Mera phone g 930 jo ki care me dikhaya to wo bolta hai ki is mobile ki display damage ho gai he. To ye non warranty me karna hogs. Jab ki ye mobile kaho gira nai he. Baris k karan mobile jeb me rakha tha. Nikala to ye problem. Ap muje ek proff bataiye k ye damage he. Mere dost k pas gionee ka vaisa hi display ka problem hua tha to replace ho k aya. Yaha me ne 48900 ka mobile jo ki abhi 4 month bhi nai hua ye kharabi. Care wale bolte he ki ye damage hi he. Me ne bataya he ki kiss nissan ya proof bataiye damage ka. Aur pahele bole 8000 hoga kharch abhi bolte he ki 11000 hoga. Ek to maine 50000 ka apse mobile liya aur 11000 ka kharcha ye kaha ka nyay he. Damage ka ek bhi nisan nai fir bhi damage wah re samsung. Muje nyay milna chaiye. Mera ye phone warranty me lena chahiye taki mera samsung par bharosa bana rahe...

Mera sure manna he ki muje satisfaction nahi he phone damage ka koi nisan nai phir bhi care wale use damage batate he . Pahela bina warranty me 8000 Aur bad me 11000 . Ye kaha ka nyay he me ne 50000 me phone liya Aur 11000 extra . Jo ki meri koi galti nahi. Wo batate he phone . Mera ek mitra jinhone jionee ka phone liya same aisa hi problem hua to replace kar diya gaya. Aur Yaha mera 50000 ka kharcha Aur 11000 Aur kharch Aur vo bhi 4 Mahina me . Meri apse gujaris he ki ye phone warranty me lena hoga

    Myself Ravinder Singh give the phone under warranty conditions at your national shopping complex service centre first they told me that ph is not under warranty that part is broken I said prove it whether it's broken or not then after very long conversation they agree with me and ph admit under warranty conditions
    Today I attend a call from service centre and I went to your service centre I request the delivery girl I have no tym so please give me my ph and repeated the request then she picked my receipt and turned down all the recipets then i cried shortly and pick all the recipets and throw on the face of delivery girl then service head Vivek come and said I will never give the phone you can do anything and give me some personal remarks

      I buy Samsung J7 two month before, but mobile screen stop working and when I tried to switch off mobile and restarted mobile was not starting. after 30 minutes mobile restart but touch screen is not working. I went to service center situated in Noida sec 3 but the employee ask me to handover mobile with original bill and the will return after 1 month. I am very much upset as I save money one year then I buy this product. Could you please help me to get rid out of this.

        Sir, I purchased a microwave oven model no...on 01 Jan 15. Now from today morning i am facing problem that power is not going on. I registered the complain with customer care also engineer visited at my home but the said product could not be rapaired as part not availabe with him. Also he estimated for amt Rs.3000/- its too much. Also i am facing with samsung other products like mobile refrigerator. The quality of the company is worst because few days back my mobile galaxy J7 was unserviceable and due to non availibilty of parts company could not be rapaired as it was underwarranty perod also. Same problem was also with refrigerator. Plz close this fraud company fully banned to sell its products in india as this a totally fraud company who cheating the indians.

        Sir, company product is not good and also campany charging too much from customers. Plz instruct the company to repair the item need not to replace the electric board as its too costly as the microwave oven price was Rs.15600/-.

        Sir, samsung company representative Girish visited at my home on 12 Aug 16 at 1410hrs yesterday. Issue was that ekectric not pass in the said oven, he told me to replace the electric board costing Rs.3000/-. Company not repairing this board this will be replaced with new and this part is not available with company so it will taje time to two to three days more. Sir the cost of this part is very high. Please look into the matter seriously and resolve the issue at the earliest as i have been mentally harrased by this company for this another products also.

          Dear Sir,

          I have purchased samsung grand prime model SM-G531F last year on 1st september. I am facing problem in that as phone got hanged and not able to type as keywords get hanged. Many times, any app will be opened of its own.

          As I have used many other brands phone but this is 1st time I am facing such probelm in this phone. This will create lots of problem to my work also.

          As this is under warranty period. please provide resolve this issue at the earliest.

            I bought samsung freeze and washing machine on 30 apr 2016 from pune, india
            I bought from your samsung plaza retail store. That date there was scheme about scratch card. Whatever money was printed i will get cash discount.

            There was a add also in times of india-pune

            Dealer told me that he doesn't have scratch card for now as company has not shared with them but in 1 week later he was supposed to call me.

            Even after 4+ months he is saying company has not given scratch ticket.

            I have bill and writing on that.

            Can you please help me?

            Just to add i called customer care, they told me that they can not take complaint for dealer.

            I also sent email to their consumer email id i got reply from them for bills i have sent them but nothing has yet happened

            I completely lost faith in samsung electronics

              Speaker not working, can be used only with ear phone, already given in preet vihar service centre but just after one day same problem started, they took one undertaking from us as per that they will keep this handset on machine and it will be on heat for 45 min. If display or screen brake during this treatment then we will have have to pay for this,
              We have taken that risk once but cant take same risk again, need solution for this problem.

                When i have tried to install easy software manager from the device driver cd (got with laptop) it shows (wrong manufacturer !)error...

                    Samsung mobile servie center in pathanamthitta is not a good shop.the staffs are very bad.They harassed and teased me toady when I was goes to replace my J7 battery.They have no manners to the customers about how to behave.Today I went to the service center and stand like a dog infront of the staffs.An another senior citizen came and asked to the staffs about somthing.But they were acting like a n ignorant child and they are just like funkeys.I am telling about the 2 ladies who working in the service center.Samsung is a branded company, then how can you approve this type of people behaiving like this?At last they told me they have no battery of J7 and they told me I must go to an another service center.If I suppose to do like that, then why you opened this type of irresposible shop?Please consider my complaint as in serious, because that service center makes samsung as a worst company.If you are denying my request, they will make the name SAMSUNG as a waste

                      We have visited reliance digital express one at worli on 11th july 2016. We have purchase the j7 which the store manager showed & the same was mention on the seal pack box that's an j7 2016 model. But after 20 days when my sister checked the same model of her colleague in her office it was totally different in size & with some new features in it'. So we went with the concern to the digital express store manger manager he denied saying its a 2015 only & not the 2016 model, but the same is mention on our sealed pack box. And even we start the phone its only coming samsung j7 & not samsung j7 2016.

                          As i am a big fan of samsung rather than iphone so please take it as a suggestion rather than complain, i have Samsung A8 which used to drain lot of net data, but my friend have apple I phone which have a option in setting through which you can personally switch off an application due to which minimum net data is used
                          So, Please take this Suggestion & with new Android update please add this facility

                              A samsung note 5 (Purchased on 10 feb, 2016) was given at the jammu samsung service center on 21 of july. We were told that either a refund or a replacement is in order. Since then we have been treated as a shuttle cock between the service center and the customer care. And till date we do not know the status of our problem. The job sheet number is [protected]. We have provided the requisite documents as directed and that too twice. Calls are not picked at the service center, if picked, excuses of internet not working are put forth. Kindly see if you can help me out or i shall be forced to go to consumer court.

                                Sir I purchased Samsung led series 4 Type no UA32EH4003 Model no UA32EH4003RMXL Version no R002 S/N 22833ZECA03626E on12/11/12 of international brand Samsung as I reposed my faith in Samsung instead of other brands which my other colleagues purchased. But to my bad luck my TV is having a thin lines across horizontally - experts say d panel is gone that means life span of Samsung led is 3yrs + few months now I repent of reposing faith in Samsung I have learnt a lesson for future now I use BPL tv purchased in 1996 enclosed is pic old is gold Samsung is bowled

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    i want to regarding a complain 4 Samsung Service Centre Ajmer, i give my mobile samsung j7 Model Name SM-J700f/Gold Serial No RZ8H10CWXYZ[protected] work order no 3350 at Samsung Service Centre f-9 Ist floor Amar Plaza, Near Old private Bus stand Ajmer, Till last Today i have not receive my mobile .. i go 5 or 6 times but my mobile not Delivererd me.. I purchased samsung J7 15-feb-2016 n i have probelm in this mobile last Month . Samsung Service Centre Manager/Boss is saying repeatedly come prepared next week will be fine but can't prepared my mobile ] i am getting mently disturb .. plz sir provide my mobile .

                                      Sir i purchased samsung j 7. My phone display is gown to black in some time ..when i gone into samsung service centre in pundri dist kaithal . They say ur screen is crack but sir they do not check my ph without checking they say ur ph display is crack and when i say to that i ki mai unki complaint kruga they made my ph out of warranty . So sir please slove my problm .other i will go itno consumer cour against samsung.

                                        I m shankarsinh baria from bhanvad di - jamnagar
                                        I have mobile samsung galaxy g930
                                        Ago 7 days my mobile has display problem. When i sent it jamnagar service center. They said me that it was not in warranty. I m not glad to their service.
                                        The mobile is not damage and hand left. Not press anything else.

                                        Nothing any damage by me or accidentally so do in it warranty. Care said me display charge will be around 8000 /-. The mobile prise is 48900 /-. This is not fair. Care blaimed me that moblie is damaged. Give me any proof to damage. So give me positive reply as soon as possible
