I was been to ratna electronics samsung service center at abids.
And i visited to this center nearly 12 times from now.

Every time i go there i have to explain my problem to every person over there.

Hi, I was the few who ordered samsung j7 2016 seconds after its launch - With lot of trust in brand like samsung. But look at the quality of the product. There is noticeable bend in my phone without any physical damage to phone. Can the quality be so inferior that it can bend simply by keeping phone in pockets. This is so disgusting.
