Problem of power supply.- given to the local dealer on 27/05/16. Dealer said to change (Main pcb and power pcb) and demanded rs 7500/- to pay.-paid rs 7500.00. Still it has not repaired. Now they say the system will be sent to chennai. They dont know to repair it. How can i trust that, they found the right fault. And charged 7500/- before repairing the system.

It is horrible experience to me by samsung service center noida (hcl) sectore3, i have given my mobile for overheating issue on 23rd june and then they changed the mother board but still same issue not resolved, i have given again my mobile to them but they said after 4 days that there is no issue and blame on me that i have broken their standby phone which is not the case, again 3rd time i am facing the overheating...

I have been taking samsung phones since 6 years i purchased this phone, samsung a5 (2016) on[protected] it has been only 10 days and my phone is having an issue of no voice during incoming and outgoing calls. I went to the service station and they told me its having an issue of mother board, i am annoyed with the manufacturing defect of the company and i want to ask for replacement of my phone. Even after calling service center so many times from past 4 days for my refrigerator still service engineer has not visited. Looks like even CEO's office is not operational and give false assurances to customers like other departments. It doesn't have any control over its departments.
Even after so many calls, emails still no one has control over what that service engineer is doing where he is visiting and all....

We have purchased 3 samsung invertor acs at a 410 vivek vihar sector 82 noida, 6 in t3/602 sunworld vanalika and 7 in t2/1402.in case of all we purchased the service maintainence package.
