सर मे ने सैमसंग का LED-K[protected] को लिया जिसे कमपनी से इंजीनियर लगाने आया पर LED लगाते नई बना और LED डैमेज कर दिया । जिसमें LED स्टैंड और सेटअप बॉक्स पैनल को भी तोड़ दिया । और पूरी LED मैं स्क्रेच कर दिया। और अच्छे से बात भी नई करी। और मैं कंप्लेंट कस्टमर केयर नंबर पे 4 बार कर चुका हूं। पर वहाँ से यही जबाब मिलता है कि हमारा व्यक्ति आपको 4 घंटे 5 घंटे मे रिसीव करेगा। पर आज 4 दिन हो गये है आवही तक कोई व्यक्ति नई आया । सर मेरी कंप्लेंट पे एक्शन हो।

      On 31.07.2015 I bought a Samsung Galaxy E700H mobile phone from Cheeka Electronics Shop No. 11/12, Mandir Market, Mata Rani Road, Ludhiana.
      That on 22.07.2016 i visited your service centre: [protected] Mobile Clinic, situated at B24/8-A, Dharam Pura, Near Singh Sabha Gurdwara, Ludhiana41001 and I have discovered the phone has the following problem
      1. Battery has swelled
      2. Auto change on and off.
      That there after the person of your service centre told mobile cannot be replaced but our company will issue a cheques against your mobile as your mobile now cannot be repaired and after that several times I have visited your above mentioned service centre but every time they have postponed the matter with lame and other excuse.
      As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone (repaired/replaced or refunded) and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 7 days.
      I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

        I have purchase Samsung galaxy E7 as on 19/10/2015.recently last 1.5 month ago this device show message Device Overheating.

        so i have give to this phone to shopkeeper where i have purchased it give customer care at Navasri district.
        after two days this device again display this message. again i have give device to shopkeeper. then Samsung care person update software.
        but after 5 days device again overheating . than finally i have give to this shopkeeper. this shopkeeper give this phone to Navasari Samsung care.

        after one month waiting this phone not repaird or replced.

        what can i do??????. i have not satisfy from Samsung company and service

        i hate Samsung phone.

          This is the situation of a Samsung power bank i bought last week from bookmyoffer.com! Instead of four rechargable batteries, there is only one in the set. Other three are mud filled dummies.
          This is a clear case of fraud inducted on common people. I am not going to take this lightly.
          I would like to know who is responsible in the matter, samsung or bookmyoffer.
          Either, i need a complete refund for this piece of [censored] or i am intending to legally forward this case tp the concerned people with regard to my respect for the law & order situation for the people of my country. Expecting an immediate reply.
          No more frauds!

            I have purchased Samsung Mobile S7 Edge on 14.05.2016 from Honey Telecom, Savitri Market, Noida. IMEI No. [protected].
            Its display started giving problem for which complain had been made on 01.08.2016 vide complain no. [protected].
            Samsung Picked the phone and done the repair job i.e replaced display of the phone. But after using this phone it has been observed that response of display is slow and problem of hanging of phone also started. Again complain has been made on 29, 08, 2016.
            But Samsung is insisting for the repair not for the replacement.
            This is very unfortunate that I have purchasedpremier mobile of Samsung by spending Rs.56000/-. and I have agreed for the repair also, first time. But I donnot want further repair in the phone but Samsung must replace it immediatel.
            After spending so much of money I donnot want to go to the cycle of complaining, repairing again and again.

              I am facing repetitive display issue with Galaxy S7 edge - 32 GB which i have purchased on 04/06/2016.

              Where I have faced display issue twice, so i have contact to Samsung service center and customer care and get i repaired, but now again i am facing the same issue where display of my phone is not working.

                Series Of Events:
                29/4/2016 - Samsung 40JU6470 40 inch 4K LED TV purchased from Great Eastern Trading Co. Garia Branch in Cash. (Bill Attached)
                13/5/2016 - TV installed by Samsung Engineer via Service Request# [protected].
                19/5/2016 - TV suddenly Turned off on the 6th day while watching. No Sound, no Burn Smell, no Clue Simply no power. Immediately registered complaint with Samsung via number# [protected]
                20/5/2016 - Samsung Engineer from local service center (Techtronix No. A/141, Ramkrishnanagar, Laskarpur, Garia, Kolkata - 700084) visited and inspected the product. Found Power VSS PCB board burnt and took photographs. He said he suspected high voltage due to lightning. I informed him that it was not raining at all at that time. I also told him that my apartment has proper earthing and other appliances like Fridge, AC and delicate items like Waterfall Showpiece were running at the same power source and showed no evidence of high voltage damage, how can be high voltage to the TV only. He said he will send the photos and his report to the technical team and get back to me by the next day.
                21/5/2016 - Got the local electrician inspect my house and he confirmed no evidence of high voltage and said wiring is enough protected by MCBs to handle any surge in Voltage even if any.
                28/5/2016 - Even after repeated follow ups did not get any response til 28th (After 8 days). They informed since it's not covered by warranty I will be charged for the repair. I formed I will take legal action, then they promised that a Senior Engineer will visit on 30/5 to reassess.
                30/5/2016 - Senior Engineer confirmed that the board is burnt and also said that it is very unusual and he has never seen anything like this.
                31/5/2016 - Garia Service Center (Techtronix No. A/141, Ramkrishnanagar, Laskarpur, Garia, Kolkata - 700084) sent me an estimate for the repair amounting to Rs. 14000/- Note: Product came with no Warranty card with Warranty Information and neither the E-manual available at Samsung Website contains any Warranty Information.

                Redresal sought for the below Items: 1. Product damaged due to inferior quality Circuit board being imported to India by Samsung. Product got damaged due to internal circuitry failure and electric arch since there is no evidence of external High Voltage else where. Therefore I seek complete refund of the cost of Television as no repair/ replacement will be entertained due to breach of Trust and lack of confidence. 2. Any cost and expenses will be beard by Samsung and I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services. (TV did not service even 7 days). 3. Compensation on the loss of the 2 months free Airtel Digital TV subscription received with the purchase.

                  Dear Sir,
                  1. I had bought a Samsung Galaxy A5, SM-A500 IMEI number 359932/06/174929/8
                  on 30/8/15 from your Samsung smart café M/s Sekhri & Sons, 178, Bombay Bazaar, Hanuman Chowk, Meerut Cantt. (Copy of bill attached).
                  2. Approximately in 2nd week of September 2015 we gave the phone to your authorized service centre at Garh Road, Meerut, citing the complaint as - All the three buttons (2 Sensor 1 Center) were not working. They repaired the phone in 2-4 days.
                  3. After almost one month, the same problem surfaced and was again given to your above mentioned service centre in first/second week of October 2015 and was duly repaired in 3-4 days.
                  4. In November 2015 again the same problem surfaced with software getting corrupt and was given to your above mentioned service centre. In 3-4 days it was repaired.
                  5. In January 2016 the same problem surfaced & was given to your service centre at Metro Plaza, Delhi Road, Meerut. It was repaired in 3-4 days.
                  6. In February 2016 again it was given to your above service centre with the same complaint and it was repaired in 7-8 days as the part was not available.
                  7. In March 2016 again the same problem of buttons surfaced & was given to your service centre on 3.3.2016 (Copy Attached) by the seller themselves i.e. M/s Sekhri & Sons, 178, Bombay Bazaar, Hanuman Chowk, Meerut Cantt. Since then the phone is lying there. I didn’t even receive any phone call from them.
                  8. It is surprising that a global brand like Samsung has such a low quality phone & such poor service quality.
                  9. I request you to change my phone as the same problem is persisting & reoccurring every time ever since I have bought the phone.

                    I had registered my complaint no. [protected] on 22.08.2016 regarding my window AC. Service engineer came on next day and said that its FAN motor is defective which needs to be replaced and he will give me a quote once he reaches service center, he collected Rs 350 as service charge but didn't give a bill after I asked him twice he give me the fake bill which is attached for your reference. I waited for him but when he doesn't call back I called up again on customer care with ref. no. [protected] but to my surprise my complaint was cancelled stating the reason" model and serial number not traceable". I requested again for the service engineer but engineer again doesn't come. I again called up twice on 26.08.2016 with ref no. [protected] and [protected] for engineer visit. Finally on 28.08.2016 engineer visited my house and noted the model number and told me that its FAN MOTOR is defective and it will cost me Rs.4800/- . Since I was in doubt so I called up some local technician and he told me that there is no problem in AC and there was a slight issue with voltage and now my AC is running fine without even changing the FAN MOTOR. My complaint is:
                    1. Your engineer has given me a fake bill.
                    2. He lie to me that he will give me a cost of fan motor after one hour and got my complaint cancelled at service center.
                    3. Why don't he noted down the model number in first instance ?
                    4. When there is no faulty part in AC why he misguided me just to earn money from me.
                    Sir due to inefficiency and fraud nature of your service center I had suffered from heat stroke for one week.
                    I request you to take serious action against the engineer and the service center so that I does not occur with any of your customer in future. We can not accept such unprofessionalism from a company like Samsung.
                    Additionally, I request you to please refund my Rs. 350/- as your engineer doesn't provide me the bill for that.
                    I hope to hear from you soon, else there are other options still available for me.

                      Sir my samsung galaxy s3 mobile sim slot was damaged, so I went to the near by authorised samsang service center that Is at yelahanka new town, they that it cannot be fixed since entire thing is integrated.

                      But after few days, I went to the samsang service center at jayanagar 3 block, which is very far from.my home, they said it can fixed and got it fixed with in a day.

                      I request you to ensure that the people at yelahanka new town service center to be properly trained, before they can say it cannot be fixed

                      And the samsang electronic store employees which is half.of the km from that service center in yelahanka town, doesn't know where the service center was, when I asked which way it was, .

                        Hi All,

                        I, Sachin Kakkar has purchased one new Samsung J2 mobile phone from one of the franchises in Janakpuri (New Delhi).
                        Since day one I am facing issues with this product. I've reached out to customer service center many times but no good.
                        This mobile phone is a trouble or you can say a pain area when it comes to make or receive a call. Particular this hand set is a problem as I have 2 other Samsung phones as well which I am using from last 2 years with no issues and concerns.
                        Engineer from service center has tried all possible steps to fix the issue, starting from re-installing the software to replacement o mother board but again no good.
                        I here by request you to please suggest the next action as the device is under warranty and only 6 months old.

                            My self Binam Walia from delhi.i had purchase samsung mobile j7 on 29th aug 15.i have booked the phone on flipcart 27th aug 15 09:02pm, phone deliverd on 29th aug 15 02:00pm.22nd aug 16 i found that screen is blinking.so i visit samsung service center at 27th aug 16, they said display problem but they don't summit the phone, they said our server down.next day 28th aug 16, i visit 2nd service center.they said your invoice date 27th aug 15 so warranty is over, i am showing the 27th aug 15 9pm booking date mails & sms and delivery date 29th aug 15 2pm mails & sms.and flipcart in my account status booking date 27 aug 15 9pm & delivery date 29th aug 2pm but they don't summit the phone.

                            I am visitted two time samsung service centers.east delhi & preet vihar, under warranty, one center said server down 2nd said warranty over, i am already showing booking & delivery record.both center said display problum but don't submit the phone.so please submit the my phone and sort out that problum.Thanks.                               I purchased mobile phone from reliance digital showroom karnal on[protected]...from next day I suffer problem in contact. .I save another one and mobile show another name. .I contact showroom c.r.m. and sale person amit sachdeva misbehaving with me...he shouted on me..there is hang problem and I take extended insurance but no fed back. .please help me. .no one help me. .

                                My name is anil kumar .i have brought a samsung smartphone 23/07/2015. but suddenly i have facing a problem of battery draining too fast. i have already visit to the nearest samsung care on 23/07/2016. but now till date i do not get any respose from the service provider. this is a very bad experience for me as acustomer of samsung brand. kindly help me. to resolve this problem.

                                    Refrigerator - complain reg; no:[protected] customer id [protected]

                                    This is b m ravichandran from tiruppur - tamilnadu.

                                    I purchase a double door refrigerator.. From "reliance digital" coimbatore last june '16 - and for installation.. One person come and check.. Also explain the details to us.

                                    When we start using the fridge... After few days time... She found.. Whatever we kept in the bottom rack.. Its all "freeze".. So in this reg; have discuss with reliance... As per their advice.. Have called-up to the samsung toll free number.. Online one person give some instruction... Like "remove all the metrials form fridge... Switch off - clean with lemon water and keep idle 4 hours... Then... Swatch on the fridge.. Then store the... Items..." like... We tried next day.. Again.. After few days.. We found the same issue... So after 10 days time again.. I had called-up online and discussed... The same way again they given the instruction... This time they ask to keep idle more then 12 hours... We have done the same also.. After few days time.. We faced the same problem with fridge.. Then i checked with reliance and they told, they will inform to samsung but asked me to call to toll free and confirm to register a complain.. As per that i called-up, explain all the details to them.. And shouted for this issue.. Then only they have done the registration and give a number.. After 3 days.. A service engineer cam and checked about 3 days.. And told, need to change the "circute board" - will place a order and it will take week time.. Like..

                                    Now we explain to him.. After purchase.. With in one month time.. We face this much problems.. So we need a re-placement not change the parts like..

                                    Then he given a "declaration" form and asked to fill and attach & given the same to samsung service center (With id proof, address proof as well bank details -).. The same was given next day..
                                    After few days.. There was a call from samsung office. And inform."there will be one more sr. Engineer.. Will have to check".. As per that.. One more person came and checked and this time he told, "not only board.. But also need to change the door also..." like that... Again i explain all the story to him.

                                    He told, he will send the report to office and asked me to call again and give the complaint to online... I did the same..

                                    Now from chennai.. One lady called-up and she told - after all details explain to her - "all are okay... But.. As the one month period was over.. We do not give the re-placement.. Will change the part only..." like

                                    I am fed-up with this actions

                                    Please help to resolve and arrange for the re-placement (Good - conditioned refrigerator) or re-payment - will go with some other good brand

                                    Request you to confirm and do the needful

                                      My jobsheet number ([protected]) sumitted on 8/8/16. The service provider explained the customer (Kuldip agarwal) about the mall funtioning of battery and promised me to solve out the problem within 14 days. Days passed away like months but till date m/s kuldip agarwal is in a state where he has being harrased, insulted by one of the staff of samsung.
                                      Sir, the jalpaiguri samsung service center is never known for its services its just a place where customers face problem like insults and harassment. The manager in charge is a lady who is not eligible for her post as she got a hard voice and a bad personlity.
                                      Sir, the samsung dealers are also against this service center and being a sufferer i launched a complain against the service center in cusumer forum dated 31/8/16

                                        My samsung phone service request number is [protected].
                                        On 19 th July, I submitted my mobile due to some screen issue and it is under 1 year warranty.
                                        On 25 July Service Center official told me that it will be replaced with new one and will take 1 month for replacement which I agreed.
                                        But now from past 2 weeks I have no news or confirmation for my phone. They are saying it has not come from samsung.
                                        Now it has been almost 1.5 months and I am without my phone or any dates that when can i get my phone. I don't know the status or any information where my phone is.
                                        Please help in getting my mobile asap.
