This is extremely unacceptable. When a customer buys your product, he pays for peace of mind also. If your product has average life of only 18 month please mention clearly on your product. Customer should be prepared and can choose not to...

I had complained about my recently purchased TV which displays scrambled channels when connected to satellite receiver.
The complaint was emailed even to the CEO desk of the company.
I was assured of a timely help. Its more than a month there is no help provided. The technician when contacted mentions that he has no software to upgrade the system.

I had put in a request for repair of my refrigerator to the customer care department on monday, 22nd august, complaint number- [protected].

Firstly after so many follow ups the service centre person turned up on wednesday afternoon and said that the compressor was not working. Though the compressor is in warranty he still quoted additional charges for gas fill, dry filter, combo relay and transportation....

Most highly inept handling, poor product knowledge, very high inefficiency in servicing. Your engineer is novice does not know even the basics of TV functioning. He blamed Samsung TV manufacturing whereas on the contrary he reposes highest trust and respect for Samsung brand. No Samsung product mal function within short periods. I am highly condemning your service engineer vishu apathy pathetic customer services. Kindly refund our services...

I have given my Samsung J7 phone to service center for repair on 16.07.2016 they had given me temporary Job Order No.4576 dated.16.07.2016.
