Respcted Sir,
I am a regular user of Samsung Mobile hansets nd my family and close friends are also using Samsung. I am a very satisfied customer of Samsung products. I always recommend my near and dears to go for Samsung products as your products are worth full to cost.
But this time I faced a problem. I bought again a new hansdet Samsung A8 in February 2016 from authorised store. Approx some 10 days before My screen gets off. I visited samsung care, they said after inspection my screen is broke although it wasn't showing before and after i give handset to customer care. I told them how it is possible, no sufficient answer was given. As i hv to cure my set, I give them for repair. They charged Rs. 8000/-. I requested customer care on phone to waive charges as the is in guarantee and may be during search of fault screen get damaged. But they put all blame on me.
so I request you to kindly waive the charges. My request is on the basis of belief on SAMSUNG. Hope You will do better justice.

    Dear Team

    I given my Mobile Device Samsung J7 at service centre ( F1 Info Solution &
    Services P Ltd) on 26-7-16. Till today i didn't get any resolution, I am a
    customer of Samsung from Last 3 to 4 year.

    I am using this device for my corporate purpose, I am not able to buy new
    phone due to your executive feedback. As they told me Spare parts not
    available in Samsung.

    So Samsung will refund my amt or they will provide me device as per
    availability. I follow them on regular basis but no body responding me and
    still my problem not resolved.

    My job, My work suffer a lot. However Please get resolved it. As per
    Samsung policy in 7 working day, I supposed to get resolved.

    I will be great full for that.

      I bought Samsung dishwasher after 2 months of purchase door started giving noise, washing also not good quality, stainless steel inside machine got spoiled even after 1 week after purchase /, changed color to greenish & pinkish color. I call to customer care they send me an engg. Sadiq which just put facial cream inside the door telling that everything will be O.K. but after 2 days it again started giving noise, i ask to customer care that dont want that same engg. they make me confirm that someone senior technician will call & attend you, but every time i got call or massage from Sadiq. The problems are:
      1. inside door color and full inside body changed color. (photos and videos attached).
      2. door voice - creaks (strong squeak) (video and sound recording attached)
      3. motor voice (sound recording attached)
      3. gap on door and indentation . (photo and video attached)
      4. washing quality really bad (video attached).
      5. laundry detergent remains in the tank if add to max label as indicated.
      6. Racks & inner boxes are also different than shown in samsung site.
      7. upper nozzle small. On official Samsung /in site showing big upped nozzle that same size with 2 others nozzles.
      I demand to replace the machine since having so much of problems but that engg. clearly told me that i wl not allow you to replace it somebody from Samsung came & take the machine for repair, they told that they will check it after repairing by cleaning there utensils used by office staff. But i dont want the defected piece that got spoiled after 2 months of purchase. And also the manufacturing of machine was 2 years early means machine got so many dust just lying in store.
      Machine is still in service center for about 2 months
      Please replace this machine with quality product or refund money...

      really disjointed with Samsung service, just a horrible experience

        Hello sir,

        As I had registered the complaint regarding cooling problem of my refrigerator on the samsung official website after which I was provided the local service provider for the same. The service provider was ADVIKA SERVICES, Sector- 5, Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai, the service engineer called Mahendra had visited on 26/07/2016 and just rectified the issue in refrigerator and orally reverted that the thermostat is to be replaced and cannot be replaced now as if it has to get after booking by the service center and before which the cost of material will be provided by the service center to us soon as the service engineer will report in service center and had charged 350/-. As the days passed it was about a week there was no reply or any kind of revert to us from the service center, as if the consumer has no value of response. After a week when we had asked for the related part quotation from the service center they informed that the respective person is not available to provide information, the part may be cost nearby rupees 600/- and was informed to caomorrow, when i asked to sent the estimated price of part by mail the person asked to call tomorrow and after several request had taken my mail id. There after on other day as we had again called for the same the respective person named as Sandhya yadav reverted that the cost of the part is Rs.656 and had been booked for us, after which we had asked that we haven't got any mail from the service center for quotation and how the material without asking to the consumer was booked by the service center? the revert answer by Miss. Yadav in aggressive language was that the service center does not provide mail or written service for such small price materials and its enough that at first time the center had provided the receipt of first visit and will not provide quotation for the material. I want to know that -
        - is this kind of behaviour by the samsung service provider is right towards the customer?
        - is it the way samsung service dealers deals with the customers?
        - is samsung service center do not provide quotation for low price of the material ?
        - do the samsung service center do not provide the bills for the materials having less price?
        - Is the revert appropriate for the customer?

          I had bought Samsung smart 40 inch LED TV in 2014 and since then every year the LED panel failed twice, once in 2015 and second just couple of days before and in two instance it is exactly exactly after the warranty period is expired??? This is really annoying, in first instance i had paid some 15-20K and now the estimation is 27K, what the hell is this? TV which i bought for 60K is now costing me 1 lakh???? is this a new kind of income generating technique for samsung if so it is so cheap.
          Pls guide me the process to lodge a case in consumer court against samsung.

            I bought a galaxy j7 mobile phone having code 356273.07.066824.2 on 18 Dec 2015 it was running well but after the continuity of six month it showed sudden black out while I was watching videos then I surprised to see that then I put it switch on again and did not show any problem for next one week then it goes out permanently and I accessed care center they did not give any satisfactory reason for black out even there was not any breakage on screen but they blamed it was damage of screen I m not satisfied with this type of service please help me as soon as possible even I have five months warranty left

              After doing the service in hcl service station every time my phonr ask for update software nd while charging the phone my charger and phone got over heated about this i hav reported 3 time to service station with in 7 month in warranty period i observe complaint like carging/ over heating/rear camera sensor problem/charger over heating problem in warranty period service staion not doing the proper work i thing they are waiting to expire my warranty period nd they can charge me amount.. If this work will not be sorted i will mail to social media nd facebook account or do 1 thing replace my cell phone i need the explanation..

                I had purchased Galaxy S3 Neo mobile from your Ghatkopar store 1 .6 year backs.
                Today morning suddenly my mobile is not working for the same reason i had approached samasung service care at Ghatkopar . They have informed me that your mobiles IMEI number was disappeared and we need to change the mother board of your mobile..
                My request you to that how IMEI number is got disappeared ???
                Samsung is brand company and i have a faith on your company..

                  I have opened case 13 july 2016 in miraj samsung service center (Mr enterprises) & i submitted mobile 20 jul 2016
                  We asked me mobile problem complited 2 aug 2016.& service center tolled me any time new resune & new date. Same today mobiel not completed. Service center today's tolled me more 6 day's wetting on completed mobile. I have daily feedback on service center & call center but both are not care me & not good response, not solved my problem.
                  I think samsung is best mobile company & i have choose this j7 mobile but same mobile problem's is stopped all maile's, all bank transection, all sms etc. Stopped on 25 dayes same mobail problem sarted.& i have need this mobile

                        Hi my service repairing bill number is [protected] i had given my cell for repairing at samsung service center on 27th june since there was no parts available. I was told if i submit my cell ill get refund of amount deducting the repairing cost.
                        I called the customer support on 2nd i was informed that the phone's replacement is been proceeded and before 12th ill receive new cell phone
                        Now today i come to know that refund is still in process.
                        You cannot just keep fooling the customer
                        I have the recording of customer support person confirming twice that ill be receiving new cellphone. As committed to me i want a new phone.
                        If i do not receive new cell phone in 10 days i m going to file complain against company for customer harassment and fraud.

                            Hi,

                            This email is to officially lodge a complaint against the atrocious and dreadful customer care/technical support Samsung provides.

                            My parents made the mistake of purchasing this Samsung LED TV and gifting it to me. Since I was shifting from Delhi to Noida I did not open the product for an entire month. After shifting to my new residence after a month I've tried to use the product however the Audio is cracking. Even after several troubleshooting over the phone and replacing the setup box the audio problem still exists.

                            My complaint is not against the product being faulty; my complaint is towards the technical support engineers who are destined to pay a visit at my house in order to resolve the issue. My first complaint for this issue was 27th July 2016. Today being 8th August till ’16 I have no one visiting.

                            Samsung being a multinational corporation, the service engineers’ work only between 11am-6pm, weekends off. How do you expect working class people to be available between these times?

                            I’ve been getting phone calls from a new engineer every day to schedule an appointment of 10am since 27th July however no one turns up. I get SMS with details of the service engineer with phone number but they don’t respond to your calls.

                            I’ve gone back to the dealer where I purchased this product from to replace the faulty product but they are not authorized to do so. They have lodged several complaints on my behalf but it’s the same horrendous Samsung services. Now whenever somebody comes out they tear open the entire product which is relatively brand new in order to fix the problem and eventually make it a refurbished product.

                            Therefore I’m escalating this matter to CEO office as I do not want repair to be done on the product I simply need a replacement of this. Can someone from this large corporation help out?

                              We bought a refrigerator and within the warranty /guarantee period the compressor became faulty. numerous calls were made to replace the compressor. the samsung officials verified and said that we are eligible...but the paper that was stuck on the left side of the fridge cabinet with the barcode is not in a good condition. they have been dodging for more tan 10 days. we finally landed up with one arun muthuraman who said now since it has come to my notice i will get it replaced...again total disappointment they are not responding to calls and sms. all this has been happening for the past 15 days

                              the dealer from whom we bought says ...these guys are like that ...will never respond.

                                After purchasing s6 phone 3 time visited to service station after purchasing such a costly phone but not in use battery back up proper rear camera sensor problem heating problem and after giving to service station to hcl vile parle new issue i recive is every time asking fr update about this i will mail to social media and facebook account nd will do a forum conolaint againg the company samsung or you do one thing replace my phone.

                                  Pls note your service center cheat with consumers and very surprise when I complaint to your Samsung person who suprvision for washing machine service center Mr. Shyam Sunder and Harsh walia but they not reply on mail as well on mobile.your engine cheat with us he asking for some part faulty and cost of 4000/- but actually no fault in the machine and machine work proper without any repair.if this is work by Samsung then no one come at your side

                                    Purchased mobile on 17/10/2015, IMEI # 352840/07/156762/5, manf dt SEP 2015. Display started blinking in the last few weeks, went to the authourised service centre at ultadanga[protected] and submitted the mobile on 1st Aug once the executive confirmed that availability of parts and repair possible, under full warranty period. However, within next 12 hrs they started saying that parts are not available in India. Did a lot of follow up with them even with the customer care centre when some Ms Pallavi[protected] and a phone call from delhi office[protected] on 2nd Aug, they committed that action will taken within 24 hrs. Waited till 6pm on 3rd Aug in vain and hence taking the help of this forum for an immediate solution of the same, since no body from Samsung is able to provide a solution - what will happen to the mobile handset.
                                    Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    There was a call from Ms A Agarwal +[protected], on 4th Aug, 9:35am, who confirmed that their higher authority will get back to me either on 4th Aug or on 5th Aug with a solution. But till now 5th Aug 10:23pm none from the company has contacted me.

                                      Our refrigerator is smelling like over burnt food stuff. and the stuff kept inside is getting spoiled. Purchased at a Electronic outlet named PCH Zone in 2012 at Dr.A S Rao Nagar. Since last couple of months we have been informing the nearest authorised samsung service center but could not detect the real problem and have taken the regfrigerator to their work shop in Tarnaka on 26/07/2016 but still could not detect the problem. Now they say it takes some more time but could not give us a definite time frame. We seek your kind intervention in getting our refrigerator in good working condition.

                                        My self Anant Padariya. I was purchased my last samsung A5 mobile on last[protected] IMEI - [protected] Reg no : [protected]. the mobile is under warranty and last 29.07.2016 after charging mobile. while push centre button of my phone. i try to check whatsapp notification. there is no any output form mobile display and not out put noise also. same day i gave my phone at samsung service centre at "samsung care centre Shop No-105, 106, 107, Saffron Complex, Fatehgunj Main Rd, Fatehgunj, Vadodara, Gujarat 390001" there is no any single screech on my phone. after check they told me if any problems happen form your side phone will not be open. there is no any guaranty to repair this phone. first thing the phone is under warranty then how can they provide this kind of answer. and after check my phone i don't know how they open it by my phone displayed totally damaged. now they told me charges for Rs.6500 for display if my display doesn't break form my side why i'm paying money for this checking purpose. i need the resolution soon. or check my previous phone history i was use only samsung mobile but this time i thing this is my last samsung mobile even in my family also used only samsung. if this kind of samsung service providing i'll never suggest to anyone purchase samsung phone.

                                        Thanks for your reply. please check my mobile, bill and box pics, after care centre check display cracked & before it's only off. and now they are not taking any responsibility. see i'm genuine user form last so many years of samsung product. Request you to please resolved my problems as soon as possible.
                                        Gionee is providing batter customer service other than Samsung in same like Gionee mobile problems happens with my friend mobile. within warranty period. they provide new phone in replacement of defective pice.
