On 31.07.2015 I bought a Samsung Galaxy E700H mobile phone from Cheeka Electronics Shop No. 11/12, Mandir Market, Mata Rani Road, Ludhiana.
That on 22.07.2016 i visited your service centre: [protected] Mobile Clinic, situated at B24/8-A, Dharam Pura, Near Singh Sabha Gurdwara, Ludhiana41001 and I have discovered the phone has the following problem
1. Battery has swelled
2. Auto change on and off.
That there after the person of your service centre told mobile cannot be replaced but our company will issue a cheques against your mobile as your mobile now cannot be repaired and after that several times I have visited your above mentioned service centre but every time they have postponed the matter with lame and other excuse.
As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone (repaired/replaced or refunded) and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 7 days.
I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

My mobile was purchased on 04/04/2016 & is in full warranty.

I was submitted my mobile to service center on 03/09/2016.
After 5 months of purchasing the mobile it detect display line problem then i was give it to service center in Jajat farm at Greater Noida. Your executive opened my mobile & checked carefully & told me that the issue of display will be sort-out by evening. In the evening i received a message on my number that the repair of your SAMSUNG product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from AADRIKAA ENTERPRICES. i was not visited at Samsung care on same day and next day was Sunday So i visited on Monday (05/09/2016) for collect my mobile. Your executive told me that it will not be repaired. But can anybody told me that my mobile is only five months old and in full warranty. They advise me that you can escalate it in SAMSUNG.
Then I contact your toll free no[protected] & informed all details which was I suffered with Samsung care. They didn’t gave me any resolution & said that we are escalating your issue, Our Special team will contact your Shortly.
After 2 days 07th Sep’16, I received a call from Samsung team and they were also unable to resolve my Mobile issue & told me that we are escalating your issue to our seniors.
Today 08th Sep’2016, Received a call from Samsung & gave me different – different excuse. Like – you have to visit our another center & like more excuses like this only. But My Phone is in full warranty, I am attaching soft copy of job sheet for your reference.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
