient information regarding to refund. Also they always tell me to contact service center. But on contacting service center they tell to contact customer care.
      Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

        We recently purchased samsung fridge, RT42K5558S9, and have had the most disappointing experience with it since. The fridge has stopped working properly 3 times since purchase (less than 6 months). Further, response from Samsung is extremely lethargic and ownership is extremely low.

        1. The fridge's refrigerator section stalled on 21st July (i.e, within 4 months of purchase). While the service and repair were swift (within 24 hours), the explanation given by technician was that "our fridge is a new model, electronics in its drive card had blown, and so he was replacing a multi speed drive with a single speed one, as used in previous models"

        Now issue is: if this is true, this means our compressor does not benefit from VFD any more and is in a start-stop compressor operation mode. So your servicemen reduced our 45K fridge to a technology which you sell for 10K less in market.

        2. The same issue reappeared on 31st July (ie. the repair broke within two weeks). This is a very sorry state to have two breakdowns within 4 months of purchase. After almost a week of pleading the service agents came to check the fridge. They claimed to have done a thourogh check and assured us the problem would not reappear.

        3. The problem again reappeared on 5th Sept. This is clearly indicating that Samsung has passed on a faulty fridge, which they have no clue how to fix.

        Now as things stand, I have invested more than Rs 45, 000/- in a Samsung product, which clearly has significant engineering issues and qualifies for a replacement or refund.

          registered date was 23.08.2016 but still problem is not resolved.. is this the after sale service of tha brand SAMSUNG.. if it is then we will ensure..will not buy any samsung products in near future.. no one is responding to our calls.. probelm is still reamin as earlier.. no one is listening to us.. plz tell where to call/contact.. if anyone did not respond after this complaint i will surely submit my statement over Facebook, Twitter and other social networking sites..

            HI,
            I had purchased Samsung Mobile (IMEI No.356850/07/726026/1 and S/N: Z8H51G0DZF ) from Lucknow in the month of June'16. I reside at Patna.
            A week before all of a sudden, display has been disappeared. I contacted to Boring Canal Road Samsung Service Centre. They have rejected saying that it is physical damage and it can't be covered under warranty. However there is no such case, there is no physical mark also on handset. Most important, it has happened all of a sudden in my hand. Kindly get it addressed.

            Just giving you the update regarding the reference ID from Customer care, no such ID has been shared by them as it has been checked by service engineer on desk and told to me regarding physical damage and told me that handset will not be covered under warranty, also asked for Rs.8000 for the replacement of Screen. So I have taken back my handset.

                I bought a samsung tv 32 inch j4100 model on 31st august 2016. Product delivered on 3.9.2016. from the date of purchase till date 7.9.2016 am daily calling the for installation procedures but none of them are responding properly.. daily they are saying 2day will be installing but none of them are responding. very upset with the way your customer support is behaving. I feel sorry for opting to buy samsung product. I bought the product in viveks showroom chennai. They are one step higher..after billing they didn't respond for any thing.

                  I had a network related technical issue with my phone since my purchase of phone.I had consulted Service centre Pala-686575 so many times during warranty period but they just updated software and didn’t provide any permenant solution. Immediately after the warranty period completion, they informed mother board replacement is the only solution .But I argued, why was this not informed during warranty period .Also, this is a factory defect, not caused by me.After so many emails and con-calls on August 25th I handed over the handset to Service centre at pala-686575.Till date (12 days) it has not moved from there, saying that as the warranty period is over, special approval is required.
                  This is daylight hoax.You are not reliabe.Your word and deed are in opposite direction.

                    I received a cheque from padma commmunocations 23.0502016 agaist my a7 phone. But the cheque rejected by bank because of sign printing quality. We inform in service center, customer care and main office ms rupendri. She is telling that we send new cheque to you send me this cheque tome. So we send the cheque to ms rupendri on 26.07.2016. Afrter that she is not respond to my phone nor give any feedback.
                    O we are approaching lawywer and he said that we will issue court notice. I will spread this issue in social web sites also.

                          Attached is d letter received from hcl services transport mgr. Narwal jammu d service engineer o[censored]r co has acknowledged & mentioned in d letter that d led tv has faulty pannel which is a manufacturing defect at ur end. The repair charges should be incurred by ur co. It is inbuilt manufacturing defect. U must see d callous approach of co. I had mentioned of horizontal lines in d complaint about pannel of led while as they have written as vertical lines of they r nonserious people i once again request u to take up d matter seriously & resolve d problem/issue without further delay otherwise i may be forced to opt for other options samsung cannot absolve itself from issue of defectve pannel of led

                            I purchased a double door Samsung refrigerator in Mumbai.. After 6 months, thermostat malfunctioned. Despite repeated follow-ups and getting no service from likes of Taran, Akash, Vivek and Rohit, my issue is still not sorted out after 4 days.                             I will strongly recommend not buying any Samsung product as these guys are cheats of the first order

                              After 3 month of purchasing the mobile it detect microphone problem then i was give it to service center in navsari. After it solved one another problem detect by the service center person it is display problem.
                              O company passed to give refund approx date is 8th aug and till date they don't give me the refund cheque and customer care is also not good. They don't provide me the sufficient information regarding to refund. Also they cut down the phone after giving the jobsheet number.
                              O please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                I am regular user of samsung products.in my family all are samsung handset users. Myself have 4 nos including samsung galaxy tab s sm-t805. As my note 2 handset has single sim provision, i had to look for another handset with double sims with high ram. As m is familiar with samsung handset application, i go for samsung galaxy a8 n purchased on 19/8/2015 but it developed some defects in mother board as stated by the service centre, i. T. Solution (Dsc), e-sector, itanagar - 791111. I have placed my handset with them on 14/7/2016 for repair / replacement of mother board as it is within the warranty period against their work order no 14/7/41 dtd 14/7/2016. Now, it is almost 2 months passed but they couldn't repair the handset. I don't know d actual fact, my only interest is to get back my handset rectified as soon as possible. My humble request, please do the needful and update me.

                                    Dear samsung, team, i purchased new galaxy j7 mobile on 04th apr'16. I was facing some issue with his display. Sometime the display operate & some time it was not displayed. I reached at your customer care at jagat farm branch on saturday (03/09/2016) for check my mobile phone. Your executive opened my mobile & checked carefully & told me that the issue of display will be sort-out by evening.in the evening i received a message on my number that the repair of your samsung product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from aadrikaa enterprices. I was not visited at samsung care on same day and next day was sunday so i visited on monday (05/09/2016) for collect my mobile. Your executive told me that it will not repaired. They give me excuse some glue type. That this mobile open so we will not repair this. But can anybody told me that my mobile is only five months old and which is in full warranty. Then why would i check it outside. They advice me that you can escalate it in samsung. So request you to pls intervene here & help to resolve my mobile issue.

                                    After 5 months of purchasing the mobile it detect display line problem then i was give it to service center in Jajat farm at Greater Noida. Your executive opened my mobile & checked carefully & told me that the issue of display will be sort-out by evening. In the evening i received a message on my number that the repair of your SAMSUNG product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from AADRIKAA ENTERPRICES. i was not visited at Samsung care on same day and next day was Sunday So i visited on Monday (05/09/2016) for collect my mobile. Your executive told me that it will not be repaired. But can anybody told me that my mobile is only five months old and in full warranty. They advise me that you can escalate it in SAMSUNG.
                                    Then I contact your toll free no[protected] & informed all details which was I suffered with Samsung care. They didn’t gave me any resolution & said that we are escalating your issue, Our Special team will contact your Shortly.
                                    After 2 days 07th Sep’16, I received a call from Samsung team and they were also unable to resolve my Mobile issue & told me that we are escalating your issue to our seniors.
                                    Today 08th Sep’2016, Received a call from Samsung & gave me different – different excuse. Like – you have to visit our another center & like more excuses like this only. But My Phone is in full warranty, I am attaching soft copy of job sheet for your reference.

                                    Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I have registered the complaint regarding my mobile display many times and received single resonance every time that " Your mobile is in full warranty & you will get your mobile shortly". Still i have not received my mobile. i have already attached my Job sheet for reference, where you can check that my mobile is in full warranty.

                                      मैंने अपने मोबाइल को रिपेयर करने के लिए samsung सर्विस सेंटर में छोड़ा था मेरे मोबाइल का फिंगरप्रिंट सेंसर ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा है एक हफ्ते तक मोबाइल को सर्विस सेंटर में samsung सर्विस सेंटर एग्जिक्यूटिव के कहने से मैंने वहां पर छोड़ा था परंतु उन्होंने मेरे मोबाइल का फिंगरप्रिंट सेंसर चेंज नहीं किया मुझे आज भी उस की वजह से बहुत ज्यादा परेशानी हो रही है उन्होंने कह दिया कि इसमें कोई परेशानी नहीं है सब कुछ ठीक है और मोबाइल का सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेट करके मुझे दे दिया मोबाइल में वारंटी होने के बावजूद मुझे मेरे मोबाइल का रिपेयर करके नहीं देना एक प्रकार का धोखाधड़ी नजर आ रहा है जिसकी वजह से मुझे कंजूमर फोरम में कंप्लेन करना पड़ रहा है
                                      मैं फरवरी 2016 से इस मोबाइल का कंप्लेन लगातार samsung सर्विस सेंटर में देता रहा हूं परंतु मुझे इसका कोई खास निष्कर्ष नहीं मिला है जिसकी वजह से मैं मोबाइल को ठीक से ढंग से उपयोग नहीं कर पा रहा हूं और मुझे बहुत ज्यादा परेशानी हो रही है और मेरे लिए आया एक मानसिक प्रतारणा का कारण भी बन चुका है
                                      अतः आप से आग्रह है कि इसकी सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए

                                        I bought this phone in the month of july 2016 and i was against buying a samsung phone and my family convinced me to buy as they all use samsung. Since the day i have bought this phone i have been facing only problems.
                                        1) after a week's time of buying the phone i started getting pop-up to update the software - i don't understand how can a brand new phone needs a software upgrade.
                                        2) in less than a month's time i started getting pop-up for storage space full - let me remind the samsung people that i am a person who has less than 5 apps that i use regularly so i don't download much. But i am lover of music and wallpapers but there is no space to download.
                                        3) my internet is on all the time and i get too many phone calls. After few continuous calls the internet though it is on it will stop working. Then i had to restart the phone to get the internet working.
                                        4) i don't get pop-ups for the what's app msges unless i go to whatsapp to see am i having any msgs in my kitty.
                                        5) the earphone port has a problem (Sad thing for a music lover) so the earphones doesn't work properly. I bought iball speakers to be connected to my samsung j5 and again it doesn't work coz as soon the iball speakers are connected to the aux port of the j5 the phone will hang and will go on vibrate until i take out the aux cable from the phone. The moment the cable is taken out from the phone the phone will automatically restart. I thought it is a problem with the iball speakers so i checked it with a different phone and it works tremendously good as it is supposed to be working.

                                        Now i don't understand how can a 3 months old phone have so many problems. I suspect that this particular handset has a problem. Please help me replacing this phone i am pissed off.

                                        Your complain doesn't mentions whether you purchased the phone from Samsung Exclusive Shop or Samsung exclusive online partner Flipkart.

                                        If you have purchased from a local store, then check if its a genuine phone or fake or refurbished or you have got cheated.
